It's at a great location, lots of parking and tons of great bagels!..., I like the one with t eggs and Turkey in it and it comes out hot and the coffee comes with free refills...that's the best! You gotta check it out.

Second trip. I stopped in Sunday 10.19.25 morning around 7:04 am, and best breakfast sandwich with an awesome employee helped me and gave great service. A real gem: the employee and good food. I came to this location today around 1:15 PM. I live nearby and have been a regular customer for a long time — I always buy bagels here and have never had any issues. There was a paper sign on the door that said “Cash Only.” Okay, no problem. When I walked in, two women were inside — one younger, cleaning, and one older. As soon as the older woman saw me, she just walked out of the room. That already felt strange. I asked the younger one if they were open, and she said yes. So I asked if I could order, and she said yes again. A few minutes later, the older lady came back and, without even looking at me, said loudly, “What does the paper on the door say?” I wasn’t sure if she was talking to me or someone else, but then she turned toward me with a rude tone and said, “As you can see, we’re having power issues — we can’t do anything, it’s ringed out.” I replied that the sign on the door only said “Cash Only” — it didn’t say “Closed.” I had asked several times if they were open, and I was told yes. She then said, “Do you even have cash?” in a very dismissive tone. I said, “Yes, I do, but after this attitude, I don’t feel like buying anything anymore.” I also mentioned that I live right next door and have been a loyal customer for a long time. I’ve never been treated like this here. Honestly, I was shocked and really disappointed. Today, they lost not only power but also customer service. This experience left me feeling hurt and upset — it’s not about the bagel, it’s about basic respect.

The service is consistently fast and efficient, even during busy hours. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference. I rarely wait more than a few minutes—never over five. The place is always clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend.

I often visit this shop multiple times a week. I am always greeted by staff members as soon as I walk through the doors. In addition, I love the variety of bagels and sandwiches that they serve. I have never been unsatisfied with my food or the service. I recommend trying this place out 100%

Do not come here, came and ordered a simple everything bagel with smear and a drink. We waited more than 20min for it after asking 2 times. There was literally nothing in my bagel. If you have 20-30min to waste this is the place. When i got it, it was the wrong smear and not even toasted. we had to get another one. The manager did end up making another one after asking but it was a big inconvenience for them. Took pictures of how busy it was for reference.

Be vigilant, friends, I don't recommend this place for tourists The food is very unappetizing, first of all. The employees are laughing at the person and don't even want to listen. And Planet bagel – it was very, very, very scary and tough. When I tried to say that I wanted to change the order, that it wasn't what I wanted, she didn't even listen to me. Company owner, please keep an eye on your employees. They are very rude, and I don't know, maybe they are the owners of this establishment, but still, the customer is always right, don't forget that, friends. They didn't even provide a napkin! What kind of company is this? What kind of worker is this? What is this outrage? I'm paying money for this!

Bagel and a coffee early in the morning, that simple. Bagels are tasty and so much choice! Coffee is ok, could be a little stronger but that's just me. Service is super friendly and fast. And on an early weekday that's a thing to appreciate!

I love the seasons buns but I wish the bagel sandwiches were more flavorful or some sort of sauce on it so it isn't so dry. It was very filling however and great price. Their packaging is awesome. Really fast service and my catering take out didn't take long to arrive. The delivery guy was very sweet as well

They have too many people who don't know what they're doing. Unprofessional and a lot of dysfunctional behavior and incompetent people and lacking leadership. I ordered a toasted bagel with the sauce on the side and they just couldn't figure it out. They served 4 people who placed there order after mine only to ask me again about mayo on the side as if it wasn't written on the receipt. I went there early and was stall and delayed all because they have a bunch of incompetent workers who don't know what they're doing are doing Terrible people and terrible experience

I order from here thru uber eats a lot and get their dozen bagels and 2 big tubs of schmear bc it's the best deal, most customizable, really fresh, and I haven't been disappointed yet so I don't cheat on Einstein bros. Me and my bf luv their everything, jalapeño, and I LUV the chocolate bagel with strawberry cream cheese. I just wish they were open later bc I always crave them at night and have to wait till the am to order

Service was very fast, came in a Monday morning and waited 5-8 for my bagels and drink. The inside has a formal coffee shop ambiance think Starbucks or Panera. Only thing I don't like is that when you swipe your card there is a tipping option and the cashier was looking at the pad to see what I would chose.

I'm not sure why this location has poor reviews. I never struggle to find parking in these blocks. The food tasted good. The restaurant was clean. There's soooo many tables to sit at. It's a great environment for working. If loving Einstein is wrong, then I don't want to be right.

Fast service and very clean. I also make online orders to go, by the time I get there they're always ready.

Great service, quick and fresh. Coffee was amazing. Staff is very nice. They quickly got my order and made my food. Called my name quick and I was able to get in my day quickly . Lots of street parking and it's easy to go in and out

Bagel combos are always great and feel fresh. I keep coming back because their Mochas are excellent! Just the right amount of espresso and chocolate. Keep it up.

This is my second time trying Einstein bagels and I must say it is one for the best bagel sandwich I've had! Fresh sandwiches, quick service and great location to meet-up with friends! Love and will miss this area.

Went on a Sunday at 6:30am. I'm glad that I did because the street paid parking looks like it would be a hassle during the day. But I was able to find a spot right in front of the place! Watched the workers there doing an order, it took a little bit, but I think they were busy, but they eventually came to the register to help. I think they thought I was there to pick up an order :p all good! I got the Nova Lox, 6 assorted bagels with strawberry cream, and a large coffee. The Nova Lox was quite tasty and the coffee tasted fresh. Not a gourmet coffee, but coffee from a self serve station. When I saw the station I was concerned because most of the time it's overly brewed or old. But the coffee was good. The assorted bagels that I got, were all fresh and tasted good. The ambiance was an early morning vibe where people were there just picking up and on the go. There was plenty of seating and it did look like a place to sit and hang. I got my order to go. If I am in the area again and there is convenient parking outside, I'll stop by again :)

One star is generous. I went to Einstein Bros Bagels expecting a decent breakfast, but the experience was honestly awful. The food tasted low quality--like something you'd expect from a frozen meal aisle. The bagels didn't even have the texture or flavor of a real bagel; I've had better from cheap grocery store packs. The avocado was borderline rotten, and the eggs and sausage tasted like they came straight from the freezer. I asked for cream cheese and got barely a smear--just sad. The lattes were completely watered down and flavorless. The only bright spot was the young cashier who helped me--she was lovely and very sweet. But overall, the food and drinks were a total waste of money. I won't be coming back.

After living near Einstein for four years, my boyfriend and I finally decided to pull the trigger and we're so glad we did! We ordered two bagel sandwiches online and picked them up. It was done fast and the food was delicious. Will definitely be back for another breakfast bagel casual dining experience.

Einstein Bagels has great service--friendly staff and quick, fresh food that always hits the spot. The atmosphere of the place was good, nice outside seating. The only downside is the parking, which can be a bit of a hassle. But overall, it's a solid spot for a good bagel and coffee!

The food is absolutely amazing I Got the All-Nighter. Clean areas and good service with a smile.

I will tell you that this place has some great bagel sandwiches. The problem is they're never friggin open. Their hours suck.

I really enjoyed how quick the service is at Einstein Bros. I got a Texas Brisket Sandwich and a hash brown. Both were really good. If Einstein Bros was closer to me I'd definitely would come here more often.

4.5 stars. Pretty impressed with their blueberry bagel with cream cheese. This is such a contrast with Noah bagels. I was so hungry that I finished the whole bagel on the way to work. I also got lucky with parking since there were enough time left from the previous customer who parked there.

They should greet people as they come in. Staff looks extremely busy so I waited at the register for awhile before being greeted. Slow service. Overall my sandwich was very good and fresh. The location was spacious and clean.

We get a selection of their offerings every couple of weeks for our bi-weekly office breakfast and I can't tell you how fast the food disappears and there are never leftovers! They exude quality starting from the bags and boxes they pack the food in, all the way through that last bite! You definitely want some of their hash-browns in your order!

It will get the job done when you're hungry. A very average bagel chain place. I would say not as good as Noah's (which is a 3/5 star bagel), but it's edible. The bagels were fresh as well. We ordered egg sandwiches for a breakfast on the go on a busy morning. I got a sesame bagel, egg, bacon, and cheese for 5.99 and my husband got an everything bagel, two eggs, sausage, and cheese for 6.99.

Came by to satisfy a cinnamon bagel craving and it was pretty good! Staff was also very friendly. I found parking out front. It's a great spot for a quick bagel run in the morning.

Ordered a cold brew and they served less than half of the cup without ice. It's totally fine because the coffee tasted so nasty, I could only drink a quarter of that half filled cup. It was so horrible that I had to go to an actual coffee shop to order a cold brew, which they served high quality cold brew without ice and filled it up all the way like most other places. This Einstein location is like that millionaire friend who asks you to pay them back when you ask them to buy you a Dasani water bottle.

Bagels and coffee from this place are EXCELLENT!! The bagels are ALWAYS fresh, warm and very tasty. The coffee and the different flavors are very good and always hot. Great place if you are craving great bagels and coffee

Haven't been inside but have ordered online. My fiancé loves the maple bacon sandwich and I've had the avocado bacon, brisket and hash brown and they've all been a hit. Their bagels are the best bagels I've ever had.

Bagels are always tasty when I go, and recently tried a sandwich and it was pretty good! Definitely a good spot if you want something quick in the morning, they also have iced lattes and coffees to pair with your meal. I will say it's more of a causal restaurant vibe over a local spot since it is a chain.

Einstein Bros. Bagels (formerly Manhattan Bagel) on Ventura Blvd. in Studio City is a franchise but they're a classic bagel. A bit crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. I think Manhattan Bagel water boils their bagels before baking them and Einstein Bros. Bagels doesn't. I prefer a water boiled bagel first. But Einstein Bros. Bagel is as classic of a NYC bagel you're going to find in Studio City. Service can be confusing and slow at this location but the owners and staff are friendly and try hard to serve their customers well. If you're a regular, you get in the groove of which line to get in to order and where to stand while you're waiting on your order. To the newcomers, walk in with a dose of patience. I like their bagels toasted with cream cheese or with butter. Their sausage (or bacon), egg and cheese on your choice of bagel is always satisfying. Their bagel with smoked salmon, cream cheese and capers is a favorite too. I tend to order their dark roast brew which is robust and delicious. But their iced vanilla cold brew is a good choice as well. If there's any in the basket, in front of the register, add a chocolate chip cookie to your order. They're yummy! Parking available in a shared lot.

Bagels here are pretty good. I would say they are a lot better than at many other bagel shops. The dough is not as hard and feels more pizza crust-like. I enjoyed it. The sandwiches, however, are just absolutely terrible. I tried their breakfast offerings and they're plain disgusting. The cheap sauce used and over-peppered turkey sausage as well as even more peppered sauce that bagels are smothered in. I hated this. I may stop by here sometime for a regular bagel with cream cheese, but never for anything else. Two stars because I feel like I wasted time and money and should've had breakfast elsewhere instead.

These bagels and sandwiches can not be good for you because they taste AWESOME, especially with the shmear. My insides must be rotting from frequenting this location on the weekends. Doesn't matter though, I'll be there again tomorrow morning. It's kind of a bummer that there are only like 2 or 3 tables outside that are almost never available. They don't have any of their tables set up inside, so for the most part it's a takeout type place. So don't expect to sit down and enjoy your carbs here. It's a better breakfast than anything else in the vicinity, especially since IHOP is a giant s&*t show.

Can't go wrong with Einstein. Bagels are solid, cream cheese is simple and always ready to go. I love that it's affordable, you have variety, and you can instantly pick up a few dozens without waiting an eternity. Even at 6-7am on a weekday, there are a few early risers sitting around chatting with friends eating breakfast, a nice sight to see. Service is good, never had a bad experience.

Visitation Rights: Been here once last weekend, but I've had Einstein bros. bagels catered to us before. Bagels: Bagels are not boiled. Instead, they're baked. Location/Parking: Located in the NE corner of Rosemead Blvd. and Foothill. Plenty of parking in the plaza and it is next door to Massage Envy. Credit Cards: They're accepted. Ambiance/decor: Neat ambiance with pretty neat decor through out the shop. For now, the dining room is closed due to covid. Order Of Operations 1) Line up and order at the cashier (Look for the order here sign) 2) Line up, pay, and wait a bit for your order to be ready to be picked up. (Look for the pay here sign. Service was good. Staffer was friendly and offered great suggestions. Bagel came out at a decent time. Bagel Of Choice: Normally, I would get a jalapeno and cheese bagel with basic cream cheese or peanut butter smear at other shops.... but this visit was different! I decided to splurge on a nova lox (red onion, capers, tomato, and plain smear) on a jalapeno cheese bagel. The bagel (was quite delicious, soft and chewy) and the lox and the smear was tasty). Having the bagel double toasted made the eating experience 100000 times better. So get the bagel double toasted folks! Bagel For Thought: Would like to come back to the shop for more. Sure wished the shop could open a little later on the weekdays.

This has quickly become one of my go-to breakfast spots! It's easy to order through the app. Don't forget to add a free coffee with your order (I believe it's now limited to one cup per order). I've gotten single bagels, the bagel pack (with a dozen bagels), and the $16 brunch for two bundle. The bagels have always been really soft, though sometimes cut weirdly/incompletely (not a huge issue for me). I particularly love the Farmhouse. Everything about it is just so delicious. I've ordered it several times now, and I haven't experienced any issues with some being really good and others being bad - I've consistently had great quality food. I also really love the twice-baked hash brown. I'm not sure what it is, but it's just so. good. I probably look forward to that the most whenever I get the bundle. The honey almond spread is also really good and goes with many of their bagels. Speaking of bagels, I don't think I've had a bad bagel from their assortment. That said, call me basic, but the plain bagel will always be my favorite! The chocolate croissant is whatever for me - it has a hint of a berry taste, which I'm not a huge fan of. It makes it too sweet for me, but I'll still eat it. The blueberry muffin is pretty good. Overall, glad I found this little gem of a place. I'll definitely continue to come here for my breakfast needs!

20 years ago there was a place called. I enjoy bagels and they truly were the best bagels in the city. They went out of business and eventually was acquired by Einstein brothers bagels. I was so delighted when DoorDash included them and I could order the bagels early in the morning. They were always extremely fresh even after lightly toasting them. You could smell the freshness through the bag. About six months ago something changed ;the bagels would arrive, but they were hard. There was no fresh smell. A day old. Three months ago I received a bag of bagels with two very long black hairs in the bag. It made me sick and I discarded the whole bag and did not order again searching frantically for other bagel stores in my area. Unfortunately, all of the other bagel stores were like eating white the shape of a bagel horrible came back to forget the hair, but the bagels have gotten even more even if you order them at 6 o'clock in the morning, I don't know what has happened. I guess I'm going to have to live without any bagels because these are completely unacceptable and not cheap. I wish they would realize they're not going to fool their customers by serving old bagels or maybe they just were taking over by new management .I don't know how to make them whatever it is I could not recommend bagels from the store.

My go-to breakfast stop on the weekends or before work! The staff are friendly and the bagels are fresh! The eating areas are always clean and there is also an outside patio where you can bring your dog. Coffee refills are free too. When I come, I almost always order the Farmhouse bagel sandwich on a Spinach Florentine bagel. It has the best of both worlds with bacon, ham, egg, cheese, and cream cheese. I absolutely love it! Tip: Join their rewards system to get points you can use towards free menu items.

Went there yesterday April 25th on the west side as people in Hollywood call it. Ordered some bagels for a friend and I got one for myself and a muffin. No lines, I walked straight in, no wait, which is a huge plus. The chocolate chip Muffin was delicious and the bagel was not bad at all. I got a cranberry one. I was hungry so when I got in my car, I decided to take a bite of the bagel. The outside was a little stretchy or hard to pull apart. I don't know how to describe it, but the inside was very soft and delicious. My friend raves about these bagels. They're not bad at all. I would definitely recommend this bagel shop.. However if I lived over 10 mi on the other side of Los Angeles, I don't think I would make a special trip just for bagels. I live near Larchmont, unfortunately we do not have an Einstein bagels. I wish we did because I would most likely become a regular there when I'm in the mood for muffins or bagels. Everything looked good and a store is very clean. Staff is very nice. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they don't serve any cream cheese with the bagels. In a small amount would have been nice.

All your favorite bagel flavors are here. For me it's an Everything, Onion, or Garlic, two eggs and cheddar. Toasted just right and delicious for breakfast. Add a tasty hot coffee and I'm all set. I find the crew always friendly and responsive even as they buzz around behind the counter taking orders, preparing meals and doing what they do. It's always nice and clean inside and good to see things getting back to normal.

To have breakfast in the morning that's not to heavy and the rest off the crew this place is good and fresh

Had a great garden avocado bagel sandwhich- very filling and a great breakfast to start the day. Order ahead option is quick and easy to use. My iced chai tea latte had a weird sour taste to it, ended up pitching the whole drink, not sure why!

I'm really happy this place survived. The bagels are fresh and tasty. The drip coffee is drinkable. The eating area is comfortable and isn't overcrowded. I have had a bagel and lox in an expensive Beverly Hills restaurant, and it was twice as expensive as Einstein's, and not nearly as good. Thank you, Einstein's. Keep up the great work.

So happy I found this place been craving bagels lately and everything and sesame are my fave .. nova lox for the win .. never crowded always able to get my order and leave and still make it to work on time yay
