Google
I had such a great experience at this bar/restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a cozy yet lively vibe that made it easy to relax and enjoy the meal. What really stood out was the waitstaff—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without being overbearing. It’s clear they care about giving their guests a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great spot to enjoy a quality meal.

Google
Excellent service — everything went very smoothly and they were happy to accommodate our special requests. We had burgers and they were absolutely delicious and highly recommended! At the end of the meal, they even offered us the option to take an extra iced tea to go (free refill), which was a nice touch. You can sit either indoors or outdoors. We went around lunchtime and it wasn’t very busy, so we were able to get a table without a reservation. All in all, a great experience with friendly staff, good food, and thoughtful service — we’ll definitely be back!

Google
The service at this place is really good. The bartenders were super attentive, I usually just eat right at the bar. I got the beer sampler which was cool because I got to try a few of there tap beers, which they had a lot of things on tap. All good. Came there wanting to try the bone marrow burger, and also got the strip steak with the bone marrow butter. Both of them were cooked perfectly and tasted really good. The brocolini was also awesome it came with a pesto sauce which I really liked. Overall great experience, will definitely be back.

Google
If it were possible I would give the service a 10 star rating! The staff went out of there way to ensure that my meal was compliant with my dietary restrictions- three or four queries later I had a meal I could eat and it was tasty! Husband has the eureka burger and replaced meat patty with their new veggie burger patty. The burger itself was phenomenal - great bun, fresh fixings, grilled sliced onion and dill pickles! The burger came with a side of fries - husband thought they were very tasty! They were hot and fresh when the meal was served which is always a plus. The house salad with an herbed vinaigrette and croutons that are house made! More than iceberg lettuce is always a plus and this was mixed greens and arugula - my fav! It included fresh heirloom cherry tomatoes too! Their refreshment selection is pretty extensive, including beer, wine, cider, whiskey, and anything else you might want to try. Given the heat this was a jewel in the baking sun to find!!!

I made a last-minute reservation for 830pm. on a Friday night through Google, and when we arrived, our table was waiting for us. We wanted to try a new spot by Fremont for some good food and drinks. The waitress was very nice, and I liked that she told us what the absolute favorites of the menu were and what she felt the bottom of the menu was. She recommended that they had really good wings, and as someone who doesn't like too much heat, she assured me the rub wings weren't that spicy. I got the bourbon wings, and they were definitely a top 5 wing that I've ever had. The downside was that there were only 6 wings for about 17$. The mac and cheese balls and fried pickles were also very well made. Others at the table had the jalapeños egg burger and a cowboy burger, and they said it was cooked perfectly and very tasty. Overall, the food was very good, but I wish the appetizers were a little bit bigger. They have a lot of local and craft beer on tap if you're looking for a really wide selection. The restaurant was very busy, but it didn't feel that way.

Google
We had an incredible experience at this American restaurant! The burgers were perfectly cooked and flavorful, the truffle fries were an absolute delight, and the sangria was refreshing and perfectly balanced. Erika was our server, and even though she was working alone, the service was impressively fast and efficient. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was spectacular, and the overall atmosphere was inviting and enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back for another amazing meal! Highly recommend!

Google
Great bar, lots of beer choices. Fantastic mac and cheese balls, beer cheese sauce was a great compliment. Loved the nachos, very fresh lots of melted cheese. Some outdoor seating, lots indoors. Staff were super friendly and service was fast.

Google
I loved everything I had here! My husband I shared 3 shareable dishes: the Crispy Glazed Brussels Spouts, wings with the Eureka bourbon dry rub, and the Dorito-crusted shishito peppers! The shishito peppers with the dorito crust was different but ended up being VERY tasty!! I also really loved the wings with the bourbon dry rub. The bourbon flavor was subtle but powerful! The Brussels sprouts with the orange glaze, chimichurri, and almonds was so savory! Nice atmosphere and fun staff!

Yelp

Yelp
Looking for a laid-back spot to unwind after a long day? Look no further than Eureka! Located in Vegas, specifically the Fremont Street Experience, this establishment has a relaxed atmosphere that's perfect for chill vibes with good company. When you step inside, you're greeted by the warm glow of soft lighting with comfortable seating arrangements that invite you to settle in and stay awhile. One of the highlights is its impressive selection of drinks. After a long day, we decided to try the beer sampler and picked 4 random taps off the menu. Service at Eureka! is top-notch, with attentive staff who are always ready to take your order with a smile. Highly recommend place to tone down after a chaotic day in Vegas!

Yelp
The experience was better this time, but they still fall short. The waitress literally said "Thank you for your patience" FOUR TIMES in the hour we were there! Then the manager came over to help her with out gift card and he said "Thank you for your patience!" This must be the #1 company line! The food was good, beet burger for me and pastrami quesadilla for hubby. Diff. people brought us our food, drinks, then ultimately our first server returned with the check. It was busy at first, then thinned out to like 3 tables so service should have been better. Food is great, tho!

Yelp
5555555 stars Saturday night, Yesterday I came Tom, as always amazing. I didn't think because order to go a lot that he remembered me and he did! I forgot the other guy who was working Saturday but he perfectly described everything I asked about and got the fish tacos. My friends were there, so I sat and ate some there since I originally ordered them to go. They came packed to go and were picture perfect and the taste and flavor of the Al pastor sauce on the fish, delicious! It all was fresh to die for and exactly what I was craving. Even though I had ordered to go at Sat at the bar, before and after I got my food, Tom still checked in me and my drink. Service from him always amazing, food always consistent. I came within the last hour before closing. Wonderful service from start to finish never any complaints. And the Saturday night chef, and those tacos from the menu thank you for such delicious fish tacos!!!! Tonight, I was craving those tacos again so I went back within an hour before closing. The guy tonight, sends me straight to the bar... My food took forever, the bartender, Dravin G didn't check on me til after a while, finally gave me a glass of water. She brought me my check right away the first time, and maybe she saw me with my wallet and cash, but took a while to get me change, still nooo food, grant you I ordered this the day before on a Saturday, and it was fast, and fresh super service for me and my friends who dined in. I'm local I've been coming here since you opened and to the coffee shop before Eureka... Moving in, I ask for a house glass of Chardonnay, she brings me a glass no receipt and $6 change from a $20?!?!..... $&:"()?"/9!!!! Never brought me a cocktail menu even though I had been looking around the whole time for one. Only what's on the wall. Even online line I couldn't find it or even to confirm the price no receipt... I know it wasn't a happy hour drink but I get it all the time, and she didn't bring me a receipt for the Chardonnay but brings my food fast...mean while checking on the couple often at the bar, who one of them seemed to have food to go and was eating there... we were the only ones at the bar.... I feel like she pocketed my money when I had an extra five I asked change for so I could tip her well... the whole time I had to yell for her but she had time to text in her phone...when I left, only to find half the amount of fish I had yesterday, no Al pastor sauce or barley there, the fries were cold hard and seemed to half truffle oil in them when I ordered regular fries.... or they were old all in bucket back there...Which I normally love them I tossed them. Then back to the tacos, the Guac and tortilla, yes tortilla tasted spoiled. Luckily the Guac was on the side, so I was able to omit it, and then I realized the tortilla too? I took everything off one taco, tasting everything individually, ugh tortilla? So I ate it as a small salad. Ugh this was the worst I ever had from here since they opened. And I wont ever go back when she is working. I don't trust her, and she let the food just sit.... How crazy is it I told my friends Eureka and Flippin Good are the only fries I eat on Fremont only to be bamboozled tonight.

Yelp
This place has incredible cocktails! The craftsmanship and creativity that goes into them from the bartenders are impressive. The ambiance gives modern but artsy. The decor pairs perfectly with this place being situated in the heart of downtown las vegas. I only had the truffle fries, I wasn't really hungry. However, those were excellent. The staff were friendly and very attentive. I definitely will come back and recommend a night out here.
google avatar

Makiya R.

Yelp
I absolutely love it here! My go to order is usually the Crispy Brussels sprouts and the Blackened Salmon Kale Caesar Salad. The Fresno Fig is becoming a new favorite! I didn't care for the Baja Tacos but the Bourbon barrel cake is such a yummy way to finish a meal. I usually sit outside so I can do some people watching on Fremont. The staff is great and super personable. Love to come and open late

Yelp
My family and I were walking down Fremont Street and wanted to get dinner somewhere other than hotel restaurants that offered cheap eats. I found Eureka through Yelp, and the reviews and photos made it an enticing option. FOOD: There's plenty of variety on the menu for food and drinks! My family ordered a variety of entrées, and they seemed to enjoy what they ate. The Fish Tacos and Fish and Chips were a hit with the family. I ordered the Bison Burger, which was a favorite of our server. It had a big red chili that provided the spicy component. I requested the bison patty be cooked medium, and it was tender and flavorful. The sweet potato fries were okay. Some kind of maple syrup was added to the fries, which made them a bit too sweet for me. If you prefer the fries without the syrup, maybe request the fries without the syrup. SERVICE: Despite the size of our group, our server was great. She was kind and attentive and checked on us multiple times during our meal, ensuring we had everything we needed. The staff was overall excellent. AMBIANCE: We went for a late dinner and were fortunate to get seated for a large group. Downtown Las Vegas (Fremont Street) is generally loud at night, with plenty of ambiant music and night-goers walking by. The dining area was comfortable and dark, with plenty of mood lighting and TVs around the bar. Maybe lunch or daytime dining will have a quieter atmosphere if that's your jam. Tables and booths inside, as well as patio and bar seating, are available. Would I dine here again? Sure! 4.5/5 Stars!

Yelp
Went on a Monday night with a group of 5. We all ordered happy hour drinks and a few appetizers to start - fried pickles and the Mac and cheese balls. Each came with their own dipping sauce. One was a house made ranch which was very good and the other was a garlic aioli type, can't remember which went with which dish but we were mixing and matching. For entrees we got the Al pastor fish tacos, bbq bacon burger, and a couple chicken sandwiches. Everyone liked their order- sorry I only got a picture of my plate :) as far as the drinks, they had a great selection of beer but we all went with different cocktails. You can tell they are put together with care and the bartenders take pride in the presentation. Very much enjoyed our experience and would definitely go again.

Yelp
Great place in DT Vegas! Bartender was very friendly and gave tips on what to order! Ahi tuna app was better than you can get at a seafood/sushi place! Bison burger was cooked perfectly & the Pastrami quesadilla was unique!
google avatar

Felicia K.

Yelp
Stumbled upon Eureka before going to a burlesque show at cheapshot across the street. I ordered an espresso martini but was surprised to see that the appetizers made it out before the drinks. The ahi tuna was alright but I wasn't a fan of the fried cauliflower. I tried it because the server suggested it since it's about to leave the menu. I see why lol. I decided to get the kale Caesar salad with blackened salmon as my entree. When it first came out I noticed the salmon wasn't as blackened as I would like so I asked if they can make me another salmon. The second one came out a lot better. My friend had the broccolini and the green beans which were both really good. Overall I enjoyed the drinks here and the food wasn't bad neither.

Yelp
An oasis in the area. When you walk in you are transported into a comfortable hipster setting. The cocktails are creative and tasty. The carrot-fed beef burgers are juicy and delicious. The upsell salad substitute for fries is a good option. The service is attentive.

Yelp
I absolutely dislike going to Fremont as a Vegas resident but going there only to eat at Eureka again will be worth it!! It is a really nice and clean place. Not that big, but anyone can definitely have good time, specially listening to the live performance. Listening to live acoustic performance while eating was a wonderful idea. The service is great and the food as well. You do jot need to make a reservation. As a huge fries fan I will say the fries were perfectly satisfying! The only thing that caught my attention was the dessert menu, I wish they had more choices.... But I don't think it is something that should effect on the ratings...
google avatar

Yelp
Went here for lunch on a Monday & it was delicious. I got the eureka American burger & added some bacon to it. It was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. My bf got the fish and chips and devoured it. Would definitely recommend.

Steve V.

Yelp
Fruit flys! Can't enjoy food or drink due to nats. Ugh, too bad. Then the server asked me to close my bill because her shift ended. Meantime, the new shift has to serve my already paid for and tipped meal. I felt compelled to tip the new shift server. Sad, I used to like this place.

Yelp
As I was traveling back to the Four Queens on Fremont, my Lyft driver was telling me about Eureka! and how good the hamburger was. Already haven eaten at In-n-out which I love BTW, I really didn't want another burger. But he said he drives all the way across town to eat at Eureka! and he makes a day of it. OK Here we go.... I walk down Fremont street, see the various performers, the crazy people yelling, the people that look like they want to ask you something to rip you off, the guys pulling fake AirPods 2 out of their jacket "no thank you, I got them already", the people jaywalking. I passed by Heart Attack Grill where Bead meets food got a spanking.... etc... etc... Finally I get to Eureka! It's a dark, trendy looking place with country music. The guy sounds good and he uses a looper sparingly. Kudos for having live music. My Lyft guy said their Eureka American Cheeseburger and truffles is the one so I ordered it along with an old fashioned. The burger was very good! The truffle fries were delicious and the old fashioned was one of the better ones. I don't know if this is the BEST burger in Vegas but it was good. The burger itself was cooked perfectly and it was nice and thick. I did enjoy this burger and the place, but now I wish I had read Rod U's review and tried the bone marrow burger. Oh well, still a nice meal.

Yelp
Incredible service. Energetic, helpful staff. Foods for everyone. Outstanding food! Highly recommended. Very clean bathrooms.
google avatar

Abby H.

Yelp
We had a pretty big group, so the server did a great job of checking in and answering a lot of questions we had. Food was great, drinks were good. Def make this a place you check out in downtown LV!
google avatar

Alyssa F.

Yelp
Cute little place on Fremont. Bar food with a twist! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable of their items. The truffle cheese fries were a bit on the salty side but they had good flavor. The Eureka! salad was nice and simple. Clean flavors. I added chicken
google avatar

Hayley H.

Yelp
We had a great dinner here! Happy hour goes until 6 PM so we were able to take advantage of that. Reasonable prices even without happy hour! I got their signature burger with truffle fries. Just a short walk to the Fremont Experience!
google avatar

Jason S.

Yelp
We were walking by and saw the awesome selection of micro taps in the window. We ended up having a few signature cocktails. Wow. A must stop. Sidewalk , bar , and restaurant seating. Great service. Thanks Erica! LOVELY Cocktails. I love my signature Headhunter Tiki. Stopped back for a light lunch. Sat outside. Again great service. We enjoyed the Brussels sprouts and ahi. Thanks Matthew.
google avatar

Yelp
This is one of the Best stops on East Fremont Street in Vegas to get a craft cocktail! The food ain't bad either. Thomas the man behind the bar was eloquent and conversational. He takes some pride in his Mixology. No food tonight but we enjoyed the vibe!
google avatar

Pamela R.

Yelp
The food was pretty dang amazing; i got the French dip and it was really good. Honestly the biggest thing i can really rave about is the service. I have to highlight how AMAZING of a server jasmine was. We had a few mishaps and she was quick to take care of it and make sure our experience was top notch. I highly recommend the chocolate dessert! It was to dieeee for !
google avatar

Yelp
If you're wandering around Fremont, wondering what to eat. This is the perfect choice for tasty burger. This is located at a corner so it's easy to spot. I walked in yesterday with my party of two around 4 o'clock, and the tables were pretty empty, but the bar area was busy. We sat right away and had our waiter approach us within three minutes. Upon walking in, you'll notice a generous amount of tables and a nice bar area. The ambience was nice, they even have a live performer that was singing acoustic that started at 5 PM - it was very pleasant. The menu has a really good selection of different type of burgers and sandwiches with additional shareables. On Saturdays and Sundays they serve seven dollar mimosas and bloody mary's which is a great way to get the edge off. I had ordered the Fresno fig burger, which was recommended by our waiter, and let me just say it was probably one of the best burgers that had with the ingredients coming together. It has goat cheese and fig jam that really tie it together, and make it a unique flavor blend. Every burger comes with a side of fries which are also seasoned very well. This was one of the first times that I actually finished my entire meal without leaving a single fry on the plate. Our server was really nice, but felt slightly rushed towards the end as he brought us our check without checking in again to see if we decided on dessert. Overall, this is a great place to have a delicious bite without breaking your pocket and enjoying good vibes. My review is as follows: Food: 5/5 Service: 4.5/5 Ambiance: 5/5
google avatar

Aaron H.

Yelp
Dropped in for lunch, great service and best fish tacos ever. They're a cross between fish and chips but in taco flavor. Sauce was very complementary and didn't overpower. We subbed in truffle fries which were just ok. Good selection of beer on tap and helpfully organized by type (dark, hoppy, etc).
google avatar

Tim M.

Yelp
Great selection of beer with rotating taps. Decent food selection. Live music after 7PM. Nice relaxing atmosphere.
google avatar

Chelsy F.

Yelp
Great restaurant on Fremont East. Short walk from the Fremont experience. Definitely worth the try! We had some of the best burgers here. Got here for brunch and it wasn't too busy. Walked right in and was seated immediately. The staff was quick and friendly. The place was clean. The burgers were done to perfection. The Brussels were so crispy and delicious and the mimosa flight was chefs kiss!
google avatar

Samantha G.

Yelp
I was really pleasantly surprised by this spot! We came in late on an evening after a music festival. It was pretty empty. We sat at the bar. The ambiance was nice. Just the right levels of lighting, air conditioning, modernness, etc. The bartender was incredibly nice and friendly. The beer list was great. And the menu had many tasty sounding options. I settled on the bone marrow burger. And OMG, it was absolutely incredible. Everything about it was perfect and tasty. 100% will be returning and eating here again.
google avatar

Victoria M.

Yelp
While in Vegas, we decided to eat at Eureka again and again everything was perfect atmosphere ,vibe and service, the food was delicious. We were seated pretty quickly receive service fast and our food took a little bit to come We did have to send a salad back it was very soggy and old lettuce Other then that we enjoyed everything
google avatar

Irma F.

Yelp
Eureka has become one of my new fave spots! Was there for dinner and it was great! The atmosphere was great, they had a live performer playing all the best songs. Great service. We started with drinks and the truffle cheese fries. My first Espresso Martini and it was truly amazing! Beautiful hint of vanilla- not too strong alcohol flavor. We also shared the grilled chicken nachos, wings and the spicy ginger green beans. All were great but those green beans are to die for! So good I forgot to take pictures lol There "hoppy" hour is also amazing! Definitely have to check it out.
google avatar

Deidra D.

Yelp
Found this place while visiting downtown Vegas, there is nothing better than late night happy hour! Wait staff was friendly and attentive. Great vibe, low lights, cool music and lots of laughter. They are known for their burgers but the apps were pretty darn good too. We ordered the brussel sprouts in a sweet chili sauce (so good!!) and the fried mac n cheese balls. The balls came with a white sauce but marinara sauce would be ideal. Drinks included the wild orchid made with vodka, wine and beer on tap. It was really good with a sweet and spicy rimmed glass. I will definitely be back to partake in the burgers and they have live music on the weekends. Great place to chill and hang out with friends.
google avatar

Bryan W.

Yelp
Good drinks, good food, good atmosphere, good service, and great location. I can't ask for much more. Just a very short walk from all the attractions on Fremont Street
google avatar

Cody C.

Yelp
The first restaurant I've been to since Covid lockdown that got everything right. I was seated promptly. The staff was courteous and attentive. The restaurant was clean. The food (draft beer and fresno fig burger) was cooked as I ordered it and delicious. The restaurant feels and looks trendy yet comfortable, and the service was somehow casually 5 star.
google avatar

David S.

Yelp
What a cool little divey, sports bar/live music/outdoor dining/local hangout place right on the corner. Oh, and some decent drinks and a couple of really good dishes as well. I suggest the Baja fish tacos (Texas sized pieces of fish with a little bit of a kick) and also the bone marrow burger. Both are probably the best two items on the menu. Everything else is decent, especially if Miles is playing live music. Make sure to tip him, he's pretty freakin' good. Have a good time!
google avatar

Michael Z.

Yelp
Ok, this is the real deal. All around best meal this whole trip, and I eat A LOT. If you're still reading and still undecided just stop yourself. Get some help. The bartender Tom was super genial, and his recommendations were spot on. The spicy chicken sandwich was to die for. The Brussels sprouts app was delicious. Music was nice, not intrusive. Service was speedy and very gracious. I will be back, and I rarely eat at the same place twice while traveling.
google avatar

Patrick C.

Yelp
This is a great place to eat and has some cool drink specials. Lots of seating inside and some outside Got the chipotle burger which had great taste Customer service was excellent
google avatar

Renee B.

Yelp
Fab place for quality American food on Fremont. Mac n cheese balls: crunchy-krispy-spicy-gooey! Hot chicken sandwich: so many layers of flavor and HOT! Double smash burger: the bomb! The pickles on their sandwiches are killer. Ranch is made in-house and super tangy (delicious ranch makes my heart happy!). Moscow mule and old fashioned were tasty. Patrick, the bartender who was also our waiter knew everything about each dish and cocktail, it's soo lovely to have friendly and knowledgeable waitstaff! A live guitarist began at 7pm and was fantastic - enhanced the mood of that whole place. Great vibe and mood lighting :) I need to visit Eureka more often.
google avatar

Donald T.

Yelp
The Fresno Fig Burger was a delightful surprise, blending savory and sweet in perfect harmony. Each bite was a burst of flavors, leaving me thoroughly satisfied. The Bourbon Barrel Cake was the cherry on top, rich and indulgent with a perfect balance of sweetness. Four stars for an exceptional dining experience that left me wanting more!
google avatar

Sharna E.

Yelp
We were in Las Vegas from Reggae Rise up and met family that lives here , we all enjoyed Eureka. The truffle fries and truffle corn were delicious. My wife and I enjoyed the the Ahi Salad. Good service, we liked the beer flight recommendation. We sat outside to enjoy the people watching.
google avatar

Scott B.

Yelp
Sat up the bar for an afternoon snack. It was pretty quiet for a Saturday. Daniel, the bartender, was awesome. The truffle fries came out hot, but not very crisp. The truffle sauce was very flavorful but nothing spectacular. My beer flight was pretty refreshing however. 3.5 stars rounded up due to the good draft beer selection and the excellent service.
google avatar

Michelle S.

Yelp
Good, live music and great drinks and food within walking distance of our hotel in downtown. So glad we decided to try something new! The service was great and prices were reasonable.

Jessica C.

Yelp
It was my first time dining here with my kids, and while the meal was good, it wasn't worth the price. Jax T, our waitress, was excellent and very helpful in making recommendations.
google avatar

Steve C.

Yelp
Alright. I came back! This time I had the bone marrow burger all to myself with a side salad. Man.. that burger does not disappoint. I don't know why I share it with anyone smh. Service again was good and food was great. Heard they have a Chile relleno burger that I'll have to try before this months over !
google avatar

Bill J.

Yelp
The food is always delicious and the staff is great. I know the place is a chain, but I appreciate how consistent the quality is at all locations. You always know what to expect when you go to a place like this.
google avatar

Abigail S.

Yelp
It offers a vibrant dining experience with its focus on gourmet burgers, craft beers, and small-batch spirits. The modern, industrial-chic decor sets a trendy and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a casual meal or a night out. Popular menu items include the bone marrow burger, truffle fries, and Fresno fig burger, all beautifully presented and bursting with flavor.
google avatar

Yelp
We dined here while hanging out on Fremont street for the afternoon. For a drink, I had the wild child. It was very refreshing but I thought it was a bit light on the alcohol. For a main I had the seared ahi salad. This was one of the best ahi salads I've ever had. I also ordered a side of spicy green beans for my husband and I to share. They were very good and surprisingly very spicy. He had the Fresno fig burger based on the recommendation from our server and said it was delicious. Our server was friendly and helpful with menu suggestions. It was very nice out so we decided to sit outside just be mindful you may be approached by people walking by for food or money. A simple no, sorry and they were on their way but if that's something you may find bothersome I would sit inside. We didn't finish all of our food so we took it to go to give it away which I recommend as there are a lot of homeless people in the area. Sadly we saw a lot of people digging through the trash looking for food around Fremont street.

Yelp
Cool ambiance but can be loud on the weekend The burger just plain was so good Thais gluten free protocol was good I didn't get sick :) win for me!

I have been to the original Eureka and they never disappoint! The ambiance is always on point and the service is great. We didn't wait at all and had a great table. The cocktails are amazing and the food was so good. I order the whiskey pig drink (I forgot the actual name) but was so yummy. The truffle fries are some of the best I've ever had. The burgers have great flavor and wings were delicious. If your near Fremont street this a must go to spot!!

Yelp
Wow, just wow! Friday at 5pm for happy hour and plenty of seats open at the bar and throughout the restaurant. Happy hour is 3-6 M-F and what a great value for super high quality preparations. We started with a happy hour Industry Margarita and a Milk stout. Both yummy! Cocktail has a distinct pineapple flavor. HH menu includes several appetizers and the Eureka burger at significant discounts plus drink deals. We started with the spinach and artichoke dip. Accompanied by thick tortilla chips, this is the best dip with the biggest artichoke pieces I have ever seen! We also ordered the spicy green beans and this dish is packed with umami from crispy garlic, hot chili and soy. It actually beats the fabulous green beans at my local Asian place at home! After a pause to taste the Wild Child cocktail, we ordered two $10 Eureka burgers. One with regular fries and one lettuce wraps with sweet potato fries. I ordered the sweets without the honey and cinnamon and added a side of ranch instead. This burger was super high quality meat, very juicy and flavorful. It was cooked perfectly to order and the lettuce wrap held up almost until the end. Great job! Bartenders are outgoing and make good recommendations. I was thrilled to find such a good value in a foodie quality restaurant with deservedly excellent reviews. I highly recommend Eureka when you are looking to dine downtown near the Fremont Street Experience!

Yelp
On my last night in Vegas during CES our group walked through Fremont Street and I was starving. We had not had the best restaurant experiences during our trip mostly due to time and the large party we had so we were really looking for something special. We found it at Eureka! The Napa Chicken sandwich was out of this world. The live music was fun and our waiter was top notch and super friendly. We visit Vegas every year so we will definitely be back!

Yelp
Eureka seats in the middle of downtown. Parking is close but that most ideal. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The restaurant feels clean and has a neat aesthetic vibe. The appetizers, cauliflower and spinach dip were delicious and fresh. The fish taco was fresh and super good but the sauce might need to be a notch less spicy. Our server was a girl, and she was great. This is my 4 time visiting and still love coming here.
