I ordered a rose bouquet for my wife on Valentine’s Day. The flowers look great. The staff brought the flowers to my car. Great service. There are minimum orders for Valentine’s Day. This year, it was $350 for the day before and $400 for the day of.

The staff here were each unbelievably kind when we hadn’t quite made our selections by closing time. They were patient and knowledgeable, continuing to offer every alternative and seemed to truly enjoy - as we did - finding the perfect arrangement for a client gift. I couldn’t have been happier with how this turned out. There is a great selection of luxury gift items in addition to the flowers - soaps, candles, crystals, jewelry, cards etc.

I placed a Desighner choice arrangement for my mans birthday, and it looks amazing. He was very pleased with his surprise… yes men like flowers too!

Google
Beautiful shop and arrangements but terrible customer service. They don't stand behind plants that they sell. Bought two boxwoods - within 6 weeks, one was dead and the other vibrant. Same care, positioning and watering schedule. Had to call three times, send two emails, duplicate photos and the reply was it was a watering issue. Not even a suggestion that I bring it in so they could look at it. For a shop with this reputation, they need to more confident of their product. Home Depot would be more responsive, not to mention much less costly.

Just moved to the area and found this gem while checking out the neighborhood. Staff was great the first day. Went back the next day to buy some things and get some flower stems and I felt like I was intruding on their day. Part of my purchase was 3 hydrangea and 6 peonies. Not an arrangement - just stems. The peonies died in under 24 hours. They were lovely and said they were getting more in the next day. Come in to get them replaced. The next morning, the hydrangea were dead too. I've purchased flowers for myself almost every week for 5 years now and I've never had that happen. They always last at least 5 days, some up to two weeks. At that point, I figured the flowers there aren't fresh and I'm not going back. Over $100 for the 9 stems. I could get the same thing at Whole Foods or Erewhon for half the price and they last twice as long. I was going to buy 3 tiny Christmas trees for my new place. I picked them up to add to my pile on the counter...$132 each. About 10" tall. I checked the other ones to make sure they were tagged correctly. They were. Found almost the exact same trees online for under $10. I'm from Chicago, so I'm use to city prices, but these were outrageous especially considering the quality. Not for me.

Poor communication. What they put together was nothing like what I ordered nor like the photos I showed them for inspiration. I ordered a bouquet for my engagement shoot. I had so been looking forward to my bouquet and I was completely disappointed. What they handed me looked like something someone put together with their eyes closed. They “tried to fix it” 2 other times and it just kept looking worse. I was then told that they didn’t have a lot of stock left. Not sure why they would tell me that they can create what I wanted if they didn’t have the right flowers in stock. Not to mention I spoke with them about the order 4-5 days before. I ended up being almost an hour late for my engagement shoot which I already paid for and walked out with no flowers. I would not recommend this place whatsoever.

Google
We hired Empty Vase Florist for our wedding in April, 2016 and are really happy with how the flowers turned out! She is super friendly, worked within my budget and even gave me a call a few weeks before to make sure I didn't need to alter my order or add anything I forgot. Love how they turned out :)

Yelp
Disappointing experience with quality of product and service. I requested a custom plant effort. It was delivered promptly, but I felt overpaid for the plants. Within a week, the plants died. I was surprised because it was drastic decline of the plant. Upon removed the plants, I saw that the planter was lined with coarse plastic- appeared to be a questionable practice and would lead to immediate dehydration. I immediately contacted the store and was told that was standard practice and thetecwas nothing they were prepared to do. Teo days later, they called with a similar defensive response of their 48 hour policy. Both sales rePS Hailey and the other rep were both unpleasant to engage with- unclear on why they even bother responding. Unfortunate- West Hollywood prides itself on community and the store has a pleasant facade. But veneer and lack of quality was my experience.

Yelp
I'm going to start this review with saying this is a very beautiful flower shop with many options but cost-effective ones are not that. I understand the value of Art and I have many pieces on my walls but the reality of paying so much for a bouquet just does not make sense. Ordering flowers used to be a pleasure but not anymore. The arrangements are subpar the flower quality has gone down tremendously where they last maybe two to three days. You were one of my favorite flower shops but after this delivery of flowers I'm no longer going to be spending any money as the service and quality do not meet my value Mark to spend this much money. If you are going to charge this much you need to bring your quality back to where it was 2 years ago where your Arrangements were beautiful and your flowers would last two to three weeks not 2 to 3 days.

Lizzie O.

Yelp
I used to use this florist for years and was very happy. No longer the case. I called to send an arrangement for a death of a friend and the gal couldn't care less. Plus, their minimum to order is $200 which gets you a $40 arrangement filled with filler. VERY DISAPPOINTED and nothing like I ordered. No longer luxury, no longer great customer service. I will never use this florist again! This arrangement cost me $200 plus $50 delivery to go up the street. I asked for white roses, thin grass or horse tail. I did not want green filler like this. Looks like mostly filler flowers. SUB PAR for a $200 arrangement that looks like it came from Pavilions.

Yelp
Have been wanting to stop by The Empty Vase home store for a while now and finally I got a chance today. Absolutely beautiful. Everything they carry is gorgeous. From the unique vases to the most unique flowers. They also have a nice collection of floral books for sale. Got myself 2 nice ones. I love this store. It makes me happy.

Samantha M.

Yelp
The most beautiful arrangements. I've used them for years. I had a misunderstanding when placing my Thanksgiving centerpiece order this year and accidentally purchased a one sided arrangement rather than one that had flowers all the way around. This morning, Empty Vase picked them up and re-arranged the florals for me. My centerpieces are beyond stunning.

Stacy L.

Yelp
THE. ABSOLUTE. WORST. (1 star is too many stars) Years ago, I received a stunning arrangement from this place, leading me to trust them for future deliveries. However, long story short, they consistently fail to deliver what I order and instead offer subpar substitutes. The quality is nowhere near the prices they charged. Fast forward a year and despite my reservations, I give them another chance today for a special birthday delivery, only to be let down AGAIN! Of course they didn't have the flowers that they use to lure you in online and they again promised a beautiful alternative. Thankfully, I asked for a photo before it went out for delivery, only to be presented with a laughable attempt at something comparable. I called and told them absolutely not, at this point it's later in the day and since it's being delivered to an office I needed it delivered asap. So they offer to send a bouquet already made, which I reluctantly agreed to based on a picture they sent me. In the end the birthday girl had to stay late at work on her birthday waiting for this delivery, she couldn't enjoy them throughout the day and literally was JUST told after she finally received them, they left the price tag on it!!! I'm done. It's my fault for giving them yet another chance. I will never support their business again, and if asked, I will actively discourage others from ordering from this overpriced, overhyped, and utterly disappointing place.

Yelp
Apparently my business is not respected or wanted here! Good to know ! Never again - I thought I had everything set up and triple checked called first thing in the am and called when on my way in to pay. To my dismay nothing was started and I was told they can help me but not until I pay - hence the florist wouldn't be done with my order until 4:30pm, that's fine if it was for me but this is for an artist and the time of completion needed to be at 2:30pm which again was all set up and pre ordered (so I thought) no delivery offer or any offer to rectify things! You guys are money hungry and can careless about Your paying client After spending twenty minutes on the phone and pre ordering a bouquet specifically for an artist yesterday , they decided to not start the order due to no pre payment - I was stuck at the venue and the person with the credit card was on a flight - I told them I had $500 however that didn't matter. I offered to bring cash and rushed there from downtown la to pre pay it to only be offered a half wilted depressing bouquet which was not the style or look we discussed when ordering the day prior ! What happened to my order and the person who said they understood the vision we had? It's like they were doing me a favor to take $300 from me for a tiny half wilted bouquet that was for another client . They acted too cool for school and didn't need my business- then don't waste my time from the inception You guys have no customer service skills and I will gladly take my business elsewhere !! Sadly my dad wasted so much money here years back since the early 90s, he actually had a rapport and relationship with the owners- of course decades later this is something else! A very disappointing and frustrating experience My Job can only pay cash and that's why I was unable to pre pay with a personal credit card! Good to know Blessing in disguise - I wouldn't take the time and effort to order flowers 24 hours prior if I wasn't planning on paying for them.

Steve C.

Yelp
I'm giving 3 stars b/c the experience was mostly frustrating, but in the end, Empty Vase offered a remedy that was acceptable which lifted it from one to three stars. I never found the staff to be condescending or rude, on the contrary, they mostly tried to ameliorate the situation. Like many, I didn't get the specific flowers in the arrangement I ordered, which is a bit frustrating, since I had a look I wanted for the table, but the overall arrangement is lovely, and all the guests positively commented on it. I have two more dinner parties in the next couple days, hoping the arrangement lasts for them. It's frustrating that there is nowhere in Empty Vase's system to notify the customer of the time when the arrangement will be ready for pick up or delivered. Empty Vase assigned a random time based on their convenience, not my schedule. It really should be the other way round. In future, I will be sure to put a time in the notes section, and hopefully they'll oblige or follow-up with an update. Empty Vase's prices can seem steep, but I'm not unwilling to pay for the artistry that goes into the arrangements created by its florists. These artists created an arrangement with over 40 stems plus lining the vase with greenery in a beautiful piece of flora art. It's a lot of flowers, and a lot of creative work and the price reflects this. If I go to other florists' sites and compare similar complex arrangements, the pricing is not very different. Because Sarah so artfully managed this situation, I'll be back to give Empty Vase another try. I'll update this review then, but for this go round, I'm not in agreement with some other reviews that claim Empty Vase is "the worst" or "vile" or "obnoxious", I just found the experience to be a bit frustrating overall, but with a nice, but not as pictured or ordered, arrangement (which happens at any florist, since the pictured arrangement is a moment in time with that day's inventory). I understand it's floral art, not a floral factory. I'll just be sure to call and see what their inventory is before I order the next arrangement, and then, I will hold them to creating the arrangement as ordered.

Yelp
I have used this florist multiple times over the last 19 years, and could not have been more pleased. I was fortunate enough to have someone send me flowers from them last week. The flowers arrived on Saturday and by Tuesday morning they were wilted and brown. I called to complain and was told in no uncertain terms that they only guaranteed "freshness" for 48 hours. If I wanted I could send photos, but basically there was nothing they could or were willing to do. I was so disappointed. The arrangement I received retailed for $250.00, the least they could have done was offer me an apology. I am on the hunt for a new florist on the Westside of Los Angeles...suggestions welcome!

Dana A.

Yelp
I ordered flowers for the first time from Empty Vase because all of their pictures on the website were incredible and they were delivered on time and just perfect! They were just as pictured on the website. This is important when you are looking for something very specific. I would definitely order from here again! Very happy with my order! thank you!

Brendan P.

Yelp
Empty Vase is probably my favorite florist in the city... and I used to own a flower shop! We recently received a beautiful bubble bowl arrangement from them full of orchids, hydrangea and lisianthus, packed into a pave, all white, with curly willow lining the bowl. It's the kind of work I do myself: only fine flowers with no filler or fern. It felt like a luxurious gift. If I ever get married, they get the gig! Definitely one of the top florists in the United States.
google avatar

Em M.

Yelp
I really wanted to leave a 5 star review. The customer service was helpful but the product was an embarrassment. The arrangement that was delivered looked like something my 4 year old put together. I requested substitutions and they didn't have some of the flowers from what was listed for the arrangement but the florist did a subpar job. After spending so much on this floral arrangement, I was highly disappointed. They did not try to replace the arrangement but was willing to issue a $50 credit... if I'm not happy with the arrangement, why would I order another ...

Yelp
To say that you cannot go wrong with the Empty Vase is an understatement. I needed a super wow arrangement for a friend who just went through brain surgery and you guys outdid yourselves. Your website does not disappoint and the arrangements shown on the site are no exaggeration. My order looked as beautiful if not more than the one I chose online. I know that this is more unusual and most florists will say that they didn't have the flowers on that particular day or that they are not in season and since most people never see the arrangements they send, you are operating on blind faith. Well, Freddy, the head designer at EV, was so kind and sent me photos of the finished product and it took my breath away. Well worth the price and a real show stopper. Thank you EV for making my friend so happy with this most amazing arrangement. I now understand why I keep coming back to you guys for all of my flower needs. You guys are simply the best!

Sunny D.

Yelp
Customer service is NOT GOOD! When you call you are placed on hold numerous times, you get so tired you hang up. After 3 calls that's it for us. Then finally someone picked up early in the morning on call number 3 on another day and we found they did not have the flowers we were looking for in stock. Just not a good situation over all, after all of that. Not to mentioned we went to visit the location and we had a long talk about what we wanted. Of course, they are overpriced, but if the overall experience is worth it then you make adjustments, but if not you keep it moving RIGHT? We certainly did.

Yelp
Extremely disappointed with The Empty Vase. I got early Valentine's Day delivery from hubby (he knows I love the Empty Vase) but I was shocked to receive such a horrible flower arrangement. I had to call hubby to ask if he chose this color. Apparently someone called the day of the delivery to inform him that the color that he has chosen was not available. They offered him purple tulips. Well, as you can see in the picture, they are not purple and they are not Valentine's Day color. Called the store and Samora told me to email admin@emptyvase.com but no response. Usually I get complements for my beautiful flower arrangement from hubby but this arrangement... everyone said... "interesting choice of flower..." what was the florist thinking to send out such a ugly flower?
google avatar

Luzanne O.

Yelp
From the perspective of a recipient, I am elated with the floral arrangement from Empty Vase. This picture was taken 3 days after the flowers arrived and still going strong. Thank you!
google avatar

Janet C.

Yelp
This place is incredible. Their flowers come from Holland and they have the brightest orchids I've seen so far in LA. My boyfriend and I were buying one $25 pot and they offered to paint two other pots for us so that we would have matching ones. The people who work here are extremely knowledgeable about the products they are selling and they are just very nice people too - it makes you want to give them your business.

Yelp
I wanted just a bouquet and boutonniere for my small wedding and was having trouble finding a florist that would meet my budget and take the very few ideas I had and turn it into something beautiful. I'm so happy I found the Empty Vase! I spoke with them over the phone and sent a few pictures via email, and what I picked up on my wedding day was exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend!

Jeremy G.

Yelp
We will never use this florist again! For the prices they try to command, you would think the quality of products and customer service would match. Got the entire request wrong and when we tried to give them a chance to resolve the issue, thinking maybe it was an honest mistake, they failed to take advantage of the life preserved being thrown at them. Lesson learned and we will never use them again and would not recommend this florist.
google avatar

Laura F.

Yelp
Beautiful selection! And very helpful and responsive staff. I was a little confused as to where the parking was. But once I got there, I had a wonderful experience! The bouquet I purchased was around $70 dollars. So not the cheapest, but definitely makes an impression!!! Would definitely go back for all of my important bouquets.
google avatar

Marcus T.

Yelp
Poor customer service, the gal who answered the phone after a 10min wait was short and rude, no apology was given. I had ordered a beautiful arrangement ($500) to be delivered on Valentines Day. I've never had issues with deliveries on VD, most will deliver by 2pm. It was 4pm and still no delivery, I called and was told that the florist just started my arrangement and it would be delivered by 9pm. It defeats the purpose for this special day to take delivery so late in the day. This florist just ruined my experience and the occasion for my wife. I was really looking forward for her to receive this beautiful piece.
google avatar

Christine E.

Yelp
The Empty Vase is a gem in West Hollywood. Definitely ask for Jeff. Jeff is just the absolute best at helping you with what what you need (everyone there is pretty great actually considering how busy they are- the foot traffic- and pre orders- they are always on top of things!) If there are revisions to orders, they take the time to make sure the final product is what you envisioned from the start. Their arrangements are classic fresh, edgy, and just breathtakingly beautiful. Pop in the shop for the in-season florals and take a peep around. There's so much to see.

Shanice B.

Yelp
Do Not purchase a plant from this nursery. The plant I bought seemed fine at the nursery but when I put it inside immediately bugs began flying out. These bugs filled my house and killed my plant. I've never had this happen and it's truly upsetting, so do not purchase from this place.
google avatar

Pierce B.

Yelp
Expensive, sure. It's Beverly Hills. But you get what you pay for. This Friday I purchased over a thousand dollars of merchandise from their sunset location. Amongst this merchandise were two olive trees which were planted by their workers in terra cotta containers for outside display. I presumed they were expertly planted considering the planting fee associated with the purchase, but yesterday both pots blew over in the wind on their second day outside and shattered beyond repair. I attached the two tragic pictures and sent to their customer service department. I didn't expect much. BUT within two days, I'd been contacted and Natalie, one of their sales associates, sent an employee over to replace the pots and plant them properly. Simply some of the best customer service I've ever received. Will 100% return here.
google avatar

Nastya T.

Yelp
Terrible quality, please don't order anything from this company. We got a bouquet in a different color, half a day later than was arranged and the flowers were dying already. Needles to say, just on the next day I had to throw them away. And it was hella expensive. One of the worst purchases in my life.
google avatar

Natalia T.

Yelp
We ordered flowers from this company for my sons birthday. Paying a high price I expected a high quality of service and flowers but I've got quite the opposite. First of all, on the day of delivery we got notified that the color will be different. It was supposed to be dark blue (male style), and they say it will be white (not so male).... Of course we agreed - like we had a choice. It was already noon. And we asked it to be delivered early in the morning. They stopped by after 4 pm. But what's worse, the flowers were already dry and old when we got them! My son asked me right away if that was for him, because it looked like it was someone else's bouquet, not fresh. He throwed them away the next day. Of course I was not happy. I called the company and asked for a refund or a credit - and the owner started screaming and harassing me. That's the first time in my life I got such a ridiculous and heartbreaking response! And I was a customer for 5 years already. That is hurting my feelings and of course I'm not going to return to them. There are many new florists that offer much better prices, variety and, most important, customer service. Shame on you guys for turning my son's celebration to such a negative experience for me.

Yelp
always happy to buy flowers at the empty vase. The staff is always helpful and pleasant. I always find what's needed to make a nice bouquet. thank you

Yelp
Popped into the Empty Vase yesterday to pick up some flowers for an event and was delighted to see they have a check-in offer for 10% off for bouquets! They were more than happy to honor it and helped me put together a gorgeous, modern and elegant bouquet. They wrapped it in butcher paper filled with rose petals. It was beautiful! They have such a great selection of gifts. From Diptyque candles to chocolates, books, and soaps, this is a great place to come if you are looking for a hostess gift. Plus love that they have their own easy parking!

M G.

Yelp
My husband got me the flower subscription from empty vase and I was beyond impressed with our first delivery. After purchasing the subscription online, a staff member called to get our preferences for the arrangements, which I thought was already above and beyond. I was over the moon to receive my first arrangement last week. It was my absolute dream arrangement and I could not be more excited for what is to come!

Jack J.

Yelp
Just look! Thank you for the most amazing arrangement! You guys made a special and lasting impression!

Yelp
Amazing service! Ordered online for my sister's birthday. Flowers were delivered on time, received confirmation that they were delivered and flowers were exactly what I had see online. My sister just loved her topiary!!! Will definitely use The Empty Vase Florist again!
google avatar

Cynthia B.

Yelp
Have used these guys for years and got the worse floral arrangement. I asked for a white vase, it was sand layers. I asked for light blue and white. It was torquoise. I wrote to customer care and they said they would give me a $30.00 credit in the store. I spend 188.00 and it was worse than 1800Flowers. Not OK. Goodby Empty Vase.

Tricia W.

Yelp
I now understand why your business is called "Empty Vase".  It should remain that way!  Perhaps you should migrate to dried flower arrangements.  I can see my Yelp review will be in line with many others with similar complaints. Not only flowers in their way out but disgraceful customer service. If you can't fulfill an order, better to not send anything out or suggest something else fresh.
google avatar

Krystal P.

Yelp
I can't say enough good things about this place. They are my go to for ALL occasions. My flowers are always fresh and crisp when they arrive. They have a beautiful selection of vases. You will not be disappointed. I've been a happy customer for 3 years now. I attached some pictures so you can see their amazing work.
google avatar

Adeline C.

Yelp
Extremely expensive (think minimum $150 for a tiny bouquet or $6 a rose) but beautiful arranging.

S. S.

Yelp
Exceptional experience. Perfect flowers made with just a photo example and a request for all flowers, no leaves. The design was flawless. Delivered on time. Highly recommend.

Del Rey G.

Yelp
I am very happy with the response from the business that I am updating my rate and will come back again

Yelp
I am a regular customer at The Empty Vase, I have been a customer for over eight years. I use them for both my personal home and my employers residence. Jeff Olsen is my sales agent and representative, he's my go to person I only use him. He is extremely knowledgeable, very professional. He's never too busy to help, he's always right there, he gives us 100% & is never too busy to meet with me and help me design the arrangements for my employees home each week. The Empty Vase is priced a little higher than some other florists in Los Angeles but they are without question unrivaled in their quality and execution of arrangements. They only have the best designers. I would highly recommend it you try the Empty Vase Florist, and make sure to ask for Jeff Olson. You won't be disappointed
google avatar

Claire W.

Yelp
Just received the most gorgeous flowers today. I can honestly say it's probably one of the most stunning floral arrangements I've ever received. Although this was a gift, I will definitely be calling The Empty Vase the next time I get flowers for myself or someone else. Impeccable service and delivery.
google avatar

Annie K.

Yelp
The selection and overall styling of flowers at Empty Vase is unlike any other florist in Los Angeles. They give you more than just flowers, they give you a style that is unmatched by any other location. They have a location in West Hollywood that is filled with beautiful flowers and different display options. You can also order with them over the phone they are fantastic to deal with. Defnitely highly recommend.

Yelp
When you need an arrangement to arrive for a very special person on a very special occasion, this is NOT who to place an order with. The staff is unresponsive, unapologetic, rude and disregarding. I included very explicit instructions about the timing for this order, to be delivered before 4pm on a certain occasion. I went on to state that if that deadline couldn't be met to simply email me and cancel the order. Not a difficult task at all. I even called to follow up and spoke to a representative there who stated she would confirm with the florist to ensure the order could meet that deadline and if not she'd call me back and cancel the order. Neither happened. The order was delivered two hours later than the requested deadline at which point the recipient wasn't at the location to receive the arrangement, thus defeating the entire purpose of the order. I emailed them after wards to share my experience and request a refund. I received a response a MONTH later and strangely now they are contesting my dissatisfaction on this issue. Not even sure how they have a leg to stand on. The staff is egomaniacal, with total regard for client satisfaction and all the meanwhile completely unapologetic about it all. Jillian, who deals with clients, although I'm not sure in what capacity, has the worst attitude of them all. I'm flabbergasted that I'm even in this position and that this lack of customer satisfaction exists in client based companies. I encourage you to not disappoint yourself or whoever you deem special enough to receive flowers and go to another florist. Empty Vase is one of my worst experiences as a customer and Jillian has gone above and beyond to ensure my dismal experience.

Yelp
Got helped out with a delivery order by Cellini and it was a smooth transaction. She answered all my questions, recommended me similar cheaper alternatives, and ended up helping me come up with a decision for the flowers I ended up purchasing. Also took photos of the item to see if I would be content with the arrangements. Everything was perfect about the order and it got delivered in time. A+++, wouldn't hesitate to do business with again. Thank you Cellini!

Susan I.

Yelp
While this business is making money hand-over-fist over Valentine's Day weekend, they don't have the common courtesy to sweep up the piles of trash they've created that are landinin residents' alleyways.

Yelp
I ordered flowers for my cousin who lives near this florist and I was not disappointed. The empty vase florist did a phenomenal job the flowers are stunning and look even better than the photo of what they were supposed to look like. They're just gorgeous, I highly recommend.

Yelp
They do a magnificent job here. It's pricy but I'm never disappointed. Beautiful work. I've probably ordered 20 arrangements - each one beautiful.

Yelp
Can't believe I'm just finding this amazing florist. The quality coupled with the selection is hard to beat. My new go-to for weekly bouquets and orchids. Now if only I can find parking!

Danny B.

Yelp
I ordered flowers from Empty vase as they have a reputation of being an upscale florist, and I wanted something special and unusual for my friend. I selected two styles from their website and asked that the arrangement be in a wildflower/garden style. The website stated that they may need 24 hours to obtain the flowers needed for the arrangement I selected. When I was ordering the flowers over the phone I told the associate that I was willing to wait to get the right flowers. She stated that it wouldn't matter they could't get some of the flowers shown on the web site, but she guaranteed me that the arrangemeant would look like the flowers I selected. I stated I didn't want something ordinary or traditional. When the flowers were delivered, the arrangement was low and spreading and I had asked that it be more upright, it consisted of mostly tulips and roses, and sprigs of heather or something similar. It was very underwhelming and ordinary. Funny enough I had to order flower the next day for another friend. I chose a smaller florist, and wanted a smaller arrangement. When the second arrangement was delivered it looked far better than the flowers I ordered from Empty Vase and cost a quarter of the the price ($65) I paid at Empty Vase ($250.) This is not what I expected from a high end florist. When I called to state I wasn't happy with the arrangement they said they would replace it, but then they called me back and said the arrangement had all the flowers that I said I wanted and that they would not replace it. Over all I was very disappointed in Empty Vase.

Yelp
My boyfriend has ordered several arrangements for me from here and each time I receive a new one, I'm always in awe! The guy who delivers them is always so nice and helpful. The arrangements are consistently beautiful and the quality is amazing!

Yelp
Pretty shocked by the not so stellar reviews! Full disclosure, I have not been to the brick and mortar location- I've only ordered over the phone... However, I've had nothing but fantastic experiences ordering through them! Their designs are breathtaking, robust and incredibly creative. Their staff has always been extremely courteous and helpful to me as well. I especially love that they can take my last minute, same day requests for delivery. By last minute I mean after-noon, but still, they always come through. Definitely a fantastic florists, one of my faves
