⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ely’s Breakfast Restaurant and Burgers 2855 N Green Valley Parkway, Henderson, NV My husband and I decided to try Ely’s after seeing all the positive Google reviews. We arrived around 11am on a weekday looking for something new. I ordered the Mexican scramble and my husband got the classic breakfast burrito with potato. Right off the bat, I want to say this seems like a genuine family-owned business, and I respect that. The seating area is average-sized and the restaurant serves a predominantly Hispanic community. However, I do need to be honest about our experience. The cleanliness could use some improvement - particularly the menus, floors, and entrance area. These are the first things you notice when you walk in. Our biggest issue was the wait time. We ordered at 11am and didn’t receive our food until 11:46. During that 46-minute wait, no one came by to update us or apologize for the delay. We did get a coffee refill right before our meals arrived, which was appreciated. When the food finally came, it was lukewarm at best. The flavors were just okay, nothing special, but not terrible either. I’m sure many people love this place based on the reviews, and it may just come down to personal preference. It’s clearly a neighborhood spot that works for many folks. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t quite right for us. Between the wait time, temperature of the food, and cleanliness concerns, we probably won’t be returning.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Amazing food; the menudo is perfect, best menudo I have ever had! The service is great too, Claudia was a very attentive and friendly server. The hostess was also very cheery and friendly. The best Mexican food place to brunch in all Henderson and Las Vegas. Oh and let’s NOT forget that they have Chile de aceite; just the way yo Mexican momma makes it!

Had the chorizo skillet for about $16. The portion was large justifying the increased price. The potatoes, egg, and veggies were top notch. The chorizo was subtle and mild. The 0-cake was dry forcing you to drown it in syrup. Coffee was warm but without a distinct flavor. Service was extremely good. Attentive and timely.

Ely's is on my list of favorites. Located in a busy shopping center, in heart of Henderson. Ely's now occupies another landmark restaurant but stands on its own. They have a large menu, that runs the entire spectrum of breakfast and lunch, with a few special standouts. I've eaten Ely's a few times now, but steered back in the homemade menudo. A lightly spicy broth, with tender tripe, served with a toasted roll. I ate every drop. My mom ordered the Eggs with chorizo, served with rice, beans and tortillas. We shared our breakfast, i definitely wanted more of the chorizo and eggs. Our server, Claudia, was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. She checked on us often and we didn't have to ask for anything. She was on her A game. This place is popular with young and old. A good place for a quiet breakfast and for big groups and families. My suggestion is to get there early or be prepared to wait. I highly recommend this place

I've been wanting to come here for awhile and finally made it in today. The chorizo skillet and cinnamon roll pancakes were absolutely delicious! The portions are large and a great value. Dani was my server and she was attentive and friendly.. I'll be back SOON!

Went for a late breakfast and will definitely be back. The waffle was perfect. A soft crisp outer shell, with a soft airy inside that melted in my mouth. They had a perfectly subtle flavor that blended perfectly with the maple syrup. Will be back to try the pancakes. Our hard scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly. The bacon was thicker than we prefer (we like really thin bacon) but they cooked it very well and we actually enjoyed it. The sausage links had a very pleasant flavor and were cooked perfectly as well. I had the hashnowns and I loved that they were crispy and not greasy. Eveyone was pleasant and friendly and we were seated immediately.

First time coming here and this was a great spot to eat with my family. They sat us down right away, got our kids settled down with crayons and took our drink orders too. Our waiters SELENA WAS AWESOME. Came to check up on us to much. The food was delivered pretty fast and delicious. The space is so big no problem if you have a wheelchair or stroller. Definitely going to recommend and come again.

We had breakfast here for my birthday and enjoyed family time. Food was good and the atmosphere was inviting. Selene our server was very nice and was always asking if we needed anything. One that I enjoyed the most was the cafe de oya. I will definitely come back again.
