Eldorado Reno - A Caesars Rewards Destination

From the moment Dennis at the front desk assisted me with checking in to our suite, the 6 night stay was great. Everyone we came in contact with during our stay was friendly and helpful. That is saying a lot - not one person gave us the brush off!||One of the great experiences we had was meeting Aaron (bartender) and Trinity (server) at Vito's Lounge. They are both so nice, friendly, and we never had to wait long for a drink. They are both top shelf and it was our pleasure to go to Vito's for morning coffee with bailey's and play video poker along with great conversation from them both.||I highly recommend the Premium Suite which is very spacious, great views, comfy robes and slippers, and the jacuzzi was terrific.||Of the Caesar's properties I have stayed at around the country, this one is far the best in service and friendliness. Thank you for making my milestone birthday one I will always remember with as huge smile and fond memories.

Everything was just great. We used it as a stopover as it was convenient and good value with free parking. Rooms were fine, albeit a little dated but I guess typical of the genre. Bed was big and super comfy, shower great too. It was all very quiet, as it was a weekday out of season, hence the great price. We enjoyed our brief stroll around the river in Reno.

Rooms were minimal but clean. Cafeteria was good, moderate priced and had large portions. Table games specially blackjack are $15 minimum use 2 or 6 deck shoes. If you want a 3-2 pay on 2 deck blackjack you will not be able to double down after splitting. You can double down on 6 deck but it pays 6-5 for a blackjack. They let you enter a game midround but will not give you a reshuffle if you request it even if no one else is at the table. I don't know how many times they allow you to split since I never had the chance to do it.

We have stayed here many times over the years and have found it a very pleasant hotel. The Eldorado has just about anything a person could possibly want. From nice rooms, great food, and gaming of all sorts. It is also integrated with the Silver Legacy, and Circus Circus. All are fine choices.

This was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed. I was required to stay at this place due to a baseball tournament that was a “stay to play”. When unloading they only had 2 bellhops and they moved with such little speed it took over an hour to get our luggage to our room. In walking the hallways it was more hot and humid than outside. Rooms smelled like mildew upon entry, immediately called front desk when I noticed one of my beds had a dried period blood stain on the top sheet, and why looked like fecal matter on the “comforter”. Couldn’t change my room but said they would send fresh sheets, never happened luckily I brought an extra blanket. The ironing board was stained with what looked like grease of some sort. In 5 days we called repeatedly to have our room serviced (trash taken out, new towels, additional toilet paper we were given 1 roll for 4 people) not one time did anyone come. We had to resort to going to the pool area to grab fresh towels, walking hallways to find housekeeping to get rolls of toilet paper and leaving trash in the hallway. Pool closes at 8pm and security starts walking around at 7:15 telling people to start to leave and at 7:50 stood over our group saying it’s time to go. He needs to get us all gone because he has places to go. I would never stay at this hotel again and I travel/hotel stay around 60 nights a year. The only part that was nice it was the location to the Reno sign.

Things were good as long as you don't have a tall pickup that won't fit in the upper levels of the parking garage. Person after person couldn't tell us what to do or how to get there. Then they blocked off most of the non-valet parking for got August nights (understandable except NO ONE would be clear if where we parked was okay or not). What should have been a fun week with our teenagers turned into if we leave, we'll we have a place to park? level of stress. The parking garage elevators were mostly broken with 1 running most of the time and a second running a little bit. Then there was either human or dog poop in the stairwell (can't use elevator so must use the stairs) and it was smeared and tramped around all 5 days we were there.

Horrible experience. Tried checking in early. They kept saying it's not ready yet. They said we can pay $50 to check in early but then said oh the rooms not ready. The room we had was so old and out dated. Went to the pool a little after 9am. The doors were still not open. Pop machines were not working. Was not happy this time at all. Will not be staying here again. I will say the bell desk is the only positive thing I have. Great guys there and very helpful.

The suite was amazing. Bed was so comfortable, the shower was huge. It was better than we imagined. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We stopped on our way home to Arizona but decided we will come back here instead of vegas for our vacations. The room was better than expected.

We stayed here on our long road trip.  We are Caesars rewards members, and the room was comped!  The room was spacious and comfortable.  There was a Keurig machine with K-cups, and they left us two bottles of water.  There was a fridge in the room.  The bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay.

I visit the Row about 3 to 4 times a year. I'm a Diamond Plus player, which gets me comp rooms and valet. This year, I switched to staying here, rather than Silver Legacy, as I prefer both the rooms and valet here. All and all, it's a nice property. Nothing much negative to say. There's a good selection of machines to play and the eating options are also good. On this particular visit, the internet was terrible, kept dropping. I did notice that they've changed up their toiletries to some better products that smell wonderful. I do have a special shout out to the Valet Services. These guys are always so pleasant and helpful, particularly Jordon. I look forward to seeing him during my visits, as he's fun to chat with, and provides great service. Also, I'd like to start a petition to bring back Peggie the Pigeon! She was the mascot at Valet - the smartest pigeon you ever met. She kept everyone in check ;) I hope management reads this and reconsiders giving her the boot. Just a side not, why does Caesar's not do something about Circus Circus? For instance, it's called The Row, which includes Circus Circus, however, I think a majority of people who visit The Row, never set foot in Circus Circus (unless they've brought their kids). The casino area isn't somewhere I'd want to spend anytime. It's dank and depressing. They need to "amputate" this sickly property and replace it with something new and exciting. What a waste.

Went for a girls weekend for my birthday...due to multiplier weekends I was able to level up and enjoy the VIP lounge. Which is AMAZING customer service. We were taken care of by Bri, Susi and Amelia. In this lounge you get drinks wether you're gambling or not as long as you tip (not a requirement BUT definitely HIGHLY recommended.) They even have a fancy coffee maker (my friend loved their fresh espresso martini) clean bathroom and 12 TVs with the NFL ticket for a good Sunday Funday. We had a blast and am looking forward to going back if only for the lounge

Great show at the El Dorado!! Love the showroom so clean and well set up. Two bars inside which make it super convenient and as Yelpers last night we got VIP "Hot" seating in front with intimate seating in comfy chairs and tables with a small light and menu. Saw Menopause the musical which was hilarious and put on by 4 fabulous ladies who through skits showed what us "hot ladies" deal with! Loved the music they sang and danced their way through! See it if you haven't you will love it!! Staff here are all on top of things and are sure to make your experience the best!!

I absolutely loved this show. It hit every single point about menopause. I was not on the list, but an elite friend called me and asked me to go and I jumped at the chance. We got to sit right up front in the hot really enjoyed myself. So a lot of my good friends there that I've met.. The show is just fabulous. Definitely. If you get a chance to go see this show. Do it I'm going to take my other sisters to go see it. They're going to love it. We got a treat. Bag as well. It had water chocolates. In 2 flavors of pretzels, we got 2 free drinks. The girls on stage were fabulous absolutely Funny, I couldn't quit laughing.

We saw "Menopause the musical" as a Yelp Elite event. it was a great performance. Really funny with good actors. Worth paying for. Also ate at the Central Cafe. Good food. Great service.

Menopause the musical was hysterical. Those 4 women were fantastic, funny, and so talented. The show was so creative! We were able to sit in the 'hot seat' section. Not typical chairs and in the first 3 rows! Perfect!

When arriving at the hotel at 4:00 PM . There was only one desk rep and there were 12 of us checking in. I asked the manager if we could have more help. He was to busy pouring champagne for other guest. He finally did go help at the desk. Also to many restaurants closed.

Very sad. What they call a "deluxe king" is a small box with a bed. Loose $500, don't expect any comps. Can't speak with a casino host, employee goes back and soeas with them for you. Won't go to a ceasers property in reano ever again. Treated awesome at harrah's metropolis and ceasers Vegas. This is trash. Extremely disappointed.

The room was a Premium King, very comfortable. Staff very pleasant as most of Caesars employees are. I won over 1k but gave it back. Enjoyed my stay.

Our room was dated, but the service was friendly. Conveniently located on the Row where we could enjoy Brew Brothers as well as the laugh factory, without leaving the building.

Such a fun show. It was a perfect girls night out! Lots of laughter and so relatable!

We had an incredible time seeing Menopause the Musical in the Showroom! Thank you for making it a memorable afternoon for all of us girls going through the change!

CABARET LE CIRQUE Cabaret Le Cirque was incredibly entertaining, with astounding feats of skill and strength, fantastic dancing, and wonderful singing. The action was nonstop, and the costumes glamorous. The entire cast was incredibly talented! The theater itself is small and intimate. It seems that every seat is the best seat in the house. You'll feel like you're part of the action!

Eldorado The Row is a wonderful hotel and casino in Reno, NV. It is right downtown close to all the entertainment venues and the Riverwalk. The rooms are spacious and clean and have wonderful mountain views. There is a Kurig coffee maker and variety of coffees in the room as well as real creamer and sweeteners. The staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. Best of all, the Eldorado has room service!!!! As most travelers know, many hotels have discontinued room service since 2020. The Eldorado still has room service which is such a luxury. Also, Millies breakfast and lunch cafe is good food, reasonably priced with an excellent waiters and support staff. I highly recommend the Eldorado if you are staying in Reno.

We went to the Eldorado Resort Showroom to see Menopause The Musical. It's a cast of four women sharing their experiences of aging. Their music, singing, dancing & comedy style is really upbeat & entaintaining !! The Showroom's acoustics & seating comfort exceeded our expectations.

Cabaret Le Cirque Eldorado's current show for summer 2023. Truly the best variety show I have seen in the showroom to date. Cabaret sexy, funny and fabulous music. Le Cirque stunning performances. It's a must see because I don't want to spoil any of the fantastic surprises. The costumes are a bit circus and showroom combined. They were fun, sexy and all glam. The cast is over the top, starting with the devilish ring master/host. Madam Octavia the "queen" of the evening with a fabulous and powerful voice. There's no lip singing here. The ensemble of incredible dancers and singers add to the nonstop motion on the stage. Then the shocking cirque performers. OMG what they do. Your heart will stop, you'll gasp, you will be shocked, and entertained all at once. The music choices - finally!!! Finally someone has created a show with a mix from the 80's to current. Music that was superb and pretty much everyone knew. It told the perfect story. F, G, H rows are eye level with the stage. I feel the center in these rows are splendid. There are ringside tables and seats with champagne service available. Be careful, the bars on each side of the stage are included in the show. I'm posting just a few pictures for a teasing taste. Go, be entertained and enjoy.

Went to the Menopause show. Theater is large enough but didn't see a bad seat in the house. Employees were very helpful. The show itself was funny and very entertaining. Would definitely recommend this show to others.

Had a staycation for the BBQ Brews and Blues. 1st issue was that only 1 elevator was working in the parking garage, which was quite inconvenient. The pool hours are from 9am until 7pm, and the hot tub was not available for use, which seems to be a standard issue at Cesar properties. The beds, although comfortable, could use more than just thin sheets as the heater in my room did not work. They do respect your wishes for no housekeeping services, which is nice. It's definitely not a super fancy place to stay, but it does the trick for a staycation when you don't want to deal with an Uber.

I now come here instead of going to las vegas. I come here every month. 3 hotels connected together formed a great complex. 30 restaurants. Except no Chinese restaurant. Big mistakes because a lot of Chinese customers. People here are very friendly.

We had the best room ever very spacious with a tub right there in the room. The tub was humongous but the only problem was there were no stairs or easy way to get in. I have to also add we had a problem with room temp regulation. A tech was called before he arrived it was cold after he left it was oven like...we survived. I would say the rest of the ambiance of the hotel was outstanding.

We took in the current show, Thursday night (Thanksgiving), performing in the Eldorado Showroom at the Eldorado Hotel and Casino Resort. "Christmas on Ice" was phenomenal! We thoroughly enjoyed it. The singing, the dancing, and the ice skating were top notch! The show was about 75 minutes long. Our seats were excellent, though in this intimate setting, I don't imagine there is a bad seat. The sight lines and distance from the stage look to be reflective of good design. I also found the ticket pricing to be quite reasonable, especially considering how professional and well executed the production. I highly recommend this show.

on 4/20/25 ,as soon as we walk in VIP gold room the guy Ryan gets up and walk towards to the lady at the Bar, whispers to her. I asked 1 Perrier, he said no more, then I asked 1 red bull's, he also said no more . I ask for a coffee and he asks my player and I show to him. my wife wants latte and he yells out loud ask my wife, let me see your player card. I told him that we are together. I just gave him player card again minute ago , he asked my player card again , I strongly believe he gave me a hard time and miss treated , he also told me the policy you can only have 2 drinks. that is false information, later on that nite, my other friend seven stars asks lady for Red Bulls and she handed it to him. the guy Ryan should treats all the seven stars players the same way and with respect. there is no customers service from Ryan. I'm thinking of going to Peppermill or GSR instead The Row

Check in today 4/6/25 @ 4pm. Room given 672 was reeking of cigarette smoke. Transferred us to 661, A/C not woking. Engineering came 2x to fix but can't fix A/C, still 74 temperature. My husband went downstairs to ask to be moved to a different room but front esk refused to process asking for my I.D. THI WAS 8PM already. I called front desk and talked to the supervisor. I complained that the first room change, they didn't asked for my ID, but this 3rd move, they refused to process room change without my ID. I was upstairs in the room with our luggage while engineer was hopelessly fixing the A/C. A tremendous inconvenience for us disabled seniors to be Transferring rooms 3x and going up and down to process change since it it the Hotel's incompetence and lack of customer service and poor facility. Ven talking to supervisor didn't do us any good. Excuses after Excuses. Our first time staying at El Dorado Reno and what a nightmare and worst experience ever. ​

We visited the Eldorado Casino in Reno early in Nov. 2024. While we were there, the power went out and we were left with money in slot machines that were all shut off, and a plane to catch. We notified Rachel Ostempowski, one of the slot workers. Rachel went on to notify Michele Kinsley of our problem. One of the chef's walked us out using his phone as a flashlight, so we could catch a ride to the airport for our flight. Everyone was so nice and they all went above and beyond to help us out. We were told that we would hear from them later. Much to my surprise, we received a letter from Tori Marshall, The GM's executive assistant, today. The letter included a check covering the amount of money left in the slot machine. These people gave me their word and all followed through with promises to help us out. The staff was fantastic during the outage and we will definitely make a point of coming back to the Eldorado next time we are in Reno. Thank you all for your help. Amazing Customer Service! Wow, what a great experience in Reno! Cabaret Le Cirque was so fun and made me gasp out loud a number of times!! Remarkable talent and incredible showmen/women. Sat right up front, center stage, and as a bonus enjoyed champagne while watching the show. Smaller theater so all seats are mostly good seats but front row was definitely that much better!Such a great time & definitely recommended 100%.

3 of us went up for the weekend to enjoy a nice couple of days of gambling. Wait, not only did we have a room? That was a sweat box and could not be turned out, but the casinos themselves were so miserably hot. That I tanked Presidents' Day in February was necessary for their casino. I will never stay at the El Dorado again.They need to do a lot of cleanup.They've got signs saying buffet this way.Buffet that way no buffets

Last night we attended the Xmas on Ice Show at the El Dorado showroom. Absolutely a great time! The ice skaters, dancers and singers were so good. The stage was extended further out to accommodate the small ice rink . We were seated in the center, 3rd row. We were so close that I could almost reach out and touch the stage (well not exactly, but yeah, very close.) The numbers, costumes, lighting and music (live singing throughout) were great fun. I have to warn you though, come with a coat or sweater as the temperature is lowered to keep the ice rink from melting. I did adjust quickly to the temperature as did most people. It was a most enjoyable show and I highly recommend it. If you eat at Roxy's before or after the show (like we did) the restaurant comps you an either an appetizer, soup or salad plus a dessert for EACH ticket. Good deal!!!!!

Wow, we really enjoyed a show Cabaret le cirque at Eldorado showroom. Theater inside was not that big but we can feel all excitement in the whole time. Acrobatics, singing and dancing all of them were fantastic. One of the best show I watched it lately. Highly recommended this show if you are in Reno.

OMG, such an amazing show! Unbelievable talent jaw dropping show. The strength athleticism of the acrobats was amazing! The theater is small, so no bad seats in the house. My family really enjoyed it, I highly recommend It!

Christmas on ice was absolutely amazing. It gave me all the good holiday vibes. The dancers, skaters and singers were so wonderful. I would definitely watch again. This would make a great Xmas gift For some. I highly recommend .

Wow. We just attended the Christmas Wonderland holiday show in the Eldorado Showroom and it was wonderful. The venue is a perfect size and all of the seats are great and comfortable. The show was spectacular with all of the talented dancers and singers, the beautiful costumes and dazzling sets. Each show segment was entertaining and delightful to watch. They sang so many beloved Christmas songs and they danced the whole time. Highly recommend this festive holiday event for all, especially to families and kids to celebrate the joys of the holiday season. The experience was fun and special!

Great hotel. It's a lil older. But it is clean. Check in was easy and check out. We will come back again. We recommend this place. Plus it's on the row.

Very small rooms and out of date. The heater didn't work in the middle of winter and the casinos are very tight.

Just spent 4 days at the Eldorado Resort and Casino. Other than a few minor glitches, it was a wonderful experience. When we first arrived and checked in, we went to our floor. The stench of marijuana was very overpowering but that was gone by morning. The room was clean and nice. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The bellmen and valet service were above and beyond anything I had ever experienced. For $15.00 for the stay of our visit, it was a bargain to have our car available whenever we needed it. They even loaned me a wheelchair for the duration as the altitude got to me!

The Menopause The Musical was awesome! Great time and they were right, guaranteed to laugh!

Had the absolute best time at Cabaret Le Cirque at The Eldorado Casino! I was so fortunate to attend opening night and WOW! The show, the singing, dancing, outfits, and entertainment were top notch, it left me and my best friend wanting more. We sang along, laughed, smiled and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Hoping that The Eldorado continues to bring high class and quality shows to Reno, NV because I will definitely watch!

This place is trash. The comps have gotten worse and the service sucks. I parked in a handicap space, yes I am handicapped abd someone smashed in my windshield. Needless to say we were stranded because you can't drive with a broken windshield. I am Diamond Plus which means I have gambled and lost alot of $. So the they did comp us another jacuzzi suite but the water drained and didn't stay in. So now I went to get a soda and I am on the 20th floor. Soda machine broken, went to 19th floor same, 18th floor same, 21st floor same and 22 nd same....I gave up ridiculous

Room was ok small. view was of a cement wall. Had prepaid for the room. Ask for a room with a better view but was told no.

Booked my room online and when I arrived at 1pm I was charged an extra 44 dollars for resort fees, ok I guess I can live with that. But was told I needed to pay another 40 for early check in or i could be upgraded for 44 dollars and the early check in would be wavied. Or i would have to wait 2 hours to check in WTF, This place is a scam won't come back here after sitting in a crappie chair for 2 hours.

Add my TikTok snickerbar2022z I just wanted to say this is literally the best show on earth. The amount of talent by each individual amazed me. I had to give them additional 10 stars!!! Just thinking back when I travel to Reno. Thank you again. Each act was breathtaking. 20 stars. A must see show worth every penny.
