Great fresh pasta addition to the neighborhood. Lovely service and generous portion sizes. Straightforward menu- pick your pasta, sauce, and accompaniments. We dined in and got our food quickly. Though, there’s limited seating and might be best suited for takeout.

Some of the best pasta I’ve had in a long time. Non-bleach and non-brominated ingredient pasta made fresh cant go wrong. They were out of the gluten free..will have to try next time. Italian ingredients sit a lot better on my digestive system so it’s a win win!

MUST try!! From a fellow Italian, the pasta here is truly amazing. Atmosphere is classy and super welcoming. The ingredients used makes you feel light and not bloated after eating! Will definitely be back!

This is my absolute go-to neighborhood pasta spot, I’m here multiple times a week, and it never misses. The pasta is homemade from scratch, incredibly fresh, and so reasonably priced for the quality and generous portion size you get. The menu is simple and no-frills in the best way: just really well-done classics without trying to be trendy or overcomplicated. Portions are massive, I always have leftovers. On top of that, the service is consistently kind and fast. Even when they’re busy, the staff is welcoming and efficient, which makes it an easy, reliable favorite. If you’re looking for comforting, high-quality pasta at a great price, this place is it. 🍝 FYI - their regular vodka sauce has bacon in it that is not disclosed on the menu anywhere if you have a dietary restriction but the spicy vodka sauce does not

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The pasta is on a completely different level. You can taste the freshness in every bite. The team members even took time to tell us about the incredible ingredients used and even showed us their flour shipped directly from Naples Italy!!! The pasta is hand cut and as fresh as it gets. The carbonara, though, is the real standout. Perfectly silky, rich without being heavy, and balanced in a way that most places just don’t get right. It’s the kind of dish you think about days later. And the spicy vodka pasta? Unreal. The sauce has that perfect kick, super flavorful without overpowering the dish, and the pasta is cooked exactly how it should be. On top of that, the service is warm, the portions are very generous and not overpriced. The whole experience feels like a place that genuinely cares about it’s food. Easily the best pasta spot in manhattan. I’ll be back again and again.

A fantastic new addition to the Upper East Side dining scene. Farina on 2nd makes their pasta fresh daily, and it shows — I tried the spicy vodka rigatoni and it was perfectly balanced with rich flavor and ideal texture. The service was attentive and warm without being overbearing, and the overall experience felt effortless. Excited to return and explore more of the menu. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend! I live on the block and was excited to try, and safe to say it did not disappoint! Generous portion, fresh pasta flown from Italy (love that) and lots of sauce options to choose from! I met the owner too and he was very kind. Can’t wait to come back! ☺️

Great spot for delicious Pasta take out!! I cannot wait to go back and try more sauces. I had the Farfalle pasta with Truffle sauce. Yum!!! absolutely delicious!! (Don’t mind the photo I was too busy eating away.) The staff were extremely helpful and the ordering process and menu are so easy. Not to mention my kids also loved the pasta, they were able to spit it because the portion is large compared to what you are paying. They shared a Rigatoni with Tomato Basil and loved it. Huge plus, because you know how picky kids can be. Overall I’m very happy and pleased! Welcome to the UES!

Welcome to the neighborhood Farina on 2nd. This cute pasta place is such a welcome addition to the Upper east side. Reading the last review I had no idea this was a vegan pasta spot. The staff who work here are super friendly and helpful. I had alot of questions about ingredients due to my food allergies a d they were super helpful. All of the pasta is made fresh and in house. I got the rigatoni with regular tomato sauce and I added in chicken and caramelized onions. Wow super flavorful! It also comes in a one size container and it may not look like alot of pasta but you can definitely get two meals out of it. I will for sure be returning and trying out their other types of pasta and sauces too. They do have a few seating options but many. It is really more of a take out place in my opinion.

Delicious vegan-friendly homemade pasta! We were so excited to hear that they don't put egg in their homemade noodles. Just good quality flour + water. The tomato basil sauce is vegan, so that's what we tried, and we loved it! Will definitely be returning.

The pasta and ingredients are all fresh and high end quality. I asked them to cook pasta longer so they are soft and they did it exceptionally. The portion size is great for the price. The place is clean and great to get for pick up's. Will be adding it to our weekly schedule.

Perfect date spot, especially since it's right around the corner from the AMC. We got a the Cacio e Pepe and the Bolognese pasta very delicious! Pasta was cooked perfectly and didn't skimp on the sauce! Owner was helpful even let us try some of the sauce before ordering. Dishes were good portion so we could've definitely split one dish but we wanted to try more flavors and all for $30. Will be coming back and telling more people about this place.
