From the moment Dennis at the front desk assisted me with checking in to our suite, the 6 night stay was great. Everyone we came in contact with during our stay was friendly and helpful. That is saying a lot - not one person gave us the brush off!||One of the great experiences we had was meeting Aaron (bartender) and Trinity (server) at Vito's Lounge. They are both so nice, friendly, and we never had to wait long for a drink. They are both top shelf and it was our pleasure to go to Vito's for morning coffee with bailey's and play video poker along with great conversation from them both.||I highly recommend the Premium Suite which is very spacious, great views, comfy robes and slippers, and the jacuzzi was terrific.||Of the Caesar's properties I have stayed at around the country, this one is far the best in service and friendliness. Thank you for making my milestone birthday one I will always remember with as huge smile and fond memories.

The suite was amazing. Bed was so comfortable, the shower was huge. It was better than we imagined. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We stopped on our way home to Arizona but decided we will come back here instead of vegas for our vacations. The room was better than expected.

Casino complaint: The cashier named Vo gave us so much attitude when we asked if we could get $100s instead of the $20s the machine gave us when we cashed out our winnings after sitting and gambling for hours. Apparently they can only only give us $500 in $100 bills. The manager decide to her back which doesn't make sense because if someone goes up there to cash out a $1000 chips would they only give them $500 in $100 bills then the rest in $20s. Make it make sense. It's not even the fact that she could only do $500 in 20s but the attitude from the get go is unnecessary.

Everything was just great. We used it as a stopover as it was convenient and good value with free parking. Rooms were fine, albeit a little dated but I guess typical of the genre. Bed was big and super comfy, shower great too. It was all very quiet, as it was a weekday out of season, hence the great price. We enjoyed our brief stroll around the river in Reno.

This was my first time staying at Eldorado, and overall, it was a pretty cool experience. I stayed in the Presidential Suite and was genuinely impressed. The room had a unique retro vibe that gave it real character, and the heated shower was a major highlight—super relaxing. The only thing I felt was missing was a second bed. For a Presidential Suite, I expected a bit more flexibility in sleeping arrangements. That said, everything else—from the atmosphere to the comfort—was spot on. Would definitely consider coming back!

Came here with the family for a road tri0 vacation. We stayed 2 nights, it is an older hotel but the rooms were fine and comfy. This hotel is connected to Silver Legacy and Circus Circus. Lots to see and do between the 3. Definitely will be back!

I had an awesome time in Reno last weekend and spent two nights at the Eldorado. The staff was super friendly, and the location couldn’t be better, right in the middle of downtown. It was easy to walk to everything, and the vibe all around was welcoming. The rooms were priced well, which is a plus. They are a bit outdated, but overall, it was a solid stay.

We read a review saying that the Casino was smoke free and we made arrangements for two nights as the wife and I like to play video poker. Upon arrival in the lobby we noticed the strong smell of cigarette smoke and upon inquiring, smoking is allowed in the Casino - but we were assured our room was smoke free. I told the receptionist that we wanted to spend time gambling in the Casino, not in our room - thus the wife and I agreed to drive back to Pleasanton that afternoon cancelling our mini vacation. - - Now looking for a truly smoke free Casino.
