Nice place with lots of seating options. Parking is a bit tricky but you get validations on the parking. The margaritas were nice and pretty stiff, for my liking. The pastor tacos under seasoned for me however they were very well cooked and the tortillas were fresh. The queso fundido was spot on and the chorizo absolutely delicious. The Tortillas were fresh, soft and delicious. I liked the dining experience and I would come again try out their other dishes.

Excellent food here, and great service. The parking was a little weird but you just need to go inside and sign in before you pay. It’s actually free parking for El Meson customers. I had the Green Mole enchiladas and those are SO delicious. Everything was prepared perfectly including the rice (and I’m a rice snob). I highly recommend this restaurant.

Came for a quick dinner and was interested in the new VEGAN Items. I had a Jefe and totopos y salsa. Great experience with perfect service. Keep up the great work and next up Vegan Queso checkout Rebel Cheese or Peace Cheese for options.

Sunday brunch buffet here is absolutely amazing! Buffet of every homemade interior Mex breakfast and lunch dish you could ever want - plus a huge table homemade desserts. Everything from scratch and the highest quality. Super clean and organized for a buffet, also.

Great Mexican food! Went here for the guacamole as I read good reviews. The guac was good but I really enjoyed the tacos. The French toast was on point. I appreciate using croissants rather than regular white toast. Friendly staff and good service. The food was very affordable. Definitely recommended.

I would take my review with a grain of salt simply because I don't care for mole sauce in general and that was my fault for not looking at the menu close enough; a LOT of this dishes had it. Altogether though the food I did get was great, different from mexican food I'm accustomed to [which isn't a bad thing], and very friendly staff. Just wasn't what I was looking for but I can recognize it as good quality overall.

We are lucky to have this solid, long standing, authentic restaurant still going on S Lamar. It’s tasty and not overpriced for the quality. The fundido and fajitas were amazing and so was the pineapple spicy margarita. Great service and I always appreciate the chill, upscale vibe.
