I tried Falafel Stop for the first time at a catered party, and I was seriously impressed! We had both chicken and beef kebabs – they were juicy and flavorful – but the real standout was the fried cauliflower. Absolutely delicious. Be prepared for generous portions. After you choose your meat, you get to load up on sauces and fresh vegetables. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and the hot homemade sauce added a perfect kick. The fresh pita bread was soft and warm – a great touch. The owner was there during our visit, and his positive energy really stood out. He was handing out samples and chatting with customers – you could tell he genuinely cares. The whole team seemed happy and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Google
Excellent food in a down to earth building. Chicken is cooked in hearths with a choice of many sauces and spicy vegetables. Food came out fast with a pleasant person at the food assembly counter. You can choose among plates which come with rice, lentil beans vegetables and herbs. Or in a pita bread which with hummus etc. a lot of food and very filling.

Google
Five enthusiastic stars!! Excellent flavors and everything delicious! Classic hummus plate was amazing! Beef steak pita, chicken pita, falafel pita--- all so good! Owner, Jonathan, was so kind, excellent service. Bring one to Dallas, TX!

Google
I recently tried the chicken shawarma plate at Falafel Stop, and it was a delightful surprise. Even though Mediterranean and Middle Eastern spots often use similar ingredients—like tabbouleh, falafel, and peppers—their version stood out with subtle, distinct flavors. It’s no wonder they’ve garnered over 6,000 glowing reviews. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Google
Nothing extraordinary, but can't complain for the reasonable price, quality, and generous portions. Nothing was salty. Ordered via their website and order was ready in 30 mins. No line on a Sunday at 7 pm. It's an order at the counter then pick up type of place. Open seating. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Medium sized shared parking lot. Kebab hummus $14.20 - decent. I thought they were going to be skewer kebab meat but it was actually more like meatballs. Not bad though. 4 big pieces on a generous layer of hummus. Hummus was a bit thin. I prefer a thicker consistency. Bits of chopped vegetables were included Falafel $0.78 - decent. Small, crispy, moist. Not the best I had. Nice of them to give me 2 when I ordered just 1 Extra Jerusalem mix $6.42 - good. Very flavorful ground chicken mix. I would get this again Pita bread (included) - good. Fresh, good quality and texture

Google
I saw the review and price of 2 weeks back and found they already increased the price. For example plate price increased to 16.95 from 15.58 in 2 weeks just because there is some hype. I tried ordering plate but they ran out of rice. So I ordered pita with Jerusalem mix. Food quality average. Sitting area ok. Pita bread became soggy half way.

Google
For affordable, delicious Middle Eastern food, Falafel Stop is a must-visit. Their falafel is fresh and crispy, and their chicken shawarma is tasty and substantial. The meal speaks for itself, despite the modest outside environment. Unbeatable prices, swift service, and delicious quantities! Great spot for a quick and casual hang out.

Google
Good Israeli food. I just wished they separated each salad and main item instead of pilling them up. You can’t really taste each salad nor the meat unless it’s chicken schnitzel.

Yelp
Walking in I immediately felt welcomed by the friendly smiles of the staff who made a point to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of throughout my meal which made a big difference in my overall experience the food was really tasty with fresh ingredients and balanced seasonings that made each dish enjoyable without being too heavy or bland I liked how every bite had just enough flavor to keep things interesting but nothing was overwhelming the portions were satisfying and the presentation was simple but nice the whole place felt like they focused on giving customers a genuine good time through quality food and kindness instead of fancy frills it was the kind of spot where you could just relax and enjoy a meal knowing the people working there cared about your experience

Yelp
- TLDR: One of my go-to frequent spots, my boyfriend even got catering for his company event here, we LOVE Falafel Stop for a cheap, healthy meal! Perfect for vegetarians with a dedicated grill. Make sure when you enter to first hit the registers then wait at the meat or vege grill! - When & Who: Weekday dinners around 6-7pm with friends - What I ordered: *SHAWARMA PLATE ON FRIES* I always get the same thing, shawarma (chicken) on a plate with fries as the base. They will recommend you the same to not put it on a salad or hummus, because the plate already comes with all of that and more. There are a million delicious and healthy toppings and I always ask for it all. *FALAFELS* they are less than a dollar each, and I love stuffing them into the pita that comes with the plate. Plus the owner of the place is always outside passing out falafels !! - Portion Size: Huge portions, and the plate comes with a pita you can stuff with everything on a plate. I always cut the pita in half, and stuff it. Then save the other half of the pita and other half of my plate for the next meal. - Price: After tax the plate comes out to around $17, which is excellent for the huge portions! - Service: The people working there are always so kind, and theres a line but it moves fast! - Ambiance: There are large benches to be shared and very casual ambiance with seating in a greenhouse type structure. - Parking: The parking gets difficult around dinner time but there is a small lot. - Return: Frequently !! This has been one of my go-to spots for a while now :)

Yelp
Great spot, friendly staff, huge portions and delicious! A neighborhood staple would certainly return Falafel balls are crispy on the outside and really bright nice flavor on the inside. Baba Ghanoush dip was also really good. This can be plated up pretty quick. Grilled Kebab is 100% beef and really juicy, well flavored. Staff gave heads up it takes 12-15min to grill fresh. It's more of a meatball texture that was large (vs usual kebab size) but the whole plate was great. Loved that spicy sauce garnish on top Their pita bread is warm and so fluffy. Goes well with the plates. With the size of these plates, we were stuffed - excellent value and high quality flavor and ingredients. Tons of picnic table style seating

Yelp
One of the best falafel and other Middle Eastern places in the Bay Area. We really enjoy the food and go back regularly. Great, fast service. Very convenient for pickup food or to eat there - the place has tables. We enjoy the casual atmosphere. Lots of people go there for vegetarian options or oriental dishes.

Yelp
Falafel Stop is my go to Cupertino/Sunnyvale food place. The portions are generous, and the food is solid. I got the falafel pita. Their pita is soft, and all the toppings have a nice crunch. My friends got the same thing, and some of them got cauliflower in theirs. I think it depended on who was making our pita, so I didn't have any in mine. I tried some of theirs, and it was delicious! Next time I go, I will need to ask for the cauliflower. We were even offered falafel samples while waiting in line! There's ample parking in the lot. The seating area is spacious, with both covered and uncovered areas. Service here is friendly and quick.

Yelp
Still hands down one of my favorite restaurants. The parking is still difficult, but the quick service, cute spot, and delicious food is always worth it. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Oh my god. Best value meal of my life. I loved that the plates came with so many different sides that I wouldn't know to order otherwise! The shop itself is so homey and neighborhoodly I loved it. The food quality itself WOAH so much flavor and as u can see the portions were insane. I had to pack some up for dinner! I thought this place was so good that I had a dream about it a week later. Also the service was so kind! They brought out free falafel and cauliflower for us to try! Both were so yum. That might be the best falafel and cauliflower I've had in my life. What a great meal that I will force everyone in the bay to try. Seating: inside and outside Parking: has a shared lot Wait: went around lunch time on a week day and no wait!

Yelp
Vegetarian reviewer: This restaurant is one of my most favorite Mediterranean places in the Bay Area. Glad that one of my friend got us here one day before 2020 and I've recommended this place to many and everyone has loved it! I love how open and airy the space restaurant is, simple and clean. Food has always felt super fresh (I've eaten more than 10 times here). Sorry not sure how I've missed the review here Service is super quick too and the staff is smiling and treating you well even on their busiest days :) My most favorite is their falafel salad plate. Huge quantity for 1 person and the warm and fluffy pita on the side, yummy sauces make it perfect! The falafels are yummy and fried to perfection (does not taste double fried) I am yet to try their sabich and desserts. Many parking spaces available right beside the restaurant. To-go or eat there, I've had the experience every single time. Can't wait to go there again already!

Yelp
This was my first time here and I know they have 1 million reviews! But honestly, the line is always out the door in this particular Tuesday night around 845. I was starving and not about to go home and cook! Luckily, from the Yelp app I was able to order and pick up was about 15 minutes. I was surprised as I walked in the place was still packed and more people were in line to order. They have a very nice semi enclosed area with benches as well as an actual outdoor dining area. I was kind of confused as to where I was supposed to order since there was a menu on the semi outside/seating area as well as once you walked through this little doorway another countertop with the Chef right behind the counter. Lol. The chef was very helpful and actually walked out to me since I looked so confused. Lol. I asked him about my order and he said it was coming up. I told him I knew I was early, but I was just curious. As he went back behind the counter, another lady in front of me ordered these falafel balls, and I started looking at them on the menu. As if the chef could read my mind, he came out with a falafel ball on a fork for me to try! It was so delicious and had so much flavor and the little falafel didn't even have any sauce!! I asked him if I could order some and I believe he said they were $.79 apiece. So I bought five of them and he said I could get a sauce as well. I got my shredded chicken Shawarma wrap along with five falafel balls and a handful of different sauces with peppers in a bag to go! Everything was already pre-packed for my takeout order. As I got home and took a couple bites into my sandwich, everything had so much flavor. I couldn't really tell what I was tasting besides the chicken. They were actually even pickles and some sort of sauce in the wrap itself. I tried the green minty looking sauce and it was so good but spicy as hell! Lol I ended up favoring the cream colored sauce, which I think was some sort of hummus but a little bit more liquidy. Lol. Nevertheless, it was all delicious and the pita was so big. I actually couldn't finish it in one city so I saved half for lunch tomorrow! I will definitely be back again!! This time I will try something else also! But you have to get a falafel ball or 10!!!! Hee

Yelp
I loved my experience here! Menu can just be a little confusing I'm not gonna lie. I was looking for a falafel plate (falafel + rice + pickled sides kinda deal) but the closest thing they had was the falafel salad, and the staff was nice enough to give me a sample of their rice as well. They even threw in some fried cauliflower since it was my first time! The falafels were some of the best I've had. Not too crumbly, quite moist actually, and very aromatic. I loved the mayo eggplant (babaganoush?) in my salad. There were tons of different additions and I loved the variety! Very vegetarian friendly as the veg and non-veg dishes are prepared in separate part of the restaurant. The veg line was a lot shorter than the meat line, if you're just getting a falafel dish. Good amount of parking in the lot. Seating is picnic tables, both shaded and not. Next time I'll actually try a rice plate and fries! Maybe the Jerusalem plate.

Yelp
Ordered the chicken shawarma on the plate with fries. Sooo good! The flavors all together tasted so good! 10/10! I will come back again and try their other plates. They have plenty of parking, indoor / outdoor seating. The staff were friendly which made the experience feel welcoming.

Yelp
This was my first time trying this spot and I was amazed by the food! The portions are so good for me because I was able to eat this for three meals tbh. I love that's kind of an outdoor setting with shade. Getting the plate itself and ordering was a little confusing cause I didn't know you had to go pick what you want for your salad part after you get the plate, I thought it was a separate order station. The chicken shawarma plate was amazing! I didn't even know what all the veggies were but it was good lol. There were just a bunch of flavors. The hummus was tasty. I loved the chopped pepper they gave you too, it's pretty spicy. Everything was super fresh.

Yelp
Got takeout on a Sunday night. Came to pick up around 7:45 and they were still very busy. The parking lot is a little funky and hard to manage if they're busy. I tried the kabob plate with the majadra and salad. The kabobs are sooooo good. So much flavor, great size, and great texture. There's even bits of onion throughout. The majadra was very flavorful and the perfect combo. The salad is more of a slaw but still very good. I tried the hummus and pita. Hummus was good, more on the smooth side of texture but not too oily. The pita was phenomenal. So fluffy and dense, not some wimpy thin bread. Lastly, I tried some of their falafel. I wasn't expecting them to be mini bite sized but it was honestly perfect. Didn't want to get too full but still wanted to try them so it worked out. Can't wait to come back to this place and try something else!

Yelp
Falafel Stop lowkey hits different . I grabbed the Shawarma Jerusalem Plate and man, it was super filling but still refreshing at the same time. Bread on the side lets you build your own little sandwich, which I was all about. Easily some of the best Mediterranean food I've had in the South Bay -- flavors were on point and portions don't disappoint. Had to finish it off with the Bavarian cream... straight fire . Service was quick and the environment was very relaxing! If you're around Sunnyvale and craving something tasty, this is definitely the spot.

Yelp
Great hole in the wall spot! Ordered the Jerusalem Mix on hummus plate. Woww- intense mid eastern spices blended well together and wasn't overpowering. The hummus with pita bread and all the toppings were 10/10. The falafel balls were also great to add to the side. Eat it solo or add with the sauces. Bavarian cream- light and fluffy and finished the whole container lol.
google avatar

Yelp
Chicken Schwarma 5/5 - I really enjoyed this! I thought all the toppings would be too much but it was refreshing. Chicken isn't dry which was nice! The portions are huge so it's good for two people Lots of patio seating. We came on a Friday for dinner and it wasn't too busy

Yelp
I've been frequenting Falafel Stop ever since they first opened as a vegetarian place. I remember the very first Israeli salad I had - along with their fantastic pita bread. I've been frequenting this spot regularly and my go-to are the salads( Greek and Israeli) salads and the falafel wrap. The ambience is nothing to write home about but is clean. The service is quick and I mostly take food to go.

Yelp
The name "Falafel Stop" is so fitting! This is the perfect place to stop by and grab a hefty and delicious plate of Mediterranean food. I ordered the chicken shawarma plate w/ fries and my friend ordered the beef steak hummus plate. The people who work here were so kind too, they offered us a free sample of falafel while we were ordering. The falafel was crunchy on the outside and super flavorful and moist on the inside! Not dry at all. They were out of the rice so we ordered fries but we definitely want to try their rice next time. The chicken was tender and juicy and they were very generous with the amount of protein. The beef steak was literally a medium rare cooked piece of steak, cut up into thick strips. It was very tender and had a slight lemon-y marinade! The ordering was straightforward, you go into a room to order then wait for your number to be called out. Once it's called out, you go into a separate room where they assemble your plate with your desired veggies. I'll definitely be back!

Yelp
Ambiance is small but well kept and clean and hygienic . If the place is a bit busy, then it might take sometime to get your order but thats justifiable . Food is very tasty and . We always order jerusalem chicken and falalel balls . Have tried their kebabs , their chicken is juicy and flavourful. Their kitchen is sort open .

Yelp
I came here on a Friday night and the place was packed! Me and my bf shared the beef kebab plate with cucumbers and tahini on the side. Unfortunately they were out of the rice which I would love to try next timeThe plate was absolutely massive and more than enough to feed the two of us. Highly recommend getting a side of the spicy sauce but as a spice lover, it is extremely spicy so beware. The plate came with a side of pita and I really enjoyed it. The parking lot was easy and there's ample bench seating. It is open door so I would bring a sweater if it's a chilly day.

Yelp
I stopped in here with my friend on Sunday and I loved it! The employees couldn't have been nicer and the portions were great. The ordering and pickup experience is a little chaotic, but it goes pretty quickly. This is definitely a no-frills place, so a great, casual place to come with friends. We got a hummus plate and salad, both with shawarma, pita, a side of chicken, and UberEats was running a BOGO on fries, so we ordered those separately and picked those up when we ordered the rest of our food. We also got ten falafel (they are teeny tiny) which were so delicious! Four stars because I didn't care for the salad, but everything else was great!
google avatar

Michelle T.

Yelp
This was some of the best and most flavorful Mediterranean food I've had in a while! I ordered a hummus plate with Jerusalem chicken, which comes with a serving of pita bread on the side. Note that one hummus plate is a huge portion, so I would recommend sharing unless you're hungrier than usual. Lines are long here especially on the weekends, and parking can be tough given the small lot. As a first-time visitor, the setup of lines to order vs. selecting toppings was a bit confusing. You order first at the register, and then head towards the back counter to wait for your order to be called. Once your order is called, you then select your toppings, sauces, and level of spice.
google avatar

Allison L.

Yelp
My friend put me on to Falafel Stop and I am in debt to her honestly. It's like the ultimate Chipotle for Mediterranean food, except way better and more bang for ya buck! Once inside, you're surrounded my the aroma of spices, herbs, and marinated meats. Lovely. The patio is also such a nice touch, with plenty of sunlight and protection from bugs, wind, and heat. We got 2 chicken shawarma plates: 10/10, everything was delish. Great combination of flavors, fresh ingredients, and a huge scoop of hummus. Got fries on the side to add to the plate and it added a nice crunch to everything. The portions are really generous, and for the price you can squeeze two meals out of the plate. Will definitely be coming back!

Yelp
Delicious and generous portions! The staff here is always so helpful and friendly. They gave us falafels to try since it was our first time!

Yelp
The food is fresh and delicious and it's nice that the owner comes out to meet people and hand out samples. The wait and parking can be a little challenge but it's worth it. Yum!

Yelp
Huge portion size! I always end up going back here every few months. Love their Jerusalem chicken on a plate. Sometimes the staff members even offer you free falafels while you're waiting!

Yelp
For a first timer, the place is a bit chaotic and the ordering can get a bit confusing. However, once you're past that initial hurdle, you'll absolutely enjoy the food. Totally worth it!!! Loved the Falafel and the variety of salads included. Dipping the freshly baked pita in the hummus felt like heaven. They have 3 types of hot sauce one can pick as additions. The green one had a good amount of kick. Hope to visit this place again in an odd time if there is one ;)

Yelp
I've been coming here for over 10 years; back when the owner was always giving people falafel samples out to people in line. The food here is still so good, always refreshing and delicious. The pita bread here is still some of the softest, warmest pita bread I've ever had. Take with a grain of salt because I don't eat Mediterranean much. The ambiance here has steadily improved in the last 10 years! Good restaurant for falafel and shawarma!

Yelp
My partner and I went on an extended weekend and it was PACKED. We got lucky with parking, but note that if it gets very busy, it can be difficult to find parking. There are a number of tables inside and out, but because it's so busy, different parties end up sharing their space. We got their Jerusalem Mix (comes with a free pita), falafels and fries on the side. We ordered 4, but they graciously gave us 2 extra! Their pita bread and fries were amazing, would recommend getting both. The Jerusalem Mix was refreshing and tasty, and it fed both of us (we shared). Overall, for less than $25, it was a great meal to have and split between two. I'd like to try their other plates upon our next potential visit.

Yelp
I used to come here multiple times a week when I went to high school right across the street. This place is still certified S-tier. Probably the juiciest shawarma and meat you'll ever have for this type of food. I've been to a lot of hunmus/shawarma places but they never compare to this spot no matter how much nicer the interior of the other places look. I recommend shawarma or Jerusalem mix (either in a pita or on a hummus plate). The portions are also super worth it, especially if you get the hummus plate as it's way bigger than the pita for only like 3-4 more dollars. The ordering experience can be a bit confusing but you order in front of the register by picking ur meat (or u pick falafel) and by picking how you want it (e.g. in a pita or in a hummus plate), then you go to either the vegetarian side or the meat side and wait for ur order number to be called and they make it for u on the spot. I'm not surprised this spot is always super packed when I pass by still since its food quality has stayed top tier. You can literally watch the staff cook the meats and fry the falafel in front of ur eyes here too, it's all certified GAS.

Yelp
SERVICE: counter style, confusing. You go through an entrance that leads into the covered patio. On your right is several windows then two doors. There is a line that forms on the farthest door in front of the grill that I wasn't sure of AND there is a cashier line through the closest door. AND there are people waiting for their pick-up orders at the windows. Not a great system. AMBIANCE: clean and open FLAVORS: Steak hummus (4/5) - steak was juicy and flavorful, additional vegetables were a good bright contrast, hummus was kind of heavy on the tahini - but that's a preference thing side falafel (4/5) - on the smaller side, BUT it's not the over-fried mass-produced hockey pucks I've been served before so by comparison it gets a 4 babaganoush (3.5/5) - fresh onion, lots of tahini, very light smoke if at all from eggplant Cream Bavaria with chocolate sauce (3/5) - a little gritty but not too sweet and nice! grape juice (4/5) - not too sweet, not your average grape juice pita (5/5) - so fluffy and warm and perfect PORTIONS: filling and hearty PRICE: appropriate, maybe even a steal!

Yelp
This is one of my favorite spots for quick, healthy food. I love getting the falafel plate--they load it up with a ton of fresh veggies and 10 falafel balls, making it both satisfying and nutritious. The portion size is great for the price since I almost always end up with enough for two meals. Their pita bread is amazing--soft with just the right amount of chew. The only downside is that the lines can get pretty long because everyone knows how good this place is. The setup could be more organized, as the lines aren't very distinct and can get confusing. Parking and seating are also limited, so keep that in mind. That said, the food is flavorful, fresh, and a great value. Definitely worth the wait!

Yelp
Tried this spot for the first time and came on Friday night around 7:30 pm and it was busy and they had already run out of rice! I decided to go for a plate with a salad base instead and with chicken shawarma. Once they have the plate ready, they call you to the other side of their restaurant where you can pick all your fixings, I got everything :) The food was 11/10 so good. The chicken was so flavorful and they gave a decent portion of it. All the fixings were so yummy too. They have a great variety of toppings like hummus, different finely chopped salads, beets, diced pickles, tahini, cucumber/tomato mix, etc etc (can't remember all of them bc there were so many!). The plate also came with a fresh warm pita which was amazing as well. The multitude of toppings make each bite unique and the flavors mingle well together. I honestly didn't even miss the fact that there was no rice in the meal, I'd get it with a salad base next time too! Seating is in this outdoor but shaded area and it can be a little hard to find a table when it's peak hour. Wish this spot was closer to me but I'll definitely be back soon

Yelp
Spent Inauguration Day supporting immigrant- owned small local businesses and the real American Dream (the chance to work hard and contribute your talents to your new home to make a better life for yourself). Generously filled with fresh, quality ingredients, these plates of deliciousness will have me coming back soon. An absolute winner!

Yelp
My family is Falafel Stop's #1 fan!!! We LOVE the beef kebab in pita. The beef tastes really fresh. There is always a long line so you can expect to wait about 15 minutes for your food but it is well worth the wait. There is outdoor seating but we usually just bring it home.
google avatar

Martin P.

Yelp
7 years later and not much has changed and something's have gotten worse. The last 2 times here they've messed up my order and the wait was again insane late in the evening. There weren't too many people ordering either so it's just weird they take so long. 1 star because of unhygienic and dangerous food handling. Messed up my order so one of their workers came up to us with a bag of 3 falafels to make up for it(Yes, 3 tiny ones) The big food safety issue was he had just taken the trash out and used the same gloves to bring us the falafels, and then went back to clearing the trash again. Dumped them in their trash bin on the way out. Gross that they had this person deliver the food.

Bindu A.

Yelp
Ordered the chicken kabob for the first time. Tasted good. But I might stick to the shawarma in the future. Also ordered a side of majadra, tasted good! The falafel salad now comes with a puffy potato fry. It is very similar in taste to the Indian potato fritters. It tasted yummy! Another new item we saw was the sufganiyot. Probably Hanukkah special. Yummy gooey chocolaty donut! We enjoyed the fun meal!
google avatar

Jessica M.

Yelp
Fun fast, casual spot. Two areas to order- vegetarian and meat. I ordered the new beef steak and probably wouldn't order that again because it was one large uncut piece of meat and was hard to cut with a plastic fork and knife. There are some picnic tables to sit at inside. When my friend and I went on a Monday evening, there were plenty of patrons. The food came quickly and was warm.

Sarah R.

Yelp
All the staff were kind and welcoming! Very generous portion sizes and loaded up our plates. Meals come with fluffy pita bread, so no need to buy one on the side. Lots of outdoor seating on picnic tables

Yelp
The best sabich sandwich in the Bay Area. If you want to know what it's like to get a good sabich from a walk up window in Tel Aviv, this is the place! Schwarma on a spit is also excellent.

Yelp
Great food but very inconsistent service and portioning. Cant enjoy the food if I you aren't given enough to enjoy. Have been coming here for the past 3 years since moving to Sunnyvale. Noticed this past few months that suddenly the portions of the various salad's served at the meat counter have become so small that it makes ordering "on a plate" almost pointless. Watched my server (man who wears a black hat with red lettering) pick up literally 4 cubes of chopped tomato when adding the tomato to my plate... come on, man! Same with the beets, pickles, etc. Plate was basically meat, majadra and hummus with a extremely small hint of the other items. Not sure if this is "shrinkflation" or just poor service from this particular employee (he has served me the past several times ive been in). Id gladly pay a dollar more if it meant the portions returned to what they were just recently or if there was a way to order it with extra sides. This place used to be a favorite but I have noticed my desire to return has been decreasing.

Yelp
FalafelStop isn't your run‑of‑the‑mill Mediterranean joint, it's a consistent flavorful and tasty restaurant. If you're after flashy decor, this isn't for you. If you're after food that punches way above its price point, you've found the spot. I've been a fan of FalafelStop for years. Even after moving farther away, I still make the drive whenever I can. Food: 5/5 * Quality & taste: Always fresh, always flavorful. * Favorite dishes: JerusalemMix, Shawarma, and Pargiyot (succulent grilled chicken skewers). Whether you choose a plate, a hummus bowl, or a pita sandwich, you really can't miss--just pick based on how hungry you are. * Kitchen: Open layout, spotless, and packed with vibrant ingredients. Cost: 4/5 Prices have climbed since the pandemic (like everywhere in the Bay Area), but the portions and quality still make it a solid value. Ambience: 4/5 No frills--simple picnic benches and an easygoing vibe. Think quick, clean, reliable rather than fine dining. Service: 5/5 The staff are consistently warm, friendly, and efficient. Overall: 4.5/5 If you're craving fresh, authentic flavors without the pretense, FalafelStop is absolutely worth it.

Yelp
So glad I found this place - best falafels I've ever had! When you walk inside, the smell just wafts over you. The line to order moves very fast, and you can pick up your food in two different places depending on if you order veggie or meat options. We got the jerusalem mix plate and a side order of 10 falafels and the meal was enough for 2 people. Make sure to get all the toppings when they call you up! I love the food here and the pricing is great for the portion. Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Portion/Price: 5/5

Yelp
So dang good. Service is sometimes a little odd but the food is 100% worth it. Freshness, value and the fact that you watch them make your food makes this place a must-have.

Yelp
The food was amazing. I had the Shwarma on Hummus - with everything a bit spicy. It wasn't spicy at all - just the right flavoring and taste. We also ordered some falafel balls to taste...so so yummy. Perfectly crispy outside but soft and flavorful inside. For anyone looking for healthy options, I highly recommend this place.

Yelp
Falafel Stop is one of my favorite places to get lunch. I absolutely love the sabich pita, and have yet to find anywhere else in the area that has it on the menu. Vegetarian food is in a separate line from the meat options, take your ticket to the correct line after paying at the register. The pita is so deliciously fluffy and all of the veggie additions on top are lovely. Staff are speedy but accommodating and will customize your meal. So filling. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Everything here hits. The chicken shawarma is carved fresh off the spit, juicy and full of flavor. Falafel is crisp on the outside and soft inside. Hummus is smooth and just right. Pita comes out hot and fluffy. Definitely get the green sauce. It's herby with a spicy kick that pulls everything together. Fries were hot and crispy. Portions are generous and the value is excellent. The vibe is low key and unpretentious. The guy in the back knows what he's doing and builds your plate right in front of you with care. No frills, just serious flavor.

Yelp
I've came here before and thought it was great so I decided to come back. I got some falafel balls and their grilled chicken plate. The plate was amazing with wonderful bright and fresh flavors, however I felt like it was lacking on the protein. I would've rated the falafels a 5/5 because they were really tasty but recently I had the best falafels of my life so I have to knock this down to a 4/5. Compared to others, this falafel was on the smaller side so it was dryer. Service was good. It takes about 10 minutes for the proteins to be finished There is parking and seating on site

Yelp
They started selling donuts! Super delicious - it was warm when I bought it and I love that it wasn't too sweet. They had plain, chocolate, and strawberry available. I tried the strawberry and it tastes like strawberry jam.
