On 03 Oct for National Taco Day, the wife and I came here with our 2 year old daughter. My wife was craving a margarita and this was a place we've been looking forward to trying. When we got to the restaurant at 6:25 we were seated. At 6:30 our waitress came to the table to introduce herself and bring menus. At 7pm (30mins later) she came back to bring us two glasses of water. We then took the initiative to place our order at that time. After all we had looked at the menu for 30 mins already. We ordered Tacos and margaritas. We wanted Margaritas on the rocks. Unfortunately, the waitress told us that they do not make margaritas on the rocks. According to her, they only have frozen margaritas. 30 mins later at 7:30 the margaritas finally arrived. My margarita tasted like S***. It tasted like the bartender over poured one too many shots of cheap alcohol in it. My wife's margarita had the opposite problem. Her margarita did not have ANY, ZERO, NADA alcohol. 15 mins later when the tacos arrived at 7:45 (yes, tacos regular tacos, nothing special. 1 hr 20mins after we arrived) we informed the waitress that her margarita did not have any alcohol. She said, it does I know it does. She got defensive. I asked her to taste the drink. She then grabbed the margarita and almost tasted the margarita. She then realized that she was about to take a sip, and put the drink down on a wrinkled napkin that we had used (see pic). She then said, I can tell the "guy" to put another shot in there. So yep, customer service and profesionalismo is def not their strong point. Lastly, if things couldn't get worse, when we finally received our tacos, they were cold. At least the waitress apologize for bringing the tacos late. Honestly, I would NOT recommend this place to NO ONE not even my worst enemy. TACO BELL, is a far better choice for "mexican" and I never eat Taco Bell. Another option is to walk to the taquerias nearby.
