"This roving Houston pop-up doesn’t have a home yet, but already, it’s earned a reputation as having some of the best matcha drinks in town. Each drink is made-to-order with matcha that is hand-sifted on site, and the options are many. There’s matcha mixed with lemonade and coconut water; the Murasaki that’s mixed with ube, taro, and coconut milk; an Orange + Tonic matcha fresca, and the Fruity Pebble drink that’s infused with lavender and raspberry and finished off with a white chocolate mocha and Fruity Pebbles cold foam.
