Elotitos Corn Bar

We came here as I absolutely love corn, place was pretty busy yet they provided fast/good service. I decided to try the flyers- 5 flavors: San Antonio, old fashion, traditional, cheesy...all were really tasty. My fav was San Antonio and cheesy. I also had the strawberry and crema, although I was expecting the actual strawberries vs ice cream- it was very tasty. I totally recommend this place and their yummy food.

I've seen this place a million times and swore I'd go one day. I finally went and omg I am so upset that I haven't gone sooner! It was amazing, quick, and super clean. Service was quick and welcoming. I noticed their menu had more than just corn making this a good snack spot for everyone. I'm super picky about my elotes but this place did not disappoint. I got the old fashioned with chili powder instead of the sauce and I was so delicious! I can't wait to go back and bring my family.

I have been wanting to come and try this place for awhile now. Today, I finally got the opportunity. Upon walking in the space seems small with no real decor highlighting their business. It has a cafeteria feel to it. We were greeted by staff and they were super friendly. The young lady was patient with us while we looked over their menu. I went with the hot Cheetos elote (L) and my husband ordered the traditional (L). I wanted to order the flight but they said it would be about an 18 minute wait. We didn't want to wait that long. The space itself seems okay. I don't like the location for the simple fact of parking. Parking is tough to find. Unless you park in the neighborhood street. It's at an intersection of Fredricksburg road and Furr Dr. There is a lot the the side of the building but even that was full. While we waited the seats didn't give me much confidence that they would hold up to hold anyone passed 30 pounds. They did but I was concerned. Lol I felt they were flimsy. While we waited we saw customers coming in and going with delicious treats. The product: So presentation was on point. Everything looked good and was very eye catching. I was excited to dig into my elote. I was a little disappointed that the corn itself was warm at best. I feel like when you eat corn it should be hot. The favor combination was amazing. I did gobble mines up despite the corn not being to temperature. My husband absolutely loved his. He stated it was the best corn he ever had. I would agree to come back when in the area. Overall, great taste.

Corn is good and flavorful, but each seemed to be missing a little something. Some of them lost their flavor if mixed or the toppings, sprinkled on top, ran out It's a little hidden off the road unless you're going SE on Fredericksburg. It's a decent size place with a welcoming smell of corn and fabuloso... plenty of seats inside to share corn in a cup with friends and family Also ordered one of their frescas cucumber and watermelon and it was very good. Not too sweet but enough sweetness to taste the cucumber and watermelon. The server and other staff were both very friendly and gave good recommendations.

This place is great! The ambiance is very chill since it is a local owned mom and pop type shop. The service is good they speak both English and Spanish. The food is always coming out quick and it's good, only thing is one time I had went it was warm not hot, but I can't complain too much about that. Overall cheap food prices and great selection, I'd try it if I were y'all!

My dinner party guests loved the corn flight! Our only hardship was trying to figure out which was our favorite. We'll definitely be back.

I walked in the place is a little small. They had music playing from there Bluetooth speaker. We were going to get the corn flight but it was a 18-20 min wait. So I had the traditional corn and boy was it delicious. If you have craving for corn in a cup this is the spot. The wait wasn't too long about 10 minutes. Overall the experience was great. The one thing that I didn't like was the parking it's not the best.

Found this place after doing a thorough search for high quality corn in the cup. The place was packed when we came on a Saturday night. We had the traditional Corbin the cup and the spicy mule. Both were delicious. Best corn in the cup in San Antonio!

It's so unique and place. You must try. Love the San Antonio topping. We regret we didn't go back and have another corn meal

There were 4 parties in front of us when we got there. Took about 30 minutes total to order and get our items. Deco is discontinued. Got 2 flights with all the other flavors Won't get again: Old fashioned Chipotle The Beni Liked: Traditional El vegano Jalapeño Loved: San Antonio Crunchy cheese Jalapeño 2.0 Hot Cheeto We will be back. We really didn't need 10 for the 4 of us lol.

We just moved to TX a few weeks ago, so this spot has been on my list of "places to eat," so my husband took me here a few days ago. The female at the register was very welcoming and friendly, she asked if we were "first timer, and we said that we were. So, she recommended a few options for us to try. I decided on getting the "hot cheeto" elote in a cup, and it was delicious. My husband got the "traditional" elote in a cup -- which he didn't care too much for. He made me try some, and I was quite disappointed because I love a good "traditional" elote, but this one was no where near to what I'm used too. So, this is why I gave this place only four stars. I would definitely go back for the "hot cheeto," and possibly trying the other flavors.

Absolutely enjoyed this Elote spot! Service was friendly, helpful and overall pleasant! Really liked the menu was simple and easy to understand. Simple, clean and visually pleasing. The shop was clean and had room to sit inside or outside and enjoy your snack. I ordered the corn in the cup with Hot Cheetos, Nacho Cheese, seasoning, Queso fresco, Crema and Valentina. I also ordered an Aqua Fresca(De La Casa) that had cucumber and pineapple. Both options were amazing and I was extremely satisfied with my order. The cost was very reasonable for my order and the portions were spot on with what you look for in a snack. I highly recommend to try this spot out. I know I have added it to my list of go to snack places!

The food was tasty, and plentiful, and the service was great. The two young ladies who waited on me were both very nice and knowledgeable with menu items.

I finally got to try this place a couple of days ago! I am so happy I did! It is located in a small strip mall off of Fredericksburg Rd. It has several tables and has a clean straightforward design and you order at the front counter. THEY HAVE ELOTE FLIGHTS! You can choose 5 different cups and enjoy some hearty corn in a cup! Be warned, you need to go hungry cause they are by no means, stingy! They fill up all of their Elote cups! They also have an Elote Box with corn on the cob and your selection of chips covered in Cheese & Chile sauce. This is truly a hidden gem and another place to stop by if you want to support your local eateries

What are you doing right now? If it's not driving or walking or crawling or rolling to this amazing corn bar, you are missing out! Wow wow wow. I so love a good street corn, and I've had some standouts in SATX. But Elotitos has mastered this dish, and there so so many riffs, and all are phenomenal. Pick a fave IF YOU CAN. Each is different and perfect. We did the flight and could not have been happier. If you think corn and aguas isn't a meal, you are mistaken! We both ate on the flight, had leftovers, and enjoyed agua de mazapan and agua de jardin. We are smitten with this corn purveyor! I tried this place for the first time today and it was pretty good! I'm not bothered by long wait times but it is something to consider when you come here on a busy day (waited approx. 20mins + wait time in line to order...also longer bc they forgot to make our drinks ). I had the vegan option and was pleasantly surprised! It was tasty for a vegan option but the regular one looked amazing ! I liked the vibes of the sit down area! It was very clean and well decorated! Definitely worth trying if you're looking for good corn in a cup/on a stick!

Elotitos 1933 Fredericksburg Suite 105 I absolutely love specialists. But here's the thing: if you are gonna do only one thing, you have to do it very well. Luckily for Elotitos, a "corn bar" that only serves elote (Mexican street corn), they do. Now, this is a specific snack restaurant, so do not go here expecting a big meal; you get corn. Only corn. But their corn is REALLY good. I got their small Old Fashioned ($4.50), their small Spicy Mule ($4.75), and a large Agua de la Casa ($5.25). The Old Fashioned was very typical elote: crema, queso fresco, and chili paste. Delicious. The chili past was extremely salty and rich, not overpoweringly spicy, with a wonderful roasty smokiness. This paste, which was on both styles I got, was the standout twist that made these the best elotes I have ever had. The Spicy Mule was topped with more of that chili paste, but, even though it had crema and queso fresco, it punched the spicy flavor up by adding nacho cheese, chili powder, lime, Takis, and Hot Cheeto dust. It was very crunchy, which was a wonderful contrast with the soft, buttery corn. I am not sure I liked it quite as much, but it was also very delicious. The Agua de la Casa was their signature house agua fresca, made with both pineapple and cucumber. It was wonderfully refreshing, though I tasted the cucumber significantly more than the pineapple. To sum up, if you have a real craving for some great corn, I can highly recommend this place. I would love to go back and try some of their other styles. Until next time, Stay hungry, my friends!

It's a cute place, the corn is ok nothing amazing or special about it. Customer service wasn't the best cashiers in the front were rude and annoyed before taking our order. They also don't do refills on their Aguas if you want a refill it would be a $3 charge.

10/10!! If you go in a group setting recommend the flight of corn. You get the choice of the ones you want to try! In order to get a agua fresca flight we had to get the corn flight. It worked out in the end. Aguas are so delicious and refreshing. The corn had an amazing flavor. Great service and the owner is sweet.

We got the Elotitos Por Dos to share and it was so much food. It came with two corn cups and nachos. We shared a house aqua fresca and it was also delicious. There aren't a lot of tables inside but we found a place to sit. We had to wait about 20 minutes for the food but it was worth it. So unhealthy but excited to go back!

Been wanting to try this place out for a while - nice little spot, very clean and smelled good. My spouse and I ordered the San Antonio styled elote cups. I decided to order the white corn option which is an additional 50 cents. Finally got our orders and I was surprised that the the white corn option was extremely bland. Seems like the yellow corn cup beat out the white over all in flavor. The service was good and the young lady at register was very friendly and and helpful. I will not rule out that I'd come back, mainly since the place had just open for the day. For my experience I will give 3 stars.

Omg if you love corn, GO! The hot Cheetos corn comes with nacho cheese! Also tried the traditional and chipotle. The chipotle is delicious and not too spicy. The Agua frescas are perfect with the corn and refreshing. Wish I ordered the bigger sizes

I was so ecstatic to see this place opening up after reading the SA Current article, my sister and I were there first day it opened right on time. We ordered the Fredericksburg box, comes with 4 corn in a cobs surrounded by doritos, takis, and hot cheetohs, all covered in deliciousness. Also, 4 aguas frescas and a corn in a cup big enough to share! It could serve 4 people but if you've been waiting your whole life for a place like this in SA it can also be good for 2 (no regrets). Same night I sent my parents out to try it and you should too!

This place is a hidden gem, literally. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed my cup of corn. I ordered the vegan one which was delicious and my boyfriend ordered the old fashioned which was actually even tastier. The agua Fresca piña colada lemonade was amazing. Definitely a good quick meal! Service also quick and easy.

Came here with my best friend for an impromptu birthday experience and ordered both a flight of corn and of their agua frescas. When we ordered the cashier informed us that they did not have one of the drinks, the mazapan horchata, for the flight and that they would happily duplicate another drink to complete it. I was bummed because that is what I wanted to try the most, and when the owner overheard our conversation, he said that if we would give him the time he would make the drink for us. After a very short wait, the owner brought the flight of drinks with a personal and kind message. This really made the experience. Elotitos is a delicious experience run by wonderful people. 5/5.

Love the Paloma corn cup, it's my favorite. But honestly they are all good, this one just happens to be perfect . The papitas preparadas are another fave. The combo for 2 is perfect for my husband and I.

They have a lot of selection and they are super friendly and helpful. Furthermore, they sell plants and very quaint store. Parking is available upfront and they accept card or cash.

I came to try these elotes and let me tell you, you are in for a surprise. The elites are so tasty and creative. I ordered an elite with chips, and chili. Overall very delicious and fast service.

This place is so good! I've been craving a good elote and the place did not disappoint. We had a little bit of trouble finding the building but once we arrived it was a great experience. The gentleman that works in the front does a great job of being welcoming and explaining options and how to order. The corn is SO GOOD and the drink are delicious too. This is a must for anyone that wants a good elote experience. Not all elote is the same, Elotitos is grade A. Thank you for fulfilling my craving we will be back any chance we get.

If I could rate this place 200stars I would, but I can only give 5. We ordered the elote flight and the Aqua Fresca flight. They picked our choices for the corn flight and they did not disappoint. Every. Single. Bite. Was amazing. If you're thinking about checking it out, definitely do. Then only regret you'll have is the type of pants you wear

Visited once and can't seem to stop! This is a wonderful place. Corn is amazing. Drinks are amazing. And the staff is super nice not to mention the owner;)

Ordered the Hot Cheeto corn in a cup and a Agua del Jardin, the corn in a cup was ok but the agua was very good!! The agua was a mix of watermelon, pineapple, and mint flavor. The corn in a cup was well presented in a unique enviroment-friendly cup. It just had too much yellow cheese and mayo for my taste and not enough corn. Also it didnt have that spicy flavor most have but it was bad. The cashier was friendly and they greeted us as we came in the establishment. Credit card and cash accepted and plenty of parking. Very clean and modern looking place.

I wasn't impressed. The article explaining what they offered and hyped it up well past what they were able to deliver. We ordered 3 types of corn to be fair and each one of them was desperately lacking flavor. I would like to share a secret with them, salt and pepper goes a long way. How people miss these two simple ingredients will always stump me. Been there, done that, won't try again.

We felt so bad because we went so close to closing, but we still felt very welcoming by the friendly staff! We got the corn flight, that consisted of 5 different flavors seen in the first picture. My favorite was the San Antonio flavor, we also had watermelon water and it was SO refreshing!! They also have it on a cob and I will definitely come back for that!! PLEASE TRY IT OUT

Foood was prepared fresh. Everyone was very friendly. The fresca was delicious and the corn was amazing.

I was really excited about trying this place since I am a fan of corn. I was underwhelmed with the experience. I went with the corn flight and aquas frescas flight. I chose the Tradional, San Antonio, Beni and crunchy cheese. I really could not get a different flavor profile between the choices. The crunchy cheese had a good texture not same overall flavor. I was a bit disappointed when I realized they used what tasted like canned corn. I was hoping for fresh corn which would have really elevated the experience. The drink flight consisted of Agua de La Casa, Del Jardin, Berry limon and pina colada. They were definitely better than the corn flights but a little overly sweet for my taste. It's a great concept and they have great marketing and hope they do well as it was steadily busy the whole time we were there. I will not return because there are so many other places to get corn and do it better.

This place was amazing. The auga del jardin tasted perfect paired with the wrote. The lemon pepper seasoning created a perfectly unique flavor that taste better than i have had at other times. The enviroment here is chill and the staff was friendly! Cant wait to come back!!
