Being able to select your fresh fish in person is so cool, and the quality of the food is always perfect. We always go for sea bass cooked in salt and the side of fried zucchini. "Milos is the king of seafood restaurants on The Strip, especially among discerning tourists and corporate card-wielding executives. Freshly caught seasonal fish—we go for the flaky fagri—is flown in daily and then proudly displayed like art over ice. You can walk up to the fish counter, pick exactly which fish you want, and then have it sliced as sashimi or grilled with a squeeze of lemon. But we recommend ordering it salt-baked for maximum tenderness, and so you can watch the server skillfully debone it tableside. "Most people know Milos as a very expensive but very good Greek restaurant that will serve you a whole branzino that was swimming in the Mediterranean yesterday while you were at spin class. That kind of freshness will cost you roughly one paycheck, but it will be delicious. The good news is that you can have the Milos experience at an incredibly more affordable price during lunch. "Estiatoro Milos is located at the busiest crossroads in The Venetian's Restaurant Row, where concertgoers heading to the Sphere collide with convention attendees coming and going for meetings. This Greek restaurant is nice enough for groups in formalwear but casual enough for a table wearing band tees to sit next to them—after all, everyone's the same when they sidle up to the fish counter to pick their catch of the day. Greek food is meant to be shared, and the large portions make it a logical choice for business and birthday dinners, feasting on Milos classics like ultra-tender octopus, a refreshing tomato-feta salad, and the famous whole fish, grilled or baked in salt. For large groups, there's an enclosed private dining room that fits up to 20 people, while the lively dining lounge at the front holds 50 or more in a semi-private area.
