Google
The bagels and sandwiches are undeniably fresh and tasty, making them a delightful option for breakfast. However, the prices seem rather steep, and it’s important to scrutinize your bill carefully to ensure you’re not overpaying. For instance, in my experience, I ordered three egg-and-cheese bagels accompanied by hash browns and drinks for breakfast. To my surprise, the total came to approximately $45—a figure that feels quite unreasonable in my opinion. Such pricing can make the meal feel less enjoyable, despite the quality of the food. This might be something to keep in mind for anyone considering this establishment. It’s always wise to double-check the cost of individual items to avoid unexpected charges.

Google
really good bagels, some of the best I’ve had ss they make them fresh and are really soft. I didn’t get to go to the shop but I had the Jalepeneo bagel and the cinnamon bagel, it was really interesting and tastes really nice with their signature cream cheeses

Bagels are always fresh and delicious with a great variety to choose from. The staff is friendly and the service is consistently quick, making it a great spot for a quick breakfast or snack.

Google
PROs- good varieties of bagel , good location, parking CONs- pricey , service , takes a lot of time First timer : was in the area and was looking for a good breakfast . First of all, they don’t do omlettes. Was surprised .. all they have is a lot of varieties of bagels and good cream cheese . 🥯 service was very slow . Took them about 15-20 mins to make our order -3 bagels and egg 🥚 on a bagel . Seemed very pricey . They charged about 8$ for egg on a bagel . In other places , you get an omlette for the same price . Bagel with cream cheese was good but they didn’t toast the bagel much . Was a bit hard . Coffee was good . Milk shake was good too. Lots of parking outside . Good location . Overall an average experience..

Google
Came in 10 min before close, not only did they take our coffee orders super politely and helpfully but the manager/owner gave a giant cookie to the 6 year old that was getting close to a fit. Way too nice. What an awesome place.

Google
Our very common breakfast place. Usually when you are running to office and want some quick easy tasty breakfast so we usually pick Einstein bros bagel. I like bagels much over other places as they are very soft. And their crème cheese is also soft and creamed easy to bite while driving to office. The place is just a breakfast place opened from 6am to 2pm est. They serve variety of bagels and creamer cheese along with fresh juices. You can ask to toast your bagel or butter them with whatever toppings you want. They are very quick in taking order and serving it. That is also we prefer them apart from taste. You should try them someday if you haven’t yet. I loved their everything bagel toasted with butter with veggie creamer cheese. Also we tried jalapeño bagel with jalapeño crème cheese which kind of tasted like pizza. They have seating inside present and plenty of car parking outside. You can have coffee and customize your bagel into sandwiches too. Great place and great service.

Google
I have never had a bagel from Einstein but didn’t to do their Happy hour combo with a bagel and a mocktail and it was very good! The only reason I only have a 4 star was because I like a lot of cream cheese and the bagel did not have a lot but otherwise everything tasted fresh and delicious:)

Google
Nah don’t go here they mess up your order all the time.

Yelp
Great friendly service, delicious bagels, clean and well stocked dining space. The lox sandwich and cheddar jalapeño bagels are delish! I'm here once a week now.

Yelp
Ordered a bagel with lox brunch special using uber eats. Arrived to pick up my order and was told it was not in the system so ended up having to wait longer than usual because the place was super busy. Bagel was okay, on the same level to what I can make and put together at home. Came with a blueberry muffin and a hash brown tot infused with cheese, the muffin is what you can typically buy in a grocery store, the hash brown was interesting and had a mochi like texture, I prefer my hash brown more on the crispy side. Recommend ordering ahead and be cautious when using uber eats.

Yelp
Went to Einstein bagel on Friday and it was delicious! They have the best jalapeño cheddar bagel! Would absolutely recommend

Maria S.

Yelp
Me and my boyfriend are from out of state are were visiting the area, this place it not what we expected! The bagels were amazing and it was nice and comforting! Would come again!

Yelp
Just the worst service ever - forty five minutes from order to get a bagel - meant to be toasted but was cold - are they making it from scratch?

sandra R.

Yelp
I come here like once a year because I think maybe their service would be better but each time I'm so disappointed. Do not to mobile ordering. Every single time you'll wait about 40 to an hour to get your order even though the app says 20 minutes. There's no reason I should be waiting an hour to get a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee. When you approach staff, they ignore you or just tell you your order will be done shortly without even checking. It's unfortunate that this is the only einsteins in the area but Ive officially given up. Their bagels are not that good to have me wait an hour.

Yelp
Pros: decent bagels Cons: unfriendly service and lukewarm coffee I have gone to this location a few times. Those at the front taking orders have been usually been quiet and unfriendly. However, I distinctly remember getting unfair treatment from a gentleman who works there - I assume either the store-manager or a long-term employee. He was so bland and direct with me, yet so overly nice and kind to a seemingly long term client who walked in; the discrepancy in service surprising, and showed his/their branches inconsistent and conditional customer service. Bobby's bagel and Bagel cafe are much superior.

Jo L.

Yelp
Robert, I led with sending an email to corporate. Never heard anything at all back. Clearly not a priority for them. I've said my peace. I do thank you for pinging back. Take care.

Yelp
Bagels are always good. The service is fast. The staff is nice. There is no indoor or outdoor seating so all the orders must be taken to go.

Thalia A.

Yelp
The service is the worst. I waited for one hour and in the end, I didn't even received my order right.

Yelp
It had been quite a while since I've been to this Einstein's. My last visit to one of them was the now defunct Herndon location. That one was not good and was mercifully put out of its misery. With that in mind, I wondered how the Reston location was doing these days. I went on a freezing cold Sunday with the intention of getting some bagels to have for dinner. With the frigid temps, neither of us felt like venturing far from home. So, I bundled up and walked over here. I was here on a Sunday around 2 p.m. There were two customers ahead of me. The first thing I noticed was that the young woman manning the counter was the only employee there. She was filling orders and ringing them up. Still, she was fast and efficient. When I gave her my order, I also noticed that she was friendly, too. That was very impressive considering she had to do it all on her own. I ordered a Nova bagel without onions. At that hour, there weren't many bagels left. I chose a sesame seed bagel. The Nova bagel has cream cheese, Nova lox, tomato, capers and onions. She gladly made mine onion-free. My husband wanted a garlic bagel with cream cheese. All this cost $10 + change which made for a cheap meal. I liked my Nova bagel. It was very well made. My husband also enjoyed his garlic bagel. I was pleased to see that this Einstein has its act together (although they should have had another employee to help out). Still, I hope those in charge appreciate the young woman who single handedly took care of things. And, yes, we will return for more bagels---and try to get there earlier in the day for the best bagel selection.

Yelp
To understand my review, you must first understand how incredibly biased I am towards Einstein Brothers Bagels. Unflinching biased. I love them. I lived off of them throughout college, then on weekends for years after. My morning refuge of my favorite bagel, flavored cream cheese, and vanilla hazelnut coffee was an oasis for me. I only stopped my regular visits to the EBB shrine because of living overseas. I just visited EBB's Reston location after a significant absence. I was appalled. Rude staff, slow service. No seating allowed for customers with a hand written sign indicating so yet a high top had been set up in the corner that one of the employees spent my visit enjoying his bagel and coffee and cruising his smartphone. The people in front of me commented why can't anyone sit down but the employees then left without ordering. I thought to leave, too, but had looked forward to my visit for awhile now so I was determined to make the best of it. Well, nothing was "best" in the visit. The employee at the counter was rude, just ignored me when I asked questions, and didn't bother to even say thank you after ringing me up, just turned and walked away. Well, could have been a one off, but per previous reviews I just read it doesn't seem to be. I started to comment to the employee who just finished his bagel and smartphone session as he returned to the counter but he just looked at me and walked away. As he appeared to be an adolescent perhaps lacking in the social graces it could have been a one off, but again per recent reviews doesn't seem to be. I took my two bagels and coffee to my car, determined to have at least a picnic in the front seat and enjoy my Einstein's bagels after the long hiatus. Not only were the bagels cold and rubbery, the coffee was lukewarm. This was 1 minute after walking out of the story. On top of that, i didn't even get the cream cheese flavor I previously loved, as the store, or perhaps all of EBB, has reduced the amount of flavored offerings. If you run this franchise location, fire your manager and get someone who can manage your store before it's too late. Your ship is sinking. If you're the manager who reads this, stop responding to complaints with tepid please contact us to discuss (what is there to discuss???) responses on Yelp, just get to work and get your staff functioning again before this location goes out of business. I wish you success.

Yelp
Good Bagels and Service. I have been going there for years and seem to have endured where other stores in that corner have not.

Joel W.

Yelp
Bagel sandwiches were great and service was very friendly also. Ate in restaurant - plenty of seating - seemed very clean. Overall thumbs up.

Yelp
Incredibly slow service. Writing this while still waiting after 20 minutes for some very simple bagels. Dining room is also still closed and the restaurant is so aggressively cold it's like they actively want you to be uncomfortable and leave.

Yelp
The bagels here have been great. Wonderful selection and many great toppings. The only confusing things is the ordering process as they were not clear how to order and which station to go to. It is conveniently located next to The Harrison and is an easy walk an ample parking. Great bagel shop.

Ashley Q.

Yelp
The Einstein bagel in Reston, doesn't allow customers to sit down in the restaurant. They are constantly running out of bagels and / or coffee without having a new batch in the works. The cream cheese portion is pathetic.

Yelp
Close to closing time(about 30 minutes before). Came in with low expectations due to the reviews but was greatly surprised at how quickly I was greeted and food was prepared. The sandwich I ordered was the Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich... of course to go. It came out neat and warm enough to enjoy. If Einstein Bagels is one of your favorites like so... I'd say go in and don't hesitate to give this location one more try.

John H.

Yelp
This issue has not been solved. I cannot get through to Einstein Bagels customer service on the phone (after calling at least six times) and CashStar cannot add my gift card to my Einstein bagels Wallet. Thus, I cannot use the gift card in mobile orders or make purchases in advance with it. If I had known that I could not "ADD FUNDS TO WALLET WITH GIFT CARD", I would not have purchased a gift card in the first place. I need to get a refund. If Einstein Bagels tells me I cannot, I will contact my county consumer affairs office and the FTC, because this is a clear case of misrepresentation and false advertising.

Yelp
This place has good food The bagels are excellent The sandwiches are good, the spreads are nice. their app and Monday specials are also good deals. But, this is a big but, More than half the time I go in there I have a bad experience with their employees they're just not friendly or accommodating They don't listen and they don't seem to care. I don't know who does their screening but they're doing a terrible job. this is not a new thing I've been going there for years and it's always the same. I'll go back but I don't exactly look forward to the experience.

Yelp
This is based on corporate presentation. My company orders from Einstein bagels regularly (once a month). Last month, we ordered an exceptionally large order for our guests. About 6 dozen. The bagels were all smashed into 3/4 boxes. It was so bad and embarrassing. I tried to fix them on to a plate but they were broken up and ugly. This month we ordered a smaller 3 dozen and they certainly in nice boxes nearly organized. Why would they not do that for the larger order? The only reason we ordered from there again is because there aren't many bagel places in the area. But it's def encouraged us to shift from monthly bagels to perhaps donuts. Luckily our guests didn't mind but it was not at all acceptable presentation.

Yelp
This place is the WORST place to get bagels in the Northern Virginia region. Always waiting 20-30 minutes...for bagels, always some issue with the order. The place is run by 14 year olds who have no capacity for customer service. Go to Bagel Cafe.

Batmandakh E.

Yelp
they were overcharged my card for my purchase. I've noticed it just before I drive away, cuz they didn't give me any receipt. Then I went back into the store asked the price of my purchase and it was cheaper than the amount that they've charges. So I told that they've over charged... also they don't post their products price. weird place. never visit here again...

Yelp
Green Chile Bagel - amazing!! I am from New Mexico and this was just like home! Legit Green Chile on a super soft bagel with a delicious light crusty exterior! I went in with low expectations and came out giddy with excitement! Soooo good! So fresh!! Been here a year and can't find a decent bagel - until today!

Yelp
I think the people that work here all have single digit IQ. Literally I'm not kidding. There are five people here working and two people in line and they have no idea what they're doing. Service is slow and food is not fresh. Absolutely horrible service and food quality. dining room still closed. No reason to come here with so many other choices unless you are really craving them for some unknown reason

Charlie K.

Yelp
First of all I am a huge fan of Einstein Bagels. It is my favorite however I have been disappointed yet again with the quality of preparation. The smoke beef brisket bagel sandwich that I order looks nothing like the picture or even just an average breakfast sandwich. About a third of the sandwich had any meat and the eggs had stains from uncleaned eggmaker. I would provide pictures if necessary but this contact link doesn't provide that function. I don't want this Einstein in Reston Virginia to go out of business with other patrons experiencing similar situations . There are only two near where I live and I still love Einstein food.... I just don't want Einstein to disappear completely. The quality of preparation has little to do with the friendliness of the employees...as they are always friendly.

Yelp
I haven't had bagels in ages, so when I heard about Einstein Brothers new Twist-N-Dip I decided to give it a shot. This location was very easy to get to; in the complex right off Fountain Drive across from RTC. This location has a number of small and medium sized tables. There were probably about 8-10 other people just hanging out, so it's is surprisingly spacious. All sorts of food and drink items beyond just bagel and cream cheese. The Twist-N-Dip was filling and even better easy to eat. Outside is crisp and inside is soft. So easy to tear and eat w/ the included 2 Schmear options. This is a new item that's supposed to be around for a limited time, but they need to make it part of their staple menu. I took off 1 star for the service; there were 4 employees, but the same guy that was at the register had to make my order. He's also the only one that seemed to be doing anything.

Yelp
I went in early (6:45am) last Saturday morning as a man and his kid were walking out. The guy was upset they didn't have the breakfast sandwich he wanted (no bacon available?). I walked in and there were no bagels in the baskets behind the case, but there were on the wall looking like they just came from the oven. My friend tried to order the 9-multigrain for her sandwich, but they hadn't been made. I ordered a ham and cheddar cheese bagel on wheat, a chai and an orange juice. Everything was delicious and the service was great. It was around $10.50 for breakfast, not too bad. It's unfortunate that if they open so early, they're not fully ready to handle the early birds.

Yelp
NO INDOOR SEATING or DINING ALLOWED! While traveling, I was happy to find an Einstein Bros near my hotel. Having no idea indoor dining was NOT allowed, I made an online order and walked 10 minutes in the rain to enjoy my breakfast. Upon and arrival (don't forget it is 2023), I found the store had no chairs, tables slid to the side and signage indicating that indoor dining was not allowed. First, I am in 100% agreement that the business can choose to operate in this manner. However, I will no long visit future Einstein Bagel restaurants due to the practice. In addition, I do find it "false advertising" to sell your product online, reflecting that a store with a dining area is "open" and not state otherwise. Please update your online order website to clearly indicate that indoor dining is not allowed, or open up like 99% of the rest of the world. (Note, the local employees were pleasant and I suspect would have been a great place to dine, but I will never know)

Yelp
Love the bacon avocado tomato egg white sandwich. What makes it takes so great is the bacon and the tomato spread - so flavorful and yummy - craving it even now. Great bagels and cream cheese options as well. Pastries are decent but I've had better - muffins tops couldn't have more crumble for better flavor and texture. Clean store and friendly staff. Despite its past lower reviews, I encourage a second try/chance. I'll definitely be back for that egg sandwich.

Yelp
It's a shame that I have to report that this place is in deep trouble. I love Einstein's as a national chain. Their coffee is excellent and most everything is often very tasty. My wife recently had their nova lox and it was delightful. Yesterday we visited this Reston location and noticed the "pardon our dust" sign as they are remodeling. As we entered there was no clear place to order and it was crowded with several people waiting for their orders. The guy at the cash register yelled "over here" to me though I was standing under the order here sign . No big deal. We ordered our food and coffee and paid $20.00. Our food came out quickly and it was RAW. They hadn't cooked it at all, we were busy getting coffee on the COMPLETLEY DISGUSTING bar , coffee was empty and no cream or lids, sticks and sugar packets laying in puddles of coffee. Then turned to one of the COMPLETLY DISGUSTING tables (10 for 10 on tables with debris and food laying on them) to find our COMPLETLY DISGUSTING food. When we were done (after having them re-cook it and got it back raw again) we tried to use the COMPLETELY DISGUSTING bathrooms and nearly barfed. I'm calling the health inspector because this place needs to be closed until their management figures out what they are doing wrong. Stay away, until reviews improve or risk food poisoning and a really unpleasant experience. I do hope they get their act together as I want a nice Einstein's in my neighborhood.

Yelp
My wife and I used to love getting breakfast from here but it has just gotten worked each visit recently. Today was the last straw. I got 2 bagel egg sandwiches to go and they were inedible and just plain gross. The bagels wwre soggy, egg was greasy, cheese was brown and hard. Mine did not even have bacon (bacon, egg and cheesr) and my wife's had no mushrooms (mushroom, spinach, swiss). We will not be back, place is awful and not worth the $10+ I just wasted.
google avatar

Kelvin P.

Yelp
With any bakery or donut shop, your baked good options still available will be limited closer to closing time. I'm not a morning person, so often I experience this. I don't have complaints about this location. Employees are competent and courteous. The dining area is clean.

Charles K.

Yelp
This place used to be great on a Saturday morning. Not anymore. Lines don't move. Not worth a wait.
google avatar

Ashley R.

Yelp
The worst service I have ever gotten stood there for 15 minutes with out even an acknowledgement... I get times are tough but there is no need to not even acknowledge a paying customer... I walked out with out even placing my order!
google avatar

Brittany H.

Yelp
I've been coming here for lunch a couple times a month for the past year or so. I always get my bagel or sandwich to go, and usually stick to the Nova Lox (which is always great and only $7) or my favorite, the Spicy Devil bagel topper on a toasted garlic bagel (it's super spicy which I love and only $4). I was kind of surprised to see all the 1 star reviews on here. Sure, it could be a little cleaner and sometimes figuring out what registers to go to can be confusing, but my order has never been messed up and the staff has always been polite. If I could I'd probably rate 3.5 stars. Decided to go with 4 due to the friendly staff and one female employee in particular who remembers me/my order and is always super nice.

Beverly F.

Yelp
Love your bagels! Did you stop doing a bakers dozen? I was just there today and when I got home I only had 12 sesame bagels in the box.

C. R.

Yelp
Haven't been to this place in nearly 7 years. I decided to swing by today due to National Bagel Day. I wasn't sure if this location was participating in this. I've should've asked if they were any discounts today. While the food hasn't let up, the customer service has. I was waiting for nearly 10 minutes for my order. Also the dine in area has closed and I'm assuming this is due to Covid.

Nelson B.

Yelp
Slow and disorganized this Sunday am. If you order any bagel sandwich it is at least a 15 minute wait
google avatar

Yelp
Horrible, rude, uncourteous service (from one employee in particular). I've been into this location multiple times and the food has been fine and the service hit or miss. Today was a big miss. I went there on my way back from the doctor's office nearby. I walked in, and the gentleman taking orders was reasonably polite, but as I was providing my order, the employee preparing the food came up to the counter and started shrugging, rolling his eyes, and mumbling to the server to whom I was speaking. I looked at him, and he rudely and very irritably said "what do you need? tell me what you want!" and as I explained, he got increasingly frustrated and visibly angry. He seemed miserable to be there and it was only 10 AM! I have dietary restrictions so i was asking for a Santa Fe bagel sandwich without the turkey. I was so turned off by his behavior, I asked for the manager, who apologized for the "miscommunication" and was relatively courteous, but not particularly accommodating. I walked out of the location, not wanting to patronize the location. Went to a local joint a few miles down the street instead. Hire better employees!
google avatar

Ryan S.

Yelp
Quick, friendly, and delicious. This time opted for a breakfast bagel with chorizo instead of bacon. My god who knew the all nighter would taste that good! Definitely recommend and I want to definitely try their other breakfast sandwiches.

Nicole M.

Yelp
Staff was rude and kept telling us to change where to stand and how to stand to order. The gentleman in front of me was standing at the order spot for a few minutes before the staff told us to go down to the registers to order, and got mad we weren't standing against the coolers. It could've been a staffing issue, but the initial reactions to us walking in the door and just trying to order was incredibly rude.

Yelp
My party of 4 visited Einstein's on Father's Day June 16th hoping to have a good and quick experience. At the time we arrived, the restaurant was not very crowded and clearly had someone in training at the register (understandable). This was probably around 11:45am-12:00pm. Upon ordering, they were out of quite a few bagels but we paid a total of $30.38 for 4 bagel sandwiches along with 2 medium coffees and 2 bottles of milk. Our party proceeded to take a seat and wait for our food. At this point there were 5 different groups of people waiting. About 25 minutes to by, and a customer that had been waiting finally received their food causing some of us to begin clapping and saying "congratulations" as it is totally absurd to wait that long for eggs and sausage to be thrown in the microwave. After this incident occurred the manager proceeds to walk over to my table. She states and I quote "that was really disrespectful of you to clap like that and I would appreciate if it doesn't happen again. You are demoralizing my staff and making them not want to work". Wow. She then began to say that if we have opinions we need to keep them to ourselves and fill out the survey online (which I did). We didn't receive a "I'm sorry your food is taking so long" or "here's a coupon for the inconvenience" etc. Instead of trying to satisfy HER customers she decided to demean her customers. This insane wait caused another group to actually request a refund without an apology from the manager either. 35 minutes later our food arrived. Not only was the food cold, but the orders weren't remotely correct. At this point we were so frustrated that we just dealt with it and left. I don't know who hired this women as a manager, but she is most definitely in the wrong job. Horrible customer service, experience, etc. if anyone is aware of this women's name, please comment it below.

Yelp
Minimal selection of bagels by mid-morning. Understaffed and rude when I corrected my drink order. Tables weren't wiped down and it was a bit messy inside. Ordered a medium specialty coffee and while making a small, I corrected them for it to be a medium and I don't think the correct amount of espresso went in for a medium drink. Ordered an Asiago bagel with garden veggie schmear and I believe they gave me a thinner bagel meant for sandwiches...Every time I order a bakers dozen the bagels are much thicker. Toasted fine and schmear to bagel ratio was okay, just wish it was a regular sized bagel that I paid for.

Angela G.

Yelp
They screwed up both orders, forgetting to put chorizo sausage on my husband's breakfast sandwich and also failing to toast his bagel. They likewise forgot to include red onion on my nova lox bagel, even though I specifically asked for it. The cream cheese was wrong too. The cashier immediately threw away my receipt without asking if I wanted it.

Yelp
Where do you go when you're craving breakfast food and it's past 11am? Einstein Bagels, of course! I'm rarely a morning person, so it's hard for me to make usual breakfast hours. And as a lover of bagels, Einstein is a great option. I got spoiled while in college by an AMAZING bagel place, so I'm only so-so about Einstein's bagels. But they have lots of options and convenience. My most recent visit, I came for 2 things - to use a birthday reward (free egg sandwich with purchase) and to try a couple of the new menu items that caught my eye in my email box. First, I got an email about a mac and cheese bagel. Amazing. Then, a week or 2 later, I got an email about fried chicken as a sandwich topping...mac and cheese...and fried chicken...OMG, I was excited. The fried chicken came on 2 types of sandwiches - a breakfast sandwich and a lunch/dinner sandwich, both on the hash brown bagel. I love breakfast sandwiches and I had my reward for an egg sandwich, so I got the "Crispy Chicken & Tater Breakfast Sandwich," but subbed the mac and cheese bagel. I also bought a French toast shmearful, since I had to make a purchase for my reward and that's a pretty small item. The woman who checked me out was very nice and chatted with me about my birthday and some other light conversation while I waited for my sandwich to be prepared. A different employee came up to give me my food and asked if I wanted a fruit cup or chips with my meal, because it came with the sandwich. I was very confused because I've never had that before with breakfast, but I figured hey, it's a new sandwich, maybe they changed it up, so I got fruit. This fruit cup was so sad. Tiny, with bad fruit, and strawberries that looked inedible. And when I opened my bag, I realized why there was the difference in what was included with my meal. The woman who prepared my food was different than the one who took my order and rang me up. So in the pass-off of my order, she must have misheard, and prepared a lunch sandwich instead of the breakfast version. Normally I wouldn't make a big deal about a free sandwich, but I really wanted to try this breakfast sandwich, with my chicken, egg, cheese, country pepper shmear, and mac and cheese. So I went back to ask about it and they gladly prepared the breakfast version, letting me keep the lunch one as well, since they would just have to throw it out. So it was a little annoying at first, but they demonstrated great customer service by addressing it. And this way I could try both sandwiches as well. I was surprised how much I enjoyed the lunch sandwich, considering the only sauce on it was mayo and the lettuce looked kind of wilted. I think it was the tomato and red onion that added the extra oomph. I loved the breakfast sandwich though. The pepper shmear added the perfect seasoning and the combo of mac and cheese and fried chicken was pure goodness. Next time, I'll have to try it on the hash brown bagel, like it was intended, in order to compare. The shmearful was also very good and a nice sweet bite at the end of my meal. It would have been better warm though. Other visits, I usually get the turkey sausage and cheddar egg sandwich. At other bagel places, my go to is an everything bagel. But at Einstein, the caraway seed is a deterrent to me, plus there's not nearly enough salt on this bagel and they don't season the eggs, so the sandwich is very lacking when on this bagel. So I've taken to getting this sandwich on a salt bagel to up that salt factor. I wish they had other cheese options available, since cheddar isn't my favorite. But you can't beat this classic combo. Overall, Einstein is a pretty good, fast bagel option with lots of options. And this location has always been great with customer service.

Yelp
Not sure why this spot only has two stars. I've come here plenty of times and not once have had a negative experience. They just added Caribou coffee to their menu, with a few different drinks to choose from. If you've never had Caribou, you are missing out. They don't have my favorite Mint Condition yet. But maybe soon! :) I always get the same thing: pumpernickel bagel with extra schmear. And do they mean extra. The cream cheese is really good. I love their yummy cherry danish. The customer service for me has always been spot on. Comfort is one of the nicest cashiers plus, overall human beings I've ever met. Catherine was nice too. Mariah was over the top kind, I came in there limping today and she was full of empathy. This place deserves more stars, just my opinion.
