Ely’s Restaurant opens in Henderson - Eater Vegas

"Much quicker than expected, the family-run and family welcoming Ely’s Restaurant has debuted its second home, expanding four miles to the southwest and taking over a former Blueberry Hill Restaurant & Lounge. Unlike the original, the large 4,350-square-foot space doesn't have an outdoor patio, but has room inside for its lengthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu. Located at the Green Valley Town & Country Center, facing the future La Bonita Supermarket and close to the intersection of Green Valley Parkway and Sunset Road, Ely’s was founded in 2015 by Roan Torres and named after his mother and daughter. The restaurant, best known for its generous portions and breakfast and “mega burger” options, offers a full selection of pancakes, French toast, waffles, and crepes. Bowls of menudo and pozole join “Ely’s Favorites” of pasta, chicken fettuccine, and steak fajitas, plus huge portion of fries served with combination toppings including bacon cheese, chorizo, or chili." - Bradley Martin

We came here last week and quickly fell in love with the menu and the prices. The food was amazing and Yomara’s service made us want to come back today (a week later). We ordered different items and got a different server. Same great food, same great service from Mia! This is our new go to for sure!

I tried the pozole and it was fantastic! Rich, flavorful, and so comforting. For dessert, I couldn’t resist the strawberry cream cheese crepes, and wow… they were amazing! Sweet, creamy, fresh and they just hit the right spot. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

We had such an amazing experience! Our server, Dahlia, was absolutely wonderful—so friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. She recommended some fantastic options, and we’re so glad we listened. The waffles were perfectly fluffy, the French toast was delicious and full of flavor, and everything came out fresh and beautifully presented. The service was quick, and Dahlia made us feel so welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back!

As soon as I walked in I noticed it is clean, neat, good music. I Immediately was greeted and seated. Dalia was our server and she was amazing! Always with a smile, good attitude, attentive and super friendly! I try to come here with family every weekend and I never get tired of the food, atmosphere!

This is our second visit in 2 days ! It was so good we had to go back again! If you’re in the area I’m Las Vegas on Henderson you BETTER GO AND EAT THERE! This place is amazing and beautiful on the inside! The owner and the servers are amazing and sweet and oh so kind! You will not regret it! My son broke one of their glasses and they were just so nonchalant about it and told us not to worry and they didn’t want him getting hurt! This place is amazing and the next Spring break we will see them again!

Dalia our server, was very welcoming at our arrival and was very helpful with the menu. We ordered the Menudo and it really hit the spot 🤤🤤🤤. Dalia was very attentive and took her time with us whilst we selected our food. Will come back again. Definitely trying a burger for our next visit.

Everything was so good yesterday, that we had to come back again today! This is one of our new favorite restaurants! Feliciano is the BEST server, Dahlia is also a nice server, Josue was really nice and down to earth and he made sure everyone was doing well! The food is phenomenal and the atmosphere is inviting. Bring your family here!

First time in and we regret that we hadn’t visited sooner! Hubby and I are both Hispanic and the flavors here are authentic! Generous portions (like you get when your mom or abuelita serve lol) Customer service is wonderful - our server, Dalia, was energetic, funny, and attentive. Between her and the food, we left feeling like we can’t wait to come back!
