This hotel seems to have everything and as I stayed at two different Hiltons this trip (both were great); and as this one was the first I didn't fully register how much this one had until after. Great free breakfast (amazing). And feel free to take what you want up to your room. A pool that my sister really enjoyed all by herself at 6am in the morning. The Night Manager, Brice was amazing and took care of absolutely everything we needed, including extra fans the first night we arrived, as these Alaskan girls were sweating in Washington's "heat". It was an incredible safe harbor, in a somewhat nutty part of town. Girls be safe out there!

One word to describe my stay: fine. I read other reviews prior and I guess my expectations were too high. The room was clean. I booked a two queen room for my family of four (two kids, aged 4 and 3). It felt smaller than other Embassy suites we've stayed in but it was fine. My biggest concern was lack of customer service. Aside from the person that checked us in (super nice) everyone else we dealt with seemed like we were bothering them. This includes the breakfast staff, particularly the omelette station staff who were like the soup mean guy from Seinfeld. Also, I let the staff know in advance we were coming for my daughter's birthday. They did nothing upon arrival. All of this is fine if it wasn't a $430/night hotel. I'd gladly and will stay somewhere else for below average customer service and an underwhelming stay.

My title says it all. We stayed at this hotel this week as the Club World Cup was taking place. I'm so glad that we stayed here. The location is just perfect as it is a barely 5 minute walk to Lumen Field which is where the games were played. We also enjoyed walking around the Pioneer Square and Chinatown neighborhoods. We stayed in a 1 bedroom King Suite which was spacious enough for our family of 4 and had an amazing view of the water. The staff was super friendly and answered our questions about dining options and how best to get to places like Pike Place Market and the Space Needle. We try to stay at Embassy Suites hotels when we travel as the breakfast options are far superior to other hotels. This Embassy Suites hotel's breakfast options are top notch with the freshly made, customized omelettes and nice variety of cereals, bagels, fruit, and juices. Definitely coming back for future stays.

This location is convenient located for both the football and baseball teams. It features a free breakfast that’s better than most restaurants. The hotel is very clean and quiet.|The only disappointment was both beds were in the same room and not separate ones that are common with most suites. The bedroom is accessible through a sliding door through the bathroom or the living space.|Very friendly staff and would highly recommended this location for your Seattle stay.

Could not check in at 2:30. Not a big deal as check in time is written as 4 o’clock, but our relatives who were staying at a hotel down the road were able to check in at 2:30. Came back at 4 o’clock, but there was a huge line for check in. Frustrating. Finally reached the front of the line and check in was difficult. We reserved the room 6 months in advance, but they did not appear to have a room ready for us, but assigned us a room after talking with the manager. Elevators had a huge line and they were extremely slow We finally reached our room when we realized we were assigned the wrong room. A room that was already occupied and only a single bed (we reserved two beds). Headed back downstairs and had to wait for the slow elevators again and had to wait in line again to get assigned a proper room. Waited again for the slow elevators and finally reached our room. It took us close to an hour to get assigned the proper room. The sliding barn doors for the bathroom are poorly designed and lead to no privacy. One good thing was the breakfast was delicious. However, they did nothing to compensate for their mistake, which was disappointing. We paid more than $500 for one night. It was not worth the money. We will not be staying at this hotel again and I would recommend the hotel down the road to any of my friends and family where checkin was easy, their room was nice, they had a great breakfast and paid significantly less.

OMG! This place is amazing!!! Highly recommend!! Beautiful and clean rooms. Beds were extremely comfortable! Loved the free drinks and snacks at the reception hour. Staff was friendly and the views were stunning! Location was ideal cause we were right next to our concert venue! Shower and bathtub was relaxing!!! The restaurants at the hotel had amazing food! I’d stay here every time I come to Seattle! My woman’s group is already wanting to plan a stay here to see the Sea Hawks!!

The reviews of the hotel are hot and cold, and I can see why. I have globalist status with Hyatt and gold with Hilton and the Hyatt is usually my first choice. This stay reminded me why I should stick with them. |Pros: 1. Location is close to downtown. |2. If you prefer public transportation, it is easily accessible. |3. Some of the employees were nice and friendly. |Cons: |1. I had a Hilton gift card to use. Bruce, who checked me out first said that my statement was already billed to my credit card before I checked out (a lie). He then admitted he had never processed a Hilton gift card payment before and so it would take some time and he is not sure if he can figure it out (how is that even acceptable that your only front desk employee available at checkout cannot process your own gift card that I cannot use anywhere else). I had to head to the airport so I just left than deal with someone incompetent. |2. The breakfast area was insanely crowded and folks were circling around for a place to sit . It was an embarrassing sight. The breakfast area needs to be significantly expanded, and more seating is needed especially when close to capacity, and at peak hours. We decided to head out to one of the many coffee shops in the area than have the "free" breakfast. |3. Bathroom doors for their "suites" don't lock. So if you're sharing a suite with family, you have to warn everyone before you head in not to open the door. LOL||Overall, I cannot understand why this place is ranked highly on TripAdvisor. |I can only guess that folks give undue weightage to the "free" breakfast and an happy hour that serves free drinks. You are better staying off in some place way nicer and pay 20-30 bucks to check out cool coffee shops and happy hour places that downtown Seattle has to offer.|I will not repeat.

I'm updating my review to acknowledge a significant and positive development.||My initial review was a 1 ☆ based on a $600 stay. The real issue was with the disrespectful staff (an onsite manager who was extremely rude and condescending). Since my return and the initial feedback, a different manager (and one who genuinely seems to care about customer satisfaction and reviews) reached out to me promptly with a sincere apology.||This swift and heartfelt response is exactly the kind of true hoteliership I've come to expect from a reputable hotel chain. It's reassuring to see that even when issues arise, there are individuals within the organization who are committed to upholding the brand's standards and ensuring guests feel valued. This gesture has certainly improved my perception and demonstrates their dedication to customer care.

Yelp
We had a wonderful stay at this Embassy Suites. We like Embassy suites as we are Hilton family but also because of being able to have our children sleep in the pull out sofa bed in the living room. We have our space and so do they. The location was walkable distance to Chinatown, Link Rail station, and Amtrak. We chose this location as we had plans to ride Amtrak to go to Vancouver. They serve daily breakfasts with an omelette station. They have cereal, hot breakfast meats, egg casserole, to baked items like muffins and banana bread. We also enjoy their evening reception with some light snacks and two adult beverages per guests. You can pay a small additional fee to have a nicer selection of adult beverages, if you so choose. Overall, a great location for us since we needed to use the Link Station and Amtrak for exploring Seattle.

Yelp
We came here for a wedding this past weekend that was held here, so it made sense to stay here. We had an issue with the room assigned to us and talked with Alex Coy, who was so nice and helpful that he gave us a room next to the one originally assigned to us and it was perfect in many ways! Our view from the 21at floor was amazing, with a view of Lumen Field out one window and the shoreline and water out another window. In addition, it's very closed to the train station, so easy to take the Link to and from the airport. They offer a continental breakfast with eggs, potatoes, pastries, fruit, juice, milk, coffee and more. In addition, we got a 'ticket' where we could get a egg breakfast made specifically for us. The wedding was held in the ballroom and was set up perfectly for 180+ people. Yes, as you can imagine it's $$$ priced, but for the location and the 'free' breakfast and the great service at the front desk and by those who cleaned up the room, it's a great choice.

Yelp
BEWARE!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! This hotel is dishonest, misleading, and scamming FAMILIES. This hotel stole over $1,000 from me. Details: Date booked Dec 28th at 8:30PM Date cancelled Dec 28th at 11:30PM Anyone who is a parent should understand things happen! My Daughter started throwing up not long after booking our family "staycation." I purchased "insurance" that mislead me to believe this would be covered; however- after cancelling I was refused a refund, a credit- even a partial refund. I am OUTRAGED. Clearly this business does not have morals and could care less about families. Stealing money from middle class struggling family with 4 kids. I spoke to the manager CARSON who LIED to me- saying I needed to contact hotels.com just to get me off the phone. SO I contacted Hotels.com spoke to the same manager who stated this: declined to assist in refund or partial refund. Hotels.com says Embassy suites has my money and is refusing to help me in anyway! I have filed a Better Business Bureau report, I have contacted my bank and I will continue to tell EVERYONE I know about the horrible customer service or lack their of from this business until this issue is resolved.

Yelp
My stay was good. I booked last minute online using the Hilton app because my flight got delayed for 5 hours in Las Vegas and I came into Seattle around 3am . The digital key didn't work and the side entrance was tucked away. This place is right next to the train station so if you utilize that I feel like it has potential. On the app the price said $360 and on the actual website it said $460 so keep in mind the app is wrong lol Staff took care of my room but nothing exceptional or extra friendly. Was saddened by that but I went on reddit and they said Seattle people are very introverted so that made more sense. The room I was in had an Alexa, two queen beds and a pull out couch. Microwave, fridge, coffee maker, extra bedding and all. There's a small window that has its own window. It opens up and lets in the air, and a seagull watched me all day. That guy was loud and funny, more talkative than the people that's for sure. This location is great for walking places. No parking is offered (that I can see). Breakfast was provided and the made to order omelette were great. They were really stressed out and busy though making them. Some peoples orders were wrong but mine wasn't. The pastries were okay but I really recommend getting an omelette and some fruit instead, just make sure you bring your voucher. Was able to extend my checkout by an hour and I slept for so long lol. I appreciated that. The shower step was falling off when I got there so that's good to know I think. The water here can get very cold or very hot. I like a cold shower so that was nice. I was able to store my bags waiting for my air bnb with the front desk. The girl who helped me was super sweet, I didn't catch her name but she was black with long hair and she looked slender. She was really very sweet :)

Yelp
What a lovely venue! We were traveling by Amtrak and you can't ask for a closer hotel to the King Street station! So convenient! We were able to upgrade for an early check-in and corner room with a view of the arena and the Puget Sound! The staff was awesome. We appreciated the amenities in the room, as well as the complimentary happy hour and breakfast. We explored the area - it's an older part of town, but not far from eateries and the ferry. Definitely a good value.

Yelp
A very fine hotel adjacent to Seahawks' Lumen Field and near Mariners' T-Mobile Park. Their 23rd floor Penthouse corner suite is fantastic. Refrigerator, wine cooler, two closets, beautiful view of both the waterfront and the city, very comfortable bed, dual vanity, four TVs including one embedded into the bathroom mirror, robes, and much more. Great service.

Yelp
Review #500! My wife and I spent three nights here at the Embassy Suites in Pioneer Square in late June. We used the light rail to get from the airport to the Embassy (approximately 30 minutes from the airport). We got off the Chinatown exit and it was less than a five minute walk to the hotel. We arrived a little after 10 AM. Our room wasn't ready (completely understandable) but they stowed our luggage and took my cell number to text when the room was ready. We were exhausted so when we received the text around 12:45 we were extremely appreciative! Hotel is very close to the football and baseball stadiums, about a 15 minute walk to Pikes Market. Most restaurants/bars in the area close by 9 through the week. We had a corner studio suite with a full view of the sound. Room was great and clean. We had daily housekeeping. Bed was comfortable and the shower was a fair size too. Kitchenette was nice. Hotel also has complimentary happy hour (small snacks) with two complimentary drinks, and a free breakfast (even made to order omelets). Both were very full with patrons but the workers were friendly and helpful. The breakfast could have been organized a little more efficiently within the space but was still very tasty! Overall area seemed safe. There weren't a significant amount of homeless around and you needed to use your key to access several places within the building. If you are going to a baseball or football game, this is certainly an ideal location. I would certainly stay here again to avoid some of the craziness more in the city.

Yelp
The rooms were cozy and beds were firm. Customer service was excellent and my family and pup enjoyed our stay.

Yelp
The best customer service I have ever had at a hotel, ever! They won me over the very first time I came to stay here. I arrived on a Sunday afternoon in December in 2022. I had never been to Seattle and took an Uber from SeaTac into the city for my hotel. I thought nothing of the timing as the airport was quiet and not very busy late on a Sunday afternoon. The weather was typical for Seattle, overcast, chilly and rainy. The Uber driver hit a wall of traffic and I asked why the city was so busy on a Sunday afternoon. He told me the Seahawks game ended and my hotel faced the front of the stadium and the fans swarm the roads despite them not being closed off. He then dropped me two blocks away and pointed to where I need to go (guess who got a one star review because he wouldn't go around the block). It was like a salmon spawning upstream with a roller board suitcase. I got to the hotel and there was a line from the registration desk to the front entrance revolving door. I was waiting in line with a swarm of drunk fans trying to get rooms for the night instead of going home. Another front desk worker yelled into the swarm if anyone had a reservation. I raised my hand and they ushered me to the front of the line and gave me my room. I turned around and there was a long line just for the elevator. I told the front desk worker that I was exhausted from a long flight and my Uber story. He took pity on me and walked me to a service elevator for the staff and brought me to my room that way. Thanks so much!!! I was so exhausted. They gave me a few bottles of water and a free drink ticket for the Zephyr Bar which I graciously thanked him for, tipped him, and took a nap. A couple hours later, they called me in my room to tell me that the lobby had been clear for awhile and if I wanted to get dinner in the hotel, that would be a good time to go. So I went to the 13 Coins (I also reviewed them - they are great!). Flash forward to now and I have been back to Seattle two more times for business and have only stayed in this hotel. They are fantastic! They have a great breakfast and a nice little Happy Hour with coffee, tea and snacks. The last time I visited, I was able to utilize their hot tub and pool. Oh, and I forgot my razor, so I called down to the front desk to get one. They sent, Milton, their concierge robot to my room to deliver it. This little guy is great! Their customer service is just so phenomenal. Every step from check in to check out, food service and housekeeping, to Milton the robot is friendly, accommodating, and helpful. There is no need for me to stay anywhere else in Seattle.

Yelp
Customer service was excellent. Front desk staff was nice and informative with giving us directions to local places, they even gave us a map. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is in a great spot with in walking distance from the link train station as well as tourist spots. We stayed in a 1 bedroom king suite with city views.

Yelp
I really enjoyed staying there. Very neat old building close to the stadium and the staff were super friendly. If you are a Seahawks fan I recommend this hotel!

Yelp
I love Embassy Suites and this one lived up to the name. Large, clean, and full of amenities! 1- indoor pool and hot tub we have discovered is a game changer with small kids. Any season you can enjoy and relax, and this hotel had an awesome set up. Plenty of seating at the indoor pool, super kid friendly, and a beautiful observation deck just off the pool area which was so nice to enjoy a glass of wine on and take in the city 2- speaking of wine, the free happy hour every night is such a great touch and so inviting to unwind after a day of sight seeing 3- free breakfast that is not just pastries. I ate so much in the morning I didn't even really need lunch throughout the day. 4- clean, spacious rooms with great views. 5- location is walking distance to pikes place market and there are tons of restaurants, bars and easily available transportation near by I think we have found the only hotel we will stay at in seattle again

Yelp
20+ story hotel and I can't get a meal at 8:00 pm pacific time because of an outage. I have a sleeping child that I can't leave behind and nothing is open nearby. The restaurant adjacent to it won't even allow me to get a takeout order because it's an event day and "company policy". Super irritating and as a former Hilton diamond member (retired flight attendant) I had much higher expectations as it would pertain to a contingency meal plan for hotel guests. Not even an offer for a voucher for the inconvenience. Just a blank stare and an "Oh well."
google avatar

Thomas M.

Yelp
No parking with the hotel. Have to find expensive nightly parking yourself. Had two kids with us. They refused to make the bed for kids when we arrived knowing we had 4 guests (2 kids) in one room. No help with bags. Bad service all around

Yelp
Nice hotel and I would definitely consider staying there again. I love the location! Right next to Chinatown/International District, which includes the Wing Luke Museum (awesome museum), Uwajimaya (great for food, gifts, etc.), and other great food and drink options. Also, near light rail with direct access to airport, and other mass transit options. Also, Pioneer Square has cool spots like the Klondike Gold Rush museum. The hotel was clean, and it has lots of nice amenities. I also appreciated the good quality breakfast (with made to order omelets) and the complementary drinks during happy hour. I enjoyed the gym, which is big, with lots of equipment. I saw the pool and hot tub, which also looked nice. Lots of PROS. The main CON was the noise. In my room, at times, I could hear noise from the elevator, hallway, the rooms next door, and from the street outside. Parking at the hotel is also very expensive, but there is street parking and the area felt pretty safe.

Yelp
Parking garage is available, but I'm not sure if it's free or rated. I arrived to Seattle via Amtrak, so as I exited the Seattle Union Train Station, the hotel is conveniently located to my left. The lobby was nice, clean, comfortable, and spacious. Customer service at the front desk was excellent, very friendly staff. The elevator's is key card access going up to every floor, except going down to first floor lobby area. I was given complimentary breakfast tickets for each mornings, and 2 cards for complimentary alcoholic beverages served during cocktail hours (5:30p-7p I think), on the 2nd floor which key card access going up and down the to it. I've attached a video recording of my assigned room for your viewing pleasure. I've stayed for 3 nights

Yelp
This is a beautiful hotel at an amazing location with lovely views. Our team stayed here for our conference. The hits were that the lunch items they served were good, not amazing but good. My favorite was the tiramisu! It's probably one of the best tiramisus I have ever had! The rooms were meh. Just ok for a hotel in downtown for the price that we paid per room. The customer service was severely lacking. Either the staff was absent or unhelpful. Part of it is they're understaffed. Part of it is the lack of training. We asked some of their staff some questions that their role should be able to answer and they were unable to. The hallways also smelled so weird! Then one of the elevator boxes had messes that seemed to have been there for hours! This hotel has so much potential if they had the right management team and maybe budget? I don't know.

Yelp
I was very impressed by this hotel! We stayed in a King Suite and I was a bit wary since the location is sandwiched in between Pioneer Square and International District. Both fairly sketchy areas. However, this made the hotel very walkable to many restaurants and nightlife! We were able to walk to some Chinese food for lunch, but also walk to the bars at night! Very versatile. I loved the lobby! There was a late night restaurant and also a waterfall by the elevator? Very interesting combo. There's multiple entrances to the hotel, but many of them close during different hours. We took part in the complimentary breakfast which had buffet-style eggs, potato, bacon, etc. There was also a customizable omelette bar. KEEP IN MIND: This is located right in between King Station and Lumen Field, so it can get pretty noisy throughout the day.

Yelp
Best time ever! Manager Ben Arriola saved me. It was graduation weekend for my daughter, I just flew in from Newport Beach and my room was not what I expected. Ben upgraded me to a larger room which was perfect for my daughter to relax in after her big graduation day. Ben also kept checking if I was happy, offering me free drinks and breakfast. His kind and professional help made my daughters weekend the best memories ever. Thanks Ben!

Yelp
We stayed at an Embassy Suites in Honolulu and absolutely loved it so when we were visiting family in Seattle choosing to stay here was easy. Location: The location might not be for everyone, but I really enjoyed the energy and vibe of the area. It is right next to the football/futbol stadium and games happened two nights we were there so the area was alive with people. We could see a sliver of the field from our room too! Also, the train station is next door so getting an Uber was easy and we talked about going into Canada our next time. There are tons of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops within stumbling distance. My 70 year old mother in law and 5 year old son were able to walk from the Ferris wheel to the hotel with no issues so it is not far from the fun tourist areas. Amenities: This is to me what sets Embassy Suites apart from other places. The location in Honolulu has an incredible breakfast and the one here is just as good. You can get custom made omelets, fruit, pastries, cereal, bagels, bacon, eggs, sausage, and all the breakfast beverages. I enjoyed the Starbucks decaf. The complementary happy hour is unmatched. They have beer, wine, spirits, and the option to upgrade the quality for a fee. The indoor pool and hot tub are a good size and the hot tub danced on the edge of scalding. It was awesome! There is a deck outside the pool that looks out on more skyscrapers and action. No suburb can generate that feeling you get from the energy in a big city. Room: We were staying with my mother in law so we opted for the largest room they had. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Unfortunately for us, the room was configured for ADA so every door was a barn door and the shower had no basin so privacy was lacking and we got water all over the bathroom floor. I do not question ADA or the hotel having accommodating rooms, but it didn't work for us. I vehemently recommend this place and will stay here again.

Yelp
7/29/23- arrived. No line to check in. The nightly drinks is only 2 drinks per person. Not unlimited. Little to no sitting. Get there when they open. Also, the snacks were very basic and they ran out of plates. We arrived at 5:30. Hours on a Saturday night was 5-6:30. Hotel room was nice except no free water for Hilton members and we asked them to bring to to the room. They did. Several curtains were broken to close all the way so sunlight woke us up. On the 9th floor. Will see how breakfast is. Taxis are about $40-$50 to/from the airport. Hotel employees before we arrived said around $25. Need to order a taxi 30 minutes before you leave the hotel. See photos.

Yelp
We loved our stay! From the front desk to restaurant employees to cleaning crew! Annie at Zephyr was such a gem and light to have here! Niyah, I believe who is part of the cleaning crew, she was very helpful at even helping us find a cup of coffee at 10pm! I am obsessed with the gym and great balcony views from the pool. I felt safe at this location and our room views were to die for! Thank you for the whole package of awesomeness!

Yelp
Very nice clean comfortable suite. The gal at the front was very courteous and helpful really welcoming. She upgraded our room to a city view 20th floor. I enjoyed the views, the area is safe, upscale restaurants.. I would stay here again. I don't take pictures of the room, but here's my favorite view.

Yelp
Convenient location. Room cleanliness is not good. Floors in bathroom so sticky. Carpet not vacuumed for a long time.

Yelp
It was amazing! We just stayed for one night but it was spectacular. The service was great, amenities are great. Shoutout to Ben who upgraded us to an even better room. Hope he has a great life :)

Yelp
rating is primarily for the parking garage!! Hotel was nice great location BUT woke up to multiple vehicles broken in to. ALL day process to report to police and NOT first time it happened!! DO NOT leave anything in site or in trunk worth value, seems to be a racquet in this garage! sad since accommodations were nice... will not pay this price for broken into vehicle again.

Yelp
I went on a 2 day vacation to Seattle and this hotel was a blast. The breakfast is free (the best breakfast you will ever find in a normal hotel). The food is delicious, the people who work in the hotel are the kindest you'll see. The site seeing is beautiful in the area (hope you get a high room number), and the hotel made my experience in Seattle bump from horrible (due to weather issues), to having a good time. No negatives, everything is great. If I ever come to Seattle this will be the only hotel I would ever go to. Highly recommended! Just be aware that the parking near the hotel isn't free. Amazing hotel! If you don't go to this hotel in Seattle then you're out of your mind!

Yelp
Umm great rooms, great views, great robot (seriously they deliver things to your room with a robot) kids loved it, great restaurant and bar attached, Clean great amenities, free drinks and breakfast.

Yelp
This is the first vacation my husband and I have taken in a year and a half. We're just regular working folks that saved up for this and I am so sorry that we chose this hotel. I thought Hilton had certain standards when it came to rooms and cleanliness, not so here. We asked for room service yesterday from the MOD for today because we were going to be out all day hiking and we came back to a dirty room. So sad. Couldn't even get our room clean or serviced as requested. I do not think it's a good hotel for the value. You'd be better off choosing another hotel in this area if you must stay in the area. I really hate to leave bad reviews and as you can see I have mostly good ones, but this one requires a special mention and I must point this out. Hilton Hilton, naughty, naughty. As you can see from the pictures, there are many items in the room not cleaned-I didn't even want to sit on the couch-i've been looking at it since Thursday, grossed out. Nasty and needs to be thrown out. Cleanliness is so important. Restaurants on either end are sub par. (Review coming for 13 Coins). The only bright spot was Annie at the Zephyr-she refunded the hot wings my husband ordered last night that were frozen on the inside. A true professional, but the Hilton vibe is a disaster. So very sorry we stayed here.

Yelp
The hotel room comes equipped with an Alexa device that has a camera on the device. The device is different from the Alexa device that is shown on the Embassy Suites website. The hotel staff does not make guest aware that the device is in the room and they are not aware that the devices are equipped with camera. Once I made them aware they did a lot of damage control and back tracking about how outside phones don't have the capabilities to connect to their Alexa cameras. However, they never even know it existed before I made them aware. It seemed like a major mistake on their end! If in face it is the case, guest should be told when checking in that they have a device with a dormant camera and the guest can decide to hide the device from view. I did not seethe camera until after our family had spent the weekend in the room. The way the hotel and Hilton handled the issue was the most disappointing aspect of all.

Yelp
I thought the glass room walls was the extra touch that won me over at this hotel. I thought it was the coolest view of the city Night or Day. Milton the robot can use the elevator all by his self to complete his tasks. What a neat area to be centralized in. Thanks for a great night of sleep as well.

Yelp
If you're looking for that cheap, roadside motel feel at the price of a nice hotel, this is the place! Our three-night stay here was a disaster from the start. Check-in is at 4:00pm. We arrived early to drop off our luggage and were told the room would be ready in about an hour. When we returned an hour later, they were still working on the room. It was finally ready a little after 4:00. When we got to the room, the blackout curtains were falling off. the sofa just nasty (see photo), the TVs wouldn't sync to our phones, there was a broken light switch and tape stuck to walls in several places. Housekeeping is provided upon request, and the request must be submitted the prior day. On day two, we requested to have the room cleaned and the light switch fixed the following day; the request was made with the Manager on Duty, Benjamin. The following day, we went on some wonderful hikes on the Olympic Peninsula. We were gone until about 8:00pm and were looking forward to returning to a clean room. Unfortunately, nothing had been done. I went downstairs to talk to the manager and told him I wanted the towels and bedding changed. A few minutes later, a woman arrived with two towels and two sheets and set them on the desk. When we explained to her what we had asked for, she proceeded to lecture us about what the manager did wrong and how it's not her job to make the beds. Then, she made the beds. I spoke to the manager again and told him the situation, he first blamed housekeeping, then he blamed us for not being clear about what we wanted. It turns out he never submitted the housekeeping request. The manager did comp me 30,00 honors points. Not sure if I'll ever use them.

Yelp
do not stay here if possible. first of all it is not your traditional Embassy Suites, it was put in an existing building, so you may not have a suite. but you will pay suite prices. check in problems, etc. but that all pales once you talk to the day manager. his incompetence was only surpassed by his rudeness. sorry, I've been as polite as I could, the guy was a total a**hole and should not have a job that requires him to interact with other humans.

Yelp
Lovely space in a great location. Staff was helpful. Lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. We will definitely stay again when in Seattle

Yelp
When I think of luxury and beauty, I'm thinking "Embassy Suites." What a incredible hotel. Walking in you feel like you are entering greatness. The women at the check in counter were amazing! They cheered with us about a Giants victory. After they gave us our room, we made our way to the 14th floor. Walking into the room was a treat! The room looked like a mini apartment. equipped with a living room sink and fridge. After admiring the room we headed down to the 8th floor. That is where the gym, pool, and outside deck are. The gym looked like something you need a membership for. It was big with plenty of equipment. The pool room was large with warm water. And past the pool is a outdoor deck. It faces the stadium, with a perfect view inside. Accidentally we walked around and found a laundry room. What more could you want. Now on the 2nd floor, they had a lounge slash bar. This is a place you can unwind and grab dinner. It has the perfect setting. I think this is the best hotel I've stayed at. If you are in Seattle for a Giants game (Go Big Blue!), I suggest staying here.

Yelp
First time here, first time using an Embassy Suites. I have zero complaints, staff was professional and very attentive, very accommodating with my upgrade as well. Food options are very nice, 13 coins was typical pub food. But surprisingly the price was very reasonable. So no complaints there, I ordered room service from their Zephyr Restaurant/ lounge.. decently priced and came hot and fresh. Hotel is very clean, very fresh and the rooms are well kept. Great views and I like the fact the rooms have little vented screens so you can let the fresh air in. If I am ever in Seattle again I will be sure to stay.

Yelp
Fantastic location for football, baseball, and soccer fans! It's also super close to Pioneer Square and also International District/Chinatown, where you can get delicious Asian food as well as groceries at Uwajimaya. There's a light rail station right outside the hotel. There's also a Streetcar station that can take you to Capitol Hill and back. Staff are all friendly, but Christy was awesome! She's always smiling and so chirpy I can't help smiling back! One night I had intense heartburn and called the front desk to see if they had any otc meds, and thankfully yes they do, and William (I think) very kindly brought it up to us. The room we were given was pretty spacious and overlooked the city and had partial Sound view. There was a tiny kitchenette with microwave, a small desk, sitting room, and two double beds. It was perfect for a family of two adults and one child. The room was equipped with Alexa! Now, considering how most companies have been sending emails about keeping their premises/services as clean as possible, sanitizing every book and cranny etc, during this COVID19 (week of March 15, 2020) time, we were rather surprised and dismayed to find a bag of baby carrots in our fridge when we first checked in. I thought we'd be in good hands but after that we sprayed and wiped down with our Lysol spray to be safe! It was unfortunate that we arrived just as the governor ordered no more dining in restaurants, so we got to enjoy only one breakfast buffet. It was OK. Standard breakfast foods, nothing to write home about. The subsequent breakfasts we had were boxed to go. Same with evening reception. We were given chips and drinks, as many as we want! So that was alright. There's a laundry room in the gym, which is also the floor the indoor pool is located. We aren't able to use the laundry facilities because the gym and pool were soon shut down as well. There's self-parking and valet parking, I think? Didn't pay attention coz we didn't need it. I think we'd come back because it's really quite a good location and we had a good experience here, despite the shops and attractions being closed. :)

Yelp
Don't go here, as they have terrible management. Avoid until they improve. Also lots of upset workers outside protesting.

Yelp
Excellent service and great views! They upgraded me to a water view with my gold status. What's nice is that during the pandemic, they offer hot made to go breakfasts so I always ask for an egg white omelette. You can also get whole egg. I get it with everything which is bacon, spinach, pork and chicken sausage, ham, onion, jalapeno and cheese. They also have blueberry and chocolate chip pancakes as a side with applewood bacon, potato wedges or the chicken or pork sausage links. They also have the cold stuff like yogurt, apple/orange, oatmeal, and four different juices, I love the blueberry acai as well as the fancy coke machine dispenser, cereals, oatmeal and tazo teas. Love the free breakfast spread. Cons is that there's only street parking which during Covid is free but during normal times it isn't.

Yelp
Bottom line: it's an enjoyable stay and the location to stadiums (football, soccer, and baseball), nightlight of Pioneer Square, and accessible public transportation is great. The customer service at the hotel is hit or miss but overall, I'd choose to stay here again. Rooms: if you have a family of 5 or more, this place will be a bit tight and you'll have to sacrifice a lot of personal space to accommodate. The rooms are ideal for 2-people or at best a family of four. The design of the room allows you to maximize the seating area while sharing a dual-purpose wall to separate the bedroom. The bathroom is sleek and modern and the room comes with a coffeemaker, microwave, and refrigerator. Hotel overall: it has a great pool on the 8th floor and breakfast buffet in the mornings are one of the best in town. The cook and wait staff are very friendly and patient. Don't forget to bring couple of dollars to tip the staff in the morning. Parking: the adjacent garage, which is connected to the hotel is good. You feel relatively safe when you park there and I've never had trouble self-park there. Although on game days, you may be pressed to find a spot or you will compete with game goers so don't forget to park their early. Overall: a good experience and great for a couple of nights to enable a visit to the greater Seattle area. Will return.

Yelp
Suites with a living room are available! A must for larger families. Our family of 6 stayed her comfortably for few nights. The continental breakfast was delicious. Something for everybody and open for sit down eating. Omelet bar is also available and the cooks do an amazing job. The pool is safely all around 3.5 feet deep. Outdoor pool deck with a great view of Lumen Field. Come with your workout gear! Full size gym! Great service and has honestly been the best hotel that I have stayed in with my family. Literally around the corner from both the ball park and football stadium. Walking distance to the pier/market place. Close to bus/transit system to take you to other spots such as the zoo or space needle. Highly recommend.

Yelp
I went online to make reservation. Somehow instead of my chosen date the wrong date came up. In fact I didn't know until my bank account was charged. Looks like the reservation was for the same date. I live 7 hours away. I wouldn't of made same day reservation. I was going to stay for a week in July. The hotel refused to credit my account. who cares if the hotel is nice, when sharks take full advantage. Beware

Yelp
My room was not ready at check in time. We've been waiting for over 2 hours and they have been indicating our room will be ready soon.

Yelp
Not a bad place to stay when in the downtown Pioneer Square section of Seattle. The hotel is very close to the train station and that's why we chose this location for our stay. Ben and Nadya were awesome and helped us get checked in and helped with our pool reservations. We stayed in room 1904, the king corner suite with a nice view. Our room had some issues with it, such as our shower had a foot shelf to rest your foot on while showering and it was coming off the wall. It looks as if it's been repaired many a times before our visit. Also the toilet paper holder is loose and will come off the wall when you grab toilet paper. We reported all issues when we checked out to Sophia and she was amazing. . Our drapes and curtains had a rod that wasn't attached so opening and closing the drapes was difficult. The free breakfast was yummy and had many options for us. The hotel is conveniently located near all to visit and see while in the downtown area. The Pioneer Square section of Seattle has its moments so always be aware of your surroundings. We felt safe while on the Embassy Suites property. Many places to walk and eat and drink while here so that's a plus!

Yelp
Great stay at this hotel near the heart of Downtown. Room was clean and well kept. While going up to the pool was a little disappointed that it was rather cold, not a very enjoyable dip-I would suggest going into the hot tub. Outside on the patio deck, several floor boards were getting lose, providing for traction difficulties. Overall a nice stay just some small grievances, that if addressed, would improve the quality. Final score: 4/5

Yelp
Came here for the pregame Perch party. We had a good time. If I was a Seahawks fan, I would come here every game. We enjoyed the booze for purchase and the Dj. Hotel staff were cery nice and accommodating to a bunch of drunk tailgaters. This hotel is idee'sal if in town for the game. I like how ita super safe as they really montior the guedst elevators.

Yelp
POOL: 5*. Seriously give the maintenance staff an award. The indoor pool is WARMMMM. So nice. My watch says 88 degrees F. The adjacent indoor hot tub is piping hot in the best way possible, 102-103 degrees F. The whole facility is on the 8th floor with 270 degree views mainly of Lumen Field and Pioneer Sq. Very modern, clean, and... warm. LOCATION: 4.5*. Tip -- take the Link Sound Transit Train from the airport to INTERNATIONAL/CHINATOWN station. Yes, there is a Pioneer Sq station but it's a little sketchy and lots of homeless. ID/Chinatown is actually a little closer to the hotel. Heads up, you do need to cross over a pedestrian bridge and then head down a flight of stairs to the side entrance of the hotel. The train station elevator was not working so we had to carry our luggage down a flight of stairs, not a big deal but FYI. Getting to downtown was easy on Link - 3-4 stops to Pike Place, Westlake, monorail station, etc. Food in Chinatown nearby is great - we loved Dough Zone (like a cheaper casual din tai fung), Korean Hot Dogs, Ramen, and Chinese. HAPPY HOUR: 3*. Disappointing. This is what I love about Embassy Suites at other locations but this one had a poor snack selection. Chips, Cheese, and Granola Bars. Yes they have beer and wine. ROOMS: 4.5*. We had two double beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. Microwave, coffee, sink, fridge. Bonus: the double sided closet was so fun for the kids. They played hide and seek in there, sorta like Webster lol BREAKFAST: 5*. Omelette station is a hit. Made to order. They also have pancakes/french toast, potatoes, sausage/bacon, scrambled eggs, honeydew, apples, yogurt, cereal, juice, milk, Starbucks coffee. VIEW: 4*. View from 21st floor was great. Can't see the Space Needle but you can see all the downtown buildings, the Great Wheel, Elliott Bay. Loved our stay. Beautiful view from the room. Great location. Awesome indoor pool. Fantastic breakfast.
