Elephant Sushi

The place is a bit cram due to it's small size, but the food is excellent. Unlike traditional Japanese sushi where the flavoring primarily came from the soy sauce, they have added strong flavoring elements to their sushi, ranging from truffle to spices. It makes their sushi much more tasty and savory. So it's going to be a unique sushi tasting experience if you are up for it.

For sure one of the best sushi places I've been too. The place is very small (about 10 seats), so expect to wait or make a reservation. We waited about 35 min. but definitely the waiting worth. The staff is very kind and the quality of the food is outstanding.

This is the best sushi I've had in a very long time. They have great service and the quality of their menu items are exceptional. I highly suggest eating here if you get the chance. The seating is narrow but getting there when they open makes for a shorter wait. Love this spot m, so excited to eat there again!

We arrived right at 6pm when they opened so we did not have to wait to be seated. They don't have many seats, bar style dining. If there is a line, wait in it. It's worth the wait. They have a bunch of great options and the food is delicious. The fish was flavourful and they added a few twists like truffle salt and black truffles on some things. It's a little on the pricier side but it is worth it as the service is great and the food excellent. By far the best sushi I've had.

Believe the hype. The food here is delicious. There is nothing I wouldn’t order again. But I have to say, the toro was my favorite. This place is small so I would suggest getting here right when they open. The fish is amazing so I would suggest you put down the soy sauce and go easy on the wasabi. -Himalayan trout -Yummy pocket -Walu carpaccio -red & yellow -Toro -White out

Sushi roll was delicious. Especially salmon roll was soft and fresh. However the place was too small. It is better to go two person. If you want to go more than 3 people than you have to wait too much.

One of the best sushi places in San Francisco. I have eaten many times in the first Elephant Sushi in Russian Hill and although this has a limited menu it is very good too. Himalayan salt sashimi is delicious and very unique. We tried several dishes and everyone was delicious!

Such a cute place! Loved everyone there and great atmosphere. The best sushi I’ve had! I’ll be coming back <3
