EJ Hideaway Lounge

Under new management !! I'm a local to Aurora and have been coming here for years. I have been back twice since the new owners have purchased the bar. Very friendly staff always a friendly crowd this is a great local bar that has made great changes. Everything feels and looks better in such a short time. Great place to meet friends for food and drinks if you haven't been stop by and check this place out.

My experience at EJ Hideaway Lounge was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The staff members were incredibly attentive and friendly, always ensuring that my needs were met promptly. The selection of drinks offered at the bar was impressive, with a wide variety of cocktails, beers, and wines to choose from. Whether you're a connoisseur or just looking to try something new, there's definitely something on the menu for everyone. The food menu was equally delightful. I particularly enjoyed the wings which were cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable, making it a great value for the quality of food and service provided. What truly stood out to me was their fantastic jukebox selection. It offered a diverse range of music genres, catering to every taste imaginable. Whether you're in the mood for some classic rock, smooth jazz, or the latest pop hits, the jukebox has you covered. Overall, I can't recommend EJ Hideaway Lounge enough. Whether you're looking for a cozy spot to relax with a drink, enjoy some delicious food, or listen to great music, this place has it all. I'll definitely be returning soon for another memorable night out!

New owner as of 3/7/2024! I gave food a 1 Star only because they are redoing the kitchen and it is not yet open. The owner and bartender were great. The atmosphere is a typical bar - what you would expect with pool, darts, foosball, many TVs. They are going to start doing things like poker night and various things coming up soon. The new owner really wants to make this place better so if it's been a while, go in and check it out.

Great service, good food and great drinks. Our group had an eventful time! Fun place ☺️ Update: and great music! They had classic rock playing in the background. We played pool all night and watched sports. NCAA Championship and CO Rockies' game. FREE POOL on Mondays! Thanks, EJ's! 🍻

I was on vacation in Denver. I went to grab a couple drinks till my friend got off work. My drink got spiked here, it was very scary, was almost assaulted and barely made it home. Please ladies, make sure you are with a friend the whole time, or better don’t go here ever. * This was March of last year. The person I suspect was a shorter man, latino, wearing a hat, sitting in the center at the bartop alone, said he was a regular. From what I remember he was trying to take me home with him. I managed to get away from him and ran out of bar and called an uber. There was only one lady bartender there working and no visible other staff, it was late at night. After a lot of thought, I really want to warn others.

Very nice neighborhood bar. Didn't order food. Go on Sundays typically. Larry the bartender is great.

The food is pretty good for bar food. The bartender was really nice and friendly with good recommendations in beers. No specific genre of music being played but all pretty good choices.

Cleaned off some of the dirt and grime. Nice people. Need to gut all old owner finishes
