If they offer anchovies I get them! The ladies were all pleasant and things were very organized. Pizzas came out quickly. Pizza is so subjective as far as type/toppings etcetera. This place will check most boxes for people. There are always folks who compare to their home town or childhood. This is great pizza done right.

Not a fan of this pizza at all. Hardly any cheese on it and didn't have good taste to it. We ordered pepperoni and onion. The largest they have is 12". Plus the price was outrageous! We could only eat 1/2 of it. Maybe because I am used to good Chicago pizza.

Pizza was good, I wish that there was a gluten-free option. Their slogan is there the best in Tampa and Saint Pete. I would say that they are a good place to eat pizza. I don’t know that I would consider them the best anywhere but they certainly are very good. That is not a knock on them. It’s just my opinion. I certainly would go back and have pizza again. The staff was very friendly.

Our friend ordered pizzas from here today, and this was my first time trying it. I built my own pizza with house-made tomato sauce, whipped ricotta, oven-roasted peppers, and baby arugula. We were shocked at how good it was—so delicious and full of flavor and truly a New York Style Pizza! I’ll definitely be going there for more. 😋🍕

Toppings and combinations were top notch. The staff was great. Neapolitan style done well, but the flavor of the crust was not well developed. Nothing unpleasant, but not world changing. If you compare their crust to Pizza Box or Violet Stone, it lacks character.

Great restaurant! The service was friendly and we received our food very quickly. Everything tasted great! The pizza was nice and thin. Even the gelato tasted good.

First, I want to shout to Alex for excellent customer service! He went above and beyond; thank you! The location is downtown, and street parking is available. There's also indoor and outdoor seating. The interior is modern, and restrooms are available. I'd like to get the meatball appetizer and cheesy bread at Fabrica's. I also like their pizza because it's made in a big brick oven.

Had an amazing lunch date at Fabrica Pizza in downtown St. Pete! Their Carni pizza was a standout--thin, delicate, crispy crust charred to perfection, topped with a perfectly balanced medley of meats that made every bite a treat. The side of meatballs was equally impressive--savory, tender pillows of deliciousness bathed in a rich, flavorful sauce and topped with just the right amount of cheese and herbs. Inviting atmosphere with their pizza oven added to the experience, making it a spot I'd highly recommend for pizza lovers and foodies alike!

Zeppoles! Ohmygosh the zeppoles!!! I didn't order them... I didn't even know they were on the menu... but I scarfed three down and can't stop thinking about them. Throw in wine on tap (!) and oh yeah... the pizza recently voted in the top 20 in the U.S. and you have fabulous Fabrica! I was recently at the St Pete location, downtown on a Friday night. It was early-about 5:30-and we were heading to a concert. The restaurant is conveniently located near so many venues and walkable to so many hot spots and public parking. But you don't need any of those reasons to go-this place is great on its own. The dining room isn't big, but it's cute, cheerful and very light and bright. You order at the counter and they bring everything out to your table-including drink refills. The staff was friendly and attentive-and also helpful to me on my maiden voyage. So, the menu is heavy on pizza-the Neapolitan style-thin in the center, meant to be eaten with knife and fork... and there are also salads and small bites, including cheesy bread, marinated olives, oven roasted meatballs and burrata caprese. I couldn't decide how hungry I was-and the pizzas only come in a 12 inch size-so I ended up splitting a pie with a friend. There are several varieties to choose from and three bases: white, tomato or verde (which is a house-made basil pesto). You can build your own or go for one of their specialty pies. I had my eye on several of the specialties, but my friend wanted pepperoni, so we went with that. The crust is so tasty-especially on the ends. The sauce is thinner... which I like... made in house daily... and also tasty. I can't wait to try more options. (Which reminds me: there's a cooler of pre-made pies-ready to take and bake at home) Since I let my friend have most of the pizza-and I was on wine #2 (happy hour, Tuesday thru Friday, 4-7 p.m.)... I pilfered one of my other friend's zeppoles. Ohhhhh my! That was it. I was hooked. I snagged two more when she wasn't looking. These little Italian doughnuts (loosely translated) are pillowy soft and light with a slightly crunchy-crusty outside. Ah! Heaven! Thank goodness my friend is easily distracted!!! Prices were reasonable and the place was spotless. They'll also make the pizza crispier for you, if that's your pleasure. Check them out, if you get a chance. I'll even share my zeppoles with you!

Excellent pizza. Reminds me of a good NYC pizza. The crust is soft so you will want to fold it in half. Toppings are good quality. Service from the staff was great.

We recently stopped by Fabrica for lunch. We met a few friends there and grabbed a table outside. We ordered a few pies and waited for our food to come up. We went with a supreme, carni, and pesto pizza. Food came up quickly and they brought the pizza out to us. Everything looked good and it had a good flavor. The texture of the dough was nice and the pizza didn't feel heavy. We all enjoyed our meal and were surprised how easy it went down. Good experience and will definitely be back.

I have heard they have great pizza here so I stopped by to give them a try. I ordered the MVP pizza . It had cup and char pepperoni and hot honey on top. The crust was airy and soft and the underneath was thin and a little soft. The sauce was great and it was cooked perfectly. It lived up to its hype! Can't wait to go back and try something a little more exotic .

Pizza was really good! I'd recommend ordering your pizza well done as it was a little undercooked (I like it a little more well done, but everyone I was with shared the sentiment). Definitely recommend!

The pizza here is so yummy who wouldn't want to eat here. I love Italian Brick Oven pizza but when you mix great ingredients, innovative toppings and perfectly cooked pie you get a must stop. I will post pics of my pizza. Fast casual atmosphere in the middle of DTSP and walkable from a lot of condos, apts etc. we are going to Rays game tonight to see our Braves take care of biz.

Inside is set up to be a very quick check in and out to seating arrangement which is nice considering how good the pizza was I'm sure they get busy often. The pizzas are basically personal pizzas about 6 slices on a 12" pie. If you had a light appetite you could split one but we were very hungry so we got two to try and split. They cook their pizzas in a fire oven which gives the bread a beautiful browning and the dough they use is a very fine flour making it the perfect texture and the dough pockets have a great crunch. They have some drinks canned and soda fountain but nothing unique to them, which is okay ! We traditionally drink coke with pizza anyways. During our time here the amount of orders for takeout was almost crazy. The Uber eats and phone were non stop so if you don't take my word for it, take the locals word for it. It's a definite must try pizza place when your in the Downtown area.

We got takeout, margarita was great but smaller than expected, also got the burrata, good not great. I don't always like to judge places on their takeout though because it lacks presentation, service and ambiance. We will try it again in person because of the good ratings.

Honestly I really wanted to like this place but is quite over priced! I ended up spending over $75 in 3 pizzas! They only have one size and they are only ok nothing special but not bad their sauce is good and meatballs are good as well also their service is lacking a bit when I went they forgot to give me my pizzas and I was sitting outside so waited over 40min to get my pizzas they did however compensated me wort some dessert for the mistake. Overall not impressed.

Super amazing pizza - seriously. I do not know how they make it so good, but it is the best pizza in St. Pete. The crust is so light and chewy - yet firm enough to hold the sauce and cheese without falling apart. Great selection of toppings and a great salad as well. Very casual for dining in - probably more of a take out place, though they serve beer and wine. Always friendly people, you cannot go wrong with Fabrica.

Admittedly we are picky about our pizza and for Neopolitan pizza this place was very good. Loved the dough (asked for extra crispy), sauce, pepperoni and sausage. Had to try the meatballs cuz you know we judge every pizza place by their meatballs if they offer them. ;) Also had to try the Zeppole with Nutella. Fresh little donut balls with Nutella on the side - what's not to love? The service was very friendly and they cleared our plates promptly. Was expecting a full service restaurant and not an order, sit down and they'll bring it to you place, but it was fine. Ambiance was okay too, not fancy - it's a pizza joint. Wish they had a side salad.

Service was good, the flavors of pizza were also good. It needed a few more minutes in the pizza oven. It also seems the fresh ingredients are packed elsewhere as opposed to our first few years with the restaurant. Be careful if you want to be known as Napoleon style as the ingredients need to be not out of a bag.

Great dough, great pizza! We tried cheese, Carne, pesto, all good. We will be back.

I live in Hermitage but have been frequenting Fabrica since before I moved in. Love this place. Pizza is fairly priced and delicious. Service is always great and it's got a good vibe in the dining room. I love getting it to go and just walking downstairs. Curious how many people can't resist the smell outside from the oven baking pies as it's hard to walk past and not crave their food!

Have yet to dine in, but this is my favorite Neapolitan style pizza in St Pete. We did a custom pizza with prosciutto, poached egg, arugula, burrata.. YUM! Crust stayed crispy through delivery and was delicious. Also enjoyed the fungi pizza and cheese bread. Would definitely recommend going with a group and sharing slices, especially the Nutella pizza.

I'll start by saying that Fabrica Pizza is truly not like any other pizza place.. so much so that I've become a frequent visitor. The quality keeps me coming back for more. The flavor is just right, even a simple pizza pie with ricotta, cheese, and mushrooms tastes like you traveled to Italy with just one bite. Their infused oil with chili ads a great touch to the pizza as well.

Went for a pizza date and can say it's the best pizza we've had in the area! The value was solid, you can always ask for more food but filled us up! Some light crust and tasty sauce set a great base for whatever toppings you choose! For sure will make the trip to get again!

This place has the best pizza. We eat there all the time. The toppings are unique and they all taste great. If you have to reheat the pizza for day 2 it tastes good too.

The November Special Pie was spectacular! The honey and goat cheese was what caught my eye, and it sure didn't disappoint! Couldn't find parking so my bf and I pulled over onto the sidewalk and he ran in and picked up our online order! Definitely would recommend if your in the area!

Ordered here through Uber Eats. The pizza came cold which wasn't ideal but it's not the pizzeria's fault. It would be on Uber Eats. The pizzas had good sauce and toppings especially for the price. The crust was thin and baked well. I have them 4 stars instead of 5 because the pizza was good but did not "wow" me. It wasn't one of the pizza I had around here so unfortunately I couldn't give it full stars. However, this place has good pizzas for a really good price!

I forget to check in often....after 4 year's still one of my all time top za spots bar none....everyone always welcoming & positive...the location is great....indoor alone, with a group or outdoors at a table or sitting on the stairs...then holy crap image the pizza tops it all! Never had a bad one and have knocked back over 100. So in any league that is all star all the way!

The buffalo chicken pizza was delicious! The cashier was extremely helpful and friendly. Lastly, the restaurant was super clean. I would recommend it.

I've been waiting for a Blaze type of pizzeria to come to St. Pete and FINALLY got one! The pizza is delicious and they have several toppings. I'm so excited to go back and make another one. I also got the kale caesar and that was great as well, nice portion size. Highly recommend you try this place if you're in DTSP. :)

If I could give this place 28 stars, I would. I love the food. It is phenomenal. The pizza of the month is always where it is at. I don't know who creates those recipes, but they do challenge you to try things that you wouldn't normally try. Jenn and the awesome team of folks that work here are hands down some of the best at customer service. Listen to their recommendations. Their knowledge of pizza and the ingredients will have your taste buds dancing around on your tongue. If you are tired of the boring, ol' pizza...and want to try some new...different...better, give Fabrica a shot. You'll be visiting them a lot more after because the food is just that damn good...and the people are even better. Thanks Jenn and team!!! You guys are totally awesome!

Why 5 stars? Because I have a confession: I'm a Fabricaholic. --- --- --- After one visit to the location in Tampa, I declared Fabrica quite possibly the best pizza in Tampa Bay. After another visit there and now a trip to the St. Pete location, I think it might be time to remove the "quite possibly" from that statement. The tough thing with pizza is that there are so many different types. I absolutely love the deep dish from Paul's Chicago Pizza, but how can that be compared to Fabrica? Eddie & Sam's is great, but it reminds you of New York, while Fabrica will make you wonder if you're in Italy. What's the best of the best? I don't think that can be answered, but Fabrica is utterly incredible. I went to Italy nearly a year ago, and as is easily predictable, I fell in love with their pizza. My wife and I ate pizza every day for six straight days and never got tired of it. The dough, the cheese, etc - it was all perfect. And if I closed my eyes while eating the pizza from Fabrica, I would absolutely assume that I'd been drugged and taken across the ocean to somewhere in Italy. While my favorite thing to order here is a custom pie with prosciutto and mozzarella, there are oh-so many delightful combinations that you can go with. The carni, which is essentially a meat lovers pizza is absolutely excellent. Even the funghi, something I wouldn't normally order, is a really great! I want to meet the owner of Fabrica and give him/her a hug. You have given both sides of Tampa Bay an amazing gift.

I 3 pizzas for pick up. I got there 15 minutes later. They were suppose to be ready in 5 minutes. I ordered 2 cheese pizzas and 1 mushroom. One cheese had some cheese and the other didn't! The mushroom was tasty. All were very small and a little pricey. There are too many pizza shops in St Pete that this one can be skipped.

This quaint and newly opened make your own pizza place has a very cool vibe. Right when you walk in you noticed several Italian snacks available for purchase and are able to pick up a menu to browse the options. They have a variety of sauces, cheeses, meats and vegetables that you are able to add to your pizza. Unfortunately they only offer flour crust and do not have a gluten-free option for those who may be intolerant. They do however have plenty of salad options and a choice to make your own. I got a veggie pizza with mozzarella cheese, broccoli, mushrooms, and roasted peppers. The pizza was very good, but I wouldn't say it's the best I've ever had. I really liked the sauce, but the crust was a little flavorless and more dense than I like for an Italian style pizza. I'd prefer the outer crust to be a bit chewier yet still maintain a nice charred crunch. I love how they have hot pepper flakes, hot chili oil, and parmesan cheese to take back to your table and use on your pizza. They also have wine and beer on tap, and all the staff are super friendly and asked how we were enjoying our meals. I would definitely return to this place if I'm looking for a fast casual meal and a quick pizza fix. I paid $12 for a good size pizza and even had half of it to take home

Ahhhhh this place is soooo good! It's not cheap tho. The pizza is a decent size for a small woman like myself to have a slice or two for leftovers at $13.00. My favorite is their white onion pizza of the month! I wish they would go ahead and put that on the menu already. My 2nd favorite is the margarita exta basil and extra garlic. Both toppings that they don't charge extra for. #winning Happy hour is until 7. I think it's a $1 off wine... not a great deal but better than full price!

Love, love, love! We are new to St Pete and just started our quest for favorite pizza...one and done! Yelp proves itself once again. This is a super casual place with sophisticated Neopolitan pizza. The sauce is everything! Super simple with bright tomato, not assaulted with garlic, oregano, and other American additions that you often get. Beautiful puffed crust, lightly charred on the edges as it should be. Thick on the edges and thin in the middle. We shared a basic pepperoni pizza with a side of fresh basil that we ate with their house-marinated mixed olives that were delightfully seasoned, lightly garlicky. We started with the baby spinach and gorgonzola salad which was lightly drizzled with dressing so that it was easy to mix and get the right ratio of salad to dressing. They have local beers on tap along with wine and soft drinks. Service with a smile, and the manager even came over to ask how we liked the food and was so, so friendly. I know we need to try other pizza places in St Pete as we explore the area, but it is going to be very hard for me to go anywhere else. HIGHLY recommended. Ten hours later, I am still thinking about how much I enjoyed that food!

Just enjoyed myself to a sausage and red pepper with pesto pizza here at fabrica. They crushed it!!! Great pizza! The employees were very nice as well.

Was in the mood for some pizza and this place had good reviews. Let me tell you, this place did not disappoint. These 12 in pizzas are the perfect size. I love how they add so much toppings. I had the mushroom one and it was delicious. I got there, placed my order and in less than who minutes the pizza was ready!! We took it to go but they have a large sitting area which is very clean!! Will be coming back! Also, I checked in on Yelp after I ordered and I missed out on the $5 off coupon. I'll be saving it for next time!

I would give it another try, seeing the other great reviews. For me it was ok. Ordered the Carni and while the sauce on first bite had good flavor, there wasn't enough. Toppings were ok. Also the crust was ok as well. Size was ok. Definitely a medium size. The pizza maker was friendly when I picked up and everything did look very clean!

I got a margarita pizza and zeppoles with Nutella. I was deep in Covid hibernation and this was the perfect little treat! Unfortunately I couldn't taste super well but I'm sure it was great.

Fabrica Pizza is REALLY good. The dough is perfect and quality. You have a lot of options for toppings although it's $1-$4 per topping which can add up. But overall you can get a pretty great pizza for $12 with a good amount of toppings. It tastes like traditional style Sicilian pizza, my fav! They also do have other toppings that are free like garlic, olive oil drizzle, red pepper, etc. The staff is always nice and quick with orders. It's located across from Publix underneath an apartment complex. The decor is nice and simple and this establishment has outdoor seating as well! The only thing I would like better about Fabrica is if they had vegan desserts and vegan cheese as options. Otherwise, I would totally give the restaurant a 5 star!

Very good crust. Pizza is about a 7 and crust is a 10. Little sausage balls on pizza not great. Not huge pizza.

I went to the St Pete location and I was disappointed. My expectations were high after reading National rating of their Tampa location, perhaps too high. Pizza was Ok but not special in anyway. The salads were Ok.
