"A well-organised restaurant offering friendly service and an updated take on good traditional cuisine. The owner is a French sommelier, hence the immaculate wine cellar featuring over 120 champagnes!" - Michelin Inspector

We visited this place for lunch. we were lucky to get a to table without reservation (even though it was in a side. we tried the set menu with upgrade to monk fish for one. The fish was cooked well and was good. the bean dish was average. Appetizers were good. Flaky puff with cocoa was yummy. The staff was very helpful and few could speak English. Even though two people order, appetizers and dessert was served in one plate. (do not know if serving size was bigger- didn't seem so) They were equally polite and helpful after hearing that we do not drink alcohol (a rarity in this area). it's worth going for a good experience. (fine dining on a budget)

Thank you for a wonderful dinner. The food is easy, accessible, delicious, and interesting without being complicated. We went for the wine, and the food accompanied it perfectly. Highly recommend this restaurant for the food, even if you're not going for the wine. The wine list is incredible and we would return just for that. There is a wide and deep selection of Spanish wines, as well as some more international options. We enjoyed a 1999 Vall Llach. Adequate for any wine lover!

Excellent food, outstanding and extremely friendly service. We had the degustation menu (for lunch) and were struck by the details and subtle nuances in taste and structure of these dishes. Wine pairing sublime. The prices were extremely friendly too. What a great restaurant! Thanks!

Overall good but still disappointed after having had somewhat higher expectations from a mention in the guide Michelin. The food was good but not great. Starters were definitely nothing special and the main (goat leg) was very tender and cooked well but lacked seasoning and salt, and the sides were very bleak unfortunately. The chocolate desert was good but could have done well with something more to add texture and also perhaps some acidic flavors. Now the chocolate just became a bit too heavy. On the service I was also a bit disappointed. First we asked for some advice on the wine list together with the selection of mains for the table and asked for any recommendations on the Ribera del Dueros. I first got kind of a snarky comment that I did not have that page open in the wine list (as if I could not read). Then the sommelier asked (the very reasonable question) our budget. Said we would like a recommendation under €50 per bottle and then he still proceeded in recommending a bottle at €59 as if not listening. Finally they had not asked for the desert selection for the table and starting bringing in same for all. I stopped and said some of us wanted the (at additional cost for us) chocolate alternative and was told at first it was not possible. I then simply sent back the ones we did not want since we had not ordered them and ask for new chocolate ones. Overall not as good as I would have hoped for a mention in the guide. Still an ok value for money starting at ~€30 for 2 starters to share + 2 courses.

Google
Nice restaurant, the food is good. The menu is somewhat limited but you will find what to eat. Service is dependent on number of guests - when the restaurant wasn't full it was good but later it was full and we waited too long for desserts and coffee. Overall the food experience was good but not great, service was great in the beginning but worse later.

Basically everything is good. The food is really tasty and the quality is high. it’s worth to try the menu. Their main dishes cooked very good and the fish is perfect, and pork is also cook in the good way, taste very smooth and juicy.

Perfect meal! We had the tasting menu and everything we ate was unbelievable. The service was professional, friendly and attentive. I did not expect this for the price paid, what an amazing place.

Yelp
Nunca volveré aquí y aconsejaría a cualquiera evitarlo.

Yelp
The creativity to put pop-rocks in the finale dessert of the tasting menu was an explosive surprise and a perfect denouement tying together the preceding exceptional dishes. Each of the wine pairings were perfectly on point and everything was executed with precision. My favorite dish was the pork loin; I could have indulged in a second or even a third portion. A phenomenal meal on our final day in Valencia; I could not have asked for more.

Yelp
When you walk along the street you wouldn't expect the exceptional restaurant that hides behind the door. Not only is the staff super friendly but the food is heavenly and to die for! So if you're in Valencia and you're looking for an exceptional restaurant this is the place to go to.
