We stopped in for brunch and had a really nice time! We were seated on the back patio, which is set up inside a charming little greenhouse. It was a bit chilly when we arrived, but they turned on the heat lamps, and it quickly became perfectly cozy. Our server, Gabriel, was kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. For brunch, I usually lean more savory, but today a little sweetness was calling my name, so I decided to try the Monte Cristo. I’m glad I did—it was really good, with the perfect sweet and savory balance. That said, it was definitely on the rich side, and I could only make it through half. My husband ordered the Bottega Stack and thought it was good but fairly average overall. The menu features a lot of fresh, farm-to-table inspired options, and there are plenty of dishes we still want to try from both the brunch and dinner menus. Overall, it’s a cozy spot with a great atmosphere, friendly service, and a menu worth exploring—solid 4/5 and we’ll definitely be back!

We flew in from Florida and were immediately looking for lunch. This little cafe is so cute, the interior decor is very homey and soothing. The food was fantastic! I had meatloaf hash and my friend got the turkey club. Her sandwich was enormous. If we were locals this would be a regular spot for us.

Google
This was a fantastic experience that met my high expectations. A small menu to me means excellence in what's prepared. And that was spot on here. The food was so good. It was presented and prepared in a way that was indeed excellent. A place I highly recommend to visit.

Google
This Farmer’s Bottega location truly excels in every aspect, from the carefully crafted food to the exceptional drink selections. My experience was remarkable. The service was impeccable, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff that went above and beyond. I had made a reservation and was seated promptly, which set a positive tone for the evening. Our server was outstanding, taking extra steps to ensure our comfort throughout the meal. The restaurant's design and decor are stunning, creating an inviting atmosphere. Kudos to the management and their dedicated team for delivering such a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend this place!

Google
Great find near the airport! We were looking for a restaurant that had breakfast reservations as I was getting ready to travel and couldn’t wait in line. Great service and amazing food. The coffee was very strong…

Google
We stumbled upon Farmer's Bottega purely by chance, as it was along our route and had garnered some good reviews. Deciding to give it a try, we walked in without a reservation, as it was a last-minute decision. Despite this, the hostess was incredibly accommodating, making a positive impression right from the door by promptly finding us a table. The warm welcome didn’t stop there. The entire staff was friendly and attentive, eager to offer recommendations based on our preferences. It's clear they know the menu inside out and are passionate about the dishes they serve. Given how hungry we were, we ordered a variety of dishes, and I’m happy to say that everything exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the Machaca Omelet, Mediterranean Omelet, Seasonal Melon Salad, and French Toast—all of which were absolutely delicious. Overall, Farmer's Bottega offered an unexpectedly delightful dining experience. Whether you're passing by or planning a visit, it's definitely worth stopping in!

Google
We had an amazing brunch at Farmer’s Bottega! My family loved it so much, they went back 3 times while they were in town for the week. The Farmer’s Omelette was so good with fluffy eggs and crispy bacon and others really liked the breakfast burrito and the BLT. The service was on point too—attentive, friendly, and accommodating of special requests. We will definitely be back!

Google
"Secret garden" area in the back is really pretty. I liked the soyrizo + nopales and seasonal fruit plates.

Yelp
Rustic, industrial, antique mixed with botanical decor' this restaurant was pretty darn good! Farm to table we went here for brunch with out of town family. I had the Bottega stack with was delicious. Scrambled eggs layered between crisp tortillas, black beans, bacon, cheese, with a spicy tomatatillo sauce. Husband had the Machada omelet, which needed a bit of spice maybe a sauce. Others had soy rizo, with nopales, lemon pancakes and more. Delicious food and great service. We got parking right out side at a meter (Friday at lunch). Looks like dinner has an interesting menu also.

Yelp
I ordered their short rib benedict and substituted house made potato chip with their parmesan truffle potatoes for an extra $4.00. When my plate arrived, I was underwhelmed. I could barely locate the potatoes on my plate. It was less than a quarter potato in cubes. I don't know about you, but I need carb with my food, especially eggs. The benedict was not on the english muffin, so I asked for piece of bread. They brought me a muffin with butter and jam, which I am assuming was a menu item with a price. I did not need butter and jam, I just needed a piece of bread. When my bill arrived, I noticed I had been charged for their muffin lol and butter and jam I did not touch. Honestly, I don't even care how much I pay, as long as I am paying for good and tasty food. Nothing was done right. The food tasted awful, and the portions (carb-protin-vegetable) were way off for an extra charge for what I ordered. So, I needed a muffin for the benedict as an add-on for an extra charge, on the top of extra charge special potatoes. I usually randomly try different restaurants so I can have a good recommandatuons for my out of town guests. This one definitely will not be recommended. You gotta do it right, and you gotta be fair. There is also a 4% charge for using a credit card in the new 21st century. Who carries cash anymore? I don't. I know these are difficult times and we eat at the restaurant because we can afford it. But I personally have become a lot more selective about who I pay and for what. So, just keep that in mind. Customers have become selective for a good reason. The service was acceptable. The decor was very nice. 3 star, round up.

Yelp
We were craving a good charcuterie board and wine. After searching a million restaurants on Yelp, we found Farmer's Bottega's board and booked the reservation. The spread was delicious with quality meats, cheeses, fruit and spreads. The parmesan fries are also a must. The interior is very inviting and comfortable to hang out with a glass of wine.

Yelp
Looking for a place to meet a friend for brunch and stumbled upon this place. Such a cute restaurant. It wasn't that busy so we got seated right away. Our server was really nice. We all ordered bloody Mary's and it was very refreshing. My husband got the French toast with strawberries and cream and I had the short rib Benedict. The short rib Benedict came with crispy potatoes. Everything was really good. The short ribs were so tender and flavorful. The potatoes were good but a little too "cooked" for me. I like my potatoes more soft than hard and crispy. My husband loved the French toast. The restaurant doesn't have a parking lot, it's all street parking. And just an FYI, bring cash if you want to avoid the 4% credit card charge.

Yelp
Food is amazing! Service is superb! Will definitely take the family here... Everything on the menu looks delicious!

Yelp
My father and I have gone here since they opened. This is a great place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Great ambiance and food. Most of the (many) dishes I've ordered have been amazing and their drinks are great too. The servers are very friendly and the waiters were so sweet with my dad (a regular) when his cognition started to decline. Heads up the location can be a bit tricky for parking, but it's worth it.
google avatar

Yelp
Service was great and quick for how busy it was and parking was only $3. We had coffee, mimosa and a Bloody Mary. Our food was a classic All American Breakfast and I ordered the Prosciutto Eggs Benedict off of the waiter's recommendation. The eggs Benedict was very good and healthy, I liked how they removed the bread and replaced it with arugula and spinach. The dish comes with bacon and it is sweeter then regular bacon as they maple it somehow. I rather enjoyed the restaurant overall. The food, service and ambiance were great. Large windows to the street and there is a courtyard to sit and eat in the back. Will recommend!

Yelp
Disappointed in the breakfast/brunch. Egg in both of the Farmer's Omelette (my friend and I ordered same thing) were dry. The egg was overcooked--you can see in the picture that egg is overdone and dry, nothing wet or remotely resembling the kind of egg that goes in an omelette. It's almost as if the egg is cooked like a pancake, made separately and the filling was inserted inside, then folded like a taco. The carmel like tasty bacon was the best part but it had too little in there and too much sausage chunks.

Yelp
We went with friends for cocktails and dinner on a Saturday evening. The eggplant appetizer and the braised short rib dish were absolutely delicious! This restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the service was pretty good too. The drinks took a little while to come out but I think there was only one person making them and it was a full house, so totally understandable. We will definitely be back!
google avatar

Yelp
Awesome spot for food and/or drinks! I had the turkey sandwich and it was sooo good. Servers were very fast and the place had a nice ambience, a little on the busier and more energetic side. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Yelp
First timer at Farmer's Bottega. Let's see what it's about! The customer service was great and the staff were friendly. My party of 3 was seated immediately and had our orders taken pretty fast. We ordered the stay fit omelette, short rib Benedict, and Chile relleno omelette. The Chile relleno omelette is a bit spicy but very flavorful. The stay fit omelette is very goat cheese forward but definitely tastes healthy. The short rib Benedict was rich and creamy. It needed a slice of toast or potatoes to give it some texture. I'd come back again with family or friends. The only downside is that it got warm with so many people eating in the restaurant and got kinda loud with so many mimosa-drunk people. Just another Sunday brunch is San Diego ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
google avatar

Cindy L.

Yelp
Great tasting Benedict, the hollandaise wasn't very over powering like most, the candy bacon was delicious. I've tried many Benedicts and I would give this an 8 out of 10. Would come here again and try the other menu items

Yelp
Once again Farmers Bottega does not fail me and is still one of my favorite spots to go to for breakfast lunch or dinner. We went this time around for dinner because my boyfriends mom suggested it and I was immediately in for it as it had been awhile since I went for dinner and I love trying out different menu options. We went the week before Halloween and they had some fun decor around the restaurant to get into the spirit. I went for the catch of the day which was salmon with some purple potatoes and veggies that was amazing. It was a big helping of food for me so I definitely have leftovers but was still great the next day. It wasn't very busy for a Monday night so service was pretty quick. As always this is a great spit in my eyes and I will be back again soon.

Yelp
Great service first of all. The drinks, French toast and chile relleno will have me coming back

Yelp
Step into the Bottega and leave your city troubles behind. Farmer's Bottega is a quiant and charming little restaurant in Mission Hills. The cocktails and entrees were delicious. I'll be coming back to try another item off the menu. Let's all take a moment to thank the Farmers!

Yelp
The lemon poppy pancakes are AMAZING! They were so good we ended up ordering another set of Lemon Poppy Pancakes. Service was excellent and we will be back. Lemon poppy pancakes!

Yelp
really wonderful food here! came for a brunch with friends for my birthday and service was fast and food was delicious! the truffle parm potatoes were amazing but the regular potatoes that come with most breakfast items are also delicious! the truffle is worth the $4 upgrade but I'd also be very happy just with the regular potatoes. the short rib benedict was great. polenta was creamy, short rib was so flavorful, and it wasn't drowning in hollandaise. too bad they wouldn't honor a gift card bought on the same day. kind of an unfortunate promo but I guess it forces people back in the door.
google avatar

Taylor S.

Yelp
This restaurant had a very cute ambiance. Went here for a girls dinner and had such a nice experience. Many couples and dates and a few large parties. My friends and I shared all the dishes. We tried the bread, seasonal melon salad, parpadelle and short rib. My favorite out of them was the short rib! Good portion of meat and very flavorful. I would recommend to a friend.
google avatar

Yelp
Just YUM! Such a beautiful restaurant too! Their brunch menu is great with many different choices of Benedict's! I went with the crab cake Benny and it was so delicious! Their twist to take it off of the English muffin and serve atop a fried green tomato! Genius! Choose a side salad or breakfast potatoes, can't go wrong! I will say that the plates of pancakes and French toast that were coming out looked scrumptious as well. And the watermelon drink I had was so refreshing! The service was great! Water upon sitting. Attentive waiter! Made for a good experience! Can't wait to go back and try more items!

Chris L.

Yelp
The food was good, but very expensive for what it is. We won't be going back there again. Our breakfast for two people came to over $70: $23 for pancakes, eggs and bacon. $5 for one pancake $5 for one cup of drip coffee $2 for Oat Milk rather than milk/creamer for coffee
google avatar

Yelp
The only negative is, it's hard to find parking, but sometimes you'll get lucky and get a spot out front -like I did today! Really nice restaurant they have everything from Benedicts, fruit, omelettes, sandwiches, honestly all the food is good. It has a really nice atmosphere, and the wait staff is really great. Def must try.

Yelp
I went here for breakfast this morning with my boyfriend and it was a really good experience. They welcomed us in and were really nice, our server was great very attentive, didn't have to ask for refills, the food was delicious!!! I almost never finish my food and my plate was empty today and it was a super cute place very rustic, will definitely be back!

Yelp
I take my 99 year old mother here for wonderful breakfast almost every time I visit. Food is delicious the service is equally wonderful. I've probably been here more than 12 times in the last 3 years and things have remained wonderful. I still recommend it to all who ask for a wonderful place to enjoy excellent food. The unique decorations will have you asking , what was that used for. I fealt very welcomed there.

Yelp
Fantastic Excellent food and customer service is fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!! Love the Mediterranean omelette and great coffee. Lovely patio!

Yelp
This used to be one of my SD faves! like top 5 faves!! but the last 3 times, just about everything i loved about this place has gone down down down! this review is strictly on the short rib benny which was what benny dreams were made of. now it's a wish i could forget nightmare! first of all my meat was room temp & the polenta was cold!! the potatoes tasted old & i asked for the truffle potatoes but got regular or NO truffle at all...couldn't tell i don't ever send my food back cause im always frightened they would do something to it back in the kitchen. i'd rather eat cold food or send it back all together! but the worst part of this meal was they changed the short rib! it was red. like they used machaca or something!! if i wanted machaca, id go to roberto's across the way for a fraction of the cost! nope! nothing here left for me to come back to. officially off the faves list. another one bites the dust post 2020. don't mess with the recipes. it's what keeps us coming back

Yelp
Delicious food and fast service. This place was very cute although a bit on the causal end (which is not a bad thing)! DELICIOUS French toast and turkey panini. Definitely recommend either of those items.

Yelp
I will preface this 3 star review by saying that this restaurant came highly rated by neighbors and friends. With that being said, I was surprisingly disappointed with our dinner. Atmosphere - this is a 5/5 if you sit on the back patio. Very beautiful. Food - very very disappointed. What we got: Burratta - I will say this was my most liked dish, the artichoke was a nice touch. But the burratta didn't seem fresh and the bread they give you with it felt like they bought it from the local grocery store. Meatballs - don't get these. I would have enjoyed frozen ones at home more. Fennel sausage pasta - this came recommended by the waitress and while the sauce was good there were probably 5 cubed up chunks of sausage in my dish, as well as the presentation looked like that of me, at home, in my house making a dish Short rib - it was good. Wait staff - everyone was nice but the waitress forgot to take our dinner order and we sat waiting for a good 30 minutes after appetizers were finished until she did come around to take our dinner order. For 4 people the bill was around 260 with tip. Note we all got drinks! Overall, there are plenty of better restaurants in the mission hills area that I would recommend (La puerta, fort oak, wolf in the woods, cardellino)

Yelp
Farmers Bottega is a hidden gem! My wife and I went here for our 11 year anniversary and it was perfect place to celebrate at. Our server Robèrto was patient, knowledgeable and very pleasant. He suggested the Halibut and Charcuterie Board and they lived up to their suggestion. They had so many flavors and experiences packed into each plate. The ambiance was very soothing, calming and enjoyable. The outside was beautiful but we enjoyed dining inside because it was aesthetically pleasing and cozy. We will definitely be coming back again to celebrate!

Yelp
This restaurant is an amazing stop for a weekend brunch. They were open on thanksgiving day and had an amazing back patio seating area that is dog friendly. The decor and ambiance of the area really set the weekend vibes mood. When we arrived the server walked us through the menu and provided excellent recommendations as well as tips o using their 3 different hot sauces. I was craving sweet during this visit and got the banana faster French toast and added strawberries. Ughhh take me back. Excited to try their pancakes next time.

Yelp
I can't get enough of Farmers Bottega! It has become my ultimate breakfast spot, and I find myself there almost every weekend. The menu is filled with mouthwatering options, but my personal favorites are the brioche French toast and the short rib eggs Benedict. Trust me, they are absolutely delicious! And it's not just me who thinks so - everyone I bring to Farmers Bottega falls in love with their dishes. But don't limit yourself to just brunch! Their dinner options are equally amazing. The flatbreads are perfect for sharing as appetizers, and I can never resist the lamb ragu. And let's not forget about their mouthwatering short ribs. Every bite is packed with flavor. The ambiance at Farmers Bottega is simply lovely. It sets the perfect mood for a great dining experience. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional staff. They are incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive, making your visit even more enjoyable. Farmers Bottega has become one of my favorite date spots. The combination of delicious food, inviting atmosphere, and outstanding service makes it the perfect place for a memorable evening. But don't just take my word for it - go and experience it for yourself! You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
The place is cute. Small in size, has a romantic/rustic feel. Parking is not good- street only and limited at best. Come early to park. Service was excellent we were seated immediately and brought water and menus. That was the highlight- the service. Pictures of what we ordered attached and explained. Over all- very average. For the 5 dishes and glass of wine, 2 cokes, it was $140. A bit steep in my opinion. Best dish was the flatbread, the appetizers where our least enjoyable. In all, we would not return.

Yelp
Went for Breakfast. Was excited to try as it was recommended by a friend. Menu is appealing. Food was eh. Presentation was lovely. I was excited for the parmesan arugula oil potatoes which were tasty. But everything else was just okay. I got the Mediterranean omelette. Egg was overcooked and not seasoned...at all. Friend got the short rib omelette, which we were both excited for. Meat tasted like boiled meat that was just shredded or like the precooked shredded meat you get in a pouch. Again egg was overdone. The texture reminded me of the free "continental" breakfast you get at a hotel where the eggs were cooked via microwaved. Service was good, our waiter and bus boy were friendly, prompt and attentive. Sad that the food just wasn't as good as it looked. And for the price, we expected MUCH better. Wanted to love!
google avatar

Susan O.

Yelp
Amazing food! We sat outside on the beautiful patio at the back of the restaurant. The machaca omelette had a generous portion of meat and the potatoes (be sure to upgrade to the arugula/parmesan potatoes) were great. I had the Chile Relleno omelette which had large, super fresh shrimp inside. However, the bacon is incredible - the BEST bacon I have ever had! Great service too.
google avatar

Brandon E.

Yelp
Another brunch spot with lox Benedict, so I was very excited to come here. Server was very nice and fast despite the crows, great rustic ambiance inside. Unfortunately this was definitely the most flavorless hollandaise sauce I've ever had. Salmon was good, eggs cooked well. The benedict rested on a potato cake which was pretty flavorless. The capers addition was very good. Potatoes were some of the best I've ever had. French toast I tried was also excellent so maybe I just got unlucky. Crowded street parking so keep that in mind.

Yelp
Large curly hair served on my green friend tomato that I was trying! I have a photo of it I took with my cell. This was on 6/12/23 the night before my birthday with my husband and a long term San Diego friend. We came from LA and had made a reservation sometime before to this restaurant. Service was terrible to start with and eventually we got served. The guy serving water was very pleasant and nice but I had to actually get him to have the "manager" come over so we can show her what occurred with the hair on the food. Her attitude was very cold and unhelpful. She managed to say that this would be taken off the bill, that's it. I did not recall her name. Clearly we would never go there again. Disgusting!

Yelp
I happened to be in San Diego for Memorial Day Weekend and was needing a place to have brunch with 2 of my friends. We came acrossed Farmer's Bottega and based off the pictures and the reviews on Yelp we decided to dine here. Also the farm-to-table concept was what solidified our decision. Parking was easy. There are metered spots but also spots in the surrounding neighborhoods to park. There wasn't any open reservations on the website for a Sunday afternoon around 12 noon so we decided to take our chance and go as a walk-up and put our name on the list. Initially the host was hesitant when we mentioned we didn't have reservations and that we would wait. She told us there would be about a 35 minute wait, took our name and number down and then we started to walk around. Literally 8 mins later she called back and said a table opened up so we were really happy they were able to accommodate us so quickly. Decor: When you walk in first thing you notice is the rustic decor. It almost feels like you are in a barn house, but definitely in a good way. Food: We came for brunch and there were several options to choose from. I opted for the Vanilla Latte and the Chilaquiles. My friends ordered the French Toast Combo and the Bottega stack. My latte was creamy and slightly sweet but delicious. In regards to my food it was on the bland side. After my first bite I immediately reached for the salt and pepper. The food tasted fresh but it could have been seasoned more. My friends liked their food but we all had to add salt, pepper, hot sauce just to give the food more taste. The portion sizes were generous without being overwhelming. The waiter was nice and offered recommendations when we asked for them and there was no delay in getting the food out to us even with the restaurant being busy. Although the food was a little on the bland side the overall experience was good and I really liked that they were able to accommodate us at the last minute. I would give Farmer's Bottega another shot.

Victoria R.

Yelp
I always love coming here for a special date night for dinner. My boyfriend always treats me to a lovely meal with a glass of beautiful wine. Our favorite server is Roberto. He always makes us feel welcome. I highly recommend for a date night or an evening out with friends. They also have a great outdoor patio which will be excellent for the summertime.

Yelp
Farmwich: 2 eggs, bacon, sauteed spinach, mushrooms, onion, cheddar cheese, rustic sourdough, house potatoes A solid hearty breakfast sandwich. Huge portions, incredibly well done. Even held up really well when I reheated it the next day

Yelp
Had most delicious dinner, the charred octopus salad was beyond expectations! The Brussel sprouts and ratatouille risotto was absolutely delicious too! I would love to re-visit this restaurant in near future! And of course we had the best server in a Great ambiance!

Yelp
I would give 6 stars if I could! One of the best brunches my husband and I had in a while! We shared all the food today, and it was all amazing! The vibe of the place was really cute and aesthetic too. 1. Farmer's Omelet with Egg Whites It was egg whites, spicy glazed bacon, broccoli rapini, spinach, fresno chili, smoked mozzarella (replaced fennel sausage with spinach) I haven't had such a good omelette in a while! Perfectly cooked Very good amount of all the ingredients Broccoli rapini was cooked just right And MAN that Spicy Glazed Bacon.... Perfect sweet and spicy combination going on. Mozzarella wasn't even needed I could see a lot of oil on there.. probably from the bacon, but no regrets. I would order a second one of these for sure! Asked for roasted potatoes on the side, and side salad instead of toast. Potatoes were lovely! The flavor of the potatoes on their own was so good. Ketchup was not even needed. I don't know if it was oregano they used for seasoning but it was really nice. A little extra oily, so I used paper towel to press out the oil.. 2. We also got the Pecan Crusted Chicken Salad (pecan crusted chicken, mixed greens, sliced pear, Gorgonzola cheese, balsamic vinaigrette). What PERFECT chicken! Oh my goodness! It was so crispy. The crust was actually so perfect. I asked the server about it and they said they bake it first and then flash fry. Filet wasn't too thick or thin, and just perfectly cooked. Surprisingly, it didn't feel as oily to touch. I was impressed. I could have totally had that chicken just by itself. It was so good. The pear and Gorgonzola and chicken and balsamic combination went really well together as well. Generous amount of greens too. We also asked for extra greens on the side and the server got us a really big plateful. 3. Dessert? Tiramisu French Toast Brioche French Toast with ladyfingers inside like a sandwich (lady fingers were dipped in coffee or whatever it it) And also had some amazing cream something on the inside and on top (something with mascarpone, Kahlua and espresso) This looked very big but went to a whole other stomach. We shared this, but I could have had a whole thing of it's own! French toast was perfectly cooked. Not super sweet or anything. Subtle coffee flavor with the soft + cruncy lady finger.. Everything was really good together. That cream on its own had a good strong coffee flavor too if you're into that. So so many good options and the menu. I wouldn't mind going again to try more food!

Yelp
Service was good. My portobello sandwich was ok. The fries are God awful they are some of the worse fries I've ever had. They were not hot at all & likely had been sitting for a long time. They would of been better in the trash.

Yelp
First the restaurant is charming with an open outdoor patio that is sunny and quiet in the rear. The neighborhood is so walkable and parking is easy. The brunch dishes are many and chef will make adjustments for you! You can't go wrong with any of the dishes offered so it's up to you and your palate to choose. The mimosa flights are fun and flavorful. Generous pours too! We will be back soon!!

Yelp
I am so in love with @farmers.bottega It is a beautiful and simplistic "farm-to-fork" culinary delight with organic farm raised dishes. It has a rustic ambiance with authentic vintage decor that feels like a real farm house! It has a gorgeous patio out back that will be perfect for gatherings in the summer. The food was delicious, our waiter was amazing and we had such a great time! We ordered: *Fried Green tomatoes -panko crusted organic green tomatoes, arugula, chipotle remoulade *Bottega lemonade with blackberry and basil *Kiss my apple with cinnamon stick *Natural Pork Chop - grilled, mash potatoes, veggies, radicchio, apricot demi glaze *Mary's farm free range chicken-airline, brussel sprouts, fingerling potatoes, chicken au jus *Bread pudding with vanilla ice cream and strawberries

Yelp
Very disappointed with the meatloaf hash. Very over priced and will not return. To many other choices to choose from, we eat out everyday and know the scene and trends well. The price is high for what we received, came home and made my own meat loaf. I don't know if I'll be back.

Yelp
After a couple of years, I have returned to Farmer's Bottega for lunch on a Sunday. We had attempted to make reservations for a Sunday, but they did not take reservations. I called, and they stated that a party of two was not likely to have problems. They were right. We checked in at the front desk at 12:30 and were seated right away. The restaurant is cute.. just as I had remembered... rustic farm style and comfortable.. and as I remember from last time, a bit on the loud side for a casual lunch place (not music...just the the way sound reflects in the room). Our server was excellent. He was present, but also didn't rush us at all. It was one of those lunches when I was with a friend I hadn't seen in a long time so it took us a while to decide on drinks and food. I chose the cranberry mimosa and my friend chose the tangerine mimosa. We both enjoyed them, and each had a second. I had a kale salad with shrimp added. It was very good. My friend chose brunch food... and I'm not even sure what she had, but she did enjoy it. All in all, this was a lovely experience. The atmosphere was cute, the service was great and the food was very good. I would return.

Yelp
Even though the lemon pancakes had NO FLAVOR, everything else was great. The breakfast variety dishes that they have are very tasty and very goood! The drink list was long and gave a variety of options. The service on the other hand was maybe a 3/5 ? I asked for my eggs to be done over hard where the yolk is not runny, however when I got my meal, the yolk was runnyNot only that but the server had admitted he forgot about me and my drink, and I only ordered a coke‍otherwise everything was fabulous! The decorum was cute and classy and gave a very homey feel to the place.

Yelp
Looks like my last review needs to be updated. We have been back several times since my last review, but sadly, I forgot to update sooner. The food was delicious and perfectly prepared. My husband and son, had omelets, which were amazing. I had the eggs Benedict... hard to find better. The eggs were perfectly done every time, and everything came out in a timely manor. I am a coffee snob and don't drink it anywhere... except here. the coffee is amazing. The servers are all very welcoming. Our experiences has been far better than the last review. Sorry in the delay in updating.

Yelp
First time to this restaurant. We were asked to leave because my fiancé (who has lung cancer) was coughing and disturbing the other patrons. Aside from that, I wasn't able to try the food. The menu wasn't very impressive. I was able to get a few sips of my Mexican mocha though and it was tasty. Our waitress was very nice and attentive while we were there.

Yelp
So tried to give this place another chance having been very sad the last time I came. Found a new place in the back to sit. Very comfortable and Uber Calm for our coming Windy Winter. Order a Bloody Maria (good). It was spicy and well appointed. The service was great. No problems at all. The food? It's like they don't even try. The chips were so wrong. Wrong type. Wrong preparation. The verde sauce was inedible. Way sour. Way wrong. Bad black beans. Weak cheese. Eggs tasted off. If it weren't for that Bloody...it would have been a bust. Here's what's next: Everyone needs to make noise about the lousy kitchen. Tell the truth. Need these guys to up their game. Winter is coming.
