Had a great visit to this restaurant located in Caesars Palace. There is a separate entrance so you don’t have to walk through casino. Our severer, Angel, was amazing. She made our experience 5 star. Started with the crab claws and they were delicious and marinated in a great sauce. I only wish they were hot. Next had the crawfish pasta and it was outstanding and bursting with flavor. Next had the grilled pork chop which was huge. It was flavored very well but I felt some of the inside was dry. Also had the macaroni and cheese gratin and it was pretty good and very cheesy. Of course they have a full bar. I recommend the Old Fashioned because they were outstanding! I recommend and will return.

The restaurant is in the casino, it’s absolutely gorgeous. Service was delightful and cocktail menu was original and imaginative. The steaks are amazing and you should order one. I always say Emerils doesn’t disappoint- but he did on one little detail. I ordered steak frites and it was amazing - except the fries - I guess I expected hand cut fries from Emeril - sadly they were not. Other than that the experience was delightful. Tatyana was our server and she was very sweet and attentive.

Had the best experience this weekend at Emerils Brasserie! We ordered the gumbo and two orders of bread pudding! We met THE BEST BARTENDER in New Orleans, her name is Allegra!!! (hope I spelled it right) she was personable, professional, big smile, accommodating and made the BEST drinks!! Thank you Allegra for making our experience memorable!!

The food was awesome! I had the chicken schnitzel and the Krewe of Lagasse while my tablemates had the Coolinary special (3 course meal). Deyira was excellent and answered every question we had and her suggestions were delicious!

Chamaine took amazing care of us on our recent dinner trip. While we were bummed that one of the beef dishes wasn’t available, all of the dishes we tried were fantastic. We had the gumbo, the steamed mussels, the pork chop, and the spaghetti bordelaise. The cocktails were also top notch, especially my EB Old Fashioned! We will definitely be booking here again in the future!

While we were in New Orleans for Mardi Gras we decided to try dinner @ Emerils Brasserie. Wow!! What A Great Idea! We had Boneless Beef Short Ribs. Very good Wife had the Lobster Pot Pie. She Loved Every Bite. Herb Crusted Salmon. Nice I had the Louisiana Crawfish Etouffee. Best Dish of the Night Little Spicey...not too much just right. We finished w/ the Pecan Bread Pudding. MMMMMM

We had a very good experience tonight. The food and service were excellent except wifey’s fillet was way undercooked she wanted med came out rare. But our server Ariana was very nice and got it fixed. We had a French 75, Hurricane, then a glass of wine each. Chicken liver pate for an appetizer it was excellent, I had the boneless short rib it too was delicious. No room for dessert 🥲. Overall we had a very good experience, just a little noisy music was a bit distracting. If you’re in New Orleans give them a try. Cheers.

Charmaine our server and Joe one of the chef was so knowledgeable and amazing. The food was so good and when I say everything was good!!! Everything was good!!! I loved the claws, oysters, flaky pizza with the thick bacon and the gumbo. Sooooo good. The dessert was so flavorful and just the right amount of sweet and creamy. So an amazing experience and I will definitely come here every time I come to New Orleans.

Yelp
Our experience at Emeril's was amazing!! We were helped by Kilial. He was attentive, very friendly, and took great care of from start to finish! The restaurant was not busy. Noise level was average to low. More in the quieter side. We did make a reservation ahead of time, about a month before. They have a good menu, but not too vast where it's overwhelming. Great drink and wine menu. Kilial told us about their special for the day and all three sounded amazing. We end up picking two of the special options and ordered oysters for appetizers. Wow! Their local oysters are incredibly meaty! We were both blown away by our food. Both our entrees were delicious - it's the best seafood pasta I have ever had. Later, we had a surprise dessert to take to go. This was from another customer who came by and asked us if we want to their gifted dessert. If you haven't checked out Emeril's, you have to check it out. Service was superb, restaurant was clean and neat, food was so delicious! You won't be disappointed!

Yelp
Emeril's Brasserie - Disappointing Experience My wife and I visited Emeril's Brasserie in New Orleans to celebrate our 30th anniversary, drawn by Emeril's reputation and my wife's fondness for him since his appearance on Friends in the '90s. The restaurant's atmosphere was beautiful, elegant adorned with great pictures of Emeril's history. Unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing. As a vegetarian, my wife confirmed with the staff that they could accommodate her dietary needs before we were seated. However, on a quiet Saturday night, service was slow. Our waitress took some time to greet us and suggested they could adapt dishes to be vegetarian. My wife ordered a vegetarian pasta (no onions), and I ordered the Lobster Pot Pie, along with two cocktails and a small salad. The salad arrived after 20 minutes, followed by our drinks 25 minutes later, despite other tables being served faster. Nearby, another couple was repeatedly sending back their dishes, which raised concerns. After nearly an hour of waiting in a nearly empty restaurant, my wife spoke to the manager, Amir, about the delay. He promised to expedite our order, but the pasta arrived tasteless and full of onions--exactly what my wife requested to avoid. My Lobster Pot Pie never arrived. When I brought this up, Amir seemed unaware I had ordered an entrée. Frustrated, we asked for the bill, which he graciously comped, and we left. This experience felt like a letdown from a renowned brand. The issues with service, communication, and food quality suggest a need for better management or training. I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences, as we had high expectations for Emeril's.

Yelp
Sister and I had dinner. The restaurant is spacious. Our waitress was good, but it took forever to receive our two appetizers and one split entree. It was a slow Sunday night... there were only a few tables. A table next to us had the same issue. Turns out that they served ALL our food at the same time. Thus, a long wait time. Typically you serve the appetizers first, followed by the entree. We asked why they served everything at once. We were told we should have asked for our appetizers served separate from the entree timing because their customers want to rush and play at the casino. Honestly, that was a poor answer... who does that??? Patrons want to enjoy the ambience and enjoy the experience of dining at an Emeril's restaurant. Anyways, the manager had an interesting dress code... she was wearing a cat, knitted cardigan with red, polka dots leggings.... That's not very professional looking. I thought she was a patron. LOL The food was decent. I didn't get that "BAM" feeling.

Yelp
I am so glad my boyfriend and I came here for dinner. After having so much creole food, I came across Emeril's and said we must go. Boy am I glad we did. This was probably one of the best king salmon dishes my boyfriend ever had. The shrimp pasta dish was bursting with flavor. Super yummy and definitely recommend as a must try. The service was also amazing. The ambiance was very nice.

Yelp
I normally don't go to celebrity restaurants while on vacation but was surprised to see a lot of great French, Cajun and Creole influence on the menu. My server Tatiyana gave us some solid recommendations, and everything we ordered was delicious. Try the local oysters, escargot, and seafood (like the red fish), but there are lots of non seafood options as well! We enjoyed our dinner and I would now try the other Emeril restaurants in other cities!

Yelp
The food and drinks were delicious! Service was very good to say it was busy with it being the Saturday evening before the Super Bowl. We only had a 10 minute wait and it was 1800. The location is great - at the heart of the city, at the foot of the river... inside the Caesar Casino. The only complaint is that they charge you for the crusty French bread that is SUPER YUMMY!!!! I strongly recommend the restaurant and the mussels especially. The warm broth with the andouille sausage and peppers.... So damn good. It was superb to soak that broth with hot crusty bread. It was worth paying for.

Yelp
What I ordered: French onion soup and lobster pot pie Price: $75 total Overall thoughts: amazing quality food that is a little pricey, but if you want a good dining experience, I would recommend coming here! PRESENTATION & CREATIVITY- I believe all food is art. The French onion soup looked very voluptuous and appetizing in the bowl. I feel it was a good amount and presented well. As for the lobster pot pie, I think it was presented perfectly. I have seen pictures of how they did not cut the top crust.... but in my case--they did which made it easier to eat. It also made it nice to look at and creative. All of the food looks very professional. QUALITY & TASTE- Everyone has their own opinion of preferences of taste. I don't think I can even put into words on how delicious both of these foods were. The French onion soup had so much flavor. I love how thick the cheese was and how it added to its flavor. As for the lobster pot pie, I've never tasted anything like it. It was definitely an interesting taste. I was a little nervous because I had never ate leeks before, and it was mentioned as the ingredients, but the whole meal was so good. The crust is really buttery and flaky, and puts it all together. SERVICE & HOSPITALITY- One aspect of a great experience at an establishment is the service of the staff. At this location, my server Kelly was great. She kept checking on me throughout to make sure I was doing well and had the best attitude. Next time I return, I will be asking for her!! VARIETY OF OPTIONS- Some establishments offer very diverse menu. At this establishment, I will say I wish they had more options to eat. I was a little underwhelmed looking at the menu and I feel like they get out a few more options. But I was able to find at least a few items I would like. BANG FOR YOUR BUCK? Is this too expensive for the quality of food? Some of the menu items can definitely be pricey, but the level of quality you receive is fair to the price since it is so delicious. EXTRA NOTES: inside Caesar's casino

Yelp
This was my second time here. The first was an opening party event. And first, I'll say that the food really is good. However, service and atmosphere are lacking for the price. It's expensive, closer to fine dining prices but the service, quantity and quality are not in line with fine dining. Located inside Caesars casino, the decor is beautiful, but the noise level and surroundings feel more like an upscale sports bar. We waited about 5 min for the hostess to arrive before being seated. She was a little cold and popping blue bubble gum at us. She sat out 4 top with just 2 menus. So after about 10min without a server, I went to find one. The hostess waved me over the to hostess stand and said to just grab one. We ordered gumbo, the burger, pork chop and shrimp pasta. About 10 minutes later the gumbo arrived fast and was delicious, then 5 minutes later a salad arrived. We were confused and tried to tell her than none of us ordered salad but the server wasn't really paying attention so she left it. It was for a table two over. They didn't receive the salad for another 15-20min and we felt bad but the salad was amazing! Slow service and the wrong order delivery seemed to be a theme. The table next to us ordered a martini and checked on it constantly for 45min before it arrived. Our mains took close to an hour to arrive. Could just be staffing issues but overall. I would just say, nothing was worth the cost. If I had a gift certificate or credit to eat here again I would. But I wouldn't pay the full price for this experience. Although the food was good, there are much better dining experiences in the city.

Yelp
Location: By Caesar's front entrance. Due to proximity to front door, it was freezing inside the restaurant. I had to wear my outside coat inside. Feels more like eating on an outdoor patio! Took one star off due to temp. Service: Quick and attentive. Food: overall, very tasty. The mussels were one of the best, just the right amount of spicy, lots of andouille sausage chunks, mussels and broth both excellent. The lobster pot pie portion is large, great crust, flavor was solid but I've had better. Other than temp inside restaurant, enjoyed the meal. Will eat hear again if staying nearby but won't necessary drive here just to eat.

Yelp
For starters, I highly recommend the blue crab timbale. Absolutely one of the best appetizers I've ever had. It's full of lump crabmeat and creamy avocado. It's served with firecrackers that added a fantastic seasoning when topped with the crab dish. The Brasserrie burger is juicy and delicious. The sautéed onions and creamy cheese just put it over the top. The servers are a bit slow; however, seems like they are understaffed. So it's not their fault. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
We dined at this restaurant on a Sunday evening. It is located within Caesar's Casino. Given its open layout, you might spot a few casino-goers, including some who've had a bit to drink. The decor aims for an upscale feel, but the casual atmosphere of the casino keeps things relaxed. The bar is open to both diners and casino guests, making it quite busy. It did feel a bit understaffed, but despite that, our waiter was attentive, and the food arrived quickly. However, we waited around 20 minutes for the check after finishing our meal, which was a bit of a downside. Boiled Jumbo Shrimp Remoulade The shrimp were large and meaty, but the remoulade had a strong mustard flavor. Nuoc Cham Crab Claws These crab claws were marinated in a flavorful mix of mignonette, cocktail sauce, hot sauce, and lemons--an interesting combination. Baked Brie My favorite dish of the night! The sweetness of the pepper confit over the soft brie was fantastic. Chicken Liver Mousse As a pate lover, I really enjoyed this dish. Paired with sourdough bread, it was a perfect match. Beer-Steamed Mussels The mussels were accompanied by andouille sausage, leeks, and fries. While the flavors were good, the sauce was a bit too salty for my liking. CAFÉ AU LAIT CRÈME BRÛLÉE *** MUST TRY*** Spectacular, give me 14 of em right now!

Yelp
I had a blast at A Taste of Caesars New Orleans featuring Emeril's Brasserie. I was obsessed as soon as I entered and was greeted with welcoming staff and a fabulous Corsicana lemonade, which I had about 6 of ‍ Everything that was presented from the gumbo, which was effing AMAZING to the buttermilk fried quail was on point Loved the fun, yet intimate setting. Shoutout to the entire team at the restaurant and Caesars New Orleans for their amazing and well- known hospitality

Yelp
*** Vegetarian Review *** Came in to satisfy a late night sweet tooth, but saw one of the staff delivering a mac and cheese to a neighboring table and it looked too good not to try. Located inside the Ceasars Casino ... before the ID check so if you have under-21s with you, everyone can enjoy this place. Mac n Cheese (Grade A) - cavatappi noodles that really hold their texture. Any mushy mac and cheese instantly gets a 1-star. I really enjoyed the crusted top for a bonus textural component to the dish. Highly recommended. Large enough to share for two. Creme Brulee ... my wife ordered this so I can't personally speak to its quality. She did mention the defining feature of crème brûlée is the crisp, thin layer of caramelized sugar on top and unfortunately, this was majorly lacking. She's a huge fan of creme brulee and only ate a few bites. Pecan bread pudding with chocolate chips and caramel sauce topping (Grade A) - I really enjoyed the balance of sweet, buttery, and nutty flavors. Especially with a few bites of mac and cheese between spoonfuls of bread pudding, I was really happy with my choice. I recommend.
google avatar

Christina C.

Yelp
Nothing was left untouched as always the evening hosted eye catching drinks, food that enlightened the palate, and decor that set the atmosphere. Emeril's and Ceasars did a beautiful collaboration in this brasserie inspired luxurious cocktail dinning room. This spot set the atmosphere for definite repeat visits. Location alert okay, this place is a must see if you're looking for luxury styled cocktails & dinning when in New Orleans. The service was top tier and everyone was experienced in their craft, shout out to the bartender who made our drinks seem like something untouchable.

Yelp
Dinner consisted of the Blue Crab Timbale w/ fire crackers, Oysters and Romaine, and the Smoked Turkey and Andouille Gumbo. Flavors were singing all around! Just yummy! Ambiance was a little loud,- music playing, and at the entrance of the casino- so that's expected. Service was great. It has Emeril's name, so it's gotta be good, right???!?
google avatar

Raumak R.

Yelp
I rarely write bad reviews. You can check. But this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. It was Super Bowl weekend and we had a reservation. I understand it's crazy. But that's no reason to be rude. We showed up and Melissa gave us the worse attitude. She said she couldn't seat us. Fine. It's busy. We understand. We asked to use the restroom. She told us we couldn't. We asked the manager if we can. She also told us no. If you want have an incredibly bad experience, then try Emeril's. If you want to have great service, just go across the street to Ruth's Cris where they treat you like a human being.
google avatar

Uriia H.

Yelp
The reviews of this place scared me a bit, but I had a comp dinner from Harrahs so I figured I would give it a shot. I love the decor and where it's located in the casino. Staff were the best! It wasn't busy because it was a little later in the evening. Opted for their 3 course coolinary menu. The fried quail was delicious!! I love that it was still crispy with the sauce. The second course was simple but very enjoyable. Trout with a lemon butter sauce and veggies. Unfortunately they ran out of the dessert for the third course, but I was able to pick something else. The Java creme brulee sounded good..it was not. The flavor was a bit off to me. The top was candied to perfection but the filling was a bit stiff. Pretty good experience overall.
google avatar

Matthew V.

Yelp
Wasn't crowded... Great service and staff... The gumbo was good and big portions.... The mussel was super huge portions, I wasn't that big of a fan of them, they was just ok.. Love the establishment, decor and vibe/ ambiance...
google avatar

Yelp
This was a very nice "fine dining' experience. The waitstaff were amazing and attentive. Everything was presented beautifully. There were a few things that stood out. The salmon was really good. The crayfish pasta was tasty.
google avatar

Shelly H.

Yelp
We were greeted by the host, and seated right away just before closing. The photos of Emeril and aura of the entire resturant was pleasant. Expensive of course! However the food is immaculate! Everything is plated very well, and they also include a kids menu if you prefer smaller bites. I decided to order the fried oyster salad, offshore and local oysters, and a chicken tender kids meal. Everything was delicious and the experience overall gave the restaurant a unique feel and taste.
google avatar

Shaula L.

Yelp
This was a tough one to rate. The food was quite spectacular (minus the onion soup, which was a SALT BOMB). We had the crab claws for appetizers.... Oh my F...ing god they were sooooo good!! The steak tartare was pretty good but the claws were to DIE for. Now the lower rating is because as good as the food was the wait between courses was ridiculous. It took forever to get from appetizer to main and we decided to skip dessert. So for main we had the pork chop and it was worth the ridiculous wait!!! We also ordered Mac and Cheese and what a combo. So come with a healthy appetite cause the portions are huge and enjoy!!! The wait is worth its while and our server was lovely... but Holly Molly THE WAIT... there was one server for the entire floor!!! And while there were only 6 tables all together we had to wait, and wait and wait and then wait some more!!! But I will still come back because the food was that good.
google avatar

Suzan H.

Yelp
Wasn't expecting an awesome juicy delicious burger but that what I got. Excellent service with reasonable prices. My server, Tatiana was awesome!
google avatar

Yelp
Late reservation in a virtually empty restaurant. This location is probably the only Emeril's I've actually enjoyed. I had a butter lettuce salad which was larger than expected and the crawfish pasta for my main. Both very good. Khalil is an all star server and Amir is conscientious and has his eye on it all. One complaint: tarte flambée should've been cooked more (half of the cheese wasn't melted) and was OVERLY garlicky and greasy. Likely needs a rework, but I ate three pieces anyway! Will return.
google avatar

Kat S.

Yelp
Cue sad trombone music... what a bust: I have dined at several Emeril establishments including quick dashes at airports. This one was toward the bottom of the list. The server was somewhat absent and not real familiar with how restaurants work. I was very disappointed in the entire experience. My steak was cooked as ordered but I am at a loss at the loss of seasoning and originality of fries. Way below a niche restaurant experience that should accompany a casino restaurant. I will share it was a step above the food court.

Yelp
Great restaurant inside the Caesars Casino New Orleans. I was surprised that at the time we arrived about 7 o'clock that we were able to get seats right away, I am sure that's partly because the Sugar Bowl was just wrapping up down the street. our waitress and her assistant were around all the time picking up dishes when we were complete, as well as filling our water, and getting us drinks. We ordered a baked brie for an appetizer. It was excellent. It had us fruity sauce with it as well and it was really very good. I just ate the brie with some great toasted bread. It was excellent a nice flavor really great. For dinner we got the steak frites, pork chop with sauerkraut, and. The salmon with asparagus. All of them were excellent the same it was flaky and well prepared, the steak ordered, medium rare was perfect at an excellent au jus. These asparagus tasted fresh and was seasoned nicely. The pork chop was huge, and the sauerkraut had a wonderful bite to it with a nice sour and sweet taste. The pork chop was tender and cooked incredibly well. Everything we ate was fantastic. The inside of the restaurant was beautiful, very upscale decorations with a view out into the casino. A lovely bar, and menu with many offerings, but not overwhelmingly so, so that you know it was going to be done right and well. Highly recommend.

Yelp
BAM! What a great experience! We kicked it up a notch and scored by making a last minute reservation to celebrate my birthday at Emeril's Brasserie located in the luxurious Caesar's casino complex, so the ambiance is upscale (although a bit loud, as casinos tend to be). After eating all day long before going we didn't have huge appetites so upon our server's recommendation we ordered the Tarte Flambé with seafood added and it was more than enough for two people. Our server was exceptional and treated us to a complimentary birthday dessert. What a great experience!

Yelp
My boyfriend and I went here on date night- and we had a great experience. We expected some hiccups because it is a new restaurant but everything went smoothly! The service was top tier-we had Kelly as our waiter and she was the best. We ordered the gumbo and crawfish pasta as starters but the pasta can really be a main for someone with a small appetite. I however ate it all and then ordered the Lobster Pot pie, which I enjoyed. The bread was flaky and delicious and the filling was piping hot but yummy. My boyfriend ordered the Trout- and he wasn't in love with the flavor profile but he is a very picky eater. We ordered the Cafe Au Lait crème brûlée and it was amazing. For drinks we had martinis, mine was dirty and his was fruity. Overall, we had a good time. We will likely come here again but more likely to the other location for a better ambiance. It feels like an upscale casino restaurant with Casino prices.

Michelle B.

Yelp
The food was amazing. The service is top notch. We had the speggie. A must stop for the New Orleans experience
google avatar

Yelp
A bit better this time. Service was alot better and the food was good too. Pork chops, ratatouille and verte rice were my favorite combination. It is a bit pricey, but I think it's delicious. They serve the fish as a filet now instead of a whole fish they had before. The steak frites were good and the crab appetizers were good to
google avatar

Yelp
This is a small eatery inside of a casino. The two ladies running the place were very friendly and attentive. The coffee was very hot and the pastries were delicious. I had the blueberry muffin and hubby had the banana muffin. The blueberry muffin was top notch! Great place for a quick breakfast before you heard out for your day of walking the French Quarter.
google avatar

Kerry R.

Yelp
The restaurant was open and bright, giving it more of a casual feel. The price is more fine dining though. The pork chop with the shrimp topper was delicious!

Yelp
Food was ok, I expected more since it's an Emeril restaurant. Service was also ok, our wait staff could have done better. I wanted to give them 0 stars, because of the bill. First, she charged us for things that she said she was not going to charge us like a drink that we ordered that was bad (glass of prisoner), she said she was going to take it off the bill and didn't until we told her it was on there, she also charged us for French martini that she said would take off the bill because of the glass of wine that was bad. At the end of the day, I signed our bill which was $706.34 for 5 people, but when I looked at my credit card bill online, they charged me $820.49 which $114.15 more than what I signed for. Which means they charged me a total of $228.30 for tip on a $570.77 food and beverage tab. I've called several times, left a few messages with an actual person, called a few more times (no one answers the phone), I've tried to get an email address to get this issue fixed (couldn't get anyone to give me an email address) and have received no response from anyone. I've now disputed these charges with my credit card company since they don't seem to care to resolve this issue with me directly. @emerilgroup, you all need to do better. This type of service is unacceptable.

Yelp
My bestie and I were visiting New Orleans and we both were very excited to try Emril's. First, the hostess tried to seat us outside with all the tables and chairs covered in dust from the road construction. This should have been dusted and cleaned before opening, and definitely before trying to seat guests. With this said, we asked to be seated inside. Once seated, we ordered coffee and several items on the menu to try. The coffee was delicious, but everything else was subpar. The lobster potpie filling was DRY, and the crust burnt; Lafayette breakfast biscuit was burnt and hard enough to use as a weapon, and my eggs were lukewarm. Shrimp and grits were lukewarm, but well seasoned and yummy. Our lobster salad was mediocre at best. Only a few tables were seated, so I don't understand why our food came out burnt and lukewarm. Our server never stopped by to refill our coffee, or to check on us. We left most of our food unconsumed. We were very disappointed!

Yelp
Top Tier! Top Tier! This Yelp elite event was spectacular. The service, food, and drinks were amazing. The ambiance was great! I can go on and own... the staff was very positive and engaged... the desserts were on point...

Yelp
Now I didn't get the full dinning experience but! Attended a Yelp Elite event here it was simply amazing! From walking in the servers greeted us with drinks "Paloma Spiritzer" then right after the hors d'oeuvre every single one of them were perfect the shrimp were the highlight for me. Those servers were super nice and very helpful they hired a good group. We then got a buffet style tasting of duck, quail, pizza, gumbo, and sliders. The duck and sliders were really good. The ambiance is perfect you can take a trip down memory lane and see Emeril and his family legacy at almost every point in his life. Definitely want to come back for the full dinning experience.

Yelp
Absolutely love the layout and decorations. The service staff was delightful. The food was amazing. There's a huge opening where you can see into the kitchen, if you're into the "behind the scenes" type of thing. The bar also has a rail where you can get a drink while still on the casino floor, as opposed to walking into the restaurant to get to the bar. I would definitely visit again!

Yelp
I give the food 4 stars but the service 3 and speed of the kitchen 2. I have eaten here twice and both times were around 2 or more hours. We sat for long periods of time with no food in front of us and even waiting on drinks. Hopefully they will smooth everything out!

Yelp
The menu was a little shorter than I thought it would be. It underwhelmed me so I ordered the oyster and artichoke bisque. Nothing else stood out to me. My companion had the French onion. My soup was good, not great. She loved her soup. Service was very good considering it seemed they were short staffed. Although it did not affect us, it appeared to be the case. This was a nice little place to stop considering it was Christmas Eve and we had made our deposits at the Casino. I would love to try the other Emeril's for comparison.

Yelp
Brought the family to celebrate and the service was only topped by the food. We were a large enough group to try just about everything on the menu.

Yelp
Food here is mediocre. This is my second time here to Emeril's restaurant and we are still disappointed. Nothing really stands out. The restaurant is nice but that's it. Only thing decent was the Louisiana crawfish pasta. Everything else were okay. I'm starting to think maybe we don't like French food because this is "French inspired food." I also tried another Emeril's restaurant in New Orleans but it wasn't good. I'm hoping they'll add more restaurants inside the casino. The service was great. No complaint there

Yelp
Incredible food - fantastic service - modern venue. French onion soup was so cheesy - and I mean CHEESE-PULL CHEESY! Get the tarte flambé, like a delicate pizza topped with the best bacon you've ever had in your entire existence. The Paloma spritz was SO refreshing!!!

Yelp
Service was lacking - not very attentive, at all. Food was great but I don't think $66 pasta special was worth the price and $5 for one piece of bread and butter is just wrong. I can say I've been but wouldn't return or recommend.also ambience is awful - might as well be sitting on casino floor.

Yelp
Tatiana was a fantastic waitress at Emeril's Brasserie in New Orleans. Tatiana helped with our choices, our drink selections and was fun and polite, kind and fabulous. She was courteous, professional, fun, and efficient. She made us feel welcomed and comfortable, which is crucial in enhancing the dining experience, especially in a fine-dining setting like Emeril's Brasserie. We will definitely return and ask for Tatiana.

Yelp
Everything. It was terrible. Service was bad food was cold and it took two and a half hours. I think they were trying to rake in the Mardi Gras money but didn't have the staff to do so. They should have shut down half the restaurant. Funny thing we went across the casino to Nobu and all was great. Don't go to Emeralds.

Yelp
We had a party of 7 and were served such great food and the wait staff was wonderful! They just recently opened and had only been opened 8 days. I had the warm goat cheese salad and the most wonderful shrimp linguini...my husband and 3 others had the spaghetti, and another friend had the burger, also another had the chicken dish. A few ordered desserts, BlackBerry cobbler and an apple dessert...all very good! It was so good in fact. My husband and I came back and ate there again before we left New Orleans. We had the lobster pot pie and a blue crab. Appetizer with plaintains to dip. Another five star meal!

Yelp
Very disappointing $500 meal! We started with the $55 seafood pizza, which was actually pretty tasty. Very very rich but tasty. Also started with the brie cheese app. very basic, but also very tasty. After the appetizers the food went significantly downhill. The French onion soup tasted like water with cheese and croutons. My wife had the lobster pot pie, which was just OK at best. For my meal, I ordered the boiled jumbo shrimp remoulade. The shrimp tasted and looked like they had been sitting around for a while. They had almost a brown tinge to them one bite and that's all I needed. Obviously not freshly cooked, which was very disappointing. Our friend did have the $75 seafood pasta, which was very spicy but very tasty. The best thing we ate last night was the hotdog at Lucky dog.

Yelp
Horrible food. Waited 20 minutes for drinks over an hour for food... WAY over priced. Will never ever recommend or come back. Our server was great not her fault. But absolutely the worst experience.
