Nashville’s Best Restaurants for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour - Eater Nashville

"Folklore track “Invisible String” includes one of Swift’s most pointed musical references to Nashville, as she remembers the color of the grass where she used to read at Centennial Park (it was green). As luck would have it, one of the most fitting spots can be found right at the park’s entrance: Fable Lounge is a cocktail bar plucked straight out of a storybook, with a patio overlooking the very green grass that Swift recalls. The drink menu alone has more than 120 options, from wines to craft cocktails, local brews, coffee, and tea. Cardigans required." - Kellie Walton

Fable Lounge Is West End’s New Speakeasy and Piano Bar - Eater Nashville

"West End welcomes a new ‘speakeasy’, Fable Lounge, opening on Saturday, January 18. A press release promises a distinguished new experience unlike any other offerings in the area — one that pays homage to the speakeasies of the late nineteenth century. The press release vaguely references locally sourced, modern American comfort food with a fine dining twist. A first look at the menu shows a section of cheese and charcuterie boards, then a section small plates like whipped goat cheese, meat balls, and little gem salad. Five entrees range from burger to lamb to goat cheese ravioli. To drink, seasonally-inspired cocktails like the “love & riches” with Rittenhouse Rye, apple butter demerara, and bitters, join classic drinks and a cast of local Tennessee brews. Co-owners Ben Powell and John Dibble designed the space (located at 114 28th Avenue North) — which spans two floors, with a mezzanine and upstairs patio. An expansive piano lounge and luxurious booths await inside, and outside is a patio cigar lounge, all part of a historic building with a modern addition. The space itself has a storied past with a contemporary touch. From opening through February, Fable Lounge will also be donating a percentage of all small plate sales to The Nashville Food Project. Starting January 18, Fable Lounge will be open daily from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m." - Delia Jo Ramsey

I recently visited a cocktail bar in Nashville and was impressed by the exceptional hand-crafted cocktails. The drinks were expertly prepared with high-quality ingredients and presented beautifully. The bartenders demonstrated a clear passion for their craft and paid close attention to detail. The ambiance of the bar was perfect for a night out with friends or a romantic evening. The lighting was dim, the decor was elegant, and the music was enjoyable without being too loud, allowing for easy conversation. The bar staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the cocktails. They were happy to provide recommendations based on our preferences, and the service was prompt. The cocktail menu had an excellent selection of drinks, from classic cocktails to innovative and creative new concoctions. Each drink had a unique and distinctive flavor, and the quality was consistent throughout the evening. The Ginflower Tini is a must if you appreciate tasty cocktails! Overall, I highly recommend this cocktail bar for anyone looking for a premium drinking experience. The hand-crafted cocktails were exceptional, the ambiance was perfect, and the staff was attentive and friendly. This bar is definitely worth a visit for anyone seeking a memorable night out in Nashville.

The Host is Beautiful and Very kind. We asked to be seated outside and they let us pick a seat anywhere we wanted. The food was amazing. The drinks were perfectly made. I will be returning!!

An absolutely tremendous experience! From the front door to the dessert absolutely phenomenal! Excellent for a date night or even a small gathering. Fantastic drinks to compliment insanely delicious food. A knowledgeable staff accompanies a dope atmosphere to make one hell of an experience. Highly recommend! This is a true gem of Nashville!

I am so glad this restaurant participated in the Nashville Scene burger week 2021, otherwise I'm not sure if I would have discovered this gem. The ambiance is unique and cozy despite it being quite crowded across their three distinct areas. In addition to the burger week special, we also enjoyed the crispy brussel sprouts and some spiced mixed nuts with our beers. We didn't have a reservation and sat at the bar on the second floor which was great to watch the three bartenders constantly making a wide array of beautiful drinks. We'll definitely need to come back to try their other menu items. Be forewarned that parking is not easy on the street, so be prepared to use one of the pay lots nearby if you're not lucky enough to score street parking.

This is still a solid spot for large to medium-sized groups. Some of the best vibes on the west side. Certainly, ome of the top cocktail bars on the west side near the centinal park. Possible and more than likely the best cocktail bar in the city years ago. The menu is very extensive, and the prices are fair-ish for the level of craft and care that go into each drink. The menu for food is good drunk food... but for a place that looks so upscale, you would expect a better presentation and execution. Also, for a town littered with "burger joints," the fable burger used to be one of the top few in the city. It's sad to see it fall down the rabbit hole. Still great for parties, gatherings, meetups, and date night. The vibe alone is worth the journey. I got the old fashioned which is super cheap during happy hour. They have over 100 cocktails and classics to choose from. The food is better than you would expect from a cocktail bar, although Patterson house still holds the honor of the best food at a cocktail bar. I only wish more people knew about this place so they could have the outside bar open more often in the spring(imagine a fable easter egg hunt!) If you are only in Nashville for one night, this isn't the bar you want to visit. Locals will enjoy a night cap after a great evening at the local.

One my highlights of my visit & Top spots in TN to come to for a leisurely night. Not just a lounge but a different world to step into and wine and dine. Fantasy characters are abound with a Tranquil atmosphere for chats and dining. This place should be a nice lounge chain. Since this is located right next to centennial park and the Parthenon, it makes for a good end to an evening after a walk in the park. Fireworks can be seen sometimes as well. Great: cheeses and meats boards, snacks, nibbles, wines, rum, gin, beautiful drinks and etc. This is all dine in FYI. The cheese and charcuterie board was excellant. All goat and sheep cheese with good cuts of beef, coupled with veggies and bread with some dipping sauces. The Lemon Roasted Chicken Half was a perfect size for a meal with veggies and the side. You must try the Fable Burger. The drinks were amazing, tasty and looked great. I recommend the mystic city and Marigold. Thank you to Mae, Ben, Tera and Pat for the hospitality and company.

Favorite spot 🚨 so this is my top 5 because I can show up looking rich or dress down. And the service is the exact same, EXCELLENT . They don’t treat me different and they know me as soon as I walk in. They always take good care of me and my guest. Beautiful team and decor is a must see . Love the food . Meatballs are my favorite. I’m always updating pictures because I visit often .

If you're looking for an upscale dining experience in the area, this is definitely something that needs to be at the top of your list. Along with the amazing food, the cocktails here are absolutely outstanding. The bartenders here know how to make a fantastic cocktail, no matter your base alcohol of choice. The burger here definitely rivals the best you can find. And the burger isn't even their main attraction. The upstairs lounge has a piano bar area, a wraparound bar, and a selection of cigars to enjoy outside on the cigar lounge with fires for when it's cold. Definitely an experience if you're looking for a nice night out with some quality drinks.
