Es Terral

"This charming restaurant, located along a busy pedestrian street, is run by a pleasant couple, with French chef Matthieu Michel Savariaud at the helm in the kitchen. The menu here is based around international cuisine and high-quality ingredients, most of which are organic and seasonal, with a nod to the chef’s French roots and the occasional Arabian-inspired dish. Here, the kitchen team boasts extensive knowledge of local products which Savariaud, who has worked with culinary icons such as Alain Ducasse and Hélène Darroze, showcases and frequently combines with ingredients from further afield." - Michelin Inspector

What an incredible experience. We felt truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The Restaurant Manager and the Chef personally guided us through the menu, making it easy to decide. The food was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The wine was excellent, and they even prepared gluten-free bread for me, served with the most amazing butter. It's those thoughtful details that really stood out. We loved the open kitchen concept and were genuinely impressed that they remembered all my dietary intolerances. To top it off, my friend was celebrating her birthday, and they surprised her with a special touch during dessert. Highly recommended. We’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu!

Es Terral was such a great find. We went for lunch and were absolutely delighted with our food. Everything from the service to the flavors and ambiance was outstanding and made us want to return soon. The fact that the chef, Matthieu, is present in the dining area and takes time to chat with guests shows how much he cares about his craft. Even if he weren’t so visible, the quality and execution of his food speak for themselves and would be reason enough to come back. Perfect and delicious. Thank you.

My meal at Es Terral was a highlight of my 21 day trip through various cities in Europe. If you are staying near Ibiza town it is worth the trip to Santa Eularia for a lovely dinner in a quaint little restaurant with food served by the humblest but especially talented chef. The Oxtail was tremendous! Only got a picture of dessert (French toast) which was also quite enjoyable.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I feel obliged. I have eaten in some of the top restaurants in the world; and this is genuinely one of the nicest places I have ever eaten. The food and service were absolutely sublime. Couldn’t recommend any more. If you are looking for a laid back intimate meal. This is your place

Probably the best meal I had on the island. Absolutely deserves its Michelin guide recommendation! The chef came out to our table and said hi which was nice. And then backed it up BIG TIME with simple, interesting, and absolutely delicious food

Highly recommend going! It is very rare that I will go to a restaurant twice when on vacation because it’s always good to experience new places. But this was such a great experience that I had to go twice. From the fresh food carefully prepared by the charming chef (who enjoys coming out of the kitchen to greet customers and even present some of his dishes) to the amazing service by Andrea, an energetic waitress who takes care of all the guests sitting inside and outside with a constant smile and professional demeanor. A must go when you are in St Eularia.

Our favourite restaurant during our visit to Ibiza. The duck was absolutely brilliant. Our starters and desserts were to die for. Limited menu meant that whatever you chose was cooked to perfection. Always better to make a reservation here so as not to disappoint. Great service and reasonably priced. Enjoy!!

Yelp
New French restaurant in 2015 in the place of where The Gallery restaurant used to be on 'restaurant road' in Santa Eulalia. Pleasant location and friendly owners/staff - resident dog is also adorable. I really liked the food - the grilled peppers and creamy mash potato were excellent side orders and my oxtail was super tasty. Sofi really didn't like it - far too greasy and rich for her. I tried her pork which was quite oily and a little dry from being cooked more than I'd personally like. The spinach side order was also a little too greasy/oily. I would go back here to try the duck and order more of their creamy mash potato but I'd be on my own as Sofi wouldn't!
