Fairmont Ambassador Seoul

I stayed in a suite at Fairmont Seoul for a couple of nights and had a great experience. The room was extremely spacious and very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly, polite, and respectful throughout my stay. The gym equipment was decent — not outstanding, but perfectly fine for a quick workout during a holiday or business trip. What I really appreciated was that there were staff onsite constantly keeping everything clean, plus great towel amenities, which made the experience much more comfortable. One highlight was the pastries and bakery downstairs, which were really good. Breakfast was also excellent, with a generous buffet offering both Korean and Western options. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely come back on my future trips to Seoul.

We had the wonderful opportunity to book a suite at the Fairmont Hotel Seoul on the evening of our wedding. As we were unable to travel due to having family visiting Korea for our special day, we decided to treat ourselves to a memorable night at this beautiful hotel in the heart of Seoul. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, warm, and thoughtful, congratulating us on our wedding and making us feel truly welcome. When we entered the room, we were met with an unforgettable surprise. The suite itself was stunning, immaculately clean, luxurious, and offering a lovely view of the surrounding buildings. Every detail felt carefully considered, with a clear sense that comfort and elegance were a priority. To make our special night even more meaningful, we were delighted to find a beautiful bottle accompanied by Korean delicacies waiting for us on the table, along with a personalized greeting card signed by the General Manager. This thoughtful gesture truly touched us. The following morning, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which was just as impressive. The staff were friendly, attentive, and highly efficient, nothing on the table was left empty for long. The dining room, the view, and the overall atmosphere were excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and a perfect way to celebrate our wedding. We will most certainly be back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐|Absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is exceptionally clean, spacious, and truly luxurious. Breakfast was a delightful highlight, featuring lobster, Peking duck, and even sparkling wine — a wonderful way to start the day.||The location is excellent, conveniently close to a luxury shopping mall and the train station, making it very easy to get around.|Went to the 29th floor restaurant for food drinks. Raphael and Terry took very good care of us. So happy to be there. |Everything from the rooms to the service exceeded expectations. We will definitely return and look forward to staying here again.||

Loved our stay here. Was grateful for an early check in. As a platinum member our room was upgraded, which meant the same room type at a higher floor. Breakfast was a good spread though more vegetarian warm dish options would have been even better. The free welcome drinks for accor members were only available at the lobby lounge from a select menu, and our hot chocolates were machine made, overly sweet and quite passable. Otherwise the service was professional. Enjoyed the sauna and heated pool facilities and the staff there was lovely. Cleaning lady was wonderful too. Thomas, the doorman was such a warm presence and really made our stay. Thomas always met us with a smile, helped with our luggage to the taxi and also gave us hotel cards to make sure we wouldn't get lost. He's such a gem and a gentleman! I can't help but specially call him out for making our stay more comfortable and memorable. Proximity to Hyundai mall is absolutely amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel — perfectly located next to a shopping mall and just steps from the train station, making everything extremely convenient. The hotel’s design is stylish and thoughtful, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. A heartfelt thank you to the team who made our visit so memorable: Sam (Front Office) greeted us with a bright smile at check‑in; Damien, Logan, and Noah were professional and very helpful arranging our late check‑out; Sunny (Concierge) handled our luggage delivery smoothly; Esther organized our taxi efficiently; and Han (Valet) assisted with loading our luggage into the taxi. At the café, Tiffany and Anne were delightful when we redeemed our welcome drinks — the drinks were delicious. This was a truly memorable family stay. We will definitely return to this hotel whenever we travel to Seoul again.

Stayed 6 nights recently. Hotel is gorgeous inside and the rooms are very spacious with decent amenities. Location was about 40 min from ICN and it’s attached to the Hyundai Mall and close walking distance to IFC mall. All call be reached indoors. ||What I didn’t appreciate was the restaurant. I paid 80000 local currency for breakfast which I would rate a 6/10 for the price. No fresh juices, smoothies, or a range of fresh fruit. Service was ok, they don’t even offer to get you water - I asked and they directed me to where the water was located. This for a 5 star restaurant is very poor I would expect more for the price I paid. Also toothbrush and toothpaste is not available in the room - you have to pay for it.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was big, beautifully decorated, and had a really cool design. The bed was super comfortable as well. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, and if you love desserts, you’re definitely going to enjoy the ones they serve at dinner. Overall, a great experience.

Our family visited Seoul to see relatives. We had 4 rooms for about 10-11 days. First I didn’t expect that much. Lobby is ok. But the Valet / concierge were very kind and nice. Eager to help us since we had small children/ babies. Front desk staffs are nice overall. In the morning, Breakfast in Spectrum, Food was great. Staffs are very attentive, especially Daisy who was extremely kind. Every morning, Jeff also gives us warm welcome and takes care of us well - always attentive and thoughtful. The cleaning staff (Yun Joo Lee)who makes our room tidy is wonderful. Thanks for your efforts! 👍👍💕💕
