I normally don’t review places in the airport, but this place stood out and warranted 5 stars. The place was clean, with a good atmosphere, the staff were friendly and efficient and the food was delicious! We had the fried chicken sandwhich and the chicken and waffles. The sandwhich and toppings were outstanding, the fries were good. Add to that they have Pliny the Elder and other great draft beer options, and I’ll give an easy 5 stars! To those complaining about price, I suggest eating before you fly if it’s out of your price range. To give this place one star because of the prices is crazy - the food is worth the price.

The skin was super crispy, like, it made this awesome crunching sound when you bite into it. And the meat inside was so tender and juicy—it was just amazing. But the fries were just okay, nothing special, but not bad either.

Restaurant was right across from my Gate, so the location was 10/10 (until my gate was changed. lol). I was reluctant to order food (due to reviews), but I followed my intuition & got the chicken & waffles. I was SO satisfied! Most places serve a ginormous portion, which I can barely put a dent in & heating up its leftovers just makes me mad. But here @ the FSO location, I got 3 wings (1 was the “one bone” variety & 2 were the 2-bones), fried perfectly crispy with the right & light amount of batter (I’m thinking there was cornmeal in it). I got some buffalo sauce & blue cheese, along with maple syrup for the waffle. Apologies for not including the “before” photo, but the “after” one tells the best story. I hardly ever clean my plate. Especially if it’s a breakfast/brunch situation, I don’t have a lot of appetite. Expect airport restaurant prices & you will not be disappointed!

For me, airport food has lowered expectations. However, this is horrible even for airport standards. Eggs, bacon, and tater tots plate. Eggs and bacon are what you'd get at the free breakfast bar from a cheap hotel. The tots were good, but I expect tots for breakfast at a fast food restaurant. Service is just as bad. You order at the bar, pay a tip, and they bring food to you. After that, no further interactions with the staff. What was that tip for?

See photos attached. This restaurant is overpriced for what I received. I ordered basic bacon 🥓 and eggs 🍳 with tots. The table runner/waitress named Kelly was excellent. With that said the restaurant doesn’t have jam or jelly for the sourdough toast the only have butter. That’s a minus. How many people do you know put jam or jelly on their toast? I am one of them. They also don’t have any steak sauce or A1 sauce which I like to put on my eggs. They only have Bbq sauce and Buffalo sauce and the Buffalo sauce is like drinking spicy vinegar! Yuck 🤮. So needless to say they need more condiments to choose from with these prices. I am very disappointed with the food and prices of the food. They charged me $4 for two pieces of sourdough toast. You can buy a whole loaf for that much money. Talk about a mark up!! Bottomline the service was great but the food is overpriced and it wasn’t anything monumental. It was a disappointment. I will not come back and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Also, the acoustics are in need of an overhaul. It’s really loud in here!

I love fried chicken sandwiches and have eaten a ton of them. This place was charging the high end I believe it was almost $27 with tax for a to go sandwich. And it was super mediocre… very little actual chicken and much more crust and bread. Honestly a $9 slider from Dave’s hot chicken is better than this and at least 50% more actual chicken and it’s just a large chicken tender at Dave’s. If you are going to charge that much you should have better quality, I’d say $18 at an airport would be the max that should cost for what I got. If it was super good then what they’re charging would be fair.

Had the caesar salad with grilled chicken and it was honestly 11/10. Best airport food I’ve ever had ✅ To add, the service was extremely fast. They brought out my drink and salad within 5 minutes of ordering (great if you’re rushing for your flight). The chicken was perfectly cooked and the salad perfectly seasoned. Simply a great experience here!

I get economizing is part of a business, but this, for $20 is by far the worse meal I’ve encountered in my years of flying even for small airports. This is your pricey item in the menu. A chipotle bowl (far healthier costs you around $19. There is a sense of loss of quality in most things. This place represents that. Where did all go wrong… my review. Get food from the shop in front of this place. You’d be better off. Btw, all these ingredients came from the bottom of the Value Mart. Bad at best.
