Elephant & Castle Review - West Village - New York - The Infatuation

"If there was ever a restaurant to visit just for just one menu item, this is it. Elephant & Castle is a well-known West Village chronic brunch establishment, with a unique menu and possibly the single greatest brunch invention of all time: Eggs’n Apples Benedict on French Toast With Maple Syrup. That’s right. French toast topped with fresh apple slices, two poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce. Add bacon if you so choose...and you f*cking better. There might not be a better meeting of sweet and savory on a breakfast plate in the history of mankind. There also might be no greater threat to our existence. You should eat that thing about as often as you get X-Rays. Other than the one legendary dish and a few other gluttonously delicious menu items, Elephant & Castle is pretty straightforward - it’s a beloved neighborhood cafe and bar with some character. Brunch is obviously the most popular meal and can be very crowded, but lunch and dinner are both respectable, and it’s a good option for a quick burger and a beer. E&C is definitely worth a weekend trip and even a modest wait, as long as you are capable of exercising some minimal amount of patience. A few drinks should help. Food Rundown Eggs’n Apples Benedict on French Toast with Maple Syrup See above. Puréed Spinach with Poached Eggs, Melted Cheese & Potato Pancakes A strange looking plate of poached eggs in a bed of pureed spinach, but when you pop the yolk and get in there, it’s actually pretty great. Tasmanian “at Anchor” Eggs with Cremini Mushrooms and Madiera Cream Sauce If you are serious about eggs benedict, it should be clear to you that E&C is as well. This is an inventive take, with mushrooms, a brown cream sauce and no biscuit...or French toast. Interesting and pretty damn delicious. Omelettes E&C’s omelettes are a good option, especially if you are looking to eat something that you aren’t laying eyes on for the first time ever. Elephant Burger The burgers here are all pretty standard, except of course for the Elephant Burger, which has curried sour cream, bacon and scallions. It’s another weird one and another winner. Points for creativity." - Chris Stang

We tried to come here for dinner, we got sat but had a bizarre experience. We were sat but no one came to our table for 15 minutes, which at the time was ok it was busy and we were excited to get food. The waiter who came to our table looked angry, again we weren't inpatient so bizarre first foot, told us the food is taking an hour to come out and suggested we leave. We sat with it, we were excited to get the food as our MIL that was with us is from England and we don't often see a place like this. We decided against staying since it would keep us out later than we wanted. When we told the waiter he smiled, so again weird af. Take out - the next night we got the pies to go and they were pretty good. It was a lot less busy so I have a feeling we came on a weird night for above to happen. The Shepards Pie was the best one! Breakfast - we came back about two days later for breakfast. The food was good, I wouldn't say I like the banger with the breakfast but everything else was good. Service again was a little weird. Our waitress wasn't friendly, but I wouldn't say she was outright mean. I may try a different location, but this one just isn't worth going to

Google
A classic pub spot with food that gives you a warm and cosy feeling. Came here for breakfast and dinner - service was great both times. The English breakfast was good - would’ve loved some English bacon or blood sausage but solid nonetheless. The bread pudding French toast was DELISH. For dinner we ordered the mini pie flight - they were nothing special but still fun to have. The fish and chips were quite good, the chips having a nice crunch.

I had the pleasure of dining at the Elephant and Castle for six nights. Every dinner was outstanding. Not a bad dish on the menu. Definitely will return the next time I am in town. A great place for hanging out.

Google
Came here for lunch during the week - good and fast service! The food pretty good but nothing crazy. Basic food options with a good variety. Quick and easy spot for lunch! Got the butter chicken, burger, and fish & chips.

Google
Excellent food, drinks and service. You can't go wrong with their fish and chips. Dining in with a napping baby in a stroller requires an excellent staff who can accommodate your requests. Everything on the plate was delicious.

Google
This place was exactly what I needed today. Reliably good pub food with comfy seats a great service. The Wee Pie Flight was perfect! Just the right amount of each of their pies. I liked the shepherds pie and the steak & mushroom best. Fries tasty and crispy and of course they had malt vinegar available in true pub fashion. All that food for under $20!!! Waiter was great too! He was attentive and friendly but saw I was pretty content overall so he didn’t hover. If I lived here this would be a favorite spot 🥰😋

Google
In for the weekend and gave this place a shot. Prices were good for Chicago and service was fantastic. Place has a nice feel, clean and comfortable. I found the food a bit underwhelming, but far from bad. The fries were the highlight and well worth the visit in mind. It wasn't busy when we went at dinner time on a Friday. I'm not sure I'd go again, but that's because Chicago has too much to offer a visitor to go to the same place twice. I say give it a shot!

Google
I am not just giving this 5 stars, to give it 5 stars. The atmosphere is very nice, not too loud at all. I was there on a date with my fiance and shared the Brussels Sprouts, she had the fish and chips while I had the Shepards Pie. Incredibly fast service, the servers were new but were excellent. I love England/Pubs etc, so this was just up my elley. The decor was fun, and really cool to look at. Will 100% come back again! 10/10 highly recommend.

Yelp
The food is good here! I wish the happy hour was until 7 pm. They have a good selection of food and drinks. We enjoyed the sausage rolls with curry ketchup, fish and chips, and sweet potato fries. The wee pie flight is cool so you can try the different pies.

Yelp
Always an easy go-to place when walking around downtown. I am giving this rating to this location because the service and food were a step down from the location on Wabash. We went during a lunch rush, which I believe greatly affected the food and service. I recommend going not during the lunch rush.

Yelp
After a long drive it's one of the few places open on a weeknight near our hotel. Came in with a stroller and a toddler and got around fine. They have a high chair but it wasn't offered and that's ok our little one was fine in the chair. It is a pub and can get loud. Fish and chips were ok, not as crispy and the Shepards pie was also fine but the real star was the bread pudding. Holy geeze just get it. Get it now. It's thic but delicious and not overly sweet. We were talking about this during our whole trip.

Yelp
Came here for evening cocktails. The drinks were good and affordable. The servers were nice but I took away 2 stars because my friend ordered a shot of angels envy but accidentally was given dewalt. He only caught it because he doesn't drink scotch so he immediately tasted the difference. Also, I was drinking house tequila. However, when I ordered my second round the bartender gave me a different kind of tequila which was more expensive even though I requested the same drink from the first round. I only caught it on the check. I might come back if I'm in the area but I'd have to watch my drinks better.

Yelp
I came to this neat little pub for a group event. This is a traditional English pub, with a slight soccer theme. They have a huge dining area with a full bar with seating. The bar offers signature cocktails, beer, wine and spirits. They have televisions above the bar that usually has sports, namely soccer. There is limited metered street parking within a reasonable walking distance. The staff there was very friendly and courteous. The pub runs a daily happy hour with beer and sharable discounts. They also have daily specials. They serve burgers, soups, salads, pot pies, sandwiches, wraps, chicken and fish. You will find traditional English dishes such as Shepards pie, bangers and mash, and Yorkshire. I kept it traditional and ordered the fish and chips. It took about 12 minutes for them to have ready and it was a lot of food. It tasted average at best though. All I remember is telling my friends how my meal was and them asking me what did I expect from pub food. The consensus of most everyone at my table about their food. They all got different items from the menu and concluded that their food was "Just ok". I like the pub's vibe. It is is chill spot Their food is reasonably priced, but not that good. If you are at the pub drinking and need a little something to nibble on, i guess it will do. I just would probably find somewhere to eat, if my primary objective was to fill my belly.

Yelp
We had good food and service during brunch. My friend had never had a traditional breakfast. He loved it. I had never been to the restaurant so didn't have expectations. Lots of TV's. The restaurant was clean.

Yelp
A friend and I stopped in to Elephant & Castle on Saturday at noon before a show and had a lovely time! It wasn't too busy, maybe two other parties inside, and we were seated and asked for drink orders right away. The service was very attentive, and we ordered the fish and chips and an English breakfast. The fun appeal of this place is the English pub theme, all of the decor for British sports and pop culture inside, and the menu. I loved the fish and chips and sauce that came with it- I don't usually get tartar sauce, so this had a better mix of flavors! The fish was crisp and came with some lemon and slaw. Yum! Would definitely return!

Yelp
Cute English pub located in the financial district and one of the only restaurants open on a Sunday in the area of union station. We were on a layover and needed to get some breakfast. We were sat immediately and server greeted us promptly. The food was good and reasonably priced. Overall good experience and within walking distance of the train station.

Yelp
Came here for drinks and cheesecake. Cheesecake was good and the drinks and service were even better. Our waiter was attentive to my group and I, kept the drinks going, and was great to chat with. My group and I all enjoyed our time. The interior is pretty large, lots of seating, and well kept. Will happily return.

Yelp
Stopped in for lunch on a Wednesday. It was not too busy and we got quick service. It's a classic English pub with a few booths and tables as well as a bar. We got the pretzel bites as an app which were good, and the cheese was warm with a lot of bacon. The pickle chips and the fish and chips were both good but not overly amazing (and the fish and chips had a lot of breading). The Brussels were perfectly toasted and seasoned with lots of crispy pieces which was a win. We didn't get the burger but my brother who's been and got it multiple times said it's one of the best he's ever had. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a casual bite!

Yelp
Absolutely adored this place. We were staying in the hotel upstairs and came here every night for drinks and the vibe was always amazing. We also tried some of their meals and the pies are terrific (we tried the pie flight bc we couldn't decide on a flavor and they were all amazing!) the onion soup is also terrific. The only food item I wasn't a fan of was the fried pickles as they felt oily. The drinks are really good, the house wine selection is good, the beer on tap is amazing, and the service is impeccable. Most of the time our bartender was Ari but on Sunday morning for brunch our server was a gentleman who was quite nice as well (I forgot his name) but honestly everyone was lovely. The hostess were always welcoming when we came in despite knowing we were going straight to the bar, the food runners, bar backs and everyone we encountered was nice and always gave us suggestions of must see places in chicago and having the bar downstairs from the hotel was one of our trip highlights. We can't wait to be in the city again to visit them!

Yelp
went looking for something to eat after seeing Hamilton and found this gem! our server was wonderful, our food was fantastic, and we love a good pun setting! Reminded us of our favorite spots in Indianapolis - definitely want to go back and try more of the menu!
google avatar

Yelp
Convenience and atmosphere is what makes this place fun. The drinks are good. The variety of food was good but the food itself was average. You can get to this restaurant from inside the hotel or from outside great place to meet whole for cocktails

Yelp
We stopped here on a Wednesday evening around 7pm. We were seated right away. Our waitress was attentive and helpful. Our food came out so quickly that at first we were sure that the wrong food was being delivered! The pot pies were the perfect portion size and a great comfort food on that winter evening.

Yelp
Not the best experience here. Came in for some late night drinks. Had an espresso martini which was well made, but our server Austin was rude. He was unwelcoming and among other things accidentally spilled water on my girlfriend when he brought over water glasses. Wouldn't be a big deal except for the fact that he obviously saw what he did and just walked away. It was a good portion of the glass to not just a few drops. That being said, great location and very relaxed environment inside.

Yelp
Decent British bar/restaurant in downtown Chicago. I ordered The Deluxe burger ($15), which was pretty standard with bacon, cheese, onion and tomato- not bad but the patty was a bit thin and slightly burned. The Peri Peri Chicken Pops ($12) were more like chicken skewers- decent but most of the flavor just came from the sauce rather than the chicken and the chicken could've been a bit crispier on the outside. The Big Ben Brownie ($9.50) was very big, dense, and tasty. However, we actually ordered the bread pudding and they brought out the brownie by mistake, so not great coordination by the staff there. Our waiter was very friendly, and the service speed was pretty quick though. The place is open late, and there were a decent number of people there on a Tuesday night. The place has a bar kind of vibe with dimmed lighting although they have plenty of other proper tables for sit-down dining as well. I would describe the decor as being somewhat British. Overall, Elephant & Castle could be a decent option if you are looking for a bar or some late night food in the downtown area.

Yelp
This place seems to be popular. Since it is connected to a hotel, we are assuming most of the clientele are tourists. The patrons also skew a bit younger (20s-30s) We can only comment on the few items we ordered: Crisps and dips. I really, really wanted to like this. The dips were ok. My favorite was the dill. The crisps were either crispy or had no life. Each crisp was a gamble. Royal Pimm's. One of my favorite cocktails is a Pimm's Cup. This was not anywhere near a Pimm's Cup and also quite sweet. Jamesons on the rocks. My husband was happy with his drink. We were seated quickly and service was also quick. The server was was also nice and didn't constantly check on us. I'm sure they have great items on the menu. We just didn't order them. The place is large and they have TVs showing sports. I'm sure this is a good place to catch a game, drink some beer and have a few snacks. Hopefully, you"lol have better luck with the crisps and dips. Enjoy!

Yelp
We ate here twice. The first time was at night, and it was pretty good. Overall four stars-solid wings, cold beer and a nice ambiance. The service was also above average for the time and given how busy it was. But the breakfast was enormously disappointing. They didn't have coffee for a long time. The menu had no variation, and when we ordered food didn't arrive for half an hour (we timed it) which is very long for breakfast. When one of us mentioned we couldn't eat eggs and asked to substitute we were flatly told no, and with little understanding. When the food finally did arrive it was cold, and they didn't even bring us cutlery like knives and forks. A final bill was nearly $50, which is remarkable when even McDonalds could make you feel more welcome and offer better food.

Yelp
Nice little pub. Lively with a good crowd. Super friendly staff. Had a Guinness and a Black and Blue burger with fries. Burger was juicy and the fries had a nice crisp to them.
google avatar

Ernie H.

Yelp
I don't go to pubs often so it's an experience for me and you know what? The food is good The fries are crispy, the fish filet is huge, the butter Chicken is delicious with really good nan bread. We also like the flaky mushroom and steak pie. Shout out to the corn beef that's perfectly firm. The cabbage was excellent. The Bread pudding is not too sweet serve warm. Infused with custard rum sauce It's excellent. I can eat this for days. Eating here after witnessing St Patrick's day parade and dying the Chicago river green was just perfect.

Yelp
On a day off, my husband and I were near his old job. The initial plan was to go to Ceres but they were closed till the 2nd week of January. Hunger was setting in so we made a detour and visited Elephant and Castle, one of his other lunch hang outs. We went on a weekday in between the Christmas and New Year holiday. The area was pretty dead at the time so waiting for a seat wasn't going to be an issue. Apparently, the restaurant underwent a big renovation back in 2013 and my husband almost didn't recognize the interior. The menu has solid British fare and I wanted fish and chips. The husband got a Cajun Cesar wrap. The food wasn't amazing but it also wasn't terrible either. The drinks were delicious and I left a little buzzed afterwards with their Bloody Mary. Our waitress was great too. I had a minor disaster when my clumsy self spilled tartar sauce directly on my jeans and coat. She noticed and quickly came to the rescue with a club soda-soaked towel in hand followed by the busboy ready to clean up the hot mess I just made. I wouldn't mind returning to try their pie flight, poutine and sausage rolls. I can imagine this place can get packed on the weekends and during prime work lunch hours. If we're in the area again, I wouldn't mind coming back. It seems like a fun place with awesome staff, plenty of TV's to watch sports, eat a decent meal and enjoy a nice drink with your friends.

Yelp
Amazing Chicken Pot Pie!! and the Bread Pudding!! Out of this world!! 10 out of 10, totally recommend
google avatar

Jessica C.

Yelp
The food was mediocre. I got the pot roast and even my boyfriend said mine is better.
google avatar

Gary H.

Yelp
It's a pub, so it was loud and crowded, but as long as you don't mind that, it's a nice place with great food. Prices were very reasonable. I had the chicken pot pie and a pop. My total price before tip was $19. The pot pie was homemade, and delicious! I might eat here again tomorrow night. If I do, I'll probably try the Shepherds Pie.
google avatar

Christina H.

Yelp
Love it here! The staff are always friendly and the food is great. I love the mini pies so I can sample all the flavors. Always a great atmosphere and welcoming locals at the bar. You can watch a game on the many tv's all over the restaurant. They have outside seating and take reservations which is nice but outside tables are never guaranteed. Great place to go after a race since they aren't that far from the finish line and open early enough:)
google avatar

Alexandra Y.

Yelp
Great happy hour spot! Can't beat $5 drinks and cheap apps. I love the pub vibe and was pretty busy but service was still super fast!
google avatar

Greg T.

Yelp
Pretty good pub food and some authentic British meals mixed in with some American standards. I got the Wee Pie Sampler and all of them were great! I would probably come back for the meat pie or the leek and cheese. The tap lines may have been removed Dr my Belhaven was a little off.
google avatar

Matthew W.

Yelp
Stopped in for a snack a couple of weeks ago. Place was clean. Had good music on. Service was good. Had the chicken sliders, which were small of had great flavor. Would like to go back and try more of the menu.
google avatar

Kaela W.

Yelp
We are coming back!!! Came here before seeing a show. The food was fantastic! The roasted tomato and whipped Feta was AMAZING! We couldn't get enough and devoured the whole thing. The garlic bread is perfect and the tomatoes were well cooked, not too soft and still had some bite. Could not recommend more. Fried pickles were also delicious. Cornmeal breading was spot on and the little bit of spice added was balanced. The house sauce was a great dip. As a Vegetarian I had so many options and I am definitely coming back to try more. Drink wise we stayed simple and got an old fashioned and a white Russian and both were great. Our bartender was also friendly, attentive, and made a good drink. We are coming back!!

Yelp
This is our favorite restaurant when we go see a plays or concerts downtown. This evening we were meeting a couple of friends here and paying honor to Queen Elizabeth II since it's a British Restaurant. We got there early so my wife and I were greeted by the host that wad sweet enough to find a table for us. Shortly after Delilah came to get our drink order, she was very nice too. I had a dirty Martini and my wife had a dark beer that she claimed was a little strong and we ordered Hummus with veggies it was yummy. We toasted to the Queen and waited for our friends to order dinner The whole experience was as always very nice and our friends liked the place too. We then headed out to see The Prince Experiance show

Yelp
Spacious and comfortable tavern drawing modern American inspiration from the English/Irish pub template. Very clean and was quite popping at 9 PM on a Saturday night; nonetheless, my date and I were immediately seated at a cozy booth. The beer selection favors the popular names but there are a few local options as well. I had a burger, my date got the chicken tenders. Comfort food, if ever there was such a thing. Food was tasty. The burger was a shade past my requested medium but all the ingredients were fresh and the flavor profile met my tastes. I also really appreciate that you can sub a side caesar salad instead of fries for no additional charge. That's a big plus. The chicken tenders and fries also satisfied. Ideal either for your little one or your "kid at heart." The cold drinks, yummy food, quick service, and reasonable prices made this a surprisingly memorable and enjoyable experience. The chocolate-drizzled cheesecake was the only letdown; not very fresh, mealy consistency.
google avatar

Kimberly M.

Yelp
I stopped in on a whim with some friends during a Chicago trip. We were just looking for drinks and a snack. This is a fun British pub with a great beer selection. We decided to spit pretzels with beer cheese. The waitress was even kind enough to put some cheese on the side that didn't include pork. These pretzels were a perfect snack and a great item to share. Drinks were good. The vibe was super fun and I would absolutely come back.
google avatar

Sara P.

Yelp
I love elephants, so felt like I had to go in! While the service was great. I didn't find anything special about the food. I had salmon, which was pretty much, just OK, and a little bit bland in the taste. I'm glad I went to see what it was about but don't think I'd go again.
google avatar

Oliver A.

Yelp
Our server Miguel seemed like he was pretty drunk. He was busy with some friends and didn't seem to care he messed up our order several times.
google avatar

Kari C.

Yelp
Ohhhhh I love me some elephant and castle! Before I went vegetarian I was obsessed with those little sausage in a blanket appetizer things! So good! Service is always pretty decent. Love the vibe inside! We've been to both the south loop and downtown locations both are great in their own way. Love that there are several things I can eat that are veg and my husband can't get enough of their butter chicken. It's a great chill date night or meetup with friends kind of spot... desserts are actually pretty great too!

Gene B.

Yelp
The service is fast and friendly. Had the Shepherds pie on this visit. It was very good. Ambiance is fun but don't expect to have any quiet conversations. The music is loud so everyone has to elevate their conversations which leads to a very loud room.
google avatar

Jennifer F.

Yelp
The onion soup is divine. The pies are amazing. I recommend the 4 mini pie sampler that gets you steak and mushroom, shepherd's pie, leek and cheese, and chicken pot pie. The drinks are good, great selection of tappers. On Friday it was so loud the wait staff couldn't hear us and we couldn't hear them. When we were there, you couldn't charge to your room for some reason which was a bit of bummer but not the end of the world. It's open early for English Premier League and has a very solid breakfast/brunch menu as well.

Alberto T.

Yelp
This is definitely one of the best spots for drinks downtown. The menu is also good and reflects the British theme very well. If you're a business traveler or looking for a night cap by yourself or friends, this is a good place for that. The bar team is also very attentive and friendly, they'll remember you by name and your drink. Ariana and Veronica always make sure you're taken care of.

Yelp
Stopped in for lunch while in the loop on business. Great location on Adams near several 'L' stops. The place specializes in English foods, so I figure the best place to start was with the fish and chips since it was my first time here. The fish was perfectly fried, flaky, and delicious! Really appreciated the reasonable servicing size; not too big, not too small. I asked for extra tartar, as I always do when riding fish, as many places often only provide a thimble-sized offering of tartar. Rest assured, the individual side of tartar sauce that comes with the entree is just enough for the fish. The tartar sauce itself was wonderfully tasty and the perfect consistency. Some tartar sauces are too creamy, but not this one! Loved it! The "chips" had a light seasoning on them that was decent and they were good. The dish also came with a small serving of coleslaw that was fine, but nothing special. As would be expected in any English establishment if this type, there was malt vinegar on each table. Nice touch! The only thing missing here was the smashed peas. What happened there? Regardless, it was a great lunch and I would definitely return!

Stephanie P.

Yelp
I hosted an event of 100 people here for the day after my wedding brunch. I spoke with their manager, Krysta, throughout the planning process. She always got back to me so quickly and was very easy to work with! Their event space was nice and the restaurant was super close to our hotel which was convenient. Service was fast and I liked that they had a bar down there even though we did a cash bar. The food was just ok though. It wasn't bad, wasn't good & just bland. It was by far the cheapest in the area at $20/pp - overall I do think it was worth it.

Yelp
What a great spot for breakfast. We had the place to ourselves on a Saturday morning. Decent breakfast menu with assortment of eggs/meat entrees. The English breakfast is the big item. Three eggs. Mine were made as ordered. Bacon was the good kind, not limp and fatty. Nice multigrain toast. Friendly, attentive server. Just a really nice place for breakfast. Two things, tv volume a little too loud for early morning, and my wedge of tomato really wasn't fit to be served. It was about all core. Those two things knocked the fifth star off. Happy to recommend. Fair price for.a nice meal.
google avatar

Yelp
Read food all of the wonderful times we have been here. We went yesterday for my friends, Losco, graduation, and the butter chicken was as good as always. I paired it with in a harp logger, and we also enjoyed the brussels sprouts and poutine appetizers.
google avatar

Kerry L.

Yelp
I travel into Chicago for work around twice a year. I always make a point to stop into the pub. Veronica the bartender is amazing. She is personal, informative and friendly . She creates a place away from home for traveling guest and regulars. French onion soup, and bread pudding are amazing. Can't wait to keep trying more ! Thanks to the entire team for always making me feel welcomed!
google avatar

Gary H.

Yelp
When not a lot is open in the Loop after 9, this place is a welcome exception. Not overly packed, the place was nevertheless deafeningly loud. Office parties and guys on the road dominate the place, and drinking is the main sport, though ESPN was also on. Service was adequate, though the staff seemed like the noise was getting to them too. So why still three stars? Well, the fish tacos were great!

Dominick L.

Yelp
Been here with my wife approx 5 times over several years. We always have consistent, friendly service. Food is good, beer is cold. I especially like their fish n chips. I wish they would update their menu, since the last 3 times we have been in, we ask for Newcastle and they always tell us they are out. Being one of our favorite beers, that seems to be harder and harder to find, we get excited, then disappointed. But overall, we do like this place.
google avatar

Kristina S.

Yelp
I simply wanted some comfort soup. The French onion and ale soup is great. The service is fantastic. This is a loud venue and dimly lite but very much wheelchair accessible.

Come get a pint or two! A snack and a brew! Be merry and bright with Elephant and Castle tonight! Great selection of selection of beer, food and service! Coming here after work for a drink or to meet with friends is a great idea. You have a large menu of brew and food. You can't of wrong after a long day at work.

Yelp
I have been coming here since it's around the block from where I work, chicken tenders are very YUM. But what's even yummier is Ari the bartenders Old Fashioned, it takes me somewhere I want to stay for a while...and I'm very picky about my Old Fashioned! Everyone is very friendly and it's a great spot to watch sports.

Yelp
The bartender that was helping us was amazing and she really took care of us. Great service and got some green beer for St. Patty's day.

Yelp
I have tried this place as I was looking for dinner close to a theatre where I was seeing a musical. The place was full, TVs were on with sport. Many guests were there with colleagues for a drink after work and some also for dinner. I tried the steak salad which was ok but nothing wonderful. Overall it felt like chain food, nothing special. Probably best for a drink and some finger food watching whatever sport is on TV rather than a pre-theatre meal!
