Food is literally trash. $23 for this bowl is ridiculous. Way over priced and it’s a rip off. Potion is so small and not appealing at all. Food is super salty (fajita steak), dry, and not edible at all. I thrash the whole thing into trash can after a few bites. Eat elsewhere and don’t waste your money here.

I was in line at Starbucks with a dozen in front of me & a dozen standing waiting. I spotted El Tiempo. I left the line & made a beeline to the bar. I was immediately given a menu & served coffee. I ordered Huevos Rancheros which was served piping hot within two minutes. It was fantastic. (Especially for airport food). I know there are a lot of poor ratings here, but it was not my experience.

I ordered a Fajita Mixed Green Salad and it came without bacon, veggies, egg, avacado, and tomatos. It was as a $5 side salad that cost $21. I should’ve taken a pic before I sent it back to be remade. Fortunately I wasn’t in a rush. I’ll get a sandwich from somewhere else next time I’m in Terminal A. Update: they still didn’t remake it correctly.

Worst burrito bowl ever. Rice looked like it went through a food processor, they ran out of beans (at 6pm on Friday and found out only after my food arrived) and was missing the guacamole. All for $17. Bartender is nice and drink prices are what you expect at an airport.

Stay away! The food looked so bad and the portion size was kid size, for an adult size burrito bowl, that I could not even complete my order and actually pay for it! You lost my business & I'm so disappointed, but Freshëns fresh food Rice Bowls were amazing!

Not worth your money. Got the burrito bowl for $18. Super small portion of food for the price. I would eat at any other airport restaurant before this one.

Ok...all these people saying "It's not like the original" need to chill. Of course it's not like the original. It's not the dang airport. Having said that, there's no reason for the chicken in my burrito bowl to be dry. The drinks are excellent and rhe service was great.

Food: Good. Drinks: Amazing Bartender Reamer is a fantastic bartender. He brings bartending from ordinary to extraordinary! You get a meal and a show!! A lady next to me ordered a margarita so she could watch the performance as he prepares the drinks. Management’s better know they have an amazing, creative, bring-it-to-the next level employee. I didn’t make it to three flights. Was bummed out. Reaner brought a dose of sunshine and made it all better! And reward him!!! Anytime I’m in IAH, I’ll make my water stop at El Tiempo Cantina.
