"Cecilia Galán has taken over the kitchen at the former Rincon Usuluteco space, along with partners Eduardo Marroquín and Lesly Galán, bringing new life to their yuca con pescaditas, boiled then fried, yucca with curtido and poeciliids, tiny freshwater fish that are fried to a crisp. There’s a full menu of rellenos, egg-battered pacayas (bamboo shoots), green beans, güisquiles (chayotes), and stuffed bell peppers topped with tomato sauce. I came here with my friend for pupusas, and they made them fresh. The whole restaurant is El Salvadorian themed and the owner is very nice! I am vegetarian and I got the bean and cheese pupusa, and my friend got the chicken and beef ones. They both were delicious!

GREAT bc they were open on New Year’s Eve and had really kind service. The beans are delicious. The pupusas are giant (some of the biggest pupusas I’ve seen) and extra cheesy. They got all sorts of pupusa too (like carrot and spinach like whattt). Also it’s really pretty with nice murals. The horchata was crack. It was toooo authentic, but in a good ways. Made me recognize I’ve been drinking white washed horchata. As always, vegetarian friendly. It’s up there as some of the best pupusa because it was not doughy.

I got an atole de elote. They automatically gave and chafed me for a large even though there were no sizes on the menu. It was supposed to be$4.50 as advertised but then she charged me $6, claiming it was $1 for atm card—an UNadvertised fee. Random prices illegal false advertising.

I ordered some pupusas on uber eats and they send 4 of the saddest pupusas I've ever had. Barely any filling, mostly just the masa. Like they're trying to save money and cut costs but you guys should be ashamed of the quality of skimpy pupusas you serve.

The folks were courtesy, the restaurant was clean and the food was excellent . I got the Grilled Beef and it was so much food, I didn't know where to start. I HIGHLY recommend this spot.
