Amazing food and amazing people. We got the pionono empanadillas, guava and cheese empanadillas, alcapurrias, surf and turf mofongo, and the pincho and bori tripleta sandwiches. All so good, I highly recommend!!

Great customer service, delicious food. Came with husband, we both loved it. Would like to try the mofongo next time.

I had the pleasure of trying El Bori Latin food truck, and I must say it was an incredible culinary experience. The flavors were nothing short of amazing, and the authenticity of the dishes truly transported me to Latin America. The empanadas were perfectly crispy, and the Mofongo were filled with deliciousness. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. If you're looking for a taste of Latin cuisine that's both delicious and authentic, El Bori is the place to go. I can't wait to visit again and savor their mouthwatering dishes!

What a disrespect from actual Puerto Ricans. I was born on the island and never would a BORI sampler consist of pizza empanadas and mozzarellas sticks. I was not expecting that when I took a bite out the empanada. The tripleta is advertised as a sandwich which is the standard it was an empanada and so gross with no flavor. This place needs to be shut down. Stop advertising yourselves as a Puerto Rican spot. Total disgrace to my people and the island.

I was looking for food truck spots and my girlfriend chose this one and I will say I enjoyed my experience although it wasn't what I expected. I wanted to try their sampler ($12) which brings 4 different appetizers. Unfortunately, they didn't have 2 of them but they accommodated us with +1 more pizza empanada and a cheese dog. Honestlyyy side note. I would prefer if I could mix and match the sampler for the cheese dog over the Mofongo balls. The pastry covered cheese dog hits. Also the pizza empanada was so good. Overall they have a nice covered space with seating and music. The food was so good, and they were nice and were still able to provide us what we wanted, I'll be going back!

I was on my way to Wynwood and wanted to get an appetizer before the fun began! I searched up empanadas on yelp and this was one of the few that caught my eye because it was Puerto Rican food truck. They had two food trucks set up side by side El Bori, and El Bori fries. It was located in a small parking lot, and had an overhang with tables and seating available to customers. Papas Supreme Fries were $6 It's French fries, topped with ground beef, cilantro-mayo, and spicy mayo. Empanadillas (Turnover) $4 Lasagna!! The lasagna empanada and papas supreme fries were my FAVORITE. 100/10. Yes you heard me correct. These two dishes were amazing! The meat and sauces on top of the fries were flavorful and enhanced the fries a lot. The prices were great because the portions were so big. I have never had a lasagna empanada but let me tell you I have been craving another one ever since I tried it. It was so unique, and the fried outside was crispy and flaky. I HIGHLY recommend these two dishes. I can't wait to go back and try there mofongo. Bolitas de Queso- $6 Mozzarella and chedder mix served with guava and garlic sauce. This menu item I did not enjoy. I thought there would be a cheese pull and when I bit into it the cheese wasn't really melted and the flavors were off with the item. The lasagna and fries out weighted the bolitas de queso which is why I'm giving them a 5 star. The staff was great, and walked over to us to check how everything was, and the food was freshly cooked.

The best Puerto Rican food in Miami and the best mofongo as well. El bori food truck never disappoints, they use fresh products and quality meat! I got the shrimp mofongo and it was perfect shrimp well cooked and had that seafood flavor, the plantain was nicely done and easy to eat. Staff is friendly and nice they make you feel part of their family, the truck always has a nice vibe and they play music so people are always upbeat and talkative! If you like mofongo check them out!

First time having alcapurria and it was the best thing I had. I should have gotten another one while I was in Miami.

Food is delicious and I can't wait to try everything on the menu. Before I start I just want to wish the owners all the success in the world! I was craving a delicious mofongo and this food truck pleasantly satisfied that craving. The spices and seasoning is really what makes this food so tatsty.I had the papas supreme which is golden hot fries topped with a savory cilantro sauce and delicious cheese topped with a ground meat that had a whole bunch of flavor going off in my mouth. The chicken mofongo was also delicious,with the side of red cabbage and a super tasty pink sauce. The next thing I'll try is another mofongo. I'll be sad once my vacay is over and I take El borio. Just super delicious!!!

Amazing Puerto Rican food, I had the carne frita with tostones and it was delicious. Also had their virgin pina colada and I highly recommend it!

It's so hard to find a really good food truck with reasonable prices now that Wynwood is so poppin' but don't think about it to much and come see el Bori. The pictures really does no justice! It literally taste as good as it looks if not even better! The tripleta is amazing. The pincho fries are my favorite. Chicken Pincho chopped up in tiny pieces dipped in bbq sauce on a bed of fries with more bbq sauce and cheese sauce. When I tell you I died and went back to heaven I really did

I think tacos on the menu offered by a Puerto Rican Food Truck is pretty risky and at most daring but nonetheless I chose to try it. The Steak Tacos of course. It was a beautifully executed fusion of Puerto Rican flavors in a taco which was 3 of them. This steak was the type that I would have alone with arroz con guandules only that without the rice replaced with a tortilla. Absolutely loved the flavors and really brought it home to PR. Also had the Alcapurria which was huge and again it brought it home to PR. Very delicious and great flavor with the sauce that they gave me along with it. Really really good authentic PR cuisine in a food truck. enjoy

They are very nice people. My hubby and I had a few things: 1-the tripleta was good but I told them I missed the lettuce on it. The owner personally doesn't like the lettuce so he doesn't serve it. 2-the sorullos were good and they said they are homemade. They said the cheese is inside the masa 3-the cheese hotdog fritura was really good. Reminded me of the cafeteria in my high school years back home 4-the alcapurria was huge (I had the yuca one) the flavor was good but a little greasy 5-Mayoketchup was good. Needed some ajo or something Will keep my quest for awesome PR cuisine. Since they were so nice I gave them the 4 stars but I'm a chef so I'm picky with my food. My husband is from Honduras but he knows good Puerto Rican cuisine and he said the food needs a little bit more sazon but it does the trick

What a hidden gem. I'm so glad I found it . The Alcapurrias are amazing. And I got an empanada with meat and cheese is was good too. They have a convenience store next door and you can buy the alcapurras and pasteles frozen to cook at home. I only wish they were a little bit cheaper for the frozen ones. They have some chairs outside so you can eat there. The staff is so sweet .

I was extremely excited to try this truck out and I can't say I was impressed. I actually tried to go on Tuesday but they aren't open on Tuesdays. They have specific hours so I suggest to look on their Instagram before going. No need to order ahead of time, their food comes out freaky fast. I might have done myself a disservice by what I ordered, I ordered three meals with the same exact sauce so halfway through it I was tired of the ketchup/mayo combination. Out of the three I would recommend the Papas Locas even though the sandwiches did come with good soft bread. Anyway, I think the Mofongos are what make this place what it is. I look forward to trying them again and trying one of their Mofongos!

I've never been a food truck person, but this food truck changed my mind. All it took was one bite of their empanadilla de pizza and I was sold. Their menu selection is not huge but I can say what they do serve is good. The mofongo is full of flavor and enough portions to satisfy you and then some. I love their bolitas de queso and the guava sauce to dip it in. This place has becomes a staple in our household. Only down side is that their schedule fluctuates a bit and they're not open everyday.

Our first time in Miami, we stumbled across El Bori by accident (lucky for us!). Our flight landed late and so few places were open. By this 1AM, they had sold out of a lot of their menu, and I'd never had anything Puerto Rican before - so I told their staff to surprise us! We were THRILLED (and that's just what they had leftover!). We really wish we had an El Bori in Texas, because their food is fantastic and nothing compares. We make this an essential stop every time we visit Miami. Get there early because they will sell out!

It's ok. I expect more than what I got. I ordered a tripleta, the meat was cold. There wasn't anything special about it, I've had wayyy better.

Empanadillas (empanadas/turnovers)were made on the spot and are so yummy, specifically the empanadilla de tripleta with mayuketchup or hot sauce on the side. The sorullitos are excellent and have a home made taste to them. If you're looking to try authentic Boricua food or if you're just home sick, this is a highly recommended spot with reasonable prices. The food was amazing there's nothing like feeling your home that's the way everything tastes like you were on the island. Where we live at Naples there are no Puerto Rican restaurants or food trucks so I was so happy to find this food truck amazing food awesome.

I ordered through ubereats for the first time and it was very fast which was a good start.I ordered the tripleta and one alcapurria. I am from Puerto Rico, born and raised and honestly don't remember eating tripleta more than once in my life therefore I can't compare with anything else but as a Chef the mayoketchup was a bit overwhelming, maybe that's how traditionally it goes but it was too much for me. That alcapurria tho' los amo. Definitely ordering again.

This place is great. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I tried the shrimp taco and it was amazing and the pionono empanada excellent. I recommend to try them.
