The 38 Best Restaurants in Omaha, Nebraska | Eater

"Omaha is far from Buffalo, New York, but the Nebraska city still loves its wings. At Everett’s, wings are first sorted by size (smaller ones are part of a wing Wednesday special, larger ones go on the usual menu) before getting dunked in brine for 24 hours. Every wing sauce is made in-house, and several are named after current and former regular customers. Try the Saucy Rossy, which combines the restaurant’s medium hot sauce with its barbecue sauce. If there’s a wait, grab a beer at Brokedown Palace, the dive bar next door." - Sarah Baker Hansen

I went here on the recommendation of some co-workers. I'd also heard that it was written up in the paper and people really enjoyed it. The restaurant got very busy but the waitress was quick with the drinks. Our order came out extremely hot and fresh. The pulled pork and chicken were both delicious as well as the wings. I got the pulled pork and bacon burger which was fantastic. The fresh cut house fries were a wonderful addition to our meal.

Wow !! Delicious food. Impressed my first time eating here. The food was so amazing I almost ate everything before I could get a picture. The chicken wings were grilled and fried carolina bbq sauced( 10 PC), even the celery and carrots tasted good. My friends recommended me to Everetts today and I am so glad I did eat here. This location on maple is perfect near my family so I will bring them here and I am sure they will enjoy the food too.

I tried this place with my husband this weekend as we are trying to spend our money locally... And this is a place I have slept on for three years. It's honestly one of the best places I've eaten in Omaha. We tried the chicken tacos. My husband isn't a meat guy so they were accommodating in having the chicken in a side plate to add to my nachos. I would have been full just after the nachos. They were so good and you could tell all the produce was fresh! Then I got a cheeseburger and the cheesy hash brown (they aren't called this but I can't remember what they are called) I was so full but I tried a couple of bites of each.. a 10/10. Anyways if you haven't tried this place you should it's really good and supporting local businesses is the way to be in this economy (if you can afford to) 😊

Google
We really enjoyed the wings the first time, so we ordered them again the next day. However, the sauce was not as strong the second time, and we were disappointed by the inconsistency. What we loved initially was the bold flavor of the sauces and the juiciness of the chicken, which stood out compared to other wings. They offer both grilled and fried options, and I preferred the fried ones. My biggest frustration, though, is that they don’t take phone orders—the calls go straight to voicemail—so you have to go into the store to place your order and then wait about 20 minutes in your car.

Everett’s does not disappoint! The wings were big, packed with flavor, and cooked to perfection. On top of that, the Brussels sprouts were excellent—crispy, well-seasoned, and a perfect complement to the meal. Great food, great atmosphere, and top-notch service. The food might take a minute but trust me it’s worth the wait!

Google
Everett's on Maple is my favorite wing place ( Best in the City)! I’ve been going regularly for a while now, so this review is long overdue. I highly recommend you check them out if you haven’t already it’s sooooo good. I ALWAYS get my wings fried & grilled. MY FAV is Extra Hot & Jamaican Jerk mixed (Xtra Sweet Heat) …. It never disappoints. They have a sauce drop weekly so lately I’ve been trying a lot of new flavors. Some of my top recommendations are Apple BBQ, Shimmy Shimmy Ya, Sweet Ragin Cajun, and Cajun Cowboy. If you see any of those as the specials for the week get themmmmmm! They have 10 wings for $10 on Wednesdays as well which is a really sweet deal! I’m a wing girly, but their sides are also great. Their fries are hand cut and the brussel sprouts are top tier, it’s that sauce on them. They also sell local cider beer, and I love cider beer. They often have good seasonal flavors. Above everything I enjoy the homey feel they provide here. They’re very customer service oriented, extremely personable, and pay attention to detail which I really enjoy. Small things about my order are remembered and I don’t even have to request them anymore they just know. Tyler always makes sure to say Hi even when I know he’s busy. Laura is the sweetest, and Ellen is so funny. Which are all a huge part of the reason I’m a regular aside from the fact they have amazing food!

Google
A hidden gem off the beaten path. I had the wings which are fried and grilled and that makes them unique and very flavorful. The sauce was plentiful and the size of the wings were rather large and uniform in the 15 piece that I got. The wait staff of Ellen and Laura were kind, helpful and very courteous. I would highly recommend this place.

Google
After watching Sam Reid’s YouTube series in which he finds the best wings in America, I had to try the best in the Midwest. I’m delighted to report Everett’s wings are indeed! I followed the same advice Reid received from an anonymous source: order buffalo or saucy rossy (buffalo and BBQ mixed together), and the wings have to be charbuffed. The saucy rossy wings tickled my nostrils and tasted delectably. They were also a handsome size. I also tried the Everett’s burger and fries. If I heard correctly, the ground chuck patties are cooked to medium. The Everett’s burger came with toppings on the side: pickles, red onions, lettuce, and tomato. I placed all four on it and everything was juicy. As I paid, I told my server that I discovered Everett’s thanks to Sam Reid and local redditors. She rejoiced and said they received a healthy flow of customers who watched Reid’s video too. I was thrilled to eat Everett’s for the first time and it certainly won’t be my last!

Yelp
I've been wanting to check out Everett's for a while, and it definitely lived up to the hype! Their wings were fantastic--great flavor, perfect size, and plenty of sauce options. We stuck with our favorites, buffalo and garlic parmesan (which was nice and creamy), and they did not disappoint. There was a bit of a wait, but it was totally worth it, and we passed the time with a drink at the bar next door. Once we were seated, the service was quick! We're already looking forward to coming back next time we're craving wings!

Yelp
Don't drive too fast or else you'll miss this hidden gem! Tucked away in a strip mall type of building with a teeny tiny sign, you will find the lovely, Everett's. Don't expect too much upon entering, it's a casual style restaurant that's all about the food. I've visited Everett's two times and both were great experiences. I had been craving a good burger and fresh cut fries so I asked a friend to tag along. I convinced her by mentioning how good the Brussels sprouts were - and I wasn't wrong, considering she took a whole second portion home for later. Everette's is a solid staple that you go to knowing you won't be disappointed. The menu is simple and not large, but what they do, they do right. It's the type of place you want to try everything on the menu, and if you don't, there's a voice in the back of your mind telling you to revisit. Quality, detail and taste are definitely what motivates this restaurant. In combo with very friendly workers, I highly recommend!

Yelp
If there was ever a prime example of "Never judge a book by its cover", Everett's is absolutely it. The outside? Let's be honest, dingy at best. But the inside is inviting, clean and spacious. The true triumph here however, is the FOOD!! Sure Everett's is known for the wings, and delicious they! Huge, meaty, saucy! The Brussel sprouts though? Absolute perfection. Crispy, tender, wonderfully seasoned. The lime cream is next level. What I didn't expect at all was to fall in love with the fries. I am truly a fry guy, and these are as well executed as I've seen. So good that I didn't even bother asking for any dipping sauce by the time they were alllllll gone. I can easily see why Everett's has a local following. From the service, to the prices, to the food quality.....it ticks all the boxes. As far as bang for your buck, it doesn't get better than this. Everett's is worth any detour if you are anywhere close to the area.

Yelp
I've had the wings and the bacon blue burger at Everett's. Admittedly I haven't tried every burger in town, but this has to be on the list of the best in town. The pickled onions elevate the burger. The fries and service are very good, too. The wings are big. I had sauced wings although I prefer mine charred or grilled with only a rub. I wasn't excited about some of the sides (e.g. branding potatoes), but the burger is a winner. It and wait service warrant 5 stars. It can get busy to where you place your name on a waitlist (chalkboard). Interior has tables and booths. Alcoholic beverages are available. There is parking in front of the building. Highly recommended for the burger. I will try to branch out next time.

Yelp
I had been hearing great things about Everett's so we had to try it as soon as we had a day in the Benson area, and we have been back several times since! When you come in, it's very bright and airy inside with white walls, cute music-based photos, and a warm vibe. The service is great, and the music they have playing is always nice and chill. There is a genius in the back cooking, because they have a small but mighty menu of delicious items to pick from: -Brussels sprouts: These were the first things I wanted to try, based just on the amount of times they are mentioned in reviews and the photos of them I'd seen. I'm a huge fan of Brussels sprouts and these are among the best I have had. They are on the sweeter side, with the honey glaze and the lime crema. So tasty, especially if you're a fan of the sweeter type of Brussels vs the savory. You can get these as a full appetizer (which is huge) or a side with your entree. -Sandwich #3 (with pulled pork): Perfectly cooked pulled pork topped with asian slaw and peanut sauce. A tad sweet from the slaw, spicy from the peanut sauce, and meaty with each bite - all the best flavors! -Branding Potatoes: This is another side you can get with your entree or just buy as a separate side. Whichever you do, just get these! They are so creamy, cheesy, and delicious! -Everett's Burger: This is their namesake so we had to get it at least once! It's just a super well cooked/seasoned burger with a nice brioche bun and the normal toppings of tomato, cheese choice, and side of lettuce and onions if you want to use those. -Brined Wings: These were my husband's favorite as he is a huge wing guy. He got them in the Bubba style with the garlic parmesan. He normally gets the parmesan garlic at Wing Stop, but said those don't hold a candle to Everett's. -BBQ Pulled pork Bacon Burger: I got this and it was a mix of the Everett's Burger and the Pulled Pork Sandwich I had (minus the slaw). It was topped with their Carolina BBQ sauce and that was so amazing - I was licking it off my fingers! We also tried both of their dessert options over our visits, and they're both excellent too. -Heath Cookies: These come out covered in caramel syrup and ice cream. They are super yummy when they come out all warm and gooey, but you have to eat them there if you want the full experience (we took them to go once and they got pretty hard and chewy when they cooled down). -Jill's Famous Brownie: This is HEAVEN! If you're a brownie fan, and you like when they're fresh out of the oven and gooey. That's exactly how this brownie is, all warm and covered in ice cream, like a brownie sundae almost! I am craving it now just typing about it. Overall, we have never found one thing we didn't like at Everett's so we will be heading back many more times to come!

Yelp
A hidden gem for wings! We visited in a Wednesday evening and tried several flavors. There seemed to be a lot of regulars who interacted with one another and the friendly wait staff. Darker setting, but good for eating and conversation. Parking outside the restaurant.

Yelp
There isn't much to say. The wings are stinkin delicious. The fries are stinkin delicious. Is this The French Laundry? No, it's a bit of a dive bar. But these are a top 5 wing of all time. Apparently they brine the chicken (something I do at home whenever I cook) which makes it easy to make them too dry but nah. It was perfect. The only thing I can even think about complaining about is that we got the LTO wings which need to be on the menu full time. They were a mix of bbq, buffalo, and garlic Parmesan. Those are the ones pictured, I do not recall their name tho.

Yelp
Everett's is a really chill laid back place. Lots of families were there. It was pretty comfortable and casual. We decided to come early because we've heard it gets super busy. Glad we did go at 5 because by 6 the waitlist was starting. My husband got the Buffalo and I got the bubba and saucy Rossy sauce. We asked for the wings to be fried and grilled. Wings came out hot and delicious and the sauces were banging. They probably have some of if not the best wings in town. The fries were decent and I enjoyed the aoli served with them. I didn't get them 5 stars because the server checked in other customers during their dining experience all around us but we were pretty much ignored and were just brought the bill before we were asked if we needed anything else. I'd go back for the wings tho and I recommend folks to try them out for sure. They do carry out as well.

Yelp
I really toiled with writing this review but I feel like a 3 was ultimately the right choice for the experience that I had there. A week and a half ago my husband and I had a date night and I suggested trying Everett's. It was a Friday night, so busy as expected. The wait wasn't horrible and we were able to drink a couple of beers while we waited for a table to open up. During our time waiting, at one point, I noticed a customer lingering near the counter as the two waitresses were occupied with other customers. One of the cooks came to check on him. The exchange between them seemed pleasant and brief and the customer quickly went back to his table. I really thought nothing of it. After about 15 minutes we were seated in a cozy booth and quickly given our menus. I decided on the Mushroom Swiss Burger and my husband chose the BBQ Pulled Pork & Bacon Burger. The Mushroom Swiss was really pretty good, though I feel it really could have benefited by having a little sauce of some sort to help enhance it. My husband thought his burger to be pretty good as well. I really enjoyed the hand cut fries and thought them to be some of the best I've had! In addition to our burger, we also got a 10-piece wing order and chose to get them fried and grilled, which was a great way to go! They were coated in the Saucy Rossy sauce and the Carolina BBQ sauce. We both thought the wings to be pretty good. As we were wrapping up with our meal the restaurant had cleared out pretty decently. We were one of I think four tables left when the cooks started to exit the kitchen. I found it a little odd that there was a mass exodus of staff to go light up cigarettes outside of the restaurant/in the parking lot while there were still customers in the restaurant. Our waitress was chatting by the front counter/door with one of the cooks pretty loudly and I thought her to be pretty brazen in badmouthing a customer who had an issue with an order of fries (the encounter that I saw while we were waiting). It's completely normal to have frustrations with customers, but I feel it's definitely crossing the line to voice those frustrations so loudly while customers are still in the restaurant. After her vent session, she too went out and had a cigarette and came back to our table smelling pretty pungent of smoke (which I hate). I get a lot of people smoke but as a server, it's not a great look to visibly step out and have a cigarette in the middle of your shift and then return to your customers smelling not so great. The food was good here but the professionalism of staff seems to be lacking a bit (predominantly the loud venting).

Yelp
Everything on the menu is amazing!! Especially their Brussels sprouts and wings! I also love the bacon pork burger with their fries and ranch! The service is always amazing!
google avatar

Donald L.

Yelp
A nice lunch stop while enjoying the city. We had wings, a salad, and chicken strips. All were good, nothing amazing. I tried the bubba flavored wings, which is hard to describe, but they were great. I asked for them to be crispy, which they misunderstood as grill longer... so there was some grill marks, instead of maybe fry longer... either way... Good food, casual atmosphere, and friendly busy servers.
google avatar

Yelp
Side of Brussels - this was a perfect amount for one person. Oh my gosh, all the ingredients went together perfectly! And the Brussels were perfectly charred. Garlic parm - 6 wings all flats - ugh these were absolutely divine! Definitely recommend these. I can see why it's so popular! Delicious!!!!!!
google avatar

Kimberle B.

Yelp
Service was great and our waitress was very nice! She answered all of the questions we had! Food was as always amazing! The wings were so crispy and just the right amount of sauce, the potatoes were a hit and the perfect side!
google avatar

Yelp
What can I say, the name speaks for itself if you live in the area. If not, this is one of the really good places to get wings in the Omaha area. It's not the biggest restaurant you can go to, but whenever we went, we never really had to wait for a table. Ambiance is pretty chill and simple; the service has been top notch every time we've gone. The flavors for the wings are what sets it apart in my opinion. I had bubba style and saucy rossy wings and I don't think I've tasted anything like it. If you order wings, definitely get them charred and double dipped! The Brussel sprouts were also something special. Fries were good, but I would definitely skip the fries to get some Brussel sprouts. Restrooms are a little small and I believe single-use, which is located on the other side of the restaurant. Highly recommended!
google avatar

Ro M.

Yelp
It's hard to find a really really good hamburger, but I found this little hideaway w/ a long time friend. We were both impressed with the quality of the beef and the unique fries that still had skin and freshly sliced! The atmosphere was casual and comfortable. The service was prompt and kind! Well done!

Yelp
Went on a Friday ~630 and the place was packed. First time here so can't say whether this is normal or not. The wings I had were good - very meaty and had a good flavor. The peanut flavor was too much peanut for me (imagine dipping wings in peanut butter). Yes, a bit drastic, but if you like that you'll like the flavor, if you don't, I'd prolly only get it if you are splitting a small order with others to try. I think due it be being busy, the kitchen was also backed up. Took ~30min to get

Yelp
This place checks all the boxes of a place you would pass on because of the location when in fact you should make a beeline because of where it is. I've long said restaurants in older strip malls are hidden gems and this is indeed a diamond in the rough. No, it's not fancy. No, it doesn't have a big menu. No, it doesn't have a bar. Who gives a flying fart? Not me. What this place does have is really nice people, great service and delicious food. The burger is simple, juicy, a little bit greasy in the best way possible and one I could eat for the rest of my life and be very happy. Perfectly toasted bun and white cheddar is the way to roll. It doesn't need ketchup. The wings, those bleepin' wings. God bless America they are good. Recommend the fried and grilled. They are big, juicy and not to be messed around with. Order a 100. Sauces are ridiculously good. Saucy Rossy and the Bubba, offers a nice contrast, get both. I wish I had a place like this where I lived!!!

Yelp
It's not an easy find, but if you pull into the driveway past the Mexican Kitchen, you will eventually see signage on the door for Everett's. The parking lot can get filled due to the bar being next door but today, there were plenty of spots. It's nothing fancy but the staff are very welcoming. It's a limited menu but if you want a sandwich or burger, this is the place for you. Food came out quickly and I had the daily special called the 'Garbage Burger' with fries. It is very difficult to eat with your hands. A knife and fork was used to consume this product. The server came by numerous times and delivered the check without me asking her for it. Overall, a good burger find but it will get loud when the place starts to fill up with patrons.

Yelp
I went to this restaurant before it was Everett's Hubs and I had a not so good breakfast experience not food and service. I was so glad to see this fabulous makeover! It clean and completely transformed. Staff were welcoming. My guests were disappointed with menu choices but I was not. They both chose the Everett burger. They liked the pickled onions. Dad said his bun was over toasted . He also had the French onion soup and thought they put too much cheese. I had the 2 salad and it was fantastic. I also had the French onion soup and loved it as well. The cheese on it was fabulous. We got the 2 basket of fries for the table with the slaw and sauce on the side. I am thankful for that. We were not fans of the slaw nor did the fries need any sauce. The bacon and cheese were more than enough. I would go there again.
google avatar

Jake P.

Yelp
My wife rated it 5* and I landed on 3* so my review therefore lands on a 4* to even it out. She's a sucker for Brussel sprouts and would probably eat those from here 7 days a week if she could! I think the meat on my barbeque burger was overcooked, from the patty to the bacon and it lost a lot of its flavor. We loved the darker tones of the interior and thought it was pretty. We waited a long time after we finished our meal for the server to come back to finish out!
google avatar

Robert B.

Yelp
Service needs to be improved and more food options, and it would be nice to place orders over the phone or online.
google avatar

Laurie W.

Yelp
What isn't to love about Everett's! The service is fast, friendly and correct. The atmosphere is cozy. The restaurant itself while on the smaller side is always clean and welcoming. The food, OMG THE FOOD is so good. I always get the BBQ pulled pork bacon burger with hand cut fries, the rest of my family gets mushrooms swiss burgers. As a group we order wings to share at the table, we go with bubbas and medium hot, fried and tossed. Pro tips for Everett's add garlic aioli to dip your fries in and if you aren't a French fry person the branding potatoes are delicious. On our visit this week (yes we are there enough to mention it was this week) we ordered the nachos for the first time, they were delicious!
google avatar

Brian R.

Yelp
Amazing wings! We tried four different kinds, including the special, and they were all great!
google avatar

Joanna B.

Yelp
Classic local wings and burgers joint with a great casual vibe. We tried the mushroom swiss burger which was really good, but not anything to go out of your way for. The real star of the show are the wings. They are deliciously flavored and juicy with the perfect amount of char. There are a good variety of flavors to choose from. Our server was very helpful and checked in on us at the perfect times.
google avatar

Anthony C.

Yelp
Clean, open, and and the people were were very welcoming. The service was excellent from our waitress. Now let's get to the food. Those Brussels sprouts were fantastic. The wings were delicious and t that pull pork burger did not disappoint at all. We're trying new places to dine and I have to say third hidden gem is definitely worth way more than a five star rating.
google avatar

Jeremy W.

Yelp
Wow, the thai peanut wings are my new favorite wing sauce absolutely anywhere. We had a great time, everyone enjoyed their meals, the staff were friendly and fast, and the 13-year-old appreciated having a game of football visible everywhere she looked. This is likely to become a favorite recurring spot.

Tricia R.

Yelp
Hamburger was like a smash burger and the fries were overcooked. Pop also tasted off. Inside of the restaurant was clean and the service was decent. I noticed most other people were ordering the wings...maybe that's what they are known for?
google avatar

Christine F.

Yelp
Great family restaurant. A little too loud to carry on a conversation but food was piping hot and yummy. Wait staff was attentive. We all enjoyed our choices- the wings were great and the pulled pork delicious.
google avatar

Nicholas F.

Yelp
We had a group of eight snow up here on short notice and they did a great job of getting us all seated very quickly. We started with the pork nachos, which was a good size and had a lot of flavor to it. Although it could have used more meat. For the entree I chose the pulled chicken sandwich with their hand cut fries. Those fries are killer!! The sandwich was good as well, and the chicken was very tender and the slow roasted very well. They have a good selection of drinks available. I went with the canned Pinot Noir and I liked the flavor, especially for the price! Good price to try! I'd go back.
google avatar

Bryan A.

Yelp
Dude! I put off going here for lame reasons like "not being in the wing mood." I was Wrong. The fries came out first with the freshest pico, red AND green salsa on it, and really good pulled pork. I don't want to undersell the Wings but the fries set the stage for me. Service was epic: fast, helpful and funny. Definitely recommend! Picky kid approved too! Bonus Points: Framed Picture of George Strait from Pure Country.

Yelp
I honestly don't know if I can sing this place's praises enough. The food is always fantastic. Their wings are massive relative to other places that sell wings and are always good. Their fry baskets (I personally love their #3 with Asian Slaw, White Cheddar, Thai Peanut sauce, and shredded chicken or pork) are simply to die for. I get one every time I go. I have yet to find something on their menu that hasn't been amazing. Their "Jill's Brownie" dessert is divine. It's a warm brownie with vanilla ice cream and a caramel drizzle and it's just simply is the best thing ever. The vibes of the place is excellent. The staff are just amazing. They're very kind and welcoming. There's a particular staff, her name is Laura I think, she usually wears her hair up in a bun or with a clip or something, she remembers your name and is very on top of things. All of this to say, I totally recommend this place. My only complaint is that other people know about it and sometimes it gets busy! 5/5, very impressed.

Teresa A.

Yelp
Wonderful!! LOVE Everetts! good people and great food! The outside of the building it it located within (a shared mini stripmall type) is not pleasing to the eye.... but inside: has always been clean and spacious and welcoming. I drive past many other Wings type of restaurants.... just to go to Everetts!
google avatar

Johan J.

Yelp
Wings were really good top Three in Omaha, the nachos were good but were really limey
google avatar

Natalie E.

Yelp
I finally got to try Everett's after reading a true ode of a review in the Omaha food lovers Facebook group...this place did not disappoint. The Brussels sprouts were perfectly flash fried and well seasoned. Some of the best tasting Brussels in town. The kids meal was good, and appreciated the hand cut fries but they were overdone. I ordered the burger and the fries were perfect. Burger was very well-seasoned and cooked perfectly. The wings were great too. We tried the bubba wings which are fried and then tossed in medium buffalo sauce then grilled and tossed in garlic Parmesan. So many layers of flavor, almost overwhelming. Very unique and we liked trying wings a different way. Friendly, prompt service. And I love that their menu is on the small side. They picked a few things to do really well. It's working. We'll be back!
google avatar

Ashley S.

Yelp
Another amazing post about Everette's! Tried the burger this time and a large side of the branding potatoes bc they are phenomenal!! The burgers are just as good as the wings! Now I'm going to have to order both from here on out! Wow! Service was excellent AS always!
google avatar

Scottie D.

Yelp
Best wings in omaha hands down! This is my go to spot for wings. I always get the bubba style and Carolina bbq. They don't skimp on the portions, wings are huge and always fresh! I need to try more of the menu but the wings are too good to switch it up. If you want good quality wings look no further this is the place to go!

Carmen C.

Yelp
Went on a Sunday afternoon and waited about 10 minutes to be sat, which was fine. Was glad to see that it was busy, and we were excited to try a new place. Ordered a coke and can of beer with a glass of water. Had to ask for the glass of water three times before getting it. Ordered a burger and 6 wings. The burger came out 50 minutes after we ordered and we waited 10 more minutes for the wings to come out. The couple behind us sat down 30 minutes after us and had their wings before us. Because it took so long, we needed to leave to be somewhere so we asked for our check. Our server took care of several other tables and after waiting again, we finally just went to the counter to ask to pay. We hope this isn't the standard and hope this was just a one off experience, because it was some of the worst service we've ever seen.

Yelp
First off, this place is not the easiest to find. It's tucked away in a strip mall and we definitely missed it the first time we drove by. Everett's wings have been hyped up - and they definitely lived up to it! On my first visit, I did 10 and did half garlic parm and half saucey rossey, which is a mix of their medium hot and carolina bbq sauces. WOW was that one good! The garlic parm was solid too! The wings were meaty, juicy, and grilled to perfection. We also tried the Everett's Way pulled pork sandwich, which was piled with meat, bacon, tangy slaw, and more vinegary carolina bbq sauce. Our server recommended the garlic aioli as a fry dipping sauce and that was so good as well! My new life goal is to try ALL the wing sauces!! If you've been wanting to try this place, here is your sign!

Yelp
This weekend I ate one of my very favorite ever sandwiches here. Top 50 at least. That justifies most of the four stars I'm awarding. Also commendable is the service, fast and friendly. Two big bones to pick though- one, the sign is terrible. I drove past three times trying to find it. Frustrating for me and I would say probably inadvisable for them. Two, their ventilation sucks and might actually be a health hazard, especially for their staff. It's so so so smoky in there. If not for these things, it'd be an easy 5 stars here.

Yelp
Came in for a late lunch on Saturday. We're new to Omaha and found Everett's on Yelp! The place is a little difficult to find, but I'm so glad we looked until we found it! It is BEHIND the Mexican restaurant on the strip to the right of the bar. Our server was SO friendly, and we were seated right away and waited about 2 minutes before our drink order was taken. The restaurant has a really nice selection of TVs that I'm sure they put the games on for, and you can see them from any table! We started out with an order of these infamous brussels, and I can see why everyone ordered these. I'm not sure I will ever be able to look at sprouts the same. These were crispy, fresh, and had a perfect balance of smokiness from the bacon, sweetness from the honey, and acid from the lime crema. I could probably eat an entire basket myself. SO good! I ordered a set of 10 wings with half the weekly special sauce (Thai sweet chili) and half Cactus Ranch. I ordered them fried and grilled. They were HUGE. Big, meaty wings cooked perfectly crisp and juicy. The sauces were delicious and complemented one another with the acidic spicy cactus ranch against the sweeter thai chili. These are probably the best wings I've ever had. Will happily make this my new go-to place in Omaha! Thank you for a great meal!

Yelp
The brussels sprouts are SO GOOD!! Even those in our party who didn't care for brussels sprouts liked them...and the pulled pork with the Thai peanut sauce was also delicious. Try this place - you won't be sorry!

Yelp
The service was good when we arrived but as it got busier we did have to wait for refills and our check. The wings we good but I wasn't a big fan of the fry baskets, they were a bit soggy. I would recommend if you are looking for a local place to try for wings just don't go in expecting any thing fancy. It's a nice simple neighborhood place.

Yelp
Two words: Brussel Sprouts. They have a sweet/tangy/maybe slight spicy sauce or glaze added. Combined with the right tenderness--they're perfect! I ordered a side ($5), and while it was enough, I could have ate more and would order the full order ($11) next time. I added a pop for an approximate total of $8.50. The wings and a veggie sandwich also looked promising.

Yelp
Don't be fooled that it is in a strip mall. This a gem, the wings were awesome. Make sure to get them fried and grilled. The burger was excellent and get it with the homemade fries.

Yelp
Wings are best I've ever had! Favorites are garlic Parmesan and Saucey Rossi. Recently got to try the Brussels sprouts from the appetizer menu and they were amazing.

Yelp
These are some of the best wings I have ever tried. I got the weekly wing sauce which was a spicy peanut sauce which was incredible. Highly recommend if you like chicken wings. This place knows what they're doing.

Yelp
Yum! Tucked into an inconspicuous corner of Maple Street, Everett's is a little hidden gem. The restaurant is clean and modern, and the service was great. We started with the Brussels sprouts. They have a delicious honey glaze and were perfectly crispy. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with bacon and Carolina BBQ sauce. The sandwich was very good, and the brioche bun was tasty. My mom had the Everett's Burger which she said was very good. The fries were just ok, but the cheesy potato side was fabulous. We finished the meal with the Heath bar and ice cream dessert. WOW. I love Heath, and these cookies were warm and soft. This was the perfect end to a very good dinner!
