We stopped in for lunch on a Friday afternoon and were seated right away without a reservation. Our server, Delfina, was wonderful—she gave us great recommendations and helped make the experience enjoyable. Overall, we had a great lunch. If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the salt level. Both the setas mixta and the ribeye were a bit too salty for my taste. That said, I’d still recommend this spot—especially for mushroom lovers! 🍄

Rocio was amazing!!! The food was one of the best meals of my life. The mushrooms are next level and the steak was out of this world. Everything was wildly 10/10. Atmosphere is also 10/10. If you are American, you will be the only American here (which I love). This will be a memory. Wow!

This is a MUST when in Madrid! Delfina made incredible suggestions and I’ve never had Fois Gras that tasted this amazing which was all bc of her! Whether you come for a bite or a full meal make this place should be a TOP priority!

An unforgettable experience at El Cisne Azul, Madrid Everything was simply perfect - from the aroma of freshly grilled porcini mushrooms to the warm, authentic atmosphere of the taverna. You can truly feel that this place is built on passion for quality and simplicity. Special thanks to Delfina, the most wonderful waitress – attentive, kind, and genuinely passionate about what she does. She made our lunch feel like a small celebration. If you’re in Madrid and love good food, this is the place you must visit.

We had a wonderful experience! We had the boletus con foie, asparagus, octopus dishes, and flan for dessert. Everything was very delicious. Delfin & Chef Roduell took excellent care of us.
