Delicious food! I got their pastor tacos, and they were great. There were some inappropriate song trailers on the tvs, so I would keep that in mind if you have young children. 😊

My God, the food here. Authentic. Flavor 10/10. Service is great. That hole in the wall vibe, but you know the food slaps. The tacos … speechless. Hot, bursting with spices and flavor. Authentic feel. You can tell the second you walk in the door, the food is gunna slap. Great service. But even if it was terrible, the food is so good I could care less. Highly recommend. I haven’t had food this good since Mexico.

What the restaurant might be lacking in atmosphere, it more than makes up for it in taste. And while the restaurant could use some TLC and a few more light fixtures, it is quite clean, so that's not a worry. This is the restaurant you go to if you want the best Birria Tacos in town. And yes, if the thought even crossed your mind, get the Birria Taco Pizza on the menu, and order it with fries if you want to share it with a group. It feeds 3 to 5 (depending on the hunger level of the group). And believe it or not, I think I prefer the Birria in the pizza form. Just make sure you eat it as soon as possible because the juices from the Birria will saturate into the bottom layer and make the slices harder to hold the longer you wait. But that doesn't mean I'll stop ordering the tacos from time to time. Both of them are incredible. Again, they are the best I've had in town so far. The first time I ordered from this restaurant, I got the Quesabirria tacos through DoorDash just to see how they stacked up against others I've had. And let me tell you, it was so good that I had to visit the actual restaurant a week later so that I could transcend into heaven on Earth once more. As a heads-up, you will need to order the Consomé (beef broth) on the side as an extra item if you want to dip your tacos into it. It's normally included with the tacos at a lot of other places, so that's why I'm mentioning it. This is the only way to eat Birria in my opinion (this goes for the tacos and the pizza), so it's a must-have if you want the full experience (think of it as Mexican French Dip). The restaurant serves complimentary bean dip and chips instead of salsa or queso, so if you aren't a fan of beans, be aware. I love them, so it was a welcome difference to set them apart from the rest. I also ordered a regular margarita on the rocks, and I would happily recommend those as well. I plan to make this a regular restaurant into my rotation.

Went with the family and was highly disappointed! Seems like the food was reheated. Was only another family of 3 in there. We ordered 8 tacos de carne asada. Talk about dry, chewy & cold, could tell this was not fresh meat!! Rice luke warm. Service was ok. Guy was nice. I tried to call and speak to a manager but I was told no one was there. I most definitely will be calling back tomorrow to let them Know how disappointing the food was. Even my 4 yr old spit the meat out and said it was chewy. Wouldn't recommend.

Five stars for the birrias, salsas, and bean dip. No need to go further. My favorite birrias in Omaha. Try the birrias pizza for takeout with a group! Can't go wrong. Everything else on the menu is ok. Laid back atmospheregood for one or many. Very family friendly.

I tried the birria pizza from Estilo Jalisco recently, and my experience was mixed. While the portion size was generous and filling, I found it to be somewhat overpriced for the lack of flavor it offered. It was decent, but not outstanding enough for me to want to order it again.

Try the pizza birria. It's the ultimate in a meat lover's pizza. The complimentary chips and bean dip are yum. They have horchatta. 9/5/23 We have always loved the birria pizza but thought we'd try something different this time: the tacos and the torta. Both were wonderful. I read up on the torta and discovered the bread was influenced by the French. It's not a flatbread but a long soft bun. We had the torta al pastor with marinated pork, onions and cilantro. We will get it again. I also read about the Tortas Ahogadas (Carnita torta soaked in sauce) Wikipedia says it's a typical dish from the Mexican state of Jalisco, particularly in the city of Guadalajara. That's on our "next time" list.

My friends and I ordered the birria pizza with fries a couple days ago for dinner and it was really good. We ordered carry out online and it was ready in about 20 minutes, which was pretty fast. When we picked it up, we asked for a bag for the cup of juice and they put it in a bag and tied it up super tight so it wouldn't leak, which was much appreciated. The Birria pizza itself was really good. So much meat. The fries weren't that great. Barely cooked and kind of soggy. Not sure if 15 minutes in the closed birria pizza box would do that but either way. Even though the Birria Pizza/fries was $40, you get a lot of food. All in all, the birria pizza was so good. I would definitely get that again.

Good food and drinks! Staff is helpful, kind, and attentive. Tried birria torta, birria taco, and birria burrito. All delicious, wasn't a huge fan of the salsas but that'd be the only down for me. Would go back!

I was craving some Birria and came across this restaurant. Service was excellent, my husband and I were seated and served right away. Price was pretty good for the amount of food you get. The food was delicious. They did not skimp out on the meat like most places. I definitely recommend coming here if you want your cravings satisfied.

I was traveling for work and always look for good Mexican food and saw the menu online and decided to check it out. I'm so glad I did! Pros: It's a cute place Staff was polite and friendly Food was excellent Cons: None other than I was flying out and couldn't take my leftovers with me

I have been waiting for a restaurant to inhabit the long missed El Aguila location. The patio is still a happy place, and the food is most excellent. The Birria and Birria pizza was delightful. Sauces were on point and from my local expert, the margaritas were on point.

The rice served with my meal was completely dried out, hard, and clumpy. After I pointed it out to the waitress, they brought me some new rice along with the beans that they had forgotten to put on the plate earlier. But since there was some rice under the rest of my food it was extremely unpleasant to eat. And honestly, if they serve something that was so obviously not good - it really makes me wonder what else they consider to be ok in the kitchen. The staff was super nice so I hate to give the place a bad review, but you go to a restaurant to eat. I just can't understand why they would have even served that.

been here twice with friends. the food is authentic so I would recommend if you like real authentic Mexican food. The staff is pretty friendly and always a younger person behind the counter. The restaurant has been clean everytime I have went. random people have came in to try and sell items to me while I'm eating which could annoying. food mediocre but then again I am a picky eater.

We happened upon Estilo Jalisco when looking for authentic Mexican food. This restaurant is my new favorite! Kind, knowledgeable and attentive staff. We had the Birria tacos which were excellent. They give you a dipping sauce for the tacos and fresh lime which added a little extra to an already super shredded beef double shell taco! Guacamole was fresh and flavorful as well. We will definitely be back!

Yummy yummy yummy. Called in a pick up order on a Saturday around 5:30, pick up wait was about 25 minutes which is perfect for us with a 20 minute drive and it was ready by the time we arrived. The Birria Pizza was phenomenal. Wow. The limes, the sauces all went with it so nicely. The meat was so tender & juicy and so much cheese. Wow. $24 for 4 people and we still had 2 leftover slices for the next day. I can't recommend this enough. Next time we definitely want to dine in & try something new! Also heads up Bring cash if you have it, there is a small fee for CC uses!

The reviews were good so we stopped by. We were served cold chips and watched every table but us get salsa with their chips. Margaritas were so bad we couldn't even drink them. I got the fajitas and had to ask for tortillas.. I guess I was just supposed to eat the extra chewy steak and peppers?? My friend was served ice cold beans that tasted like nothing with their meal. Highly disappointing experience

Trash AF! Should've known when I walked in at 5PM on a weeknight and was literally the only customer in there. My high school cafeteria made a better torta than these chumps. Carne asada was harder than a rock and flavorless. $20 too for that monstrosity. Better luck going to Abelardo's.

This place set a new standard for us when it comes to Mexican food. The experience begins with the chips and salsa...it isn't salsa at all. They serve an amazing bean and chorizo dip instead of a bowl of salsa. They do have salsa in bottles, but the dip is so amazing. The birria tacos were incredible. All the food was excellent. Overall, we felt like we were eating out of the family kitchen instead of a commercial restaurant. The service was excellent. Again, family.

Great little hole in the wall feel, food was very good and staff was attentive and courteous. Surprised with how empty it was considering it was a Friday evening. Definitely recommend trying out this spot for dine in or picking up one of their Birria pizzas!

Disclaimer the owner is a old coworker... heard good things and seen this on cheap eats...large restaurant and in a great area and off the street parking... really wanted to try there Mexican pizza..

Down in South O, you can expect authentic Mexican here. I would remember to bring cash when you go, sometimes they only accept cash. The customer service is great and they work hard to make sure you're a happy customer. The food is delicious and great portions(more than enough) and they usually have a great special of the day! It was two tortadas for $5. I couldn't even finish both of them, what a steal!

Would give 10 stars if I could! My friend and I had lunch here and we were so impressed with atmosphere, staff, the service and especially the food at Estilo Jalisco! I tried the Birria Pizza, it was even better than what the other reviews said! Estilo Jalisco is for sure my new favorite authentic Mexican restaurant!

We love the Baria pizzza . Amazing and quick . Call ahead to have it ready ! We have eating when ever we can . It's our go to for Baria.

I've had better service experiences here with dine in (quick! good!) vs take out (had to wait once arriving), but never any issue with the food itself. The most popular dish here is the tacos de birria, which are birria tacos stuffed with the slow cooked juicy meat, onions, cheese and cilantro then griddle fried to create a crispy outer shell. It's then served with the consome the birria meat was cooked in- mexican dip perfection. As for other dishes on the menu I have tried, no better than the place next door for my taste. It's the birria tacos that keep me coming back for more!

Stop what you are doing right now. Go there order the Birria Pizza! ... you're welcome.

LOVE the Birria!! It is Mexican Pizza and has quickly become one of my favorite meals!! I've never had anything like it and it is well worth the drive and you get a good amount of food for your $! Please give this place a try! The staff is also incredibly friendly, I feel like I could talk with them for hours every time I go!

Super friendly and attentive customer service. I got the chalupa without cheese and my friend got 4 Birria tacos with sauce to dip in. Our food was AMAZING 100/10. Will be coming again and telling friends!

First the positive:. The staff couldn't have been more friendly. Lunch was served quickly and the inside of the restaurant was clean and we'll maintained. Things I didn't enjoy. The canopy over the entrance was mostly hanging by one corner. The sidewalk was cratered and decorative tiles were missing. This was especially trolling for my elderly lunch buddy. The food wasn't what I think of when I think of Mexican restaurants. I had the 4 street tacos for around $11.00. I expected rice and beans and at least one or two appetizers. I didn't see any options on the menu. Four mini tacos wasn't what I was looking for in a Mexican restaurant.

Food is amazing food and service. It is very homey and well put together. I am always excited to have their burria tacos!

Birria, birria, birria! These folks and the food they make are truly wonderful, and I think I'm addicted to the birria tacos with cheese.

Terrible! The service was mediocre. There were 7 in our party and they brought out 1 plate at a time. With several minutes in between. Had to ask for the accompaniments that came with fajitas. My steak fajitas meat was so tough I literally never swallowed a piece and ended up leaving a full plate. No one in our party finished their meal. No one ever came to check on us. The room was not busy.... 3 or 4 other tables. Absolutely would not recommend this place.

I ordered tacos de birria 4x$10.00. The birria meat was so good and their tacos have a good amount of it. Consume was okay, it's missing some flavor. The red & green salsa is bomb I love how spicy it is! I ordered this for takeout. Workers were very nice and my food was done within 15 minutes.

Authentic food like you would find on the streets of México. I ordered the 4 tacos de birria for $10 with a side of consomé. I also ordered agua de Jamaica which is made with the real flower not powder like some places. I have been here twice and both times the food came out quickly, service was super friendly, and food was delicious. Not the BEST tacos i've had but they're closer than most places in Omaha! Salsa's could also use some work.

Wife and I tried tonight for first time. For a Fri eve, not too crowded. First up, dish of beans and sauce w/chips. OMG. Beans were delish. Green sauce...OK, Red sauce....OK.....RED sauce....Wow! Ordered steak taco, chicken enchilada w/rice and beans. Enchilada was GREAT. Wife ordered Chix Quesadilla. Said was one of the best. Only downer.....no alcohol. Well, I got by, I think. Good place

Best birria tacos I've ever had. Had been recommended to this place by a few friends and finally went to check it out. Of course, I got the birria tacos. 4 tacos for $10?! Holy cow what a good price! I was so so impressed. The tacos were large, crispy, and full of flavorful fillings. The consume for dipping was so good oh my gosh. I couldn't even finish all 4 and brought home half for my boyfriend, even after getting cold they were top notch tacos. The staff was so friendly, they were slammed when we got there and by the looks of it a little short staffed - yet everyone still had such a great attitude. I will be ordering again very soon and I'll be sure to recommend!

Absolutely enjoyed our dinner here! We shared the birria pizza It was sooo delicious! The complimentary chips and bean dip were yummy while we waited for our meal, which was a short wait on a Saturday evening :) To drink we had aguas de Jamaica, delicious and refreshing. The restaurant had a very friendly atmosphere from the moment we entered. Many staff members checked on us through our meal and made sure we had everything we needed, amazing service! We will definitely be returning many times more :)

This place was hands down amazing. Our waiter was super friendly. When we sat down we were given some chips and 2 choices of salsas. Red was super spicy but addicting. It also came with a side of beans. Our food came out relatively fast and it was very hot! Definitely will be coming back.

The Restaurant just started charging for the consome instead of giving out for free like they used too. The quesabirria tacos aren't good without it. So if you get the quesabirria tacos buy the consome, they charge $2 for it now.

Phenomenal doesn't even begging to describe this wonderful place! Let me start with the atmosphere: it is warm, inviting, friendly, clean and comfortable. The service was friendly and extremely attentive, especially our waiter! He was so sweet and wonderful. Now the food: we ordered two large horchata, a Birria pizza and 4 Queso Birria tacos. The prices are very affordable and the quality AND quantity are plentiful and of the highest degree. The meat was tender, the consume was savory and dare say drinkable. The horchata was sweet and creamy and puts out the fiery fresh salsa. Oh, the chips and dip that comes with it? Holy God is was so delicious! The chips are fresh fried and you know it's home done when some of the chips stick together! Also the dip that came with it was nice and hot and coated the chips so perfectly that they can totally be a meal on their own. If you're craving Mexican food made with love and care, this is your place. It's way better than some places I've went to when I lived in California and that says a lot.

This place is delicious. I let the wonderful waitress know that it was our first time there. She made perfect suggestions for us. The pizza was great and the tacos where great. Very filling and we still took home half our meal. Everyone was very attentive.

The pie here is the best. The sauce/juice that comes with it is also banging! I take a large one home and maybe eat 2 slices at a sitting. Then I throw the pizza box in the fridge. When I want two more slices, I set the Ninja Foodie to 325 degrees for 15 minutes and I heat up some of the juice in the microwave in a bowl. BINGO!!! Beef Pie Baby!!!! So good!!! I love it. Had carne asada plate, meat was yummy all fat and nerves like chewing a sandal. Waiter wearing slides his button up shirt unbutton. Terrible attitude after my husband helped him to a soda from fridge. They don't have a sign of them charging a fee for using a credit card.

Nice family owned place that the food is just too good. You are tempted to eat and eat and eat. I intend on getting the Birria pizza eventually. Wasn't crowded or too noisy like other places, but also not dead. Just right.

I am so impressed by the service and the food here. The servers and cooks were incredibly welcoming and kind. The food was delicious, authentic, and filling. So grateful we choose to eat here today. Order the Queso Birria Tacos if you're hungry!! The ambiance was also really awesome and it was fun sitting in there after a long day.

We used to go to El Águila all the time, and we loved it, so we're glad this space is being occupied by another great restaurant! We saw reviews online, and they matched the expectations. Terrific birria con queso tacos! I also indulged in street tacos, specifically azada and carnitas. The meat was tender and delicious! We will definitely be returning.

This place was amazing, and it's just going to get better! The new owner is super friendly and very accommodating. Three of us were there for the increasingly famous Birria Pizza, but one of our friends is pretty picky. The owner pretty much offered to customize anything, and brought him some delicious steak tacos that he thought were REALLY good! Then, there was that Birria Pizza. OMG. This thing is downright dreamy, piled with the Birria meat which was perfectly seasoned, plenty of cheese and the crispy tortilla to cap it off. This enormous creation is only 20 bucks! It also comes with fries which I wasn't expecting to be that great, BUT THEY WERE. They were battered, super crispy, and flavorful. They are the perfect compliment to the pizza and consumme. The owner is working on a liquor license now, so hopefully our next visit will kick off with a delicious margarita as well! I can't wait to go back!

I don't think I can ever go back to eating the regular shmegular tacos. I ordered the tacos birria. It came with 4 of the best tacos I've ever had, 2 salsas (both were amazing), and a cup of the consome (broth they cook the meat in) to dip. I would've posted a picture but I ate them too fast. Amazing.

Great food!! This had caught my eye as I drove past last week, and had to check it out. We has the tacos de birria, torta ahead, and carne en su jugo. All were good size portions, and the flavors were outstanding. Can't wait to go back!

I have found the taco Gold mine of Omaha y'all! Absolutely MUST TRY. During covid we had to get their food to go and I was literally salivating the entire drive home because it smelled so good... we got home and the tacos and consome were both still warm. The tacos were MUCH bigger than I expected and I still ate all 4 because of how good they were. I was super full but all worth it
