Honestly not that thrilled. Just a normal burger place. Says “remove tomato” I get one anyways. Medium cook.. it’s medium well.. truffle sheep’s milk black cheese wasn’t tasteful at all for the almost 3$ charge on it. Everyone else was asked how it is/ how it was going.We didn’t have our food and were totally disregarded. We won’t be coming back personally. Too expensive for just another burger place. I’d like to say we also didn’t get drinks and it’s almost 30$. The seating is really cramped and too tight of an area to move around in.

Epic Burger truly lived up to its name with an epic dining experience. We ordered the Epikcurean Signature Burger on a baguette, along with the Mushroom, Swiss, and Blue Cheese 8 oz Burger. Both arrived cooked perfectly to medium; slight pink in the middle. The burgers were exceptionally flavorful and well-balanced. The real standout, however, was the beer-battered onion rings—the best I’ve ever had. The batter was paper-thin, crisp, and incredibly light, letting the sweetness of the onion shine through. The fries with gravy were also very goos. An overall outstanding meal—we’ll definitely be returning.

Never had a bad meal. Though it may seem pricey for some, quality ingredients make it taste top notch. The June special steak poutine was incredible and paired perfectly with the Dubai Chocolate shake. The Fruit and Cheese burger was delicious.

Walked IN 7.12.25 _ 1400 hrs. Ordered a Bacon 1/2 lb burger with Grilled Onions & a side of Onion Rings. Burger came out without Bacon, my receipt didnt have Bacon on it. Silly me i shuda looked at my receipt, but the cashier also didnt repeat back the order. OUR Bads. The Onion Rings were better then the Burger. Burger doesnt have any Sear on the outside, didnt have any Salt or Pepper on it and .... its too soft ? Normal Meat has a Granular or Strip texture, this Burger did not. It was Like Butter, that doesnt have Texture, just Mush. Dining room has too many tables for the Space { Packed in Like Sardines } and when the tables were all taken as when we went, that small space is Really Loud. Have to yell just to talk. Its just Meh. They have a Burger of the Month as well. Go ahead and Try them, but Ive had better.

Epik Burger is great. They have modern or classic Burgers. They ask how you would like your burger cooked… Medium, Well done etc. It’s like a festival of flavor when you go for the more unique creations. Shakes, Beer, Loaded Fries, so many delicious things to try, and the staff is nice too. Highly recommended.

Epik burger is a fantastic local burger joint with a variety of fresh made patties and topics. There are even veggie burgers and vegan milkshakes! I love the truffle fries and every burger hits the spot. The dining room can be small but I have always found seating with my family (up to 6 people). Local beers and soda are available for purchase, supporting local vendors. I have visited a few times and will continue to eat Epik!

Nice burger place. Lots of burger choices including vegan options. Milkshakes and loaded fries! Keep in mind fries don’t come with burgers (expect to spend $$ once you add fries and drink). Service was very nice. Not a big place , food came out in a timely manner. Plenty of parking. Recommend the cilantro green dip for fries, it was delicious!!

To really express my gratitude and appreciation for this place is to say that I used to live maybe 5-7 minutes away & loved going there. Now I travel almost an hour just to eat here, yes it’s still that good. As someone who eats plant-based we don’t generally have a lot of plant options in many restaurants, yet one thing we can pretty much always count on at a restaurant is the, “impossible” burger which can get too repetitive and not as desirable at times. With that being said going out of your way for a vegan burger at least for my group & I indicates that it’s pretty top tier. Not only are their burgers the most desirable, but paired with their perfect crisp hand cut fries along with my preference of their vegan chocolate covered strawberry shake you have the ultimate perfect combo. I have to be honest that shake is what I usually crave the most, while a little pricy it is sooo worth it. Every time I get one I wish I had twice the amount. Highly recommend!

This past weekend, we were searching for a place with quality burgers that did lettuce wraps in lieu of rolls, and we decided to give Epik a try. Great casual fun vibe inside with exceptional food. You order at a kiosk along the wall and you are called once your food is ready. I was pleasantly surprised at the options. There is something for everyone. Great burgers, ingenious creations, create your own, salmon burgers, chicken burgers, vegan options, great looking milkshakes and sides as well. I was only hoping everything was going to taste as good as it looked on the pictures. My burger was one of the best I've had. An ingenious use of apple and the perfect bread as well. Juicy, cooked perfectly. The fries were seasoned perfectly and it was just a premier burger experience. Amazing, totally worth the drive. I was jealous as I looked around and there's so much more I want to try. Epik earns its name and we'll be back, often. I highly recommend you give Epik a try. There's something for everyone and it all hits. Kudos all around.

The most fire vegan milkshakes! I got a strawberry and added Oreos. Thickest vegan shake I've ever had... will be daydreaming about her! Vegan burger but fine but didn't slap. A tad mushy and overall average.

Epik never disappoints. Mom is undiagnosed celiac, so sometimes eating out is a little difficult for her. She had her choice for Mother's Day lunch, and this is where she picked. :) Epik goes out of their way to ensure that so much of their menu is safe for her to eat, including the french fries AND onion rings. On top of that, both of us have a dairy allergy. Epik has multiple choices of vegan cheeses and milkshakes. I'm not proud of it when I say it, but I generally leave there with the best kind of bellyache. It's great! I will say their floor is a little slick and could use a little TLC but other than that the restaurant staff do a great job. Very accommodating and thoughtful in making sure they keep up with their customers.

I have been meaning to get over to this side of Jax to try a burger since reading about Epik. It can be challenging to find a place that offers so many burger customizations. I love the option to order at a kiosk or at the counter. Personally, I love the kiosk so I can get my order just right. The typical strip mall space was designed well. Three kiosk are in one wall as you enter, a bunch a tables, the counter area and condiment wall. We placed our order and found a table. Our fountain drinks were brought to us pretty quickly and food soon after that. We were also offered drink refills multiple times. I was a little disappointed at first to see my burger. The lettuce wrap was another reason for wanting to try Epik, but sadly it wasn't wrapped, more placed on top. A fork and knife meal this way, so I grabbed some utensils from the condiment area. Still delicious, but I was expecting a bit more lettuce. I ordered the Mushroom Swiss burger, the way it comes, with 1/3 lb. beef burger cooked medium. It was cooked perfectly and the flavors of the bacon, butter, Swiss cheese and mushrooms tasted fantastic together. My husband ordered the Fruit & Cheese burger. He loved the burger with the poached apples, bacon, honey, and cheese on a baguette. He said the order of regular fries was good, but the burger wowed him. I am excited for our next visit, looking forward to creating a burger with all my favorites from the very extensive choices!

So, my fam and I tried this place for the 1st time for lunch. I only gave it 3 stars for reasons I'll explain now: One, I think I made a rookie mistake and paid for an upcharge beef patty blend ($3.50) of Brisket, Chuck, and short-rib and then added even more toppings onto the "Le Steakhouse Burger", which already had horseradish sauce and carmelized onions. I probably should have left it alone and not added the Blue Cheese Mousse, and the Blackberry Demi-glace. I ended up with burger soup: Not only did it flavors get muttled, but just too much liquid and I felt hid the flavor of the beef that I paid extra for. I would probably re-do it as even less toppings if I go back. The Fries, (The Big Fatty) we bought one $16.00 order of smothered fries that had a fried egg on top. We asked for it over easy. I felt we were mislead as far as the size. We were planning on sharing it among 4 out of 5 of us at the table, so when it arrived it was much smaller than imagined. Plus the egg's yolk - there wasn't much of it to really make a sauce with. We asked for Blue cheese. crumbles on the side, which they did bring a ramekin of it (since one in our party doesn't like blue cheese), but some us felt they had some in the fries as well. The kiosk for ordering needs to be calibrated, because just trying to scroll through the list of toppings ends up adding them and you then have to find what got accidentally added and then remove it. We gave up and went to the counter and had them put in our orders for us. I didn't get a milkshake, but the rest of did and they all enjoyed theirs. They all enjoyed their burgers, but my Father-in-Law wanted just a plain ol'-fashioned burger and so we could have really stayed closer to home to get something like that. Even though you order at the kiosk or at the counter, they bring the food to you, rather than you picking it up and they also clean the tables for you as there is no trash can for you to do that yourself. The service was good and for the most part they got our orders correct. The place is clean, but it's a pretty small dining area over all. Probably less tables than a Five Guys. After tip, I think our bill was about $150.00 That's getting into fine dining prices. Five burgers, four shakes and a fountain drink, one personal order of sweet potato fries and then the one ordered to share. I think it was filling over all. My wife was tempted to order a 2nd batch of fries for sharing and I talked her out of it, saying we should wait to see how we feel toward the end. They are friendly and I don't want to discourage anyone from trying them. The amount of toppings and burgers is so large it's mind boggling.

I finally made it out to Epik after seeing their extensive selection of veggie burgers. I ended up ordering the divine burger which had a brioche bun, Brie cheese, caramelized onion and of course a veggie Pattie. I also ordered a side of sweet potato fries with the signature sauce. Everything was delicious and the burger was huge! The service was quick and the food came out quick as well. Next time I go I'm definitely ordering a shake!

I was craving a "burger" on my lunch break and really needed a veggie option. I ended up at Epik burger and I am so glad that I did. The environment is very clean and a great place for dining in. I liked the option to order via a kiosk and the fact that they had monthly burger suggestions. The service was efficient, although I wish I would've order about 15 mins in advance. I was in a rush and hungry at the same time. My friend opted for the cordon bleu and she advised it was very good and fresh. I loved their lemonade although I was unable to finish it. The sweet potatoe fries were freshly fried and I loved the blend of the caramelized onions on my Divine Veggie Burger. Overall it was a great experience and I would return.

This place has really good burgers! And there are so many to choose from - there's one for everyone! It is a bit small of a place so it would not be good for large parties when busy. However the food is worth the wait! The interior is modern edgy but a cool vibe. We will definitely be back! 8/10.

The naming of this restaurant was dead on... EPIK BURGERS! We tried a little bit of everything Poutine Fries, Onion Rings, Breakfast Burger, BBQ Chicken Burger, a Nutell a Mango and Dubai Chocolate Shakes. None of it disappointed. Full of flavor and taste. Small seating inside and 2 small tables outside. Easy to order touch screen and counter service available to order aswell. Service was fast and accurate while maintaining a smile on their face.

Never knew this place until we made a turn at the end of Girvin and Atlantic and is a bit hidden from the highway. Got the Epik Burger Bricoche Bun, 1/2 Beef Patty with Cheddar Cheese and It was really delicious and juicy. The fries complemented it as well with the sauce. The self-serve ordering screen may take some time as you scroll down the add-ons but the staff is there to assist whenever there are issues and they are friendly. There is plenty of parking and it seemed that the customers really enjoyed their meal as I did at this new burger joint discovery. Definitely recommending Epik Burger and will try the other flavors next time!

It was a difficult day of garage cleaning and reorganizing! When my friends and I completed the work, it was time to decide where to eat. Epik Burger came to mind and it was a good thing because I've been wanting to try it for a long time. It was slow the day I visited as we were the only customers at the time - others filtered in for takeout during the visit. All the seating here is similar - wooden seats and tables in a rather small eating area. From what I saw, most came in for pickup and preorders. I try to eat less red meat these days so I chose the BBQ Chicken Burger. I was attracted when I saw it that came with a large onion ring and coleslaw on it! The BBQ sauce was more of a tangy variety but worked very well with the burger. My friend had the Guac Vegan Burger, which was filled with a lot of guac, as you'd expect, lettuce, tomato and onion. These burgers are large and a good step above fast food burgers, which I enjoy! My fries were fresh out of the fryer and without salt as requested! And I received a good quantity of them. I couldn't find much to take off any stars here. The staff was courteous, very respectful with requests - it all added up to a pleasant eating experience after a hard day's work! My readers may need a place like this after arduous labor too someday! Don't hesitate to visit Epik if you do! RECOMMEND: HIGH

Loved this burger spot! You order on the iPads making it really easy. Everything was so good - we got a Southern Banana Pudding shake which was delicious and the truffle parm fries were great. I got The Epik burger which I really enjoyed. The food came out really fast and all the workers were so nice. It seems that most people just order take out here but we ate here and the girl was so nice to offer to bring us out waters.

We decided to check out Epik Burger tonight after hearing about them on Instagram. The items we ordered were: The Breakfast Burger (as is), The September Special Smash Burger (as is), 2 Kids meals burgers added bacon and cheese to each, September Special fries (as is) and the Japanese BBQ Fries (as is). We all enjoyed our food. We paid a little over $70 and it was well worth the price. Everything was seasoned and sauced very well! Our food came out in a good time, so I would say the service was quick. The only negative would be that the bathrooms were not very clean, the soap dispenser was empty in the ladies room and the men's bathroom area had a nasty odor. We would visit again, and oder and pick up.

Wonderful experience. Went to use the touch screens made it so easy to get exactly what I wanted. Did the Epik Bison Burger medium. Came out exactly as I wanted. Bacon was crispy, perfectly done. Fries were great. Completely enjoyed the experience.

Love how they actually have vegan options here too as well. Not too many of those around this side of town

We've been coming here since we first moved to JAX because the burgers were good. That said, for the longest time we weren't 100% thrilled with how salty/seasoned the meat was. It wasn't bad (clearly, we kept coming back), but it made us not want to come more often. Well - we went again recently and that has changed! The patties are not overly salty anymore! Best thing ever! You have to try the fruit options-- always amazing. The buffalo bacon fries are to die for. And you can't go home without a milkshake - trust me.

We always love Epik and we highly recommend to anyone. My Daughter says to make sure you add peach preserves to your breakfast burger. My only feedback I have is we need sturdier buns to handle the massive burgers.

Ordered a chicken sandwich, fries and a chocolate shake on 7/13. The food arrived very cold and I mean very cold, which is why I started only using places that deliver themselves and not the ones that subject themselves to outside delivery services like UBER, but since a friend ordered this for me, that s what I got. The chocolate shake had the straw inside of it and exposed, which is incredibly crazy for that to happen. The container was kind of wrapped in plastic over the top, but it appears they took the exposed straw and shoved it through the plastic, where anyone can drink from it or spit down it. I called to complain and explained to the caller that I just received a deliver order and had rea concerns and wanted to talk to the manager and at 8:10pm was told the manager was busy. Needless to say, it really got tossed. Gotta skip it next time. Order #139 or its says UBER930B7.

Great service for a quick-service, fast food place. It was clean and cozy too. I decided on the PB burger (peanut butter) and paired it with the Elvis shake (peanut butter, banana and bacon). What a combo!! My mind was blown about how tasty they both were.

I love Epik because of the quality and originality of their burgers. When I saw their January specials posted I had to try both the burger & the milkshake. Italian Burger | house-made tomato sauce, burrata cheese, parmesan cheese, & pancetta [allergy mod: minus pesto] Raspberry Mascarpone Shake | ice cream blended with raspberry jam & mascarpone cheese [minus whipped cream & cookie straw] LOVED both of these items! As someone who enjoys a cheeseburger pizza, I knew I was going to love the Italian ingredients on top of the already delicious burger. This was actually my first time getting a milkshake at Epik because I usually get fries and that makes the meal so filling. The shake was excellent- rich, a good consistency, and I loved the little bits of mascarpone.

It was our first time and, after looking at the menu online, we were very much looking forward to gourmet burgers. It was an awful and expensive disappointment. First, It is a cumbersome process to place an order as the screens aren't very user friendly. I'm not opposed to ordering on a screen but theirs are overwhelmingly confusing. The onions rings were delicious but the hamburgers were terrible. At the end of the day we left hungry and underwhelmed by the experience

DELICIOUS BURGERS!! Good quality beef. Very well made. Such a great selection of burgers and fries. Definitely try the Korean BBQ fries. Cute little place with a nice atmosphere and the staff is very kind. I hope they make their way to St. Johns!

Totally one of if not the best burger in all of Jacksonville. Bison is what you want to get here and it always tastes fresh along with all of their other ingredients. They have a long list of signature burgers to choose from but you can build your own as well. The milkshakes are to die for! The sides are great as well. The atmosphere is very nice and neat, small little burger joint that packs a huge bit of flavor with everything that they sell. The customer service is always amazing, very upscale/gourmet feel for a burger place

We were hopeful when we arrived for dinner. Epik was voted best burger in Jacksonville and also received other awards. The restaurant is small, with tables really close together, but it's not difficult to navigate. It is not loud, so conversation is easy. There are 3 screens where you can order. I did not like that there was no option to put an item on the side. You either had to have the item on the burger or remove it completely. Drinks and food were delivered to our table quickly, and refills were easy to get at the front counter. The burgers were large and well put together. Hubby got the Epikburger with truffle parm fries, and I got the Mushroom & Swiss with sweet potato fries. Hubby's fries were a bit cold when served, so the cheese was a hard unmelted conglomerate. The sweet potato fries were perfectly salted and hot. But the burgers? Epic! Juicy but not greasy. Cooked as requested (one medium, one well). Hubby's brioche bun didn't disintegrate. My lettuce leaves didn't hold up so well, but that's normal. The GF items are clearly marked on the menu which made my life so much easier. And there were so many GF options! We can't wait to go back with visitors to our new favorite burger place in our new city of residence.

I have been coming here with my family since they opened and they've usually been very good with gluten allergies and my mom has celiac disease so this is been a great choice for us.

The food here never disappoints! My most recent order was the Philly burger with o-rings. And I like that they offer cream soda as a fountain drink too.

Failed on pics! Just this one with a soda and a beer while we waited. Good: Quick ordering process, food came out fairly quickly with a pretty good crowd. Order: Old Skool burger- bison: Flavorful, select your toppings. Breakfast burger, minus peppers and onions- beef: good flavor, cooked well. Epik burger, beef, lettuce wrapped: fresh lettuce and tomatoes, great flavor. One order of fries While we waited- a soda in a bottle and a vanilla porter (not too heavy, not too sweet) A bit pricey for burgers and fries, but will try again and explore other options like their salmon burgers.

Solid burger joint! There are a lot of different options including chicken and veggie burgers with choices like pretzel bun or brioche buns. There are some creative preset items like the Red Dragon burger or you can also customize your own burger. I got the Epikurean burger which has yummy blue cheese. The shakes are also very good. My only real gripe was that it took a while for the food to come out. Maybe like 25-30 minutes. The place is also kinda small so with that kind of turnover it can get hard to find seats. It's possible that they were simply just short of staff that day, since we did go around the holidays. But nevertheless the staff there were polite. Definitely worth a visit if you're a burger person and it's a plus that they have non-beef/meat options as well.

The name says it all! Epik is the place where you can get the absolute best burger in the area. The ordering kiosk helps me make my decision by having pictures of every item and I don't really go any faster cause the menu is so appealing. The ingredients are great quality and fresh. Meat is tender and juicy, cooked to perfection. Buns are soft and flavorful and all the toppings are unmatched. The place is a little small so try going when its not peak dinner or lunch time or do take out! I've found it holds pretty well. Definitely a must!

EPIK Burger is just that Epic!! The food is always delicious and the shakes pair well with the burgers. I usually order the BBQ Burger with Parmesan Truffle Fries with a Strawberry Shake, but their Elvis shake is amazing with bacon! Quick service and great place for the kids to eat dinner too!

This place had great varity of gluten free food and its taste was awesome. I will definitely be coming back!!

Have been wanting to try Epik Burger for a while so was excited when we got in there. First off it smelled amazing - which made it even better. You have a couple of ordering options; you can self order on a kiosk or go to the counter. We went to the counter as we had a kiddo with questions. We got a kids cheeseburger, the BBQ burger and the Vietnamese burger and a side of parm fries. First - the fries. It's a huge portion. Generously covered in cheese and sauce, and they toss it so just the top few aren't the only ones with toppings. Was a lot - we couldn't finish it along with our burgers. The burgers have a lot of options; buns, meat, size. Tons of unique and classic options. The BBQ burger was excellent. A house made bbq sauce, an ultra crunchy onion ring and a delicious beef burger patty with cheddar. You can tell they're into doing it right. This was delicious and cooked exactly how you want it. I thought it was going to be too much but it was great. The sauce was sweet and peppery, really good. The Vietnamese burger was fun - think a bahn mi burger. Pickled veg, patty and it was on a baguette like a traditional bahn mi. To me the downside was it had sriracha on it, which isn't standard. It was just off putting to me personally but my partner devoured it. I would get it without the sriracha. Our kid enjoyed his burger, which we added cheese and bacon to.

I've been wanting to come try this place out. If you want a good burger, you'll definitely have the option here, their menu gives analysis paralysis new meeting, but at least you'll have options. It's a small establishment but we were able to get in and out pretty easy at lunch time on a Saturday, one of my favorite things here is all the sauce options. You place your order up at the counter and then they bring your food out to you, The person who took one order was very nice.

If you're craving a burger, this is your go to ! Great customer service. Pretty big menu with great options, add ones, drinks, and substitutions. You will def be able to find something you'll like here. They have about 10tables on the inside and two tables on the outside. Ordered the epik burger and bbq burger, both were fresh and flavorful! Can't wait to come back and try more options!

Every time I go I say "they did it again!" They have a monthly theme and they never disappoint. The theme usually encompasses a burger, fries, and milkshake. For March this year (2024) they did a Hawaiian theme. The burger has spam and an egg. The fries have a burger ground up on top with an egg and a yummy gravy that is out of this world. The milkshake is a chocolate and coconut collaboration with vanilla ice cream. It was all so good. The regular menu items are good too. You can order at a touchpad or up at the counter and they have a rewards program. They bring your order out to you as you wait at a table and you can simply get up and leave. No need to clear the table. They will do it for you.

We decided to get takeout from this place as the reviews seemed good and they offer veggie burgers and I don't eat meat. My hubby however is a meat eating Cheeseburger lover. I will say they have lots of options, which is nice, regarding toppings, condiments, buns, etc. We placed our order online and because I had several important modifications , I called the restaurant to confirm my order was clear. This is one area where they excelled! Everything we requested was perfect. We thought the food came up a little short though. Hubby had a double burger with cheese on a pretzel bun. He thought the burger was just OK. Nothing special. The fries were cold despite the fact he was there ahead of the promised pickup time. I chose one of the veggie burgers and it was not good at all. The burger had a strange taste, the bun was so soggy, and the lettuce and tomato were wilted due to the heat of the wrapping I guess. I ordered the cheese fries for us to share, requesting the bacon on the side and two dipping sauces. The cheese is a cheese sauce which was cold and thick. Very weird. The order with tip was over $40, which seemed high to us. My hubby likes Five Guys much better. I don't typically eat at burger joints since I don't eat meat but was not impressed. Maybe it was an off night, but I don't think we will go back

Wonderful variety of burgers and sandwiches, all of them delicious so far. Great fries too... only complaint is the high price of the food, even in this high price environment it's a little higher than most comparable types of restaurants. If they cut prices a little I'd give them 5 stars... love the lettuce wraps!

I can't believe I haven't reviewed Epik Burger before! This restaurant is in our regular rotation because of how good it is. When we are craving burgers - Epik burger is our to-go! It's very conveniently located off of Atlantic/Girvin. They've changed ordering platforms recently but it's best to order directly from them via Toast is you're planning to pickup. Ubereats is a better bet if you want delivery. My go-to is always the California salmon burger. I love the spicy jalapenos and guacamole. I love how accommodating of food allergies Epik Burger is! It's hard to find restaurants in the Jax area that are good about food allergies. They offer lettuce wraps in addition to gluten free buns. My husband enjoys a few of their different brugers: Oldskool Beef Burger, BOSS burger, Epikurean burger, Korean BBQ burger, and the Mushroom & Swiss Burger. Basically - you can't go wrong here! Everything is delicious. My other go-to is the poutine. I LOVE a good poutine and finding that in Jax is nearly impossible. I am so impressed that not is Epik's poutine delicious but also gluten-free! A good gluten-free gravy is like a unicorn!

Burgers are great. Fries are perfect. Shakes are delicious. Onion rings were too greasy. Grease literally poured out of one. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. We have always passed this place by but will be back very soon.

The service was horrible, and the presentation of the burger was terrible. The fries were soggy, and the burger had a sour taste. Unfortunately, the food ended up in the trash. I wouldn't recommend coming here.

This place is great. There are many options on the menu to customize the item you want. They also do lettuce wraps for healthy eaters!

Burgers and fries were extra salty today. Otherwise the milkshake and beers were great.

We were out and about on a Tuesday evening and it was getting late (8pm) and we needed to eat. Since we dont get to this side of town much we decided to have some Epik burgers! We were excited when we arrived that there was no line to order and only 1 table of ppl waiting for food. Normally when you come in there is a line and the place is packed. Last time it was like this we were warned that the burgers could take up to 30 minutes. So with that we ordered and went to sit down thinking in no time our food would be out since we essentially were the only ones in there.. 10-15 min goes by, the other couple finally got their food and we wait.. To-go orders seemed to be flying out of the kitchen. Finally at about 30 min after ordering our burgers came out. I just dont understand is there only 1 person flipping burgers and do they only cook 1 at a time or something? Burgers were okay but dripping in grease. Mine was supposed to be medium but was more like well done. The fries were good tho and the huge onion ring on hubby's burger looked delicious.

Last week at the yelp event, I was turned back around to loving Epik Burger! Today I drove 25 minutes each way just to get a Nutella shake, and gluten-free onion rings! Yum Yum Yum and Yum again amazing customer service second time in a row Keep up the amazing service, it's well worth the drive well worth the wait and well worth the cost when you are on spot.

Delicious! Place was packed at 1pm on a Saturday, you know it's gonna be good right?! Options are truly endless for their burgers and for their fries. You can order for yourself at the kiosk or go up to the counter and place your order. Staff was very friendly and food was super tasty and perfectly cooked! A new favorite for this family!

First of all, i LOVE that they offer vegan/vegetarian options. In 2023, I believe it is a must to offer at LEAST 1-2 decent veg menu items/entrees. Here, there are vegan entrees, sides AND desserts! I order a lot so I can give a try to different options. My husband ordered the vegan bbq burger & added sauteed mushrooms. I ordered the korean veggie burger (comes with fried egg), vegan cheese fries and a vegan chocolate covered strawberry milkshake. I also ordered a vegan kids meal for my toddler. I ordered it all for take-out. It's a Sunday, so it is busy and was a bit of a wait like 20-25 minutes. Okay y'all so here's the breakdown: the shake was sooo YUMMY and CREAMY for being vegan! The fries and bbq sauce were delicious. However, I was very disappointed with the veggie burgers. They were bland, soft & my Korean one was super drenched by the time I ate when i got home. The bread sogged up and the kimchi was too much/overwhelming. The wrapper also was breaking so i got kimchi juice on my outfit lol While i still think it's cool that they offer vegan options, I do wish for the burger to taste better! Maybe offer one that tastes like meat cause as a person that doesn't eat meat I would prefer the professional burger makers to create a fantastic alternative. I would come back for the shake and cheese fries but idk about veggie burgers :/
