The "menu festival" we experienced was truly remarkable, featuring a sequence of delectable and meticulously crafted dishes. If you find yourself in San Jose, I highly recommend visiting this establishment. It offers a unique and enjoyable ambiance, complemented by exceptional staff and culinary offerings. Enboca exceeded my expectations with its delicious food and thoughtful dishes! The flavour combinations are spot-on and full of delightful surprises. Our servers Beni and Victor are very accommodating and knowledgeable. It’s a must visit for anyone seeking a remarkable dining experience!

Melissa our waitress was great. She checked on us very frequently and made sure we had everything we needed/wanted. The chef was great. He made sure to come out to bring our dishes/food and explain all desserts, appetizers, etc.

4.5 stars Loved this place! 3 of us ate for $100 (including tip). Our meal consisted of a salad starter, a small tapas plate, three entrees, and one drink. The vegetarian ceviche was so delicious and blew us all away. It was incredibly complex and well executed. Hands down one of the best dishes I’ve had in a long time. Another person at the table agreed. Definitely a star dish and something that everyone can enjoy even if they are not vegetarian. (We accidentally got served the pescado crudo at first instead of the veggie version, and the two don’t even compare. The veggie is far superior in taste and creativeness.) The salmon on pistacho cream was lovely. Perfectly cooked. The walnut risotto felt really warm and hearty. The Mariachi cocktail came with an instagram worthy presentation and was also incredibly delicious. Their homemade Tajín rim was 🧑‍🍳💋 Despite being served the wrong dish (and being charged for it,) our server David was truly amazing. He was so genuinely nice from the beginning and sincerely apologetic. More importantly, Not only did he acknowledge his mistakes, but he solved them quickly and efficiently. We really loved him and his service. Would highly recommend this restaurant for veggie friends and foodies.

I think this is the best restaurant in San Jose, Costa Rica. A great ambience, feels like you’re in a jungle. Customer service was outstanding and very attentive. The food was out of this world, but was small portions. Cocktails were great. Obviously the place is very expensive, but you are getting the quality you deserve for the price.

I did the tasting menu and it was excellent! Every dish was brimming with flavor. The tastes aren't strange for an American's palate either, so I would feel comfortable bringing anyone here. Oh, and the 0 es 3 rum drink is fantastic too!

Every sip, every bite is one of a kind. Great experience. Unique drinks and amazing presentations. The food was delicious - look like a piece of art. The place vibe is a modern garden. The service was great. A little tiny minus for me is that they do not have the menu in English. Most of the waiters speak basic English and that was extremely helpful.

The food here is amazing. So tasty, well prepared and the service was really good. It is on the expensive side but worth the visit. The sea bass was one of the best I’ve ever had. Is a Pura Vida vibe with a credit card touch !! Enjoy !!
