Came to Dr. Kate for help strengthening my core after multiple pregnancies. She was able to provide a thorough evaluation plus history taking and with that, recommended ways to get the most out of my strength training. I saw results by the next followup. I also love how trauma informed Dr. Kate is and her presence radiates warmth and genuineness.

Wow!! I would give 10 stars if I could. Dr Kate is the real deal. She was so incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, empathetic and empowering as she helped me recover postpartum. I highly recommend her to all prenatal and postnatal women & only wish that I started working with her sooner. Thanks Dr Kate!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kate Cleveland. She is kind, intelligent, empathetic, and supportive. She really does walk the walk. I came to her with problems that had been dismissed by other medical providers, and she made me feel so seen and validated. Instead of treating just symptoms like so many providers do, she took the time to really listen to me and get to the root of the issue. She empowered me in my decision making to make sustainable changes that would work with my lifestyle. And happy to report that the issues have been resolved due to her support! She holds such a safe space for her patients and her energy, as well as her expertise, is truly healing.

I have so many great things to say about Enso Mama! Kate was integral in my postpartum recovery and helped me feel like myself again. I looked forward to my weekly sessions with Kate and left feeling re-energized. The at-home exercises she prescribed were quick and easy to follow. Kate is an amazing pelvic therapist and person! She provided great support and exercises during my pregnancy and I had such a speedy recovery after birth thanks to her guidance. I will always be grateful to her as she was part of my close support system during pregnancy and post-partum. I know I could always reach out to her, she has provided so many valuable information and encouragement beyond her area of expertise. I have also taken my mom to see her and she was fantastic with her too. Kate is stellar!!

I will be recommending Dr. Kate and Enso Mama to all of my expecting and postpartum friends! I started seeing Dr. Kate two weeks after my c-section. I had been very active and worked out throughout my pregnancy and wanted to take steps to safely return to that level of activity. Dr. Kate first helped me understand where my body was at immediately postpartum and created a plan with exercises I could start doing safely right away. Being able to understand a body I felt like I didn’t know anymore and take charge of my healing even during the 6 weeks where I was sore and had lifting restrictions was incredibly helpful for my mental and physical health. She also helped me monitor the healing of my scar. I believe coming to her so early in my postpartum recovery really help improve the thickness and overall healing of the scar itself. It was a relief so have someone helping me monitor it in the weeks between seeing my OB. On top of ALL of this, I just really enjoyed getting to talk to Dr. Kate once a week. As a mom herself, I felt like she could really relate to what I was experiencing and was always willing to listen. THANK YOU, DR. KATE!!!

Dr. Kate and Dr. Megan are both truly amazing! I went to see them at 7 weeks postpartum and at 13 weeks already feel amazing! Dr. Kate helped me to reach my fitness goals and gave me easy to do exercises with a newborn. They are both so warm, welcoming and encouraging. They are located inside a cute house that is very clean and family friendly. If you are debating- definitely call and make an appointment! I am so thankful I found them!

Dr Kate is such a blessing! I had zero hope for a full recovery after the birth of my first child. After doing months of PT at the hospital, I was still leaking, my body was still weak and mentally defeated. I decided I would take matters into my own hands - insert Dr Kate. Dr Kate quickly got me in for an evaluation, diagnosed my issues and confirmed I was never going to recover with what the hospital based PT program. I had drastic improvements after 3 sessions. The “homework” was very doable with my busy schedule. I am proud to say I am better off now then I was before I got pregnant. Not only did Dr Kate address my physical issues she also always asked and offered support for my new journey in motherhood! I am so grateful. Dr Kate will be a part of my plan if I have another child from the beginning of my pregnancy!
