Best Artisanal Cheese Platter ever had!! The cheese, crackers, quality of honey, and the almond dragees which we ordered in our platter, each item on it was delicious. Disgusting. Found a dead cockroach in their cheese platter. Can't believe I ALMOST TOOK THE BITE. EDIT: Yesterday, I was gifted a cheese platter. There was a dead cockroach stuck to the truffle cheese ball which we noticed after picking up some cheese on the cracker. This was extremely distressing, and we threw the entire platter. We contacted the company via Instagram and WhatsApp to inform them of the issue. To be fair, the company responded promptly and maintained constant communication with me throughout. They acknowledged the seriousness of the incident and informed me that they had shut down their facility for two days to conduct thorough inspections. All pending orders were delayed, and comprehensive checks were carried out. They also arranged for a third-party investigation and additional pest control measures. The company shared pest control reports from the past three months as well as the most recent reports, which demonstrated the steps they are taking to investigate and address the issue. They also offered a refund and a replacement. While I appreciated this, I declined the replacement, as after such an experience it is understandably difficult to consume the same product again. I do not believe it would be right to take this review down. Incidents like this are serious and should not occur, particularly in food businesses. At the same time, it is important to acknowledge that the company took the matter seriously, communicated transparently, and took corrective action, which is reassuring to see.

We have been buying Eleftheria cheeses (and other accompaniments) regularly, and are always impressed with their quality and customer service. Every product is consistently fresh, flavourful and clearly made with care. It’s become a staple in our home and parties, especially their wonderfully curated and meticulously packaged platters, knowing we can always count on their quality and rely on their timely deliveries. The cheeses, condiments, crackers are top quality. What I loved was the very thoughtful packaging - a stunning, huge platter which stays put even during delivery across town. Must compliment the customer service - they were very helpful during delivery & the ordering process and the follow up to check how the platter had reached me. Need to have our dose of eleftheria cheese every month. Value for money, fresh, and melts in your mouth. Definitely recommend their Konark French Tomme Style Cheese and the Brunost.
