I had lunch here before the holidays with a dear friend! It was excellent! Today my husband and I came for a late lunch. The service was a little slow. But, the food??? Outstanding. My husband had a chicken / mushroom dish, I had the salmon salsa dish. Amazing. Melt in your mouth. We ended with the decadent tiramisu and cappuccinos! Mind-blowing!!! Besides slow service, wow - so worth it!!!

The food and service here are fantastic! The staff is always welcoming, attentive, and helpful. The food is always fresh and flavorful. The place is dimly lit which is always nice for dinner time. Wine pairings are always suggested depending on what you order and those pairings never fail 👌🏼 The desserts are also scrumptious along with the Moscato they pair it with. 🤤 The cocktails are also delicious and pair well with dinner instead of the wine. Definitely one of our favorite date-night spots! I highly recommend this place!

We stopped by here for mid lunch . Loved the food loved the service love the atmosphere and loved the music that was being played. It was really pleasant experience with my daughter and my mom. Our waiter was so nice so great . Made our experience dining here a lot more pleasant , special thank to Don. Also , the restaurant was clean and nice . I always appreciate a clean restroom.

Had a wonderful time here. The food was exceptional, the waitstaff was on point and enjoyed the very relaxing ambiance. Good place for some quality Italian cuisine

Farfalla is an Italian located at the promenade in Westlake Village. It is a sibling to the other Farfalla that is located in the Loz Feliz neck of the woods. This is a nice, upscale Italian restaurant. The food is not heavy and smothered in sauce to hide the favors. The dishes are simple and elegant. Most of the food is made in-house, so you shouldn't have to worry about thawed out frozen products. The service is impeccable. They are polite, knowledgeable, and continually come by to see if you need a water refill or anything else. This is a great establishment for get-togethers, dates, meetings, or just celebrating the love of Italian cuisine. You don't have to dress too fancy. Just dress to eat happily. It's worth the visit.

My husband and I came in on a busy Saturday night, and were seated at the long communal table right away. We ordered an appetizer, wine, and two pastas, the Norcina and the Cacio e Pepe. My Norcina pasta was overcooked, salty and had no truffle oil nor porcini mushrooms. They advertise porcini mushrooms, but I got regular white mushrooms. There's a big difference. I had a few bites and called the server to ask to send it back. She asked if I'd like another dish, so I asked for the Arrabiata to-go at this point, as some time had now passed since we were seated. I came home and ate a few bites and found a piece of hair in my mouth full of pasta. Despite this, I don't like to bash restaurants with poor reviews, so I made it a point to call Farfalla the next day to let them know about my experience. The assistant manager called me back and after hearing about my experience, he made points to say their pasta isn't overcooked as it's fresh pasta, and that it's salty because of the sausage. I told him I've been to Italy and have made pasta in Italy, and know that fresh pasta can totally be made al dente. He didn't even address the hair issue in the Arrabiata, so I mentioned it again. He said that I complain too much and asked what he should do for me. So I told him, "Perhaps you could at least apologize?" I'm not looking for handouts and wanted to let him know about the lack of quality control in the kitchen. He didn't apologize and even dared me to leave my honest opinion online. I am baffled by his rudeness and audacity. As I made clear to him, I will never be coming back to this restaurant (to which he said "ok, that's fine" repeatedly). Keep in mind I wasn't yelling or anything but kept a calm tone throughout our conversation. Their customer service is shockingly deficient, and their kitchen safety and quality control aren't far behind. I hope this review serves them well in the future.

The waiter was rude and obviously bored. When we arrived, the place was empty, so he sat us outside on the cover ed patio. Later, another couple came in and asked for the heater near them to be turned on. Unfortunately, it became too hot for us, so I asked the bored waiter if we could move. Instead of accommodating our request properly, he went over to the other couple and turned down their heat. The woman turned to me and said, "We're cold." I apologised and explained that I hadn't asked him to do that—I had simply requested to move to one of the many other empty tables. Reluctantly, he moved us, but deliberately placed us next to an extremely large heater. To make my friend comfortable (as it was her first and likely last time there), I swapped places with her. The food was just as disappointing. The wood-fired pizza was a chunk of raw dough with burned edges—the only part that was even edible. All in all, the waiter set the tone for a terrible experience right from the start. Won't be back.

Yelp
I loved this restaurant my first visit. Then I brought my friends and had a bad experience. My first time, I came with a group of coworkers. We're in suits and mostly men in our group. We got great service. The second time, I came with 2 girlfriends and it was a totally different experience. We asked for water with no ice. All 3 glasses came with ice. When we reminded them we wanted no ice, the guy rolled his eyes and took the ice water back. When he asked us what we wanted to order, I asked what the specials were. And without saying anything, the server walked away. He eventually came back with an iPad to tell us the specials. My friend said we're ready to order and again, the server didn't say anything and walked away. He eventually came back again and took our order. When the salad arrived, it was missing pieces of bread that are usually on top. And we needed to ask for bread. It was odd we needed to ask for so many things on my 2nd visit and each time we asked, the server wouldn't say anything but just abruptly leave the table. The food was also not consistent, but still decent. I got the linguine pescatora each time. The sauce was thicker the first visit and watery the second visit. On the second visit the bread was very thin pieces that were mostly crust and cut into. It was quite odd. I no longer recommend this restaurant. It's just too inconsistent and I don't want my friends treated this way again.

Yelp
I come here once a week. Waiting for my kids to finish. A beer and a pizza and generally no fuss no muss. How many Asian guys speak fluent Spanish? I eat the same thing tip well. I order the same pizza each time. Each time it's slightly different. Ingredients vary. Some days it's chilies. Some days it's cornichons. Some days it's burnt. Some days it has orange peel. Some days not. I don't mind. Bartender is nice. He smiles and makes me feel welcome. Today. Came here at 2pm. 5 ppl in the restaurant. Pleasant bartender. Friendly. Different from my usual. Life on the edge. I order a chicken Farfalla. Half boneless chicken. It takes 25 minutes. Ok What comes out is a Sweeney Todd disaster. It's been slashed to death and drier than sawdust. The veg is cold. And. Is that pico de gallo? This bird sat in the pizza oven the whole 25 minutes and got hacked for no reason. Returned it. And ordered my regular pizza. When it came out raw in the center and yet another topping (this time with thyme and pickles, not chilies and orange and rosemary) the Italian "Executive chef" came out and told me it was perfect. "What else do you want?" Consistency. Pizza that isn't raw or burnt. Simply that. I mention the inconsistencies and he says "we make the pickled vegetables fresh and it's always different". Really. Like fresh off the Sysco truck? Vaffanculo. Train your staff. Pay attention. I'm going to SoomSoom. You deserve everything you get.

Yelp
I came here for my brother in laws birthday. They have tried it before and wanted to celebrate the birthday here! Place is nice! Cute outdoor seating but I think for food I have had better. I had the chicken Parmesan which was okay! Pizza was alright I would say 4/5. As far as the pasta with vail it was okay. I wasn't too impressed with the food. Service was good though

Jorge G.

Yelp
We randomly pick this great restaurant without even doing a research, and we were impressed with the place, food and the exelent service. I highly recommend the chicken Piccata thank you Julian for the hospitality. We had a great dinner at this restaurant.

Yelp
This spot is wonderful and I've been on the search for a good Italian restaurant and this spot is 100% what I was looking for! Everything was fantastic and I can't wait to come back here again soon because the food is delicious, cocktails stunning, service friendly, and cute restaurant. My friend and I came in for a girls lunch over the weekend and came right at opening which was Ideal as this spot wasn't busy yet and we were able to get a lovely shaded patio table outside. The ambiance was wonderful. The perfect ratio of classy yet comfortable. Our waiter was very very nice. He did start to get busy as the restaurant got more crowded so we did have to wave him down a few more times then we'd prefer but I have to say he was very nice (sorry I didn't catch his name) and brought a great friendly energy to our dining experience. All of the staff here seemed very friendly. Service 4/5 stars. More than anything I was super impressed by how extensive the menu is here. Wow! The menu is huge and has the best selection of appetizers, salads, pastas, pizzas and more. I love that this restaurant truly has something for everyone. Price point is what you'd expect in Westlake village. Not outrageous as the food was quality but not a cheap casual spot when it comes to the $$. For example a cocktail, small soup, and large entree salad ran us about $50 each after tip. Rate this for yourself. While it's a little pricy for me I'm willing to splurge when the food and drinks are on point which they definitely are here. Plus the cocktails were large glasses and my salad was massive so in a way not a bad value overall. If you dine here get a cocktail, their bartender is great and the cocktails are stunning. The Aperol spritz I got here was prettier than any other place I've ever gotten it. I'd definitely come back again for one of these! However, hard to pick as all of the drinks sounded good. Cocktails 5/5 stars. For the food I eyed a lot of tasty sounding pastas. However I opted for a soup and salad, wasn't disappointed in my choices. The pasta fagioli soup was perfect, tasted spot on. For my main I had a blackened salmon Cesar salad. Divine! The lettuce was perfectly tossed in a tasty Cesar dressing and my salmon was cooked to absolute perfection. My dream come true meal. The good is wonderful here and the portions are surprisingly generous. 5/5 when it comes to food. This restaurant delivered on all of my important criteria and was truly one of the better Italian restaurants I've been to in a while. I'm already craving this place and eager to go back. Definitely check this spot out for a girls lunch or romantic dinner date.

Yelp
I loved this location. It has a gorgeous shopping center. The food was delicious. The service was excellent. I recommend lunch or a dinner date here. The prices are great, there is an abundance of parking, and after you eat you can enjoy shopping around. I ordered lasagna but i ate it before i could get a photo. My husband got salmon. We also got the salad and bread photographed below. Yummy.

Mariam K.

Yelp
The first time we ate dinner here, our pasta didn't have any flavor/salt we thought it might be due to the additions we made to the pasta & the chef must've been confused but when we came back a few days later and ordered two different types of pasta... both didn't have any salt/flavor! We knew this wasn't going to be our spot. We kept adding salt. Some might like it this way (flavorless) but I won't be going back.

Ethan D.

Yelp
Lasagna was delicious, and the food overall was enjoyable. However, the restrooms were gross and poorly maintained, which diminished the experience. A little more attention to cleanliness would make a big difference.

Peggy B.

Yelp
I enjoyed the most wonderful meal with six members of my family after a memorial service. We wanted something special and memorable, and Farfalla definitely delivered. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals, and we received excellent service.

Karen C.

Yelp
Farfalla Trattoria house special today was Porter House Steak with Potatoes and Spinach. Seasoned and cooked to perfection. Since it's Easter today. I had every intention to call today my diet cheat day and have their spaghetti and sausage. It's very good! But when our waiter showed us the porter house steak meal special I had to have it. The atmosphere is very relaxing and service great. We made reservations and so glad we did. It was a full house today. This in itself tells you how good this place is. You get your $$$$ worth of food here. One meal feeds two. (Dependent on your appetite). I brought a doggie bag home for lunch tomorrow. If you are in the area Ann's searching for a delicious, authentic Italian meal try Farfalla Trattoria conveniently located at Westlake Village Promenade and by the 101 Freeway. Casual dress. Once you try it, you'll want to dine here frequently. So many meal options.. You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
One of my favorite lunch spots!! I love getting the chicken piccata! No other place in town compares. Specials are also amazing. I had the lamb osso buco, which was literally fall off the bone tender. The pear martini is a go to as well. I tend to sit at the bar, so service was impeccable. Ambiance is quiet during lunch time, but can get pretty busy/loud during happy hour because it's one of the best spots in town to hit up! Always looking forward to coming back!

Yelp
Hands-down, the worst service we've ever experienced at a restaurant. We are the most low maintenance, easy going customers. We've been coming here for quite a while and from reading the reviews it looks like we have been lucky and dodged the service bullet until last night. After we placed our order with our server we did not receive drinks, which was water because my fiancé is pregnant. Our salad came out after 15 minutes, which is standard, but we still had not received our waters or plates and silverware. I asked the food runner politely if we could get some water after he dropped the salad and the water never came again. So we ate our salads with no drinks... No bread... After finishing our salad our original server walked back up to the table for the first time in 20 minutes and saw that there were no drinks on the table and quickly turned around saying "1 second papa!"... another 5 or 10 minutes goes by... still no waters. Just as our entrees are being dropped off a busser finally brings us two glasses of water. And we got bread as the entrée was dropped. I'm not making this up... I finally got a water and there was a hair in it. Halfway through the entrée, my little glass is now empty and remained that way for the rest of our dinner. When the server does her one check up on us... she drops off oil and vinegar at about half an hour into us dining. I have to stress we could not have been more calm and overly patient. And maybe that's the problem because I was politely communicating. The server never once acknowledged anything when all the points of service were missed. The only thing she was quick about was getting us to pay the bill and at that point I asked for the manager because there has been zero acknowledgment of anything... Here's where it goes off the rails. It's not even the service above now. I have never met a more stoic, unapologetic entitled, so-called manager in my entire life. He came to our table with a chip on his shoulder. We could've not been more of an inconvenience to him. Again calm, polite, "customers" communicating about our dining experience. As I was explaining to him, the look on his face was of discontent. He had much better things to do. He shook his head, told me I guess don't tip her. He had put the check on the table in front of me and stood over me as if you better pay this and I'm not gonna do anything about it. I actually was a bit confused and repeated that it was over 20 minutes for us to even get waters and that came after we had eaten our salad. According to his response because we're ordering water that doesn't constitute drinks so that's not an issue. I guess if my pregnant fiancé and I had ordered cocktails and wine we would be more important and treated differently. I honestly don't have a clue as to how you could mess up service this bad. We honestly would have preferred to have not been seated or told that there was a wait if they were overwhelmed. Which did not look like it was even the case, For a manager, the so-called manager, who is running the establishment and responsible for the restaurant, not to care at all when one of his employees fumbles every step of the way. And then for his response...! We will absolutely never be coming here again. Our entire family and friends and neighbors will all know the details of this experience. The business that will be lost because of the sheer rudeness from the server and the manager is mind blowing. I'm not kidding when I say it feels like they are intentionally trying to run off customers. There are dozens of different ways the Manager could have recovered, never once did he apologize, I'm not looking for anything free, but there are plenty of things at his disposal that he could have offered so that we felt like we were heard and maybe apologize and let us know he'll talk to his staff about our experience. Instead, he would not budge and actually had the gull to blow us off. I'm going to attempt to reach out to the owner, but I have a feeling this is the culture within this establishment after experiencing that last night and reading other people's reviews.

Talin S.

Yelp
The chicken marsala is by far the best I've ever had, the sauce was so good. We were dipping bread in it just to clean the plate and get every last drop of it . Spinach ravioli was good, but a little dry- probably won't get it again. The white pizza amazing highly recommend!

Polina P.

Yelp
Our favorite family dinner place. One of the best Italian restaurant in area. My kids and us love farfalla salmon pasta. Pizza is great too.

Toy M.

Yelp
When in the mood for Italian, this is my go-to place. I love the open-air patio. The menu offers something for everyone. I have never been disappointed. Service is perfect. Someone is always there to lend a hand. If the server is busy the busboys are watching. Portions are take home a doggie bag. Love It!

Brian P.

Yelp
This review doesn't even deserve one star to be honest, terrible service tonight when it took 20 minutes just to get some water. On top of that, there was no table settings to eat my salad, and I had to ask the bus boy to get my place settings. Damn, I should've just tipped the bus boy for doing all the service for my table. To end off with a bang, when my main course came out my pasta was colder than the Pacific Ocean, and when I wanted to send it back the pony tailed server gave me a disgusting look. I will not be giving my business to this place again!

Michal G.

Yelp
The couches out side are super uncomfortable and make u sink down but the food was fantastic. I had the Bruschetta napoletana and the Contadin for the appetizers and it was absolutely delicious. For the main course I had Gnocchi with pink sauce which was a bit plain but still good. The Portions are insane and so worth the price. Service wasn't too bad either.

Beth s.

Yelp
Excellent martini's. The food here is usually really good and didn't disappoint today. It is a bit pricy but the portions are on the larger size and shareable. They have an excellent happy hour. Make sure to try the lasagna!

Cailin H.

Yelp
Perfect! Very happy with my skinny margarita and the chicken ravioli. Service and ambiance made the experience even better! I would highly recommend this place if you love Italian food.

Ronjon H.

Yelp
Went during a busy Friday happy hour. The discounted prices were appealing, so we tried it. The drinks were good and strong and the food was tasty. Service was understandably not too attentive at our table, given the crowd. I noticed the patrons at the bar itself were really taken care of. Just like any bar, the people who were known by name got everything fast and friendly; and that's how it should be. I just don't think I will return as many times as is required to attain this status.

William J.

Yelp
As we have done many times previously, this evening my girlfriend and I dined at Farfalla Westlake Village. As usual, the service, food, and ambience was excellent. Prices are reasonable. The staff is attentive. The food is excellently prepared. We will be back.

Steve C.

Yelp
Came by for a glass of wine @ 4:45 on a Wednesday and there were no seats at the bar so I took a small table next to the door. The adjacent table had a "reserved" sign on it, mine did not. The male server approached and said the table was reserved for a larger group for Happy Hour (read: bigger tip). I mentioned that there was no sign on the table. He replied with a blank stare... I advised that I was going to have minestrone and a glass of wine and would leave following. Right after I had paid my bill (and mistakenly given a 20% tip) the server approached me and said they had a group of 4 whom he wanted to seat at my table. Nothing polite, apologetic or anything of the sort. I respectfully got up and advised him they would never see me again. What has happened to this world?! He could see I was winding down: let me finish my wine and the cheapskates who wanted happy hour prices could wait five minutes. (I didn't know it was Happy Hour). Customer service and manners have been tossed out the window. Train your staff! Just because they can serve food does not mean they can serve customers...

Dana H.

Yelp
The Gnocchi and mushroom rigatoni were excellent!! The service was a bit slow- but it was happy hour and they were slammed. Nice restaurant in a convenient location- great for double date night. If you live in the area give it a try.

Gohar K.

Yelp
After a few hours of blueberry picking in Camarillo we stopped by at Farfalla to have dinner. There were eight of us and luckily we got seated right away. The hostess was approachable and friendly. She arranged a table outside for our group. Our waiter was very helpful and took great care of us. He made recommendations and kept checking on us to make sure we are doing good. The food is good specially the Caesar salad. My favorite. We ordered calamari which was ok and my pasta was a bit salty. Other than that we had a lovely dinner and enjoyed our time here. Great location

Jessica A B.

Yelp
Still the same as before. Expect getting 40% off of it with it being happy hour. With both of front/main doors being open yet again. At same time unsure if one of the side door to their covered outdoor dining room was open as well. In which presume both kitchen/rear doors were open as well. Please, don't get wrong me I'm all for fresh air, but still not COVID/-19 part of it. Since the hot food itself getting colder easier then not. Unsure how I would feel if it's actually by water.

Brent O.

Yelp
First time here. There's inside and semi-outside seating. Staff was super friendly attentive. Little man had a pizza and every bite he explained how the crust was so flavorful and there was plenty of cheese. I had chciken parm, plenty of cheese and the pasta was great. The marinara was flavorful, not watery. Yum.

Jennifer S.

Yelp
Been going there for over 10 years. The food is yummy and I have never been disappointed. Although tonight was unacceptable and will never go back! We all went for happy hour and was Told we couldn't take our leftovers home that it was for dine only. (We ordered way too much since it was only 4pm.) I was there last Sunday afternoon and both myself and my friend took home our leftovers. Also all the men waiters are rude and have no idea about customer service. The owner should be present to manage his staff and make sure his customers and staff are happy!

Claudio D.

Yelp
We had the steak, pasta and Cesear Salad were all excellent. Steak cooked perfectly at medium rare. Thanks for the wonderful lunch..

Mark H.

Yelp
Our local Westlake Village place to go for classic and casual Italian. Always fun atmosphere and pleasant staff....and great food of course!

Wendy S.

Yelp
The food was very good but service was not even though they were not packed with customers. No water refills, took a long time to get a second bottle of wine. My husband asked for another glass of Cabernet, never got it. My father did not get his lemonade refilled. Waited 30 minutes to get our bill, waiter ignored our 6 top, but was all over the 4 top next to us (must be regulars). Very disappointing considering we spent over $400 for us to have a nice birthday dinner for my husband.

Lisa G.

Yelp
My husband and I generally really enjoy dining here. Last night, however, we opted not to stay for dinner based on the hostess. First, her attire was not befitting the establishment. Jean shorts and cowboy boots? Fine for Chili's, but really not appropriate for this restaurant. But mostly her behavior was simply rude--walking past us when we walked in, nearly pushing us out of the way without so much as an "excuse me." Please hire some adults with manners and we will look forward to returning.

Terry K.

Yelp
Excellent food, attentive servers and a pleasant atmosphere. Celebrated a family birthday here and had a great evening.

Vivian C.

Yelp
Extremely rude hostess. Highly dismissive, condescending, and rude. Set the night off to a terrible start. Sat down for approximately 15 minutes and was never once greeted by a waiter. The waiter at the table next to ours finally, after serving that table 3 bottles of wine (different wine with extensive explanations in between and multiple trips to the bar to grab 8+ glasses each time), finally glanced in our direction and said "one sec..." we finally had enough and got up and left. We have never been treated so poorly.

Ed C.

Yelp
It was a graduation lunch for a family member. Pretty relax. There were ample parking for everyone at that time of day but didn't notice any ev chargers available within the parking area. The host was very courteous & explained everything that we need to know. The breads were warm and super delicious since we were so hungry. Price wise it was above average but for the food and services, it was worth to venture out to this restaurant.

Yvonne E.

Yelp
Fantastic food and service. Very nice atmosphere and furnishings. The wine list was very good. Recommend.

Hope S.

Yelp
Came for an early dinner and were seated immediately. Waiter was very friendly and checked on us often! We started with calamari which was super delicious. I got the lobster ravioli... it was good but I probably wouldn't order that dish again. The sauce overpowered the lobster flavor. Husband got the lasagna which was amazing! We would definitely come back.

Kelli S.

Yelp
The service here is horrible. You have to wait a long time to get your food and some stuff they forget to bring to you so you have to keep asking for whatever it is. They used to be much better in the past.

Angelia G.

Yelp
Really great staff with decent Italian food and wine. I've definitely had better pasta but the service made it worth it to come and eat. Loved our waiter.

Elaine P.

Yelp
This place is fine, especially for a group with disparate tastes. We came here with a group of five, and everybody found something on the menu to be happy with. The drinks were stiff and either properly executed or creative. The wine list is fine, albeit a bit over priced. My DIL loves their farfalla with smoked salmon in vodka sauce. In fact, she craves it on occasion. I made a rendition of it for her birthday and it turned out only ok. Lol. Not the restaurant's fault, but I'm a good chef, so if I can't copy it well enough, it's worth it to go back for it. For me, the acid test of an Italian place is the linguine clams. This was a decent rendition, though I'd have liked to see more clams and heavier garlic. The wait service was very good. The place was crowded, yet our waiter managed to make his rounds at reasonable intervals. I think a good restaurant, Italian or not, should have a decent variety of offerings in each category of cow, chicken, and fish. This restaurant easily meets that criteria and more. There is another Italian restaurant that has great reviews but I'm only ok with, not only for its lack of variety and cheap proteins, but it's chaotic environment and wait service. At Farfalla you won't need to worry if you'll get decent service and perfectly acceptable food to please everyone. If you want outstanding food, head for La Cienega Bl in LA. But if you want to take your relatives from out of town to a nice place, this one hits the mark. If my reviews help you to decide, please give me a rating below. Thanks.

Yelp
I should have believed the other 1 STAR reviews, but I see the glass as infinitely full, so I thought I would form my own decision since I once LOVED Farfalla's locations in Aspen and Miami 30 years ago. I can live with RUDE service if the food is excellent. It always surprises me when whose people's livelihoods are tip-driven are F'ing RUDE!!! I was super excited for their 40% off the menu Happy Hour. I would have dined here several times a week if the food was good. It was NOT! I ordered the Bolognese. The pasta was overcooked and not al dente which made it mushy. The Bolognese was tasteless and dry. It was SUPER GROSS! DISGUSTING!!! I would have been mad if I paid full price for such a revolting excuse for bolognese. The bartender clearly did not want me dining at the bar as he could not have been less hospitable and nasty. Please believe the other 1 STAR reviews and go to Made in Italy for EXCELLENT service and food. Farfalla needs new management to whip everything into shape to be what it once was 30 years ago.

Yelp
Excellent pizza, wine, service, broccoli, and setting! Delicious! Also, even though I was skeptical of what looked like the tomato butter at the beginning, it was very delicious and works well with the bread! Great, added touch.

Yelp
We had dinner here and it's been a few years since we had been. I have to say, I won't be going back. The service was very poor and our waiter basically ignored us. We ordered a salad, pizza and pasta to share for 3. The salad and pizza were "fair." The shrimp pasta was incredibly salty and the shrimp tasted "fishy. The 3 of us took a bite and decided to send it back. This caused such an uproar and the waiter and manager basically "shamed" us for tasting it and sending it back. He claimed it was "half eaten" and we should not have eaten it and then sent it back. How does one know what it tastes like unless you try the dish? We have never experienced such rude service! In the end, they did take the pasta off the bill, but not before making us feel like losers. We eat out regularly at other local Italian restaurants and the service and food are too notch. Trust me, no more Farfalla !

Yelp
We have dined here many times and the food has always been quite good. A week ago Saturday night we celebrated our friend's birthday. I ordered the featured halibut. It was overcooked and dry. I have been thinking about this disappointing meal for days. I was anticipating a moist and flavorful fish. I could not finish the fish and I don't know if I will be going back.

Yelp
Searching for great Italian and always view bolognese as a solid indicator... I struck out here. A bolognese should be a rich meat sauce. This unfortunately was bland, even watery. I'm not sure about you, but I've zero interest in ordering Italian from a restaurant that doesn't include fresh bread. Adding insult to injury was the $27 charge, which I'd have gladly paid were it on point. Recommendations appreciated!

Yelp
Very confusing welcome, passed to 3 different staff members for seating. Food was tasty, but my order was incorrect when received after what I thought was a bit of a wait. Bread and topping offered are delicious. When boxing up my to go, they did not box all of my meal..? And. There was a hair entangled in my napkin. I brought this to the manager's(?) attention and asked for a small discount for the gross inconvenience. He took no responsibility for this and put it on the laundry service, and did not provide any discount. He did provide an order of the bread to go as they did not include that with my doggie bag. All in all. Ok food, marginal service, $$$ and pretty location.

Yelp
I love this place! Every time I come here I am impressed. I'll admit most of the servers are not that great, but Pablo is exceptional. He is incredibly polite, accommodating, and always checks in to make sure you're enjoying your meal. The atmosphere is amazing- this restaurant is one of my go-to's when I want a good meal. My only complaint would be the overall poor service but there are a few gems that save the experience. The food however is delicious! Xoxo, Suki Dubs

Yelp
Food was ok. Nothing to stand out. I got flat bread with garlic. It had weird herb taste that wasn't very good. If they put cheese on it would have been better. Ceaser salad was ok it had cheesy chewy bread on the bottom of it. Also got spicy pasta added chicken. Half order was big enough for 1 person. It was ok but lacked taste. Had to add salt and lots of cheese to make it more flavorful. Ambiance is nice. I Sat on the semi outdoor patio. Very spacious. My server older gentleman was very nice. He did good job
