Inside Fair State Brewing, looks like they are working on building out more space next door. I ordered a beer and the Italian Stallion detroit style pizza. They describe it as if lasagna was a pizza... and I would agree, the crispy cheese crust or edges is the best part. Seating was limited inside Fair State... but pizza was delicious.

Farina Rossa does not miss. The whole menu is absolutely delicious so you can't go wrong! Their Detroit-style pizzas are a MUST, but you can't miss out on the Neapolitan either. Unique pizzas, fresh ingredients, and always some delicious seasonal apps too.

The best pizza crust I've ever had! My favorite is the Italian stallion. I've tried 3 of their pizzas and all of them are tasty and bursting with flavors! The two gentlemen who make the pizzas are very kind and attentive. Also the brewery that they are in is also very nice and the staff there are all great also. Overall great taste and great staff!

Farina is without a doubt a must visit in the Twin Cities. They are true artisans that care about their craft, and the local food community. Expect a menu that changes weekly, if not daily and some of the freshest most creative cooking with local and fresh ingredients. I cannot recommend this place enough. It is the first place that I take anyone from out of town, as I truly believe that it is the best representation of Minnesota’s dining scene. Seasonal, local, creative, and friendly. The chef’s are awesome with kids, and the space at Bang is perfect for your kids to come with and hang out!

OMG! I can't get enough of this pizza. The crust is so flavorful. There are lots of options to choose from with toppings. We tried the Detroit style and the Neapolitan style. Both are great. Recommend!

I would give it a solid 6 out of 10. Love the sourdough crust. Soft and chewy without being too tough. Sourdough flavor really comes through and it is very good. The toppings on the pizza, however, were perhaps a bit overwhelming and underwhelming all at the same time. The Frenchy: sauce was a little too reminiscent of applesauce Jersey Shore: a lot of flavors going on, difficult to distinguish between. Portland: a lot of mushrooms The rockstar of the evening was the plain cheese with added pepperoni. Seems like the “less is more” option is the best way to go with these pizzas. The ingredients really are high quality but seems like the specialty pizzas just have too many ingredients and very heavy on puréed ingredients…quality and individual flavors of the ingredients gets a little lost. It is nice that the best brewery, Fair State, has an in-house food option and while I would opt to get the pepperoni pizza again, I would not choose to very often as $19 is a bit steep for a 12” pizza. The serving of the pizza also needs a little work. The pizzas were brought to our table and handed to us to grab with the warning “the pan is very warm” (hot would be the better term as I did get a slight burn on my finger) and while the servers had pads to hold onto the “very warm pan” the diners do not and have to just grab the pizza with bare hands. In the end, not the worst dining experience I’ve ever had, but not the best. So 6 out of 10.

Is there a pizza sauce as good, if not better, than tomato? I had not even thought to ask this question when learned the answer with sweet potato pizza. Five out loud wows.

The birria pizza is a must try!
