"We don't use the term "Sugarfish killer" lightly, but that's what Rockpool in Beverly Hills has the makings of—a reasonably priced omakase spot in an area known for sushi that costs as much as a car payment. This casual counter from the chef behind Yasu focuses on bargain sushi sets that sprinkle in California-sourced seafood like seared rockfish and bluefin tuna (something you don't see too often). Options span the Light Bite set for $25, to the all-in Deep Sea for $58, which includes 10 nigiri, two handrolls, sashimi, and miso soup. The room is as bare as a soundstage and they're still fine-tuning their takeout operation, but the fish quality is impressive, the warm sushi rice has a nice kiss of vinegar, and you're given a bowl of yuzu sorbet for dessert. Rude, Unprofessional, and Unethical--Avoid This Location I had a frustrating experience at this Enterprise location due to the unprofessional and abrasive behavior of a visiting manager (who said he was helping from another branch). His rudeness and lack of professionalism made it clear that customer service was not a priority. The issue began when they failed to arrange a pickup as promised. I simply responded, "Okay, I'll get an Uber," without making a fuss. Out of nowhere, the manager had an attitude saying, "Don't come here expecting us to reimburse your Uber." His tone was unnecessarily confrontational, and I was completely confused. I even asked, "Sir, are you talking to me or someone else?" because his antagonistic attitude came out of nowhere. Beyond his unprofessional behavior, he also refused to honor the body shop rate that had already been confirmed by Tory at the Beverly Hills branch and the Enterprise customer service line (which is recorded). His excuse? That the body shop was in West Hollywood, so I should rent from the Enterprise there--ignoring the fact that the West Hollywood location is closed on Sundays. When I reminded him that I had already been assured the rate, he dismissively refused to accommodate it. When I asked to speak to the actual branch manager, he became even more unprofessional. He claimed he was one of the managers but refused to let me speak with the branch manager. Then, instead of handling the situation appropriately, he hung up on me. When I tried calling back, he repeatedly picked up and immediately hung up again. That level of immaturity and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I mentioned that the reservation line was recorded, he boldly lied and said, "No, the lines aren't recorded." However, when I later called Enterprise customer service, Kanisha from reservations and Genesis from customer service confirmed that the calls are recorded. This was more than just bad customer service--it was abrasive, unethical, and unprofessional. There was no reason for this manager to be so combative and dismissive. I do not feel comfortable setting foot in this branch after the way I was treated, and I strongly urge others to avoid this location.

Do not go to the Beverly Hills Enterprise branch—they have the rudest customer service of any Enterprise location I’ve ever been to. They have repeatedly lied to me, making promises they never intended to keep, and they clearly do not care that everything I was guaranteed has gone completely unfulfilled. They also don’t seem to care that I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for the past 15 years, renting exclusively from them since I was 21. As an Enterprise Plus Gold member, my business has contributed significantly to their company, yet they have shown no regard for my loyalty. Beyond their terrible customer service, their rental vehicles have had serious safety issues. One car I rented had a malfunction with its driver safety features—its lane-keep assist, which is automatically enabled, violently jerked the wheel twice while I was driving on a straight road, with both hands firmly on the wheel. Had I not been gripping tightly, the car would have sent me into a ditch, possibly rolling over. When I returned that vehicle due to safety concerns, the replacement car they gave me had issues as well. To make matters worse, when I finally returned the second vehicle, an Enterprise employee at the Beverly Hills branch tried to blame one of the issues on me. However, when I returned it to a different branch, that location made it clear it wasn’t my fault. They even promised me a discount on my rate due to all the problems and because the issues forced me to return the car early. But that discount never materialized—because the Beverly Hills branch, without ever reaching out to me, closed my contract, directly violating what I had been promised. This branch does not care about customer service, loyalty, or even basic safety concerns. Avoid them at all costs.

Maddie and Ryan are absolutely wonderful - they have the best customer service and always create such a positive atmosphere. When I came to the car rental office enterprise employee made me wait more than 40 minutes to give me a car. They did not have the car that the insurance company paid for, so they gave me a lower class car. But the employee promised very much that he would find me a car of the appropriate luxury class, but he did not do this. He promised to call back and did not call back. The car that was given was extremely inconvenient and not comfortable. And they ignored all my requests to provide me a car of the appropriate luxury class. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service, the behavior of the employees, their impudence and arrogance. I do not recommend this company and will not use it for car rental company anymore.

One day prior I booked a reservation for $27 after tax via phone is what the Corperate rep told me. I called corporate and the actual physical location and confirmed that it would 27 after tax for vehicle such as a Chevy Malibu or Toyota Camry as reference. I get to the location the manager says do you have a reservation booked for $34 plus tax and you will get a Mitsubishi mirage. Even though I did my due diligence and research prior to make sure that I won't have to go out of pocket since my insurance company is covering 30 dollars a day which I spoke to both Corperate and a rep at the location

I am so grateful for this staff both Caitlyn and Kion helped me so much. My car engine blew up and I have had to be on a rental for over a month as my car is in the shop and has been very expensive to fix during all of the chaos of the fires and the holidays. Both kion and Caitlyn went above and beyond to help me and gave me the best rate. I didn't even know A "shop rate" was a thing until my mechanic mentioned it. Kion and Caitlyn were both so welcoming and so helpful went above and beyond to get me set up with a great car and hands down They both deserve a raise. I will always be coming back to this location. Fabulous customer service all around.

I have been using enterprise for decades. Never had an issue until now. Caitlyn just called me from the Beverly Hills branch and told me I cannot return my rental car to Beverly Hills because they will be closed for the long weekend . She told me if I return the next day I will be charged twice. I sighed the original agreement for one day and return ant Beverly Hills. This change she called about was not on my rental agreement. I was not told this when I booked the car. I was not told this when I picked up the car today. This is fraud. She was also very rude. I have never been so mistreated by a company I have been using for so long.

I was a few days into a rental from the LAX location due to my car being fixed down the street at a body shop. On this day, I was driving back home from Cedars Sinai near the Beverly Hills location when I discovered my tire was flat. Rather than seek a gas station, I thought they could help, especially because I had a family celebration to be at. Caitlyn, a very nice young person, said they would look at the tire. Apparently, it needed to be patched. They put air in the tire, and Caitlyn instructed me to drive two blocks away to Midas. Enterprise has a relationship there, and Midas would patch the tire and bill the LAX location. Midas looked at the tire and told me it had been patched once before, so the car now needed a new tire. HOWEVER, they didn't have a tire in stock to match. I called Caitlyn and told her I was desperate now and needed a new car. She told me not to worry and to bring the car back, and she would get started on the paperwork for a replacement. When I returned, she and Ryan made sure I got out quickly, probably within about five minutes. Of course, LA traffic never lets you get anywhere on time during drive time, but at least, a major delay was avoided. Many, many thanks to Caitlyn to being a great problem-solver and providing outstanding customer service!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They are scamming me for denting a car I returned 30 days before they documented the accident. Ryan MacNeil checked in my car and wrote of everything was fine. Car also had 30+ miles on it when the accident was documented from when I returned it. It must be an insurance fraud type of thing. It's impossible to get ahold of anyone high up to dismiss this case. I would not trust one person at this location or maybe even any enterprise. ZERO stars.

information on requirements needed. they told me it's a company's policy to ask for a 3 proof of address. i showed my DL and bank statement on my app. the guy who called me a day before the pick up date, did'nt gave me a confirmation email until 4:56pm on the day of pick up. it was a racial profiling, because i'm asian and sporting a casual summer attire. for thise wanted to rent a 7 seater mini van to this store, better book it 1 month in advance, bring 3 proof of address and make sure you dress like you're one of the resident of beverly hills. employees in this store will look at your appearance/profile before moving forward to the rent. good luck renters

I had a great experience here when I needed to get a rental after my car was totaled. They easily let me swap out the first car when I realized the Mazda SUV was too big for my own parking garage, and got me into a Mustang. They were also quick to take the rental car back when I brought back the rental without calling first - and then guided me in how to save economically with my insurance to not get charged extra. Staff was lovely and patient all around. Great customer service at this location.

horrible service manager Kaitlin was rude and was very unhelpful. I had to end my rental because of her attitude. I was trying to do a swap out with a car and was told I was getting a car and she gave it to other clients in front of me despite me . she then followed by over charging me for an extra day even after I filled up the car well over what I suppose to do , she wasted 3 hours of my day . NEVER AGAIN ENTERPRISE . on a positive note went straight to Midway around the corner and the service fantastic they drove me to enterprise to drop the car I had from enterprise and had me in a car in 20 minutes . Midway look after you they care about you and they do much better job I would never go back to Enterprise ever again, Kaitlyn ruined my experience with Enterprise for life .

The incompetence of this enterprise is ridiculous. The insurance company had scheduled my pickup, which I confirmed when I called the office once I arrived at the repair shop. Instead of calling my cell or looking for me, they talked to the shop owner who turned them away? I called 4 times during this period and wasn't connected to anyone. they clearly were dodging my calls because I was rerouted to a message that ended the call. I was able to get the insurance to call and it seems it was fixed, but then enterprise called me to tell me they couldn't send anyone else out because they sent someone twice and they were turned away? How is that possible? If you have an issue getting someone the first time, why not call when the person arrives for pickup? I was there the whole time (25 mins +) either in the office or by my car or waiting outside in 80 degree weather. I just got home after walking in the heat for a mile and it still hasn't been resolved.

I called him last week and explained to him what happened and he said that I would hear back from somebody within 48 hours and still haven't heard back from a single person. This branch has been amazing! So much so, I'm actually buying a similar car to the one I rented from them, from their sales department in The Valley. My car has been in the shop for 75 days after a guy blew a stop sign and pretty much destroyed the right side of my car. After contacting Progressive, they swiftly put me in touch with this branch and they have been amazing. They called me to make sure I had a ride to get the auto body shop, and they worked really hard to make sure my rental was extended, at no charge. I worked with everyone there, but my immediate recall include Maria and Justin. Having a car accident (especially when someone blows a stop sign) was one of the scariest moments, but they made the experience much more bearable. From picking me at the auto body shop to the last day I turned it in, impeccable service! I highly recommend this branch. Sincerely, Erika Martin-Dobensky

I had the best experience at this enterprise Rent-A-Car. My car is in the shop getting some work done went there to get a car but I left with an SUV when I got home I decided it was too big so I went back for another vehicle no problem they traded it in. The next day I woke up and that car had a flat tire. So when I called, they had roadside assistance come change the tire. So I headed back over to Enterprise for the third car change. There was a nice young lady at the front. I don't remember her her name. I think it began with a C? I told her I was there to exchange my flat tire car but I needed a car but all I saw was SUV. I did see a convertible Mustang. It was just getting detailed from a return vehicle. I didn't think I was gonna be able to get that, but I did ask her and she said sure! Then I went outside with Ryan McNeill who I had when I picked up the second vehicle was super nice, friendly understanding. He showed me how to operate the convertible top. Check the car and I was on my way so easy so great! That's what Customer Service is all about. Greatly appreciated!

Saw another review "Never been to an Enterprise as pathetic as this one.." and I couldn't agree more. If I could rate this below 1 star I would. This Enterprise stressed and ruined one of the most important days of my life, my wedding. We booked a Enterprise Exotics rental months in advance and upon arriving and driving out an hour to pick it up, Jose notified me that there is nothing available. What is the point in putting in a reservation if you aren't going to honor it the day of? Its the same if I were to book a hotel and I arrive and they tell me that there are no rooms available. Jose offered me a BMW 7 Series instead, anyone who works at a CAR business should know an EXOTIC car (Lamborghini, Bentley or similar is what they told me) is no where close to a BMW 7 series. Jose was one of the most incompetent and rudest employees I have ever encountered in my life, this man should NEVER hold a customer service position. When expressing my frustration of the lack of cars available, he made a call to Enterprise - LAX and confirmed he found me an exotic car at that location. Given its my wedding day and I have already wasted hours driving and waiting at this pathetic Beverly Hills location, I drove another hour to LAX since Jose confirmed that everything is all good to go and I need to just pick it up at LAX. Upon arriving at the Enterprise - LAX, I was met with another incompetent employee in Jason, who said he couldn't rent out the car unless I increased my insurance coverage, something Jose NEVER notified me about and said I was all cleared to pick it up. Long story short, not only did I waste 4 - 5 hours the day of my wedding for a reservation that was placed months in advance, I was met with rude customer service from both Jose and Jason. I called back days later to make a complaint and Ryan Grove of Beverly Hills Enterprise confirmed that they made a mistake and he would raise this to the regional manager, which I have yet to hear anything from a month later. I called back a week ago, and was once again met with a rude Jose who immediately picked up and didn't apologize, but continued his pathetic customer service. Ryan assured me that he would assist and I have yet to receive any communication from Enterprise or from the regional manager. I reached out to an email that Ryan gave me and once again no communication from Enterprise a month later. I will not let this go and will continue to contact until I receive a response from Beverly Hills Enterprise or corporate. If Enterprise or this location truly cared about their customers and realized the mistake they made, they would make this right. It's clear they don't care. I have never received such poor service in my life, 0/5 DO NOT RECOMMEND Enterprise and certainly not this pathetic Beverly Hills location. PATHETIC.

If you Rent a vehicle here, you are risking your life. They do not maintain their cars. I had the unfortunate experience, over the past few months, renting 6 cars at both the Robertson Blvd. and La Brea facilities, and every car had major mechanical problems and was incredibly filthy. The employees do not care at all that the vehicles they are renting are dangerous because insurance claims make up the majority of their business and unsuspecting customers are steered to them when they are in an accident. Every single vehicle I rented at enterprise over the past 3 months had the 'inspect engine light' on, had defective steering, emitted terrible noises or knocking sounds from the hood, failed to brake, or veered to the left when braking. In addition, the employees do not even take pictures of the cars or inspect them before they rent them to you and when you return the cars they attempt to charge you for the damage they see, which you did not cause! This is tantamount to fraud. The service is horrible as you cannot reach a live person if you have a complaint or problem. The insurance companies need to cancel their contracts with Enterprise. Any other car rental company would be better. Rent a car at Enterprise at your own peril.

I rented a vehicle from this location 2 weeks ago. They gave me a car that was a safety hazard. The passenger seat belt did not work. I made multiple attempts to contact them and they never returned my calls. They called me about 3 times to run my card and each time I mentioned to them that the seat belt was not working -- the first time they told me they would call me as soon as an S Class came in (they never did), second time they told me they would call me once a BMW was ready (again never did), and now the third time I was obviously upset... the girl admitted to have forgotten about the exchange. Mind you this is a luxury vehicle... it's supposed to have all the bells and whistles + PROVIDE SAFETY!! I just left my rental vehicle at their location because of how they have handled this situation. SEAT BELTS ARE A BIG DEAL -- SAFETY HAZARD and SEAT BELTS ARE REQUIRED BY THE LAW. The assistant manager failed to take responsibility and basically said the burden of proof was on me. I was supposed to remember who I spoke to and when.. you would think a company of this magnitude has some kind of internal tracking system? NO. He questioned why I didn't return the car earlier... umm maybe because I'm a working professional that is literally indisposed because I'm operating on people and improving their quality of life. Also note they are MAJOR rip offs. When I first came in they wanted to charge me $220 daily for a BMW 7 series... I said no I'm going else where and left. As I was leaving they ran after me (literally) and offered the car for $125... REALLY? Ok. As I'm leaving the assistant manager comes over and says: I know you're angry at me but my branch manager just checked the car and the seat belt is working. OH REALLY? and I'm a moron who can't work a seat belt? What about all the times he checked the seat belt and it wasn't working?? Did he forget about that??? So is he saying that the branch manager has magic hands that fixed the seat belt? Or is he saying that I'm a liar????? LOL

I was dropped off by Audi for a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced by the dealership. I was disappointed that there weren't any Audi's available in the lot. My customer service rep was excellent and offered a a Jeep Wrangler Sport. It was my first time driving a Wrangler, it was a little rough but I'm assuming that is expected. I had a hard time taking the top off. Overall it was a fun loaner for a day, gas mileage was awful though. The process of picking up and returning the vehicle was fast, customer service was fantastic!

I can write the generic review where I mention how super rude and did not care about their customers but this was way more than that. Aside from them just blatantly lying to me trying to charge more than my confirmed rate when I asked one of the ladies a question she just got up and left? The biggest cherry on top of my experience is the driver that drops you off when you return your car refused to wear a mask even after I asked and has a max of 2 miles, my destination was 2.1 miles and made me walk the rest

Do NOT rent from here. Enterprise is a great company, but this is a terrible location. We rent on a weekly basis and I would give every location that we've tried up until now a 4 or 5 star rating. You would think Beverly Hills would have the best service, but to our surprise it was the exact opposite. Not only did we get horrible service when we picked up our rental, but we were charged an extra $60 when we dropped it off because it "smelled like cigarettes"... Literally impossible considering my husband and I don't even smoke cigarettes. Do NOT rent here. We regret giving this location a chance. Don't make the same mistake we did.

Went to pick up a car through Audi when my car was being serviced. They were out of cars and said they would give us a call when one was available. We never received a call but had three available when we stopped by an hour later. We had to ask to have the car cleaned and the employees pretended to clean it. It looks like someone drove down I-5 and collected a few hundred bugs which the employees just smeared all over the place instead of actually washing the car.

This is the most terrible Car Company in the world!!! Their stuff is rude, walks away, don't gives you answers and treats you like sh...! I've rented a car for over 5 months there and every time I went there to switch my car which had oil warnings all the time, they were too busy, had no other cars or wanted me to spend more money to get even a chance to see what else they have. Their manager is rude too and they all don't care about any single client. It's always packed in there and you here every time clients discussing and complaining at the front desk. Do not go there and rent a car They just sent me a bill for 750 dollars They said I put a dent in the car. That dent was there and they pointed it out to me on the walk threw Be careful they pulled a fast on meI tried to email you the new email is no good you guys a bunch of scam I hope nobody buys rent any car from you guys you are a bunch of crooks I will never never go back there againI really don't like Dishonest people don't make me sick to my stomach I want to tell the people do not go and rent a car there they are not honest and I'll try to screw you shame on them

Be warned, reservations are meaningless at this place. I had a reservation through my insurance company but when I showed they had given everything away except the high priced exotic cars. While I was there they were also turning away several other people that also had reservations. Don't expect to get a car if you book there.

Worst enterprise location with a completely unprofessional manager Eric Wu.. due to my car being totaled in a car crash I've had to rent a car from enterprise (from the San Diego kearny Mesa )for 2 months.. I have herniated discs n severe whiplash from the accident as shown by my mri.. n thrice weekly doctor visits to Spence chiropractic in San Diego..Eric wanted to charge me $150 to vacuum my service dog's hair from the floor mats of the car.. if he cannot understand I need my service animal with me then he is completely unAmerican n does not understand the Americans with disabilities Act of 1990.. the manager Eric Wu was rude n completely disrespectful to me.. I will be disputing this charge with the credit card company.. when I said lend me the vacuum that's here n I will vacuum it right now he said contemptuously .. "it doesn't work that way..we r going to charge u.. take it down the street to get it professionally detailed.. let me give u the address to that place that can detail it..or take the $150 charge we will charge u to get it vacuumed here.." Update:I spoke to Linda in your corporate office employee ID:E550MN on the day and time of the incident.. I was on the phone with her in tears because I felt so discriminated against.. on what should have been a happy day of my life since I was being picked up by my friend Mr Jamal Antar who was taking me to Beverly Hills BMW dealership to pick up my new car after my Benz AMG was totaled. Please look into this.. I am very stressed and upset and angry at what happened.. the employees and customers at enterprise Beverly Hills location saw me crying and trying to vacuum the car at the location with my herniated discs .. please call Mr Jamal Antar who is a well known movie actor n lives down the street from enterprise Beverly Hills.. who picked me up that day to get my new car to attest to my state of mind n my distress that day.. 1(310)746-7837.. please call Ebony the manager at the kearny Mesa (San Diego) location that I talked to on Monday morning to verify all these facts! Ebony acknowledged that this was discriminatory behavior and should never have happened and said she hoped corporate would take this issue up..Please deal with this rude person Eric Wu who really should not be working for your corporation...

This is specifically a review to say we received excellent service from Dwight this past Wednesday. We had to rent a car at the last minute due to a car maintenance issue ahead of a road trip and Dwight was so helpful! He explained all of the policies, our car options, and was very friendly, professional, and efficient. We will definitely be back to rent from Dwight.

I wanted to leave them a 5-star review so bad, as I have rented quite a few cars from this location before and sometimes, for months at a time (work truck). But as I am sitting here waiting for my Uber (that got canceled once already and is still another 10 minutes out), I'm pretty frustrated and a bit offended that the gentleman who took my rental back (such a nice guy) was told by his manager to tell me to get out of the car (that I was already told to sit in to take me home), as my home is out of their range. My house is 3 miles away and it took me less than 10 minutes to get to the Robertson Enterprise from there. I've been given rides home from this Enterprise before as well, so I don't know why the manager would make such a claim, or more importantly, embarrass a person and ask them to get out of a car, they were already sitting in (with the door closed and accidentally locked in, due to the child lock being on) and told would be taking them home. I actually prefer taking an Uber and not troubling anyone, but this time I was in a big hurry to get home to get my car and make a meeting. I will now be late for that. Thank you to the employees at this location, as they've always been super friendly and conducted themselves professionally, but this manager...I'm very surprised by his choice to act so unprofessionally and will, unfortunately, reconsider using this location moving forward. What a shame though, as I've probably rented cars from this location for a cumulative 3-4 months, over the past year, and was very comfortable just going there and not looking at any other rental agencies.

I like how you are supposed to ask to clean the rental car before it is rented out as if it is a new concept. I rented a car today and it was clearly just been rented out and the insides and the outside of the car was very dirty. The young lady who did a walk around the car gave me the car dirty like that. I asked the car to be cleaned and it took additional 20 minutes of waiting. I dont know why getting a cleaned car is such a new concept to her.

We have been renting many times at this location and there were a few problems but the assistent manager handled the issues professionally. There is one associate named Shannon that has not been friendly and avoids helping us for some reason. Every-time we come in (4-5 times now) she heads back inside and has someone else help us.

The worst. We made a reservation online. And when i came to pick the cat up it was mot available. Never will deal with them again My whole 1 week vacation was out of plan. I cMs from the airport with uber and now i have to wait for another Uber to take me back to the hotel. I reserved a convertible they want to give me rangler, and they insist its a convertible. I tried to call customer services witch was no help and impolite. What is the use of an online site if you cant trust it ;(

Unfortunately I had multiple bad experiences with this location. Considering the situation I am in I was really relying on their expertise, but not only did I feel very rushed but also I did not see myself getting the value of what they were asking me to pay. This visit, as with other visits, was very disappointing.

Even though technically this is the third closest Enterprise to my house, it is my favorite one. The staff is super nice and accommodating, plus, there's a chance you'll get a luxury vehicle! For Thanksgiving I reserved an intermediate car, but they only had a two-door sportscar left (boo hoo right?). I left with that one, but expressed that I wanted to switch if they got a larger car in (had 4 total people in my car). In an hour and a half they called to tell me they had a car in! During a busy day, I appreciated the dedication and care they took.

I had a little emergency recently, and had to rush to rent a car. I had not been to the Beverly Hills location in many years, but as soon as I pulled into the lot with my dad, I felt an instant sigh of relief, because this place has not changed at all. Just like back in the day, I was immediately greeted by friendly staff. They were all smiles and welcoming. The guy who processed my rental, Brian, was very nice and upbeat, he even joked about me renting a Ferrari...a definite LoL! They have always been very quick and efficient in processing my rentals, and my recent visit was no different. I needed to get to work ASAP, and they had me out so fast, I kept thinking maybe I forgot something. I was able to get a very nice car. Didn't pay attention to what it was, because frankly I didn't have time to care. But whatever it was, it's was VERY nice! Loved it! This Enterprise always has a full stock of cars, which is in part why they get you out so quickly. I highly recommend coming here. 076/100

I just want to say that we had such a great experience renting from Dwight from Enterprise Rent a Car on N. Robertson Blvd in Beverly Hills. My husband and I were really nervous about renting a car during this COVID time, but we really wanted to visit my parents for Thanksgiving. We were really concerned about safety and cleanliness, so DWIGHT offered to wipe down the inside of the car with us standing right there, just for our piece of mind, even though the car had just been cleaned and sanitized. We also had items that we wanted bring with us so we needed a lot more room in our car, so Dwight helped us get more room by getting us a great deal on a bigger car. Dwight gave us the best customer service that we've ever had at Enterprise. We left feeling happy, relieved and excited about our trip. The return of our car was simple as well. We look forward to coming back to Enterprise over the Christmas Holidays and using Enterprise again!!
