I passed by this charming wine bar while biking down 1st Avenue (which I suppose is in fact the operative "camino") and made a mental note to return. It was overall a good experience, but slightly below my admittedly high expectations.
I had a glass of orange wine, and we shared the bread and butter, patatas bravas, and hummus. I live in Brooklyn and naturally expect bread and butter at a wine bar to feature She Wolf bread, but this was pretty run of the mill sourdough. The patatas bravas were delicious, as they tend to be.
A good option if you're in your 30s but find yourself in the East Village.
