"Located at the end of a dirt track, from where the views of the sea and the islets of Es Vedrà and Es Vedranell are truly spectacular, thanks to the restaurant’s location on a cliff overlooking the Mediterranean. The simply furnished yet attractively appointed rustic-style dining room provides the backdrop for an à la carte that showcases top-quality ingredients and includes superb rice dishes and fish priced according to weight. One of the specialities here is the Bullit de peix with seafood rice (arroz a banda)." - Michelin Inspector

The 18 Best Restaurants in Ibiza | Eater

"The rock of Es Vedra is said to be one of the most magnetic places on earth, and if you are able to secure a table on the terrace of Es Boldado at sunset, it is certainly one of the most majestic. Perched high on the cliffs overlooking the mystical mount, this long-standing restaurant specializes in large-format seafood dishes to share, such as the excellent guisado de pescado, a rich fish stew that lives up to the spectacular vista. Google
A place with stunning views and amazing food. We had a great time at this restaurant. We ordered a few starters and rice. Everything was delicious. I recommend booking in advance since the place gets quite crowded. The views to the rocks on the water are just mesmerising.

Panorama on es vedra is breath taking. Food options for solo travelers are limited till 3 dishes. The rest is for 2 people or more. I thinks it is a bit weird. Also the table I got as solo travelled was not the best. Staff was ok-ish. Quick but not very proactive.

The food was good but I’m not sure why the ratings are so high. Multiple cars, including ours, were broken into during broad daylight. There were no visible items in the car. Luckily there was only low-value items in the trunk that they took. The restaurant has a sign that warns not to leave valuables in the car, so it must be a common occurrence. 1. Service: Horrible service. The waiters barely acknowledge you and had a stern demeaner the entire time, as if they were bothered to have to serve you. There was one middle-aged female waitress with dark hair who was warm and friendly but we only had her for a short time. 2. Food: We had the paella which was good, but that's to be expected for €84, which was the minimum for two people. It was way too much for two people after drinks and appetizers. It would've been nice to have the option for half portion. The Cava sangria was really good. 3. Atmosphere: Nice, but doesn't justify the price. The view is beautiful but it’s the same view you get from the free beaches, short walks, and multiple bars. And it was HOT. There were no fans and no air conditioning. I've been to many outdoor restaurants and they find a way to keep clients cool. In summary, the food is good, but not enough to justify the prices and high risk of your car getting robbed.

Google
Seafood restaurant with a beautiful view which makes it. Food was terrible slop, and very overpriced. Had grilled Grouper and grilled Monkfish, which were below average- monkfish came out partially raw so had to send back to cook further. Calamari starter was too salty and marinated anchovies were far too garlicky- felt like the chef hates the guests! But nice views of the sunset.

Google
The food, the view, the reserved table everything was top notch - good value for a great meal. The only thing that was amiss was the lemon tiramisu, instead of this it would have been much nicer to have some fresh fruit ! Maricos and champagne classic !

Google
Try here for food with a view of Es Vedra! Probably the best paella I have ever had though it was missing some tools for those crab legs

Google
The food was some of the best we've tasted yet. The squid and octopus were amazing, beautiful presentations, and very helpful staff. The view was beyond breathtaking. Definetly coming back !

Google
The place is amazing, besides to eat with the greatest view of the island: Es Vedra, the food is really good, and the service spectacular. I will definitely come back to this place is really worth to visit

Yelp
Easter Monday, got the last table for 6, enjoyed the beach for some hours and came back for lunch. All the time having an astonishing view on Es Vedra and a very nice and interesting beach with little boat houses. The restaurant is not stylish but rather simple, concentrating on delivering great food. it's not cheap when you order e.g. the fish of the day, but it was absolutely fantastic and worth it.

Yelp
We had lunch at the Es Boldado during the summer. Our table had a great view on the Es Vedra. There are mainly sea food dishes on the menu, but also some dishes with meat. The sea food was fresh and tasted very good. There was a seperate dessert menu on a blackboard, and it all sounded amazing. The dessert I tried was delicious.

Yelp
The food was good But the customer service was really bad. Such a nice place Too bad The waiter brought the money back to us and throgh it at the table So disrespectful Even though we paid almost $60 as a tip.

Yelp
Gorgeous view. I only gave two stars however because we spoke with the waitstaff to ask if we could leave our table for a few minutes to take a sunset picture. They said certainly and even told us when we should take the picture. We left our table only after eating 1/6 of our paella only to come back 3 minutes later with it all cleared away. No one came over for the rest of the night until we finally got the check. After all that we were not able to call a cab and had to wait over an hour to be able to leave. As beautiful as it was, we left frustrated and upset about the entire experience.
