기대를 너무 했나… 너무 실망 ㅠ.ㅜ
최화정이 통영나물비빔밥 먹고 부모님 못 데리고 온 게 아쉽다면서 울먹인게 너무 인상적이라 정말 여러번의 시도끝에 성공해서 너무 행복했답니다. 하지만… 맛집이다. 흑백요리사다. 이게 너무 기대를 하게했고 그에 비해 너무 특색없는 음식들이라 너무 실망했네요.
근데 맛집인 거 모르고 갔어도 재방문은 안 할 듯합니다
1. 회 플래터는 너무 너무 맛있고 신선했고 조합도 훌륭했어요. 이게 저의 최애에요.
2. 들깨낙지비빔국수는 낙지양념이 너무 달고 전체적으로 뻑뻑했어요. 특히 낙지양념이 시중에서 샀나 싶을 정도로 달았어요.
3. 보리새우 전은 첫 입은 정말 너무 고소하고 바삭하다 하면서 만족했는데, 두번째 입부터 느끼해지기 시작하더라구요.
4. 굴보쌈은 괜찮았어요. 하지만 이정도 맛은 굴보쌈 전문집 가면 어디나 먹을 수 있는 수준이었어요.
5. 통영 나물 비빔밥은 고추장이 안 들어간 슴슴한 맛이었어요. 국도 슴슴하니 제가 좋아하는 스타일이었어요. 근데 배가 불러서 거의 다 남겼어요.
6. 마지막으로 나오는 멜론은 멜론이라 할말 없어요
Maybe I expected too much… I ended up feeling really disappointed. ㅠ.ㅜ
I was so moved when Choi Hwa-jung ate the Tongyeong vegetable bibimbap and said she regretted not being able to bring her parents—she even teared up. That moment stuck with me, so after many attempts to get a reservation, I finally succeeded and was genuinely excited. But… because everyone kept calling it a “must-visit restaurant” and a “master chef,” my expectations went way too high, and the food just didn’t have much character in comparison. Even if I hadn’t known it was a famous place, I don’t think I’d go back.
Here’s what I tried:
1. Hweh platter — Absolutely delicious, fresh, and perfectly balanced. This was my favorite.
2. Perilla octopus bibim noodles — The octopus seasoning was too sweet, and the whole dish felt quite dry. The sweetness honestly made me wonder if the sauce was store-bought.
3. Dried baby shrimp pancake — The first bite was great—nutty and crispy—but by the second bite it started feeling a bit greasy.
4. Oyster bossam — Not bad at all, but it tasted like something you could get at any decent oyster bossam specialty place.
5. Tongyeong vegetable bibimbap — Very mild since it doesn’t use gochujang. The soup was also mild, which I usually like. But I was too full and ended up leaving most of it.
6. Melon dessert — It’s melon, so nothing much to say.
