Electric Lemon, the rooftop hotspot perched atop the Equinox Hotel in Hudson Yards, is actually pretty great. The flaxseed pancakes here (available on weekends) are exceptionally fluffy and get a pleasant textural contrast from the seeds strewn throughout the batter.
