Farm Burger Athens

Almost everything about Farm Burger is the absolute best! The only thing I didn't like was that after all the stories I had heard was, I was expecting it to be a sit down and be served typed restaurant. But man the food MORE than made up for that. It was the BEST Burger I have ever had in my life! I would HIGHLY recommend!

Went for the Restaurant week deal which btw was super super affordable (2 burgers + fries + 2 drinks for $25). The burgers were decently sized and the combinations they have are delicious. The garlic parm fries were AMAZING and i definitely recommend them. The location is hard to miss and there’s free parking in the mini deck behind. Also a good time to stop by the Prince Market right next door!

A really nice atmosphere. They really made me feel at home. The service is fast, the place is clean and organized. The food is absolutely delicious. Seems like very fresh and quality ingredients. I enjoyed my visit. They say the sweet potato hush puppies are temporary, and that makes me sad because they're so delicious and fluffy and with the apple butter sauce, it's absolutely divine, so get them when you can!

Very friendly and helpful employees. The food is delicious. I need to do a lettuce wrap for a burger rather than a bun, sadly. They don't do lettuce wraps, but they were willing to put the patty between 2 iceberg leaves and add all my toppings to that. I appreciate the effort. They put it in a bowl since it was all kind of falling apart. I think what I will ask for next time is just a burger bowl. Stick the patty in a bowl then pile my toppings on. It was delicious, although an unconventional way to eat a burger. 😆

I ordered delivery for lunch. Loved the lettuce wrapped mini cheeseburger, the fries, and the kale salad. I was disappointed in the collard greens they had a spicy sweet flavor not a fan. Spicy was good but the sweet taste did not like.

Their burgers and fries are top-quality! Great, fresh, clean food and nice service. The open type atmosphere and uncomfortable hipster seating isn't our favorite (so we usually just get it to go), but the food is top notch. Parking is behind the building so not ideal, but parking downtown, in general, sucks.

We tried Farm Burger for the first time today. Had not heard too much about it but we saw online that they had a Vegan burger so we hopped in the car and headed over. Right out of the shoot we liked that there was plenty of parking behind the restaurant as that is always a challenge in the area. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice. We ordered a couple of the vegan burgers dressed in different ways and had the french fries and sweet potato fries. Overall everything was very tasty but it gets a little pricey for lunch if you don't get the lunch combo. Overall we enjoyed every and would come back and try other options.

This is my first time trying this place and I'm gonna be honest they are a little pricey and mediocre at best there was nothing spectacular about my burger the meat was kind of tasteless no seasoning and you pay all this extra money just to build a basic cheese burger and then the combo prices are high to have can sodas for the option of drinks other than tea and lemonade they did give me a large portion of fries tho! Honestly I probably won't be back it wasn't a bad experience just not worth a second try

We LOVE Farm Burger. There has been absolutely nothing we had that wasn't good here. The meat tastes so fresh and clean. The location here is always clean and the staff is always welcoming. I have tried most of the burgers on the menu, with some customizations, but overall, it's never a miss. They give you an ample amount of fries, which are fresh and not too salty. They have seasonal shakes, which are all good. They have everything from burgers and beer to collards and milkshakes. You can't go wrong.

Good: looked clean, very nice lady that brought our food Bad: burger too greasy, fries tasted like they were from a frozen bag or were remade from yesterday's lunch prep; kale salad tasted like onions mixed in rather than kale or it was a premix in the bag too long causing it to be an onion salad.

I love Farm Burger's onion rings, and the paprika mayo is delicious. They make great iced tea, which isn't a given. The staff is super friendly. This location has both indoor and outdoor seating. They have Beyond Burger if you want a vegan option. It can get a little crowded on the weekends.

Food is delicious, I had the Chorizo burger and the parm french fries with the smoke paprika mayo. Soo good. Love the out door seating. The guy at the front was not the friendliest nor welcoming I think he was ready to go home and clock out but besides that the server was sweet, she was very attentive:) will definitely go back to try a different burger next time!

We went here because the place next door wasn't open (too bad for them). We were very pleased with the person who took our order. She was friendly and helpful. There is a lot of seating ~ inside and outside. Cafe Racer had a special for Athens Restaurant Week so we got their special. We ordered two of their "blackboard burgers", a basket of sweet potato fries and two no -alcoholic drinks for $25!!! The reason I gave this review 4 stars instead of 5 is because it felt a little dirty (floor, windows, bathroom needed cleaning).

Great Greek fries! I ordered the vegetarian burger and it was delicious with the tomato jam. Ordered online and it was ready prior to estimated time. Great customer service.

Got the chicken burger and It was pretty dry. This was my second time visiting here. When we first came It was right after they opened and everything had a different (better) taste to It including the sweet potato hushpuppies The kale salad was not good at all. My parents enjoyed It so i kept It fair with the rating even tho I was disappointed in my meal. Parking is the deck. Or street parking. However it's a bit difficult to cross the street unless you want to walk out of the way

Was one of the best burgers I have ever had. The people and atmosphere was really sweet and quick. And the prices for the quality of food is amazing considering how cheap it all was!

Food was amazing, burgers were huge. Fries were crispy and onion rings were amazing. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Service with a smile and ambience was chill. Food was delivered to table quick and hot. Loved it, highly recommend!

I was definitely underwhelmed with Farm Burger, I think it is really overpriced and nothing stood out to me that would make it worth the price. I can't rate the service, because it's similar to Subway, you order your food at the cashier's desk and when it's done they bring it to you and that's last time you see them.

I ordered a burger with Swiss cheese, mushrooms, and caramelized onions, along with some fries. The service was excellent, and I had a really nice time overall. It's a great place to hang out.

Best hamburger in Athens, hands down. Bonus points for reasonable prices and friendly staff.

Love this place! In traveling across the country, no other burger place has stood up to beat it, in terms of quality. The burgers were delicious, the fries were hot & crisp, and the house-made drinks and sauces were so good! I can't speak for other locations but I greatly appreciated this Farm Burger's clean facility, friendly staff, and attentive management. 10/10 recommend.

If I could rate this a 10 star I would. I've eaten here about five times now and had consistently amazing meals every time. I seriously have yet to have a burger in athens as good as this one (and i've eaten at some nice restaurants). The price is AMAZING i mean grass fed burger & fries for $13?! That's incredible. Service is always quick and friendly. Ambiance is laid back I love sitting outside. HIGHLY recommend seriously.

wow, great service, friendly staff, the sweetest of sweet tea and the juiciest smash burgers and fries with truffle sauce on them... went here to eat before a UGA baseball game and will be back.

Recently visited this burger place. The order came out pretty fast (~10-15 minutes), and I got the double bacon cheeseburger with fries. The bacon added more meatiness to the burger, but the burger was very salty for me. I've tried a little bit of the farm burger and the chicken, and they were flavorful and juicy, didn't have the seasoning issue. If I ever return, I'll just get the regular farm burger. Everything did taste very fresh, especially the toppings. Nothing too memorable otherwise. The fries were also a bit disappointing. The regular fries (basket of fries) is nothing home to write about. They were quite soft and lacked the crunch. It might have been just that batch. FB fries had a decent flavor though but had the same issue. The onion rings were excellent, however, with the right amount of breading and seasoning. Overall, pretty good burger joint in Athens with an attentive and friendly staff.

Farm burger and custom burger with fries onion rings very good and super tasty highly to recommend to come here. Service was excellent and quick. Parking behind was perfect very easy access. Seating was very good and super clean. I will be back .

Visited on a Friday night at 6 PM. Fairly busy when we arrived, but did find one large table for our group of 6. I ordered the daily combo for $11.99 with (pork burger with pimento cheese and arugula and a farm salad). Not a bad deal and food was good. Never had a pork burger before. I was expecting a sausage flavor, but it tasted like a soft beef patty. Pimento cheese oozed out with every bite, so needed to use a napkin with every bite. The salad could've used a little more dressing. But, overall, glad we came!

A great burger with fair pricing, especially for the lunch combo. Service was fast & helpful! The drink selection (sweet tea & juice) was very tasty & i recommend the juice! Love that everything is locally sourced as well :-)

Great burgers and sides but I wish they had fountain Cokes. Getting a can of coke with a burger just isn't the same.

To me this was just like any normal burger restaurant. The food came out fast, and the workers were really friendly. There was no soda machine but had good lemonade and sweet tea. Their blueberry lemon cheesecake looked really good. Will have to try it next time!!

The burger was alright, and it was relatively pricey. Interior was clean and was empty when I went. The cashier was nice, and she was pretty helpful in making suggestions. The price just can't be justified for a mediocre burger, personally

Clean environment , and friendly staff. (They deserve more stars ) I had The farm burger and it had to be the most bland basic burger I've ever eaten. The fries were good . For 30 bucks for two burger meals . It wasn't worth it

Tried a chicken burger & fries. First time ever eating a chicken burger. Had fancy lettuce, fried macaroni and sauce on it, it was really good. Wife had regular farm burger with cheese, sauce on side. Good. Onion rings & FF's were crispy and hot. Great staff

The location, service and food is excellent. Two burgers and a basket of fries for my wife and I is cost effective and delicious!

Fantastic customer service!! The gal at the front was so friendly and helpful!! She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order and she did it with a great smile. Really appreciate that so much!! Awesome burgers too plus great gluten free options!! We need one in Buford now haha!

I've been to at least 4 different farm burgers and the food and service is always great. I love sitting out on the patio on a nice day. Great options and the build your own has a lot of options. Great for a quick pick up.

Went for a good burger but it was 50-50. Had the 50-50 burger which is supposed to be 50% beef and 50% ground bacon but instead it's appears to be a patty of each. The burger was sloppy with the meat falling out all over the place as though it were ground beef, and not a patty. I asked for grilled onions, but they gave me sautéed. Also asked for a grilled jalapeños but it was a half of a jalapeño sautéed. Flavors were good but the burger was FRAGILE and very messy. Probably won't come back.

Nice place for vegetarian buggers. When the weather is nice, it is also good to sit outdoor whether you are in a hurry or not.

The GM argues with customers at this Athens location. No bensing rules to accommodate elderly customers here. If you don'have a number you can't sit down. We had a party of 9 and came back to an empty restaurant with an available seating area for 9. We sat down and told we coolant save spots and that everyone had to be in line until you receive a number. Well, we had elderly parents who couldwait in line, which is why we came early. The GM didn't ask questions and just told us we couldn't stay seated and the she had to wait everyone before us. There were plenty of places for everyone in front of us to wait but she insisted and escalated my patience with her. So we didn't have a place to sit and Itold her Iunderstood policy, but need a her to stop escalating but the persisted apologizing to customers for my behavior, yet she was the one giving attitude over and over again and would not stop! At the end of the meal, we found out that she WAS the GM. Bad move Farm Burger Corporate for hiring Danielle at your Athens location. We are paying customers who don't need your argument and persistence when you didn't even bother to ask questions. You just told the customer no you can't save a seat when if it is for elders who cannot stand long. Needless to say, we not my family and fr ends wh m we tell will no longer be supporting your restaurant. Bad move on this hire corporate. -100 stars

Farm burger is a new spot in Athens! Cool place to grab a bite to eat. You wait in line to order, get a table marker with a number, and they bring you your order when it's ready. There's a $10 burger & bar deal that's pretty good. The burger was alright, but the fries were really good! I got a build your own burger and the farm burger fries which are hand-cut fries tossed with spicy garlic, parmesan & herbs. The place was clean & the staff was friendly.

Farm burger is a quaint place in Athens. Clean and staff is friendly. Burger and frieswith s shake. The burger n fries were hot but not much flavor. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and the mushrooms were semi cold from the can and the burger had 0 flavor. Definitely some seasoning needed. As the fries were hot bug they were greasy and golden in color as the oil needed to be changed. As fir the shake. I didn't drink it. Chocolate coveted strawberry shake had an after taste. So that's why it got 3 stars. Hopefully my next visit to them I can give 5. Sorry

We had a great first visit to Farm Burger! I had the pork burger (pig something?!) And my husband had the double bacon burger. We also had a basket of the pimento cheese fries. All of which were fantastic! Everything was fresh and well-flavored. The pork burger had a Brussels sprouts/apple slaw that was very creative and delicious. We also couldnt help but try the red velvet milkshake- which was also on point! We will definitely be back!

Tasty burgers, highly recommend the sweet potato fries. Sodas are in cans but would recommend trying their tea and lemonades. High quality food and ingredients.

So, first and foremost, the food is great. But be careful when you order. We ordered a burger off the menu, and the cashier decided to make it a build your own and the cost of the burger went from $10.99 to $16.00. When I mentioned it to the manager, they acted like they could see my point of view, but they didn't really agree with me. They offered to refund the overage, but it's not about the money so I told them to keep it. It's about communication. Explain to your customer what you are doing and do not upcharge them thinking they will not catch it. We will not be back.

It was homecoming Saturday, a football game was nearing and there I was in Athens with a colts hat. I was with my family trying to see the university. Had been walking all morning up and down hills fighting the sea of red crowds until I was exhausted and starving. Restaurant waits were 40 minutes. So I followed my heart and my thirst for ipa's. It led me to this godsend! Thank you farm burger! You saved my life

One of the best burgers! Great vegetarian and gluten free options as well. Plenty of parking in the parking garage behind the restaurant.

My huband and and I love burgers and were really looking forward to trying Farm Burger. We really liked the menu options but the meal left us underwhelmed. There were a lot of flavors added as toppings to the burger but the meat was bland. We also ordered the parmesan fries which were soggy. We know that every restaurant has bad days but are reluctant to try again because there are several other really good burger joints in the DT area that are consistent with their food quality. Will update if we decide to give it another try

Awesome burgers! The farm burger with caramelized onions was great. We also tried a chicken burger with cheese and pesto. It was great too. Their fries were very good too.

We went here on sept 19, 2022. Both of us are gluten free and dairy free due to food allergies. One got the chicken burger and one got the seasonal. The chicken burger had cheese all over it, even though it was made clear no cheese. Once we cut the burger in half it was safe to eat and was honestly good. The seasonal burger was different. Burger was good but definitely a different burger. Fries were made in a separate fryer for gluten free which was nice but again just slightly lacked. Little soft and missed some seasoning. Over all a solid place but for $40 expected more.

Beyond delicious!! The burgers are juicy, the fries are perfectly crisp without being too crispy and the customer service is top notch! One of the best burgers I've had in a loooong time!

The burger had great taste. The FB sauce and pimento cheese were a great combination with pickles and jalapeños. The only reason I'm giving a 4/5 is because the sweet potatoe fries were a little soggy, but they still tasted good.

WOW what a awesome burger and fries !! Love this new spot located right in downtown Athens. Great Atmosphere, super friendly staff. The burger was cooked perfect and the FB Fries were delicious but could be cooked a little longer.. I like my friends crispy. The menu has tons of options for everyone. I will definitely be back!!

Burger was nothing special; just many choices for toppings. Fries were bland. Servers were friendly is best that can be said.

First time here and it was a success! Ordered the Double bacon cheeseburger with fries/onion rings! I have 2 complaints though! The pickles didn't taste like pickles and the Dijon mustard was HOT! Next time I'll just ask for mayonnaise! The service was excellent! Will be returning

The burgers were amazing, but the fries were even better! The FB fries were my favorite, but the parm garlic ones were also delicious!
