Fairmont Ambassador Seoul

The staff is excellent. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. They have free coffee, Japanese-style toilets, and very large bathtubs. The bed and pillows make you never want to leave the bed. The only small complaint is the lighting in front of the bathroom mirror is a little dark. The rest of the hotel and location is superb.

We had such a lovely experience staying at the Fairmont Ambassador Seoul. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful — elegant, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste.||What really stood out to us, though, was the warm and genuine hospitality from everyone we encountered — from the reception staff to the doormen and managers. Everyone was consistently friendly and helpful, which made our stay feel even more special.||A special shoutout to Eric, one of the duty managers we met last night. We had asked if we could store our luggage at the hotel while we traveled to Busan for a few days. Even though we didn’t have a future reservation upon our return, Eric was incredibly kind and accommodating and arranged for us to leave our bags safely at the hotel. That level of service and thoughtfulness really meant a lot to us.||Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Fairmont Ambassador Seoul to anyone visiting the city. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Beautiful atmosphere and friendly staffs! Highly recommend this restaurant, Spectrum. Especially our server Derek, he was very considerate and caring. Thanks to him, we had a wonderful and unforgettable experience. The staff, Reighlee, gave a warm welcome when we entered which was very touching. I would definitely like to visit again and to those who are hesitating to visit, I strongly recommend to visit and have a wonderful experience!

Just returned from an unforgettable stay at Fairmont Seoul, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. The check-in process was smooth, the room was spacious and spotless, and the view was absolutely stunning.||What really stood out was the level of service — every team member I encountered was kind, professional, and always ready to help. Whether it was dining at the restaurant, enjoying a drink at the bar, or simply asking for local recommendations, everything was handled with care and attention to detail.||If you're looking for a hotel that blends comfort, style, and true hospitality, Fairmont Seoul is the place to be. I had such a great time at Spectrum Buffet at Fairmont! The place is super spacious, clean, and really nicely decorated, which made it feel so comfortable and relaxing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. There was plenty of time to enjoy the food without feeling rushed, and everything tasted fresh and high-quality. The dishes looked great and had a bit of a fancy touch, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a really enjoyable meal and I’d definitely love to come back. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a classy buffet with a relaxed vibe!

I had a beautiful weekend at the Fairmont hotel with my husband. The room was perfect, the bed was really comfortable and spacious. Shower products were also incredible ! The panoramic view from the room was like a dream especially during the sunset. We ate at the buffet for the diner, the diversity and the quality of the food impressed me. The staff was lovely, warm and always available to help us. We went for a walk at Han River witch is really near from the hotel ! Don’t miss crepe Suzette for the desert ;)

Went to the Mariposa, and had a dinner course. |It was very nice. Big table, good variation in the course. The main menu was amazing (steak). |Servers were amazing too. Thanks to them. Thank you for the latte too!

We had the most incredible lunch of a 4-course meal at the restaurant at Fairmont, called Mariposa. My breath was first taken away by the beauty of the place…. It was like being transported to a different place and time, some kind of Art Deco butterfly haven. Then, course after course, we were moaning and clapping and at some point, a tear was even shed. Absolutely the most delicious and visually stunning meal I’ve had in a long time. Lunch here felt kind of like a random choice, but boy am I glad we did it. It’s not an everyday affair, but for a special occasion? You can’t have a better experience. Shout out to the genius chef Andre and our amazing server, Celine!
