Eclectic vibe, creative and delicious cocktails (I usually get the smoked Paloma) but they have quite a variety. The mood lighting, music that isn’t too loud and no TVs (but still a pool table) makes this an amazing first date spot or a hang with an old friend. Good way to leave an impression.

Don't raise your eyebrows or give me the evil look, the evil eye hits its mark. It has a cool vibe, attracting a wide range of customers from young to old. It's loungey, it's low key but the cocktails are high class. The bartenders know their craft and make you feel at home. You can chill out or do some remote work. Play some pool or chat up a new face. I didn't try their food but their drink selection was worth the trip. Next time I ll sample their food .

If you are looking for a bar with a cool vibe, unique food and drinks. You should try this place. The staff was friendly and the drink and was was really good. Not typical bar food. More upscale. I went in a Friday around 5:30 it was empty but by time I left at 9 it was packed! Definitely worth a try

Nice cocktails and drink menu as well as a few food items. Both outdoor and indoor seating was comfortable. Staff was very helpful and came to check on our table several times. Scannable QR code at each table to view menu items and order at the bar. We also really enjoyed the photo booth and pool table. Overall very nice experience!

A beautifully unique atmosphere, like if punk rockers liked antique furniture and craft cocktails. The bar program is fab: well thought out, balanced, and interesting cocktails plus a selection of NA options. And the food is actually *really* good - punches well above its weight without relying on chilies for everything.

When I was a kid, my grandfather used to do this old Italian ritual to ward off the Evil Eye. Which might explain why it took me so long to find this place. Thanks a lot, Nonno. Evil Eye has it all. Superb cocktails, excellent food, a really inviting atmosphere with comfortable couches and tons of space, friendly and skilled staff, and if you’re somehow looking for more there’s pinball and a pool table. Went here once and that was more than enough. The staff aggressively hovered for tips and actually argued when none was left. All I ordered was a water. Nothing kills a vibe faster than being guilt-tripped for more money after already paying for drinks. Plenty of better bars around. Skip this place!

Absolutely amazing!! What a beautiful space and the most delicious food I've ever had in my entire life. Chef Ben is a food genius and is pumping out the most creative and inspiring dishes I've ever seen. Really groundbreaking work. Visually breathtaking and an adventure for your mouth! So many different flavors it's like traveling around the world plate by plate. And the chef makes everything from scratch! The amount of work he puts into just making the vinegars and marinades is astounding. This is the perfect spot to take a date, take your parents, hang out with old buds, hang out by yourself ~ perfect for any occasion!

Came here with friends and was too caught up in the moment to take photos. I'll update next time because this is definitely a spot I'll be returning to. The cocktails were delicious, fun, and had a bit of a tiki vibe. I had El Gruño, which was something I haven't seen on a menu before: mezcal, fernet branca, ancho reyes, a strawberry balsamic shrub, lemon, and ginger beer. Super unique and really well balanced. My partner had the Silk Road and loved it. The drink had a lot is going on with the ingredients, but it all worked beautifully. The food was also excellent. The fries were house cut and twice fried, giving them that perfect crunchy outside and fluffy inside. The Braised Pork Tacos with Recado Negro pork were a standout. They were unique, deeply flavorful, and something I'll absolutely be back for. Service was fantastic. The bartender was friendly, funny, and full of great recommendations. He made us feel genuinely welcome, not just like customers, which really elevated the whole experience. Already looking forward to my next visit.

Amazing decor and atmosphere, got very crowded, long line for cocktails. Small space for playing pool, kept bumping into people. Good to lounge in groups in the back if you can get a spot!

My friends and I were bar hopping for some drinks before our show in the city. We were nearby and decided to check it out. Upon entering, I just loved how spacious this place was. The ambiance and vibes were soo chill. Lots of people on a Friday night. We were able to get a booth near the back. They even have a photo booth and pool table in this bar. I like their drink selection. I went with the Silk Road {vodka, pisco, apricot, pandan, makrut lime leaf, ginger, pineapple, lime, genmaicha, and lemongrass. The drink was easy to drink and tasted great. I'd order this again. Also, their restroom is on the nicer ones I've been to. I can't wait to come back next time to explore more of their drinks and food!

Lots of seating like sofas stools chairs in groups so they can accommodate many large groups at once. Really festively decorated for Christmas time, it makes me happy being surrounded by twinkle lights, gather with good company, and sip on some drink cocktails together. Just being together. Server came to the table to take orders and will come back to take more orders if needed

Evil Eye is such a cool bar to be at! We ate dinner nearby and walked over to the bar to get a drink before heading to an event later that evening. Although it looks small on the outside, there's plenty of space on the inside. Perfect for large groups! There's booths, bar seating, and couch seating which made it a very comfortable chill experience. You can tell there was a lot of effort put into the decor. It really added to the ambiance. There was a QR code on the table with the menu. The food and cocktails were extensive. They all sounded appetizing. I immediately was drawn to the ¡Coraje! cocktail which has mezcal, cold brew coffee, vanilla liqueur, nori, coconut cream, and sesame. I needed something with caffeine so I can stay awake since I tend to knock out when drinking. This was a really delicious cocktail coming from someone that doesn't drink often. You can barely taste the alcohol which I appreciated. My friends ordered the Toddy Time since they wanted a hot beverage. It was also really good. It tasted like lemon tea with ginger. You could barely taste any alcohol as well. This is such a hidden gem, would definitely recommend!

Lots of seatings, super cozy vibes, cool furnitures, pool table, a photo booth, great cocktails, and very friendly bartenders. Had a great experience hanging out with my friends here and it is a very memorable bar with a unique identity. I would say it is a must visit bar in the Mission!

Other than bandwidth, I'm not sure what's taken me so long to review this roomy, hipster-geared bar. For some obtuse reason, the supernatural name reminds me of that whacked Whitney Houston interview with Oprah when she said Bobby painted evil eyes all over the white walls of their mansion. Gratefully there's no such vibe here as the interior feels more like a vintage parlor with plush couches, leather booths, and polished wood framing. I've yet to have any of their bar bites though I've heard good things. I usually just sit at the long, austere bar and nurse a cocktail. It was crowded at the bar on a Saturday night around 10:30pm, but there was some patio seating out front as well as several lounge and booth seating options in the back in which we were able to find a place to sit. The interior and furnishings had a quirky vintage vibe, with a bit of halloween decor during our visit in late October. There were also a couple of pinball machines near the entrance and a pool table toward the rear section of the venue. The wait for service at the bar wasn't bad, as they had 3 bartenders serving customers. We got the silk road and a whiskey sour, and the drinks were alright, nothing too special. However they do include egg whites in the whiskey sour, worth noting if you have a preference for the way this cocktail is made.

Been here a couple of times and really enjoyed each time. The cocktails are creative and have unique flavors to stand out from other places. The fried chicken dish is insanely delicious and craveable. First time having deviled eggs was here and these beet pickled ones with the crispy pork skin chicharron on top were a great first impression. Again, really creative with the dishes too. I like the loungey and laid back interior with low lightinf, funky decor and furniture, pool table and photo booth. We sat in the same booth both times and they come to take your order and bring the items to you. Overall a solid spot to hang for drinks and snacks. Looking forward to going back soon!

Evil eye is cool chill spot I the mission. I haven't tried their food yet but next time I go I will. I loved their Halloween decorations. Their service was amazing. I wasn't expecting tall cans but hey worth it. I recommend it if you're meeting up with friends after work or birthday or if you need a drink after work.

I came here for a birthday bar crawl and absolutely loved it. They shake a good martini! It's also nice to have the food option and I like the attentive service. Clean, fun decor. I've been back twice since my crawl and I have sung its praises to my neighbors and friends.

The bartenders were very nice and made amazing drinks, they heard me out and recommended a drink for me based on my typical favorite drink of a dirty dry gin martini, the bartender with black gauges said I'd like a liquid sunlight and he was 100% right. We may have come off a little strong towards the end of the night as drunk girls, but we meant nothing but respect for the bartender who had made our night for the past few hours. He is a wonderful worker, thank you for your excellent service. The bar itself has a wonderful ambience. He also got my friend's name right on first guess, which made his night. A chic yet refreshingly unpretentious spot with killer craft cocktails, buttery leather chairs (perfect for squad reservations), a pool table, and artsy rustic flair scattered throughout. What's not to adore? Bonus points for its low-key romantic vibe--ideal for bringing your Friday baddie, who may or may not believe you're cooler than you actually are.

Evil eye is a great bar. They have food and drink options available. There is also a pool table! if you have dollars you can exchange them for quarters with the bartenders. This place has a really cool vibe. It is decorated very nicely. There is also pinball and a photobooth! recommend this place for a chill night with friends!

One of the best bars I've been to in SF with unique drinks (some with Asian flavors) and shockingly great food. This is the perfect place to go for a first date, a quick drink before a show or dinner, or a chill place to catch up with friends. The drink menu is EXTENSIVE and contains a lot of unique finds that I have not seen at other bars. As someone that is a sucker for passionfruit flavored drinks, the Devils in the Detail was my favorite drink. And the food, don't get me started! The fries are perfectly seasoned with smoked paprika. And the brioche donut is super warm and buttery, almost like a warm Christmas hug in your mouth. I was shocked how high quality the food is, and even more shocked I have not heard more praise of this bar. You NEED to check this place out.

I wanted to thank the homie Zack for making me the highest quality drinks I've ever had in my life. The staff that the bar were very friendly and helpful. Zack offered to may me his favorite (I agreed) After a couple mins the drink was placed in front of me. (Omg). This was out of this world. Thank you Zack. This was a great experience.

Wonderful bar with great cocktails, good service and a very cool space. Sat in the back on a couch with friends and enjoyed the Devils in the Details cocktail. My friends got the Inherent Vice which they liked. Not too loud, good place to hang, closes at like 12 which felt early. Had a pool table that was popular.

Such a fun (and very popular!) bar. When our group of 9 arrived for after dinner drinks on a Saturday night, it was packed! Luckily, there were still seats available in the parklet outside. We just had to brave the SF chill a bit. There are QR codes all around for you to view the menu, but you'll still have to order at the bar. From there, you can take your drink to the outside parklet or wherever you're sitting. After the night went on and we got colder, we eventually found an empty couch right inside also. Love the decor of the space. There's so much to look and the colors are beautiful. They have arcade games up front and a pool table farther in, if you're looking for activities. It's still a busy bar, so prepare to speak loudly or get close when you're having a conversation. As for the drinks, the cocktail menu here is really impressive. I tried the inherent vice with rum, cold brew, coconut cream, orange, strawberry, and nutmeg. So good and so dangerous. I could drink that all night! They also have an extensive menu of food and non alcoholic drinks, so there's something for everyone.

Evil Eye the perfect example of what it means to be an exceptional bar. As a bartender myself, I've been in the industry long enough to know what makes a bar worth my time - this bar has it all, literally. Among the cozy and beautiful aesthetics of the bar, you'll find flavorful food and delicious cocktails (and a pool table!!). To top it off, the staff are amazing and incredibly kind; every interaction with them has left me wanting to come back. Cannot sing this bar's praises enough. If you're considering a visit, let this be your sign.

The bouncer was incredibly rude to us and would not let us in, claiming I had a fake ID when I have never been turned away before. He claimed I was too short, and that I did not have black eyes, when clearly I did. When I asked him to shine a light on the ID to test its authenticity, he refused, saying that my request was disrespectful. He was also extremely rude to my girlfriend, and then immediately started bragging to his coworker that he had turned us away.

hands down the best burger i've ever had in my life. gordon ramsay needs to come to san francisco and try this burger. didn't even need any condiments, it tasted perfect. also the fries were so crispy and delicious. cozy ambiance with comfy couches, a photo booth, and pool table! bartenders were friendly, helpful, and fast! the girl in front checking IDs was also very sweet!

Great spot! Love the decorative vibe inside. Photo booth, cozy leather couches, great music and yummy bites. They have a handful of signature cocktails but of course a full bar if you want something in particular. Prices are a little high but worth grabbing a couple to try out their unique menu.

This place is one of my favorite spots in the city.... Why? First off the stools at the bar are extremely comfortable and you can spin around in them, and the back areas for seating are so clean and comfy! The food is on point. I really recommend the fries, smoked shrooms, and the chicken sandwiches. They also just have as phenomenal section of mocktails and I crave their shrub and soda constantly! Bartenders are great, and it's easy to just keep your own tab going. This is my go to spot in the city for my friends. It's so rare to go to a bar where you have a diverse selection of bites and treats!

Very cute place but the service and pricing threw me off. I came here on a weekday so it was not busy at all. When we entered, we were confused if we order at the bar and sit, wait for a server, or sit and wait for a server. No one greeted us or said anything. The bartender was chatting with their friends sitting at the bar which was fine but it carried on very long and it got awkward with us just standing there not knowing what to do. There was another guy that was walking from the kitchen to the bar also ignoring us. So we stood by the bar waiting and I guess one of the workers overheard me discussing with my friend what we were going to order. When I looked up he repeated my order and I was caught off guard since he was cleaning cups. I had to ask what the protocol was. No one ever came to check on us after we got the drinks and we had to walk back to the bar to order. On a busy day I can see how this would work but there were only two other tables there. You also order the food on your phone but everything else you go to the bar... When I paid for my tab I was shocked that 2 drinks each (4 total) costs so much. I ordered the "spiked passionfruit" which in theory and in the details is a passionfruit drink with your choice of liquor. They told me they didn't have Grey Goose so I ordered Titos because there wasn't much of an option for vodka. To my surprise, I was charged extra? On my bill it said $16 for the "spiked passionfruit" and +$$ for the shot of Titos. So if that were the case, I paid $16 for passionfruit juice and then some for a shot of vodka? Makes no sense and if outrageously expensive! Especially for a cocktail that is just juice, splash of vodka and a huge chunk of ice. I really like the interior of this place, and I think it's a wonderful hang out spot, but everything from the service and prices puts me off.

We absolutely LOVED this bar! We were looking for a nice cozy bar to catch up and after one failed attempt we found Evil Eye. It was spacious, had a nice cozy couch, and a pool. The burger was also delicious and the drinks were fantastic. We will definitely come back when we are around the area!

Love the vibes of this place. The back area is spacious with lots of lounge-style seating and booths, plus a pool table. Lighting is just dim enough and it's a great place for pre/post dinner drinks where the ambient noise in the room is such that you can still have conversation with friends but just have to slightly elevate your voice. Bartenders are attentive, fast, and knowledgeable. The cocktail selection is extensive, with really distinctive and interesting flavors: - Devils in the details: really strong and tasty. You wouldn't think that ginger, coffee liqueur, and passion fruit would go with each other, but you can really taste each element in the drink combining into such a complex deep flavor with the bourbon. - Spiked passion fruit lemonade with dark rum: refreshing, sweet, and easy to drink, with that same house made passion fruit syrup. - Silk Road: super light and refreshing with a sweet and slightly creamy pandan aftertaste. Extremely unique, highly recommend this one. The food is SHOCKINGLY good, much better than any other bar food I've had. - Smoked shrooms: yes, this is how you prepare mushrooms!! They are delicious. Didn't really like the forbidden rice cake on the side though - Orange chicken: perfectly crispy, with a thin batter and good bite size. Pairs very well with the tangy and creamy sauce Overall, very glad to have checked this place out. Will definitely be back soon!

10/10 will come back! Drinks, lighting, seating, all of it was on point. There was plenty of seating, low mood lighting, and the music (at least while we were there) wasn't too loud. We had the fries which were good, and I ordered the Red Right Hand. I really liked the spice and different flavor it added. My friend is a huge mezcal lover and she ordered two of their mezcal drinks. Will come back to try more!

Surprisingly, we found the food to be excellent while the drinks were just ok. I do love the space - it is eccentric, vintage, has lots of detailing, and tons of gorgeous plants. THE WAIT None on a Thursday evening in June. We were there from about 6-8pm. A few other small groups were there. We had our choice of seating. THE COST $107.42 before tips for 1 starter, 2 entrees, and 4 drinks. THE DRINKS * Drunken sailor - 3 stars Fruity and refreshing, but not as interesting complex as I remember from my last time here. * Devil's in the details - 3.5 stars Even though this was booze forward, I found this interesting and refreshing! It was good. I could taste ginger and lemon up front, with coffee as an aftertaste. * El Gruno - 3.5 stars This was super complex, taking your tongue through a ride of probably four different flavors, between refreshing, herbaceous, smoky, sweet, and licorice. * Pale rider - 2 stars While this looks beautiful, it had a weird bitter tonic flavor. The strongest flavors were stale ice, rosemary, lemon. THE FOOD * Chicken Liver Mousse - 4.5 stars The jam is great and complements the liver mousse (which is very tasty) extremely well. Crisp bread, over toasted. We did get free bread refills! * The Burger - 4 stars. Great flavors, tasty patty, nice thick fries. * Fried Chicken Sandwich - 4.5 stars Excellent, thick crisp breading, yet there was a moist texture to the meat. The ambiance of this place is great. Great tasty cocktail spot in the mission. If you go on a weekday a lot calmer vibes, but on a weekend can be a lot busier! Cocktails range from $15-20. I would recommend!

It was a weirdly busy Wednesday night and I brought my elderly mother and homegirl in around 7. The bartenders were so accommodating and chill and friendly. The food was great. Amazing. The staff were attentive and rad. I don't ever yelp but they deserve it. Thank yall

Dark and vibey bar with elevated bar food. The chicken liver mousse is a personal favorite.

I was really excited to check out Evil Eye, but didn't meet the high expectations I had. Overall a good spot, but has to be the vibe you're looking for. We came for happy hour time frame, was very quiet, which can be ideal for some, but not necessarily the vibe we were going for. The deviled eggs were unique, but pretty tasty and the fries had a solid seasoning. The condiments that came with the fries were pretty light for the amount of food, so be sure to ask for extra mayo/ketchup to start. Both the drunken sailor and limeade were good but at the price point, we decided to move to another bar in the area.

Racism at its finest. Came her to meet a friend the other night and the bouncer was very strange. I told him I wanted to sit outside, as I sat there for about 10mins he comes an ask I would like to order. I said yes thinking he would get someone to assist. Instead he says if you want your food fast you have to order at the bar. So I'm like ok hold on let me get my ID, so I sat back down (outside). To get inside you'll vaccinated card and ID he was very surprises at had both. Proceeded to the bar hung there for about 4mins someone(the olderan) ask me what I wanted and I was thinking and he just walked away.. I understand it was a busy night, but for real no customer service. When it comes to the menu you have to scan the code. My phone for some reason no longer does that. So he tried to help me with an attitude. I even asked him can he pull it up on his phone, he didn't. So he says try your phone again, still nothing. I ask him can you tell me, what's on the menu? The menu? You know burgers. Do you still have deviled eggs? Yes. What about chicken wings? Yes, but it's orange chicken. He said they had grilled/crispy chicken sandwich so I got the grilled one and a dirty Martini that wasn't dirty at all and one pitted olive. Thanks for the heads up! Took a long while (35-50 mims) to get my food. By then my party coming from across town showed up. The burger Indian style with yogurt sauce, and 2 little chicken thighs? I guess. It was a huge sloppy mess. I thought I was on a Carl's Junior commercial. The meat was under cooked still pink, which caused me problems later on. As for the hand full of fries, they gave me the bottom of the basket (All crisp no potato). I took back the burger, and they offered to cook another I declined, No thanks! So they yes they by now offered me fries. They came out hotter than the other ones/had potato/ and some king of Indian spice seasoning, that the first ones did not have. They was alright. My party ask about the menu they gave her attitude So she just got a Cadillac Margarita nothing else do to their poor customer service. It was just pure shock because when we came last time wasn't treated like this. They claim to change their menu every week so beware of your favorite dishes disappearing. I forgot to mention the bouncer let another party take my seat. After I rearranged their broken chair and wiped down the table for my party smh. Stay away!!! there are better bars that serve food that has a consistent menu or even farm to table. (NOT THIS PLACE)

They know there drinks & the drinks where good. Ambiance was aesthetically pleasing. No waiting for drinks. They do close early for a bar. They aren't the only ones but a printed menu is more to my liking. Nothing fancy just a piece of paper.

It's like hanging out in the living room of someone cooler than you. The cocktails are always good, though of the 7-8 I've tried only 2-3 have been great, the others perfectly fine. Great place to start out the night or a perfect night cap bar.

Kudos to John C. for this quick cocktail pit stop. The Evil Eye is a super laid back cocktail bar that looks and smells like an old library. Weathered, cozy and oddly familiar. There's no beer or wine served here that I saw, it's strictly a cocktail bar. The drinks here run the gambit of basic to extra. We hit both ends of the spectrum. I was told to order the peanut butter cocktail, which for the life of me I can't remember the name, and it was delicious. Just imagine a liquified Payday Bar and you have the flavor profile. Drink this quick because after it sits for a bit the flavor changes and it becomes odd for lack of a better term. I also tried their Smoked Paloma which is mezcal, grapefruit, amaro, agave, salt, and soda. I have become a Mezcal fan in the last year and this was by far my fav drink of the night. It would be my go to if I lived in the neighborhood. The bartenders here were awesome considering we came in thirteen deep and all ordered different drinks. Shout out to the crew at Evil Eye and stop by if you're in the hood!

This place is over priced. The service is bad. The fries are mid. The atmosphere is cool. Last time I was here someone hijacked my tab and I ended paying for someone else's food and drink. Honestly f*** this place.

OMG - I wish this place had been around when I lived in the neighborhood because I would have been there. Every. DAY. Went in at 5pm opening on a very rainy Friday. Didn't get to taste the menu but can vouch for the mixologists, or more like cocktail wizards. And the glass ware is to die for - all vintage and varied as though someone broke out their personal collection from the 30s through the 70s. I got a Ketel martini and it was perfect - you don't always get those little ice flecks which is KEY to a good martini. Also tried the Sazerac (bomb) and their Gin & Tonic with fresh herbs. All the drinks are fresh fresh FRESH and botanically enchanting. They have one pool table which was quite popular. The music was Spotify's wild ride starting with Bauhaus and then a goth wave that was personally reminiscent of the pretty strong Goth scene in the city in the 90s (it's still going but man, that was a sweet decade for SF shoe-gazers... I digress). The ambiance was gorgeous and lush - darkly painted walls, big open space, large mirrors with gold frames, super cozy couches, chairs and booths. Also love that they have outdoor seating in the front so you can sip and watch the city roll by. The whole place just has a mood to it that makes you want to hunker in and soak in the elegance. It's in a pretty busy part of the Mission so parking can be a challenge, but it's also close to BART. Can't wait to go back with more time to lounge!

I'm so happy that Evil Eye made it through the pandemic lockdown. This was one of the first bars we went to when things started opening back up, and while the quality of some places (understandably) went down, Evil Eye's stayed strong. They took care in their food and cocktail details in such a crazy time. The cocktails are outstanding! I love the Smoked Paloma and Spiked Basil Limeade. Although a bit pricey, the food is not typical bar food. The chicken wings/tenders are really light and tasty. The Pimenton fries are seasoned just right and come with a slightly spiced ketchup and garlic aioli. Love them both! They used to serve these big bowls of seasoned popcorn. Hopefully, that will make its way back to the menu in the future.

Absolutely amazing!! What a beautiful space and the most delicious food I've ever had in my entire life. Chef Ben is a food genius and is pumping out the most creative and inspiring dishes I've ever seen. Really groundbreaking work. Visually breathtaking and an adventure for your mouth! So many different flavors it's like traveling around the world plate by plate. And the chef makes everything from scratch! The amount of work he puts into just making the vinegars and marinades is astounding. This is the perfect spot to take a date, take your parents, hang out with old buds, hang out by yourself ~ perfect for any occasion!

Listen, the place is fire af. It's my favorite bar in the city. Drinks? The best. Atmosphere. Slays. The service...? TRASH. But I still come back.

New favorite bar alert. Funky/cool interior, cute Photo Booth, bomb ass food, extremely knowledgeable servers, good music and an overall great atmosphere.

This place is awesome if you enjoy being screamed at by random bar staff for supposedly standing in a walkway (conveniently, I didn't see any other people who were standing in the exact same spot later on get yelled at or humiliated in front of everyone....maybe that rule doesn't apply for white guys ‍). I'm still giving it 3 stars because the drinks were very good, the rest of the bar staff was....fine and the lady at the front was extremely nice and cool.

I came for dinner and drinks on a Monday night, and I really enjoyed the lamb sliders + orange chicken! The drinks were good too, but most of all I enjoyed the ambiance and interior of the space -- there were really comfy bar seats, spacious couches, and a pool table. Great place to hang out with friends or come for a really relaxed date night! The bartender who served us was really nice too.

TL;DR - top 3 favorite bars in the city for me I've lived close by to this place for years and when I was single it was my first date spot! Now, I go with my husband and friends for drinks, food, and pool. Not the same as I used to party but still quite good. I love that there's always tons of seating, and because of the way the furniture is arranged in the back, it's still quite roomy. All the drinks here are good. You won't find a miss. There are beers on draft, or in cans too. I love that they have delicious non alcohol drinks too. I had their basil limeonade and it was fantastic. For food, you can't go wrong with fries. We also had their pork tacos, and I'm obsessed with the tortilla they use. I also ate their cauliflower side dish. It was ok... I'd skip it next time. Don't forget to do a photo booth pic!

An amazing bar on the outer edges of the Mission. The decor will immediately catch your eye with several comfy couches, eclectic light fixtures, and unique art. It's cozy and eccentric, like your crazy great-aunt's place. The cocktails are delicious, and I especially liked the Sky Juice - gin, cachaça, coconut cream, falernum, basil, lime, orange. If you're with a small group or going solo, sit at the bar and chat up the bartenders. They may let you taste drinks that could be on future menus. It's a bar so the cocktails better be good, but I was pleasantly surprised to find the food was also stellar! We had the Deviled Eggs and Kale Salad - all classically good. But the real stand-out was The Burger. They only make 13 per day so make sure you order as soon as you arrive.

How have I not tried this place all these years!? All the dishes that we ordered were flavorful, had good texture, and was just oh-so-delicious. We received a gift certificate to this place from our neighbors, so decided to order take out. We only picked up, so I didn't get to see how the inside is set up. The Burger: The patty was well seasoned and good quality tasting meat. Combined with the bacon, cheese, veggies, and sauce, the flavors and textures all worked well together. Fries were extra crunchy (yum!). Sweet Potato Bravas: I like the contrast of textures between the soft sweet potatoes and the crunchy seeds, and the chimichurri aioli complemented the dish so well. Brussel sprouts: Just yum! The flavors worked so well together. Kale salad: Again, flavor was on point. Only thing which is more of a preference is that I would have preferred a softer kale. I can't wait to try other food from this place!
