The standout here is the way staff members interact with guests. Great front desk service. The room is good of size, has comfortable beds and a nice bathroom/shower. The lobby is warm and welcoming. Valet parking is great. Food in the restaurant is good. Service is also good after you wait for a staff member to notice you waiting and to seat you. One morning waited over 5 minutes.

We loved our second visit to Elliot Park Hotel. The beds are sooo comfortable, and soft and the decor is warm and inviting. We especially enjoyed the FORAGED pop up restaurant while we ere there. The menu was innovative and very flavorful…I did miss Tavola and hope it returns when we’re there again.

We stayed here for the first time this weekend, what a great property! When we arrived we felt very comfortable and welcomed. The front desk staff were kind and informative. The restaurant attached was very good too, I tried the steak sandwich w/arugula and my wife had the chicken sandwich w/fries both were excellent! The mini bar/snacks in the room were also very convenient we tried the locally made chocolate bar and it was delicious. Overall this hotel is extremely clean, comfortable and relaxing. Great spot to get away & we will definitely be returning to the Elliot Park Hotel very soon! Also, wanted to give a huge shout out to Jaime for being such a kind and caring person, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! Thank you again and we will be back soon!

Our two night experience was beyond expectation. We had initially booked at the new Four Seasons, but cancelled when we found out that their lowest floor was the 26th floor. We don't do crazy heights. Then I found the 'Elliot', negotiated the perfect suite with Sonja, a very accommodating manager ,and were welcomed on our arrival. The suite was a corner room, much larger than a similar room at the Four Seasons, attractively furnished, with large windows. The hotel's service was efficient and prompt. We shall return!

The hotel was fantastic. I was a little skeptical of the star rating verses the price I was paying, and I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean, and beautiful from the lobby to the rooms, to the gym. The restaurant was spectacular. We ate breakfast and lunch there and walked away very impressed. The daily free beer in the lobby was a nice touch. I am very glad we chose Elliot Park.

It was a great work meeting and stay! The business spaces were comfortable and catered food was amazing. The hotel rooms were very cozy. The holiday decorations were beautiful. Great stay!

Really cool hotel with AC and COMFORTABLE beds. I slept 9 hours straight! Staff is amazing. Location is great! Nice gym as well! No pool or hot tub. Parking is $30 a night in the garage, but could've been cheaper across the street (non-garage). I'd stay here again!

We’ve stayed at Marriott Hotels for over 10 years (Titanium Elite). Elliot Park hotel is one of the finest in our travels. Starting with Jamie at the front desk, waiters and waitresses, friendly staff every where. Beautiful hotel with an amazing restaurant. We will return!

Let me start with the parking options: valet for $48/day and self parking for $30/day. When we walked in, we were greeted warmly, something I really appreciate, as it sets the tone of the whole stay. Every from desk staff member we encountered was friendly and professional. The lobby is beautifully decorated, featuring a cozy fireplace and even self serve beer taps from 3 PM to 6 PM, a unique and fun touch. The entire hotel felt very clean and thoughtfully designed. Our room was spotless and stylish, with decor reflecting Minnesota history. The bathroom was spacious and well lit, though only downside was the low water Preston the shower. The location is also excellent, with easy access to the highway. Overall, a great stay, you won't be disappointed at Elliott Park Hotel.

This hotel was a little further away from the office building I was visiting while in Minneapolis, and despite many closer options, I was really pleased with my choice to stay Elliot Park Hotel. The decor is very nice, and despite being a few years old, everything appeared to be in great condition. My guest room, bathroom, the lobby and restaurant were all very clean. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and professional, and overall, the hotel was relatively quiet allowing me to wake well rested. The only downside is that there is very little dining near this hotel. The hotel restaurant, Tavola, has great breakfast options, but most dinner restaurants or late night eats are a good 10 minute walk. Still, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I was in town for the Metallica concerts this weekend and wanted a Marriott property near the US Bank Stadium. Elliot Park was my pick and it exceeded my expectation. The hotel is six year's old and the guest rooms are incredibly spacious and beautifully designed. Sometimes little things matter, like the drawer under the bathroom vanity so you don't have your toiletries cluttering the counter. The Swedish shower soap, shampoo and conditioner are luxurious. I knew this stay would be awesome because of the communication we had before I even arrived. I requested changes on my room's bedding and check-in time, and everything was handled flawlessly. The bathroom is huge and somehow they figured out how to remove all the heat/humidity from the shower so the mirror doesn't fog up. The bed was super comfortable, as were the pillows. I received complimentary breakfast given my Bonvoy Titanium Lifetime status. Excellent food and massive lattes! I plan to return on my next Minneapolis visit. It was totally first class.

Clean hotel! Spacious rooms! The staff were very helpful and nice. We attended an event at the US stadium and were able to easily walk to the event! Rome were well priced and there is a nice Italian restaurant with a bar at the hotel. The location was safe and easy to walk around downtown as well! Definitely recommend!

Attended a wedding here at this hotel venue and booked a room for overnight stay. Clean modern hotel. Staffs are very friendly. Comfortable bed. Spa-like bathroom. Modern furniture. A couple of restaurants inside in the lobby. Conveniently located downtown MN. Overnight parking garage. Part of Marriott Hotel Autograph collection. Pricing reasonable.

Really nice hotel located in downtown Minneapolis for the money. From the lobby, to the overall ambiance and room, I really enjoyed my quick stay at this Marriott hotel. The rooms are really nice and comfortable and the offer free beer at times in their lobby which was a really cool touch (I don't know if it was just the night I got there, but it was great to just grab a free drink myself) The only thing I would say about this place is that their gym is small and outdated. Wish it would have some better equipment and a peloton for how nice the rest of the place is

This is a very nice, boutique, hotel in the heart of Minneapolis downtown. Very fashionable, looks like a brand new property, rooms are very efficient, large windows, minimalistic decor, great bathrooms. High def TV, quick Internet, comfy beds. Customer service is excellent; I had requested (via the Bonvoy app) some extra towels and a shaving kit. They were never placed in my room but a quick message to the desk downstairs and Christiane personally delivered them to my room. Excellent service! I highly recommend it!

We decided to escape the burbs for the night and use one of my free Marriott nights to celebrate the holidays. I researched the Marriott properties and we decided on the Elliot Park Hotel. Did we ever make the right call in checking this place out. The Elliot has been open for about a year now and is part of Marriott's Autograph Collection. We have always loved the Autograph hotels since they are more boutique vs. those huge convention style hotels that we stay in quite frequently with our jobs. The Elliott is a gorgeous hotel. We were fortunate enough to get upgraded to one of their suites and it is beautiful with awesome views of the city. Everything about the room is absolutely perfect from comfort to amenities. We had a wet bar in our room and they had a great collection of local beers. Their is also a Keurig machine to get you on your way in the morning. The staff are wonderful from the valets to Byron working the front. They also have two conference rooms that can accommodate 18 people if you need to hold a meeting. They have an Italian kitchen on site and are connected to Finnegan's pub if you want to stroll over there. A fabulous new Marriott Property in the Twin Cities. This will be our place when we want to,escape the suburbs.

Love this cozy little hygge-themed hotel! Our room was clean, modern, and had all the necessities including Aveda products and a Keurig. We got an early check-in without issue and received great service throughout the duration of our stay. The lobby here is so pretty and they offer free samples of beer or root beer for guests... Tavola downstairs is a nice spot to enjoy drinks and pizza... seriously everything you need and more. Love!

This was a nice, new, modern, boutique hotel by Marriott. Check-in was a breeze, even though we didn't get adjoining rooms as requested. The rooms itself were nice, spacious and with all the amenities: mini fridge, keurig-coffee/tea/hot chocolate, safe, desk area, sitting area, iron/ironing board, full length mirror and hairdryer in the bathroom. Fitness room: There's several treadmill machines, two elliptical's, two bikes, a leg press, two benches with ample free weights & a multi-use machine for upper & lower body work-outs. There's free water & towels provided in the room as well as a bathroom to use. Even though the world is slowly opening up from COVID, only 2 people are allowed in the room at one time with a 12ft social distancing restriction. Front Desk: The employees working at the desk act as the concierge, as well as check-in/out. They have complimentary coffee every morning for you & will give you extra coffee pods for your in-room keurig. I had them give me a wake-up call for my early morning flight, no issues. Travola: This is their Italian restaurant/bar. We stopped by for afternoon cocktails and was entertained by the bartender, Abraham. We did order some appetizers (Brussels sprouts & Arancini) & they were tasty as the drinks. The menu consists of pizza, pasta & salad.

I'm here for the football game on Sunday, and we're spending Christmas here. I've been here a while hour and have had such a wonderful experience! Kay at the front desk is lovely, our room is beautiful, and the lady making smores at the fire pit is a delight! It is such a nice touch!

I left my AirPods at the hotel. My fault. But after seeing and confirming I left them there on the map Apple conveniently provides, the hotel team tried saying they have my case but not the AirPods. Liars. I left them on the charger in my room. Would not recommend staying here with a dishonest staff.

Great brand new hotel in downtown Minneapolis. From the moment you arrive you are treated with a smile and terrific service! The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a late night in room dining menu. Which is great for late check in's! We didn't try the restaurant but the menu looked good. It's also attached to a brewery... BONUS!

The hotel is modern and in a great location. We loved the look of the hotel and how the rooms were laid out. However, our stay was a bit of a nightmare. We arrived late, around 11pm. We pulled up and the valet was closed for the night. When we asked the front desk where we should park, he stated that the valet was closed and he didn't know. We drove around to the nearest parking garage. Not a huge deal. Our room was clean and neat. However it was set at 75 degrees and blowing hot air. The room temperature would not go down no matter how the thermostat was set. We informed the front desk and they stated there wasn't anything they could do. We noticed that several other guests had the same problem. It was a very uncomfortable few nights and we had a terrible sleep. The front desk staff were never present during peak hours. We would wait at the front desk for 10-20 minutes before someone came. Their phone would sit and ring the entire time. Also, there are NO vending machines or ice and there is no where to buy water. Make sure you stock up and bring your own!

Found this place on yelp but booked through Southwest Airlines. Nothing less than perfect for our stay. Great location. We walked to a twins game Saturday night and walked to a Vikings game Sunday morning. Rooms very clean spacious and modern. The beds were soooooo amazing comfortable I felt like I melted. Great blackout curtains and sound proof walls allowed us our best nights sleep. Complimentary bottled water by bedside was a plus. Safe and robe available. Staff so amazing pleasant throughout the whole stay. Great lobby with fireplace. Attached bar/restaurant was a plus. Can't say enough positive remarks. We would 100% stay here again.

This new hip hotel has a lot to offer. It's a few blocks from the busy streets of downtown but it is totally walkable. Our suite was amazing. The bath tub was to die for! I'm a huge bath fanatic and this deep tub is gorgeous. The tub is sitting right in front of a large window facing the skyscrapers of downtown. The bathroom in the suite is rather large two sinks and a walk-in glass door shower. The room had plenty of seating two chairs and a window bench. Plenty of lights and lamps if you like a lot of light. The bed and pillows were so extra comfortable. The corner sweet gave amazing views of downtown and the shades on the windows blocked about 90% of the light. Made for great sleeping and it was so quiet. My only qualms with the hotel was the air in the room was noisy when it turned off and on. We both woke up with sore throats due to the dryness. Also I received a charge for the mini bar. The only thing I used were K cups. Usually these are something that is charged. However the front staff was funny and friendly. There is a nice indoor parking ramp if you take your first right after passing the front of the hotel and half block down is a underground ramp. This ramp is connected to the hotel and brewery next door. Parking isn't free but who are we kidding it's downtown and will set you back $30 for overnight. Free 1919 root beer or beer at check in, mini glasses/sample size. But don't forget to check out the cool restaurant and bar attached to the hotel.

This hotel is just beautiful and comforting. All of the staff--front desk, valet parking, and restaurant were all super friendly and helpful. The room was large and very clean and also had lots of extra comforts. The lobby fireplace was nice, and the hot chocolate and s'mores bar every evening added a nice touch! Definitely recommend this hotel!

The Elliot Park Hotel is my new favorite place to stay in Minneapolis. This new Marriott property is ever so comfortable and takes care of everything on your perfect stay. It is located on the out skirts of downtown right near the new US Bank Stadium. Staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. Attention to detail was clear in nearly every single way imaginable. I was blown away! The hotel itself has a Nordic vibe to it and lots of wood and light colors. It is very relaxing - I was able to work in the 2nd floor lobby and it wasn't the least bit noisy. There is a huge fireplace and they offer you free drinks when you hang out around there. Everything is still very new and very comfortable. I was upgraded to a City Suite corner room and loved staying here. It was a spacious room with huge windows overlooking Minneapolis. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great. The large bathroom had a jack and jill sink, full walk in shower and large bathtub overlooking the street. The shampoos were also outstanding so I left smelling great. They even have an Alexa for you to use in each room. I highly recommend staying here! You will not be disappointed!

I recently stayed at this newly opened hotel and had a great experience! First of all, the hotel is located in the city center of Minneapolis and a short walk from the Nicollet Mall. The hall is very well decorated and the check in process was smooth and easy- I even got a complimentary local-brewed ginger beer! My room was beautiful- I loved the modern furnishing and the bathroom was very spacious with a walk-in shower. The toiletries were also amazing. What really impressed me, though, was the cleanliness of the room: their housekeeping does an excellent job - I travel a lot and it is very rare to find such high standards nowadays. I will definitely stay here again.

Solid room, good bar. They had open tables on NYE and weren't able to accommodate due to lack of staff. Wouldn't count on this place. I know not everyone will be here on NYE but it was a big disappointment for us.

Hands down, the best property I've had the pleasure of staying at in any of the countries I've visited. The property is stunning. The service is unmatched. I was genuinely sad to leave when it was time to check out. I learned later that the hotel had only opened a week or so prior, and my stay just happened to coincide with their grand opening reception. It was a beautiful affair filled will free flowing cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, live music and even an artist on site creating a painting of the lobby. It ended with a story of the genesis of the hotel and how it came to be, acknowledgements and thank yous, as well as a champagne toast with the staff. Here are some of the highlights of my stay: -The staff!! No request was too big or too small. The staff responded promptly and cheerfully every time I made a request. I was greeted every time I entered or exited the hotel and the staff remembered certain specific details about my stay which I appreciated. They are also very receptive to feedback and are still refining and tailoring the guest experience. -The hotel has a "Brew and Bite" station (near the indoor fireplace), which offers a local beer (brewed next door, actually) as well as a root beer, and small bites for guest to enjoy. While I was there, the "brew" as a Finnegan's pilsner, and the "bites" were mini tarts in fig, lemon meringue and apricot flavors. -My Executive Suite was simply gorgeous. Spacious, yet comfortable. The room also comes equipped with Alexa, who can perform some basic functions, such as tuning the in-room radio to a particular station. -Large notepads (perfect for people like me who can't live without their to-do lists) -Posh, modern decor in the room and throughout the hotel -Mini bar with a wide variety of snacks (junk food and healthy treats), and well as wine and soft drinks -Soft, plush towels -Fluffy in-room bath robe -In-room fridge -Housekeeping not only cleaned, but organized my room (putting my suitcase in a corner of the room out of the way, putting my slippers next to the bed, etc) without moving things too much -Oshibori towels in the bathroom of my suite. I know they're traditionally for hands, but they were gentle enough to use on my face, allowing me to refresh my skin without ruining my makeup. -Large walk in shower with decent water pressure. -I stayed on the 7th (of 8) floors and while I usually prefer a top floor room, I never heard any noise from above or neighboring rooms. Very quiet stay. -The hotel is a short 4-block walk from well known cafes, bars, restaurants, stores and shops, as well as Nicollette Mall. It's also about a 15 minute walk from venues such as The Target Center and the famous First Avenue music venue. A few things I would improve: -Despite the multiple light fixtures, the living area of the room was very dim. It made reading/working at the desk quite difficult in the evenings. -When I arrived, the surfaces had a layer of dust on them. -There are no microwaves in the room, but housekeeping will happily heat up food upon request. -There are no water/ice machines, although there are ice buckets in the rooms. The hotel provides 2 bottles of water a day, and more water, as well as buckets of ice, are available upon request. -As plush as fluffy as the towels are, they leave a thin layer of annoying fuzz on the skin. After putting on lotion, the layer of fluff turns into dozens of little white fuzz balls that are a pain in the butt to completely remove, especially when you have to wipe down with the same towels that caused the fuzz in the first place. -I hope that the hotel will consider offering more non-pork protein options for breakfast, as well as offer more 'portable' and convenient breakfast options (i.e. breakfast sandwiches) that can be eaten on the go (for those of us who do not always have the luxury of time for a sit-down breakfast). So thrilled to have been part of the inaugural group of guests to stay at this wonderful hotel. I sincerely hope that I'll be able to stay here again soon.

We stayed on a weekend, we noticed the refrigerator was not working. Picked up the phone and it was not working. Had to walk down to the lobby. We talked to the front desk. The refrigerator got fixed right away. Maintenance could not fix the phone, it was missing the power cord. The next day after we checked out, we waited in line for the valet to get back to get our car. Then a lot of people are waiting for him to get back. After he got back we were all told he couldn't get our cars and gave all of us our car keys we paid 48 dollars for valet and had to get our own cars. We tried to talk to management about a refund for the valet. To date nothing..... if I'm paying for full service valet why can't we get it. Good communication with a good attitude should be #1. Now we are told the valet service is outsourced and not the hotels. So disappointed with my experience. If you stay here hope you have a better time

Cutest boutique hotel I have ever stayed. Clean, comfortable, delicious restaurant onsite. Also walked to awesome brunch the next morning. Don't hesitate!

We had a great stay here as with most Marriott autograph collection hotels. The staff was fantastic and the room was very comfortable and cozy. The free Acqua PANNA water was a definite plus. From start to finish the staff made sure everything went smoother. There was no loud racket even with the Vikings game going on. I will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful and amazing experience! I spent 4 nights here with my wife and 22 month year old daughter on a personal trip. The staff are simply amazing! My experience from beginning to end was awesome. Everyone from Nicole and Diana at the front desk to Troy in the sales office and Richard and Chantal in the hotel restaurant were phenomenal!!! We stayed in a 1 bedroom King suite. I will judge all future hotel stays in whatever city we may visit by the standard set by the Elliott Park Hotel Autograph! The only thing that needs improvement, in my opinion, is the quality of the hotel room service staff. I would like to point out that the room service manager was very professional and accommodating. On my next trip to MN Elliott Park Hotel Autograph will be my hotel!

Beautiful, relaxing, perfection. We had an amazing 24 hour vacation here at Elliot Park. We will definitely be back! We absolutely loved everything we experienced during our stay. From the lovely and spacious corner suite on the eighth floor, the complementary Spyhouse coffee, the warmth of the lobby fireplace and calming music, to the excellent privacy and service that the staff provided to us, this hotel is a special retreat if you are looking for some rest, rejuvenation, and comfort. We are already planning on returning as soon as possible.

The hotel was lovely, but DO NOT use the valet service. When we picked our car up the next morning (after it had been parked in the hotel's gated, secure garage by the valet attendant who, to our knowledge, was the only person with access to the car that night), the car had been ransacked and a few items stolen from the trunk. We will not be staying here again and will instead opt for a hotel where our personal property won't be violated and whose services and employee conduct are more befitting of a 4-star hotel.

What an amazing place with such friendly staff! The waiter at the restaurant was very attentive, greeted me with a smile on his face and the receptionist were so kind and helpful. Truly amazing place!

Extremely poor experience staying at this facility. Not only was the restaurant closed the whole time I was here, there are not many restaurants anywhere nearby. On top of that, after staying for three nights and having to check out one day early, I was charged an early departure fee. The fee was the extra night I didn't stay. They basically charged me for four nights when I only stayed for three. If he was over $200. I even gave notice to the front desk that I was gonna be leaving early and the manager didn't say a word about it to me. It showed up on my bill after the fact. Not how I would want to treat a guest whom would likely come back and stay again soon. On top of that, I requested daily service on my room which never happened. I didn't get any service while I was staying at this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, definitely does live up to the expectation of Marriott Autograph line of hotels! Was treated and attended to quickly when arriving! Concierge definitely did give me a series of awesome recommendations to eat at when staying in town. The rooms did not disappoint, tad but small in the main room area but can't expect much for a one night stay!

Prior to Covid-19, I used to travel to MSP often over the past year. When I did, I only stayed at the Elliot Park, for a total of at least 35 nights. I really loved this property. The staff was super friendly - kudos to Stephanie (front desk manager), Byron (front desk), Dan Morales (restaurant), David (room service), and Brian (restaurant) - and the countless others that ensured that each stay was both personable and memorable. I used every facility at the Elliott Park on a daily basis - including the restaurant, conference center (for work), and the gym. Each was an exceptional. The food was outstanding at the hotel restaurant, and the wine list was first class but affordable. The conference center was always quiet and super clean. And the gym was always well cleaned with equipment available (and had fresh fruit and water bottles). For the gym, I do suggest they add a rowing machine. Finally, the rooms were outstanding. They are all brand new and super quiet (except don't stay on the 3rd floor near the gym). I also loved the bathrooms, which were spacious and featured free-standing showers (I have no tolerance for bathtubs with shower curtains - yuk)! The folks here also place Amazon Alexas in each room which I asked to be removed as I consider them Jeff Bezos spy devices. Anyway, if/when the world comes back to normal, and I travel to MSP, I'll be staying with my old friends at the Elliot Park.

I am a big fan of this hotel. The bar/restaurant downstairs is great for breakfast. The hotel is really safe..key card entry for floor access via skyway. The parking deck across the skyway is cheap and safe. The rooms are great! The beds are comfy and the bathroom showers are amazing. Staff is always helpful with directions and suggestions. Make sure to check out the library area and the bar!

An absolutely excellent experience. As soon as we checked in on Thursday 3/14, the front desk hostess and the concierge were absolutely fantastic, both incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are very cozy and comfortable and fireplace in the lobby before a long day of work was very inviting. I will definitely be back.

You guys! This is the best boutique hotel around! Stayed here for one night over the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's very clean; small but charming and sophisticated. Well decorated; modern vibe with warmth. The rooms are on the smaller side but still very nice and had everything you would need, I also liked how they had a fun little nook instead of an actual sofa. Not too far from some stores and dining. We walked to Ruth's Chris which was a 7 minute walk. The staff was nice and efficient. We didn't try the restaurant but it looked inviting and if we would have stayed longer we probably would have tried it.

I want to thank employee Nick for taking care of me when I was there for two nights. He seemed to be manning the front desk by himself, but treated me like a guest that mattered, getting me dinner from the kitchen twice, and finding a refreshment to take with me to my room when the Covid-affected restaurant only had dine-in glasses available. The beds are comfortable, the room was clean, and the room had everything I needed for a two night stay. Thank you again.

Very clean and unique hotel in a great location, especially in relation to US Bank Stadium and the Minneapolis Convention Center. The restaurant within the hotel has great pizza and pasta as well. I'd strongly recommend staying here!

I enjoyed my stay at the Elliot Park Hotel. My room was large and luxurious. The service was impeccable. The Guild+Pepper bath bar was lovely. But the one thing that really stood out was the team. When I first checked in to the hotel, I was greeted by Samantha. She was also the last person that I spoke with before I left. Samantha was amazing. Every time I entered the hotel, she greeted me with a cheerful smile and a "Hello, Dr. Dorfman!" Whenever I saw her, I was impressed with the fact that she remembered my name and found a few second to make me feel special and welcome. To say that she made me feel like a special guest would be an understatement. I understand that she goes above and beyond for all guests. If she lived in California, I'd want her working on my team. I also enjoyed a few minutes that I got to spend with the female bartender (whose name escapes me right now). I was fortunate to attend an amazing Twins game the night before I left Minneapolis. The bartender took the time to chat with me about the game and share some interesting details that I didn't know as a visitor. I travel a lot and, although I don't know when I will be in the Twin Cities again, I am confident that when I am here again, I will be staying at the Elliot Park Hotel. I am not coming back for the beautiful room or the comfy bedding or the luxurious soap. I expect all of these things. I will be back because of Samantha and all the other wonderful people who are working here.

I just wanted to say, the team at the Elliot Park hotel has been wonderful. Their staff is very kind, helpful, and quick. They truly do go above and beyond for their guests to help make their time as delightful as possible. This hotel just opened, the food is AMAZING (especially the mussels), the restaurant team is very nice and the bartenders are very fun to chat with and are quite experienced in the art of mixology. The front desk team is what I really want to mention. The nice ladies and gentlemen working the front desk really made my time here magical. Without getting too specific, I had an personal issue which was well taken care of my management and the team at the front desk. Not to "name names," but a wonderful gentlemen named Byron was very attentive to my issue and went out of his way, along with his coworkers, to resolve my issue. And for that, I can't be thankful enough. Thank you Elliot Park for really going above and beyond to make my time here one to be remembered. And for that, I am very appreciative.

Unfortunately I cannot share the same experience they are selling. Upon arrival into my supposedly deluxe room, when I opened the fridge the part that locks it shut fell off and when i put it back the door remained locked and i couldnt get back into it. Not necessarily an issue, but i called the front desk to let them know of the situation. They offered to switch the room i was in with an equal room of the same value, a nice offer on their behalf, which i decided to take them up on. However, upon arriving in THAT room, I was met with another fridge issue, again not the biggest of deals and kind of redundant. My real complaint in all of this is that on top of the frige, the 'snack bar', or whatever you want to call it, had a pringles can that was arranged as part of the display, that was not only empty of pringles, but replaced with grabage from the previous rooms tenants' stay there, and the stuff that was garbage in there was replaced (bag of chips) yet they overlooked the literal garbage they put on display in my room. Complete lack of any effort on their behalf, and i would expect more out of a supposedly "autograph collection" hotel. If I wanted to spend the amount of money i spent for garbage in my room i would have opted for a red roof in, or maybe a cardboard box in an alley. I spoke with the manager, who just to get me out of the door and not complaining about subpar quality to be overheard, said i would be issued a refund. However, the next day i called and asked about the process of that and was given the run around and will be seeing no compensation for my unnecessary, and obviously not well handled situation. I will never waste my time or money staying with any of this business' affiliates and will make sure I spread the word to every person I know that will be travelling to look into not having to deal with a headache that nobody is responsible enough to be accountable for. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. TLDR; Had slight inconvenience in original room, was offered new identical room as good will offer, new room had literal trash filled empty snack containers (pringles can full of garbage) set with the rest of the things they try to get you to spend stupid amounts of money for. welcome to elliot park, where the maids cant tell the difference between a can full of garbage and a can full of food, and wouldnt know the difference trying to serve it to you!

I love this place . And I taint kiddin. Great bartenders and atmosphere. They cater all flavors of taint that you could possibly imagine possible

Having stayed at many hotels, this hotel went beyond my expectations. With its wonderful and welcoming customer service. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure our check in and stay was warm and welcoming. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful, as well as the room being very clean, and comfortable with unique design features which we loved. Every detail is well thought out, from the Alexia's in every room to the endless number of ways to charge your wireless devices. Great restaurants nearby. However, make sure to try the Italian restaurant downstairs near the lobby. Simply Delicious!! Cannot fault this hotel one bit and highly recommended to anyone traveling to the city. We will definitely be returning upon our next visit to Minnesota!!
