Etihad Airways

It was my first time flying with Etihad Airways, and overall, it was a very satisfying experience. I chose Etihad mainly because the flight schedule worked perfectly for us and the fare was competitive, especially compared to other direct flight options. I was genuinely impressed by the level of service. From boarding to landing, the crew was attentive, professional, and accommodating, always making sure our needs and preferences were met with care and courtesy. Both flights were smooth and comfortable, and the cabin atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. The in-flight dining exceeded expectations, offering a good selection of high-quality meals that were both flavorful and well-presented. The only area that felt a bit underwhelming was the entertainment system — while it had a decent range of options, it wasn’t as extensive or up-to-date as we’ve experienced with some other airlines. Nonetheless, I was very pleased with the overall journey and the thoughtful service from the Etihad team. I would definitely consider flying with Etihad Airways again in the future.

We flew Etihad a few times with connecting flights and we never had a problem. The flights are perfectly on time. It is a trustworthy airline. The staff is professional and friendly. Connecting flights with Etihad in Abu Dhabi was no problem and well organized. We also used Etihad holidays to book our hotels. The app on line check in is very convenient so you can choose your seat and get your boarding passes on your phone 24 h before departure. The food was not the best but it was ok. The entertainment has a large choice of movies in multiple languages. With new and classic films selection. The cabin is clean. The pillow is thick and the blanket has a proper size. There is a large tv screen and a remote control. An international plug system and a usb plug so you can recharge your devices. The headphones give. Are a little bit fragile. Etihad is a offering all you need and we had a pleasant flights. We look forward to flying with Etihad again without any problems.

The Residence class was great, in terms of service and the facility itself. Food was good but wine list needs to be improved for 1st class. Other than the 1st class, business and economy has much bigger room for improvement in terms of service and operation.

I flew Etihad Airways from Manila (MNL) to London Heathrow (LHR) in business class, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the comfort it provided during the long flight. We booked our tickets just three days before departure, and Etihad offered the most affordable fare among all the airlines we considered. The staff was so accommodating, as expected. The food was tasty but the drinks, it’s not memorable for me. I guess my first and best business class experience would still be in Qatar. Although, the highlight of this experience would be the lounge in Abu Dhabi. It’s not the best lounge but everything is new to me as I enjoyed being adventurous with the food and tried a variety of Emirati dishes. Overall experience is good and I would definitely fly with them again for a good and affordable price.

So, for our first time with this airline, the flight time suited us and the price was good with Vienna, unlike other direct flights. We were very satisfied with the level of service in business, both flights were very, pleasant, the crew accommodated you in your needs and wishes. There was a good selection in the food, the only thing that didn't impress me much was the entrtenmeint, it was at an average level. We were very satisfied.

For our flight from Brussels to Osaka, I only have positive words for Etihad Airways. From check-in to our arrival, everything went smoothly and without any issues. We flew Business Class, and I’ve compared this option several times with other airlines. Etihad consistently came out as the most affordable, and yet still offered the highest level of comfort. The Business Class experience was excellent: the staff were both professional and friendly, the food was of premium quality, and the seats were fantastic. The extra cost we paid was absolutely worth it. As a couple, we had the middle seats, which gave us a cozy and open feeling sitting next to each other. One small suggestion: perhaps adding a sliding panel between the middle seats could offer a bit more privacy from the sides. But aside from this very minor tip—keep up the great work, Etihad! You can definitely count on seeing us again in the future.

Flight #EY 294, scheduled for 14:40 from Abu Dhabi to Karachi, has been delayed. The staff present are unable to provide an explanation for the delay or an estimated boarding time, only citing a "technical issue." When I inquired about compensation, they were unaware of how the airline plans to address this inconvenience. We are arriving from JFK on an Etihad flight, and we've been waiting in the boarding area for over 5 hours without any clear updates. I also requested lounge access for my family to rest during this long wait, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive a positive response. This is my first experience with Etihad Airlines, and it has definitely been disappointing.
