I walked in and wasn’t greeted at all. I stood there for a few minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me, but no one did. I eventually walked up and asked if I could seat myself, and only then was I shown to a table. I ordered the farmer’s omelette and an espresso. The waiter who helped me was actually very nice. However, the espresso arrived barely warm, which I really don’t like—I prefer it hot. The omelette itself was excellent: delicious, balanced, and honestly the highlight of the visit. They didn’t bring any sauces, and when I asked whether they typically provide them, I was told I needed to ask. I forgot to follow up because I was hungry, but it would’ve been helpful if they mentioned it upfront. The brunch cost me $35 is definitely on the higher end, especially considering a few downsides. But the quality of the dish was truly outstanding, so I’m still giving this place five stars. The food delivered, even if some parts of the experience didn’t

Our visit had a minor hiccup when our main dishes were delayed. We were initially dissatisfied, but the way the situation was handled was fantastic. Guillermo (Manager) came over and apologized. Ordered: Pulled Pork Omelette - smoky moist pulled pork with perfectly cooked omelette with chipotle cream/cheese with well seasoned potatoes on the side. Enchiladas - flavorful and moist chicken. The poblano sauce, mozzarella, queso fresco topped with red onions is just delicious. Should have been 5/5 if I got the over medium eggs as I ordered but it was over hard. Breakfast Burger - my in-law likes her burger; well seasoned with crispy bacon. The meal itself was delicious, and the service recovery was excellent. We were impressed when we got comp on our meal. It completely turned our experience around and showed that this restaurant truly cares about its customers. Front/dining staff were all great. I guess the kitchen staff probably overwhelm during the time of our visit. Restaurant had a relaxed welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely come back.

Friend of mine, invited me for the first time to this place. I really liked the concept. The food is different from the one had eaten in similar places. I ate divirced eggs. Angelica, one of the waitress is a star. She is very hospitable, attentive and friendly. I am pretty sure, that I will return. I highly, recommend this place.

There was plenty of parking. Inside is loud, but lots of tables available on a Sunday at 11am. It took a while to get our food, but the servers were attentive with multiple drink refills. The traditional Eggs Benedict had only a little hollandaise sauce, but it was good. The Canadian bacon was cut thin like lunch meat. The eggs were overcooked and not runny. The green chilaquiles were very good, the eggs were cooked perfectly (I ordered over easy) and added carnitas.

I’ve been told this place has a high wait time during the breakfast hours, so I was in the neighborhood for brunch (around 1pm on a Saturday) and found no wait at all, service was super helpful (Thank you Guillermo) and the food was very good, simple “CHILAQUILES VERDES” are served in the perfect portion. My wife had one of the omelettes and said they were tasteful. Overall I really liked this place, definitely will be back. Oh, and there is a whole FREE parking structure in the back so no problem finding a spot.

Cynthia took great care of us! She was super fun and made great recommendations. Great portions and such a cute place. Delicious options - Chilaquiles, Mexican coffee cocktails, shared dessert spread, and towering Bloody Mary!

It was really nice and not crazy packed the food was great !the service great and the prices were not too bad . Also the restrooms were clean. I also liked that there was a photographer on site taking our pictures and he gave us a complimentary one and we bought one as well ..

We came here for breakfast on our anniversary and had such a great experience. My wife absolutely loved the vibe and the food -- everything felt fresh, welcoming, and thoughtfully done. The manager was especially kind and took the time to chat with us, explain their breakfast specialties, and even share how the restaurant transforms into an Italian spot for dinner. That personal touch really made the visit feel special. We'll definitely be back, and next time we're coming for dinner to try the Italian menu. Highly recommend!

The restaurant ambiance is great as well as the service but the food! The portions were big and tasty. I had the Birria Egg Benedict and my husband had the chilaquiles and both were great. We also ordered the Dulce de Leche French toast and it is easy the best French toast I've had. The chai latte is also great.

S1:Ep1 - To The Farm...to meet The Fam. Picture this! Two extroverted college students. One introverted high schooler. And the one daughter who's mysteriously away at college until Season 2 (*she couldn't make it this time). And finally, the two hip & look-far-too-young-for-their-age parents. There's a sitcom in there somewhere. After returning from our romantic Baja getaway, it was time to gather The Council...(i.e. have the kids meet). What better way to form The Brady Bunch than to have a Very Brady Brunch?! Marsha! Marsha! Marsha! We made reservations for 12:30pm, but our appetites guided us to show up a 1/2 hour early. We were accommodated within minutes by our pleasant hostess. Already loving this place. Our daughters hit it off immediately, talking about anime, J/K/LMNO-Pops & various I-Am-So-Out-Of-Touch Gen Z topics. Bruh! The broody young man was busy with his mobile game of the month. Pew Pew, my good man! He sporadically checked in with a chuckle of approval. I sipped my Marvelous Mexican Mocha as I watched the families blend effortlessly. "What is Dan Da Dan?" I ask. The kids laugh. My girlfriend & her delightfully cheerful daughter decided to share an egg sandwich with a side of fries. My daughter goes for the same, but dared to add the Nutella Pancakes. That's my girl! My son felt too shy to order his usual monster portions, so just orders scrambled eggs. Ever the gentleman...albeit a starving one. There were leftovers, so he's ok. I obviously go chilaquiles poblanos, because they are life! All of the portions are huge! Kind of like the amount of bad luck Greg got from taking that tiki idol. Or Marsha's nose after taking a football to the face. Yeah, massive! Looks like we've got something special happening here, amigos. Stay tuned! TL:DR - Kids get along well. Giant portions satiate. My heart in delight.

Had an awesome experience today at Farmers table, they took care of us like familia, they should call this familia's table... the food was delicious and Sergio was the best, made sure Momma got what she wanted, very attentive staff, thank you Sergio and Guillermo for the hospitality

cute spot for breakfast but not super impressed with our meals. potatoes came out room temp (aka not hot at all), salsa was bad, and tortillas smelled and tasted like old grease. they reassured me that typically the food is very good and they would pass the info to the chef. still giving four stars because they were willing to make the situation right since i didn't eat it AND the other plates coming out looked good. should have just gotten an american breakfast or something sweet like french toast or pancakes.

I tried a different omelette today (chile relleno), and it was amazing. I've only had them in dishes with rice and beans, but having one in an omelette was a new and tasty experience. Sitting at the bar is your best bet if you're coming alone or with a plus one. Service here is amazing as always.

Pleasant surprise! Seated quickly. Two sandwiches- one pecan crusted & steak sandwich. Both were delicious! Guillermo, our server was very nice & attentive. Would recommend Also thank you for the military credit. It is appreciated! Sorry I didn't get pics- next time!

this place not only has gorgeous and bright decor, but also their service is just as welcoming and accommodating. Cynthia was our server and she was not only so on top of our order and checking on us regularly, she was so kind and a true pleasure to interact with! I also got a latte that was amazing - nice and hot just how i like it (i always say extra hot and people think i dont mean it, lol!). Food was great, tho i wish my pancakes had more Nutella, as they were really just pancakes with fruit (still good!!!) but there was the thinnest layer of nutella on there that bummed me out a bit, as other pics on here look MUCH more Nutella-y!! My husband LOVED his chilaquiles though and said they were the closest to his mom's in Puebla that he has had at a restaurant. We will be back!!:)

Stopped by for breakfast this morning early. Luckily no one was there and it was chill. Ordered a Bloody Mary, the barbacoa breakfast and chicken and waffles. I Was not impressed with the flavors of the food. The waffles had no taste to them. Just batter with no flavor whatsoever. The chicken, they were chicken tenders deep fried that you could taste a lot of the oil. The barbacoa breakfast was ok. Not a lot of flavor to the barbacoa or birria couldn't tell as a Mexican. Nonetheless, for the hype not a place I would go back to again. The Bloody Mary was Nicely equipped with lots of meats and tasted good. But that's about it. Service was good. The waiter was serving us but then again, we were the only ones there.

Sergio was very attentive and always making sure we had our drinks full and our table clean. Thank you. The food was fresh and hot out of the kitchen.

This is such a great breakfast spot in downtown Chula Vista! The location is super convenient, it's right next to a large parking structure, which makes getting here a breeze. They have outdoor seating, which makes it pet-friendly (huge plus!). The inside is also really pretty, bright, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxed morning. The food is good, I got the classic Benedict and it was delicious. Great flavors, nicely prepared, and just the right portion. Definitely a place I'll come back to when I'm in the area.

Met a friend for breakfast on Saturday morning. Great location with garage parking nearby, restaurant is very cute with plenty of in/outdoor seating. Great coffee and service. The eggs Benedict could have been hotter and hollandaise was a little thick but everything tasted great. Would definitely recommend and will probably add to the rotation.

We visited SD for our anniversary this year, this place was amazing! From the atmosphere to the welcoming and kind staff this experience was 10/10. The food was delicious and brought out promptly, we are definitely visiting again! A special thank you to Sergio for his excellent service!

I called for reservations for 9. They were able to take the reservations on a Sunday. We arrived right on time and was seated right away. The inside looks like a farm house..cute atmosphere. Andrea? Was our waiteress... I'm bad with names. But she was great and attentive. The food came out nice and hot. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Ingredients so fresh. On our way out the manger stopped and spoke with us. After 4pm the restaurant completely changes staff and decor. It turns into an Italian restaurant. Me and my husband will be back for dinner soon.

We went here on a Saturday morning with our young kids and was the first ones to be sat. The setting is so cute and reminds me of an Italian grandmother's kitchen with views to the pizza oven, hanging legs of prosciutto, and lemon decor. We ordered the Nutella pancakes, verde chilaquiles, and California omelette. Everything tasted delicious and service was extra friendly. Also, yes, this is the same space that turns into Aqua & Farina in the evening.

My husband and I love this place. The food is amazing. The service is great. Guillermo is truly a shining star and the face I want to see in the morning.

Cute little quaint place. directions took me past the location of the restaurant. Took me to the corner, which the driveway would have been feasible, as the location is at the driveway. A suggestion just to move your pin over a little. Otherwise, I had the basic French toast with strawberries and cream. I was happy that the egg wasn't heavy and I like how thick and fluffy they were.

The service was amazing! Sergio was accommodating and helpful! The food was delicious as always! The environment was very comfortable and nice and our server definitely helped with enhancing the experience!

Highly recommend making a reservation. the chairs were stained cloth. The decor was calming. It feels like I was in a barn type setting tractors in the front of the restaurant old farming tools on the inside walls. the French toast could've been Cooked a little bit more strawberries were fresh the bacon could've been extra crispy , and the homestyle potatoes could had a little bit more seasoning, but we will try this place again

The food and drinks were fantastic at brunch today! I had the Peter Rabbit Bloody Mary which did not disappoint. Our server, Sergio, was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. My daughter had the classic eggs Benedict and hot chocolate while I enjoyed the poblano chilaquiles with my wife. The chilaquiles are definitely big enough to share. Will come back next time we're in Chula Vista! Only "other" was the tap water flavor. Great spot!

My family and I have been here a few times, and we usually enjoy both the food and the service. On our most recent visit, we sat outside on the patio, but the experience was a bit underwhelming due to the number of flies around our table. Due to this, I recommend eating indoors. I typically order the turkey sandwich since I'm not a big breakfast eater, and it's consistently good. My husband had the breakfast burrito, which he really enjoyed. My daughter tried the chicken and waffles this time, but it didn't quite meet expectations. Despite a few hiccups, this is still a good spot for breakfast overall.

Nice restaurant but service kinda sucked. They never asked if we needed hot sauce or anything. They never asked if we needed more beverages or refills. Never came by after serving the food so we had to flag them down for condiments and for coffee refills. And for the price you would think they'd ask, if we didn't even order drinks yet, if we'd like anything else or something to drink before taking the next persons order. Don't think I'd comeback for the price.

So yummy and love to see farm-to-table so close to my dad's where there are healthier dining out options for him! The service here was great! I loved that our server informed us that the fruits were brought straight from farms in Carlsbad that morning. Everything was nourishing and delicious and so much seating indoors and outdoors. So cute inside. I will note that our table wasn't fully wiped down and the floors weren't swept from the meal before us but we did come during rush hour and the the workers here were busy but our meals still came quickly and our waters were always filled!

The food was yummy but the best part was Sergio our waiter was amazing! Very friendly and gave us great service!

the food is out of this world my wife and i order chilaquiles, she ordered mole chilaquiles and i order the green chilaquiles both of them came with 3 any stile eggs we ordered them with over easy eggs, the service was lacking of attention our server was way to busy to give each table an excellent experience, it was our first time eating in this restaurant and our experience 1 out of 10 it was a good 6 and thats because of the bus-ladies, the ambiance was good it sounded like a successful restaurant.

Brunch vibes at Farmer's Table Chula Vista did not disappoint! The ambiance is calm, inviting, and totally perfect whether you're catching up with friends, dining with family, or even having a client meeting over good food. I went with the steak sandwich (juicy + flavorful = ) and my friend had the chicken & waffles -- crispy, tasty, and straight . Of course, we couldn't resist dessert and ended the night with a tiramisu that was surprisingly amazing... the perfect sweet note to close the day. My friends and I came here and we were blown away by their food! Sergio was an amazing server! He was attentive and very nice! Recommend coming here!

Nice place to get brunch with friends at. They have spacious seating inside and outside and offer a variety of brunch/lunch options. I ordered the pulled pork omelette. It had a nice carnitas flavor however it was on the dryer side. It came with a drizzle of chipotle sauce on top but it was not enough and you could barely taste it. The potatoes were nice and soft, which I loved. However the foccacia bread it came with seemed old and stale. I was veryyy hard to eat. Other food items we got included the poblano chilaquiles (which were amazing!!), pecan chicken sandwich, farmers salad, and romana pizza (also yummy and very cheesy).

Was in the area this morning and decided to try Farmer's Table. My wife and I arrived around 8am, and it wasn't crowded at all. There was outdoor seating but we decided to sit inside because the weather was a little chilly. Staff were very welcoming. I ended up ordering the Arrachera steak and eggs, while my wife ordered the surf and turf omelette. The food took a bit long, however, staff updated us on when the food would be approximately ready. I was surprised the steak was so tender it had great flavor; especially aided with the salsa. Didn't get a chance to try the omelet, but my wife finished it all. Great first time here. Would definitely return to try other brunch options as well as lunch.

What an outstanding find in downtown Chula Vista for breakfast. I'm gluten free and so many choices. I went with Eggs Benedict over gluten free toast, along with potatoes. We had mimosas which were delicious. Food was so good and the atmosphere is outstanding. They were pretty busy so we did wait a bit to get things like salt, pepper and cream. ... Guillermo gave us an exceptional experience of telling us how he transforms this restaurant into an intimate Italian dining place for dinner. He does so much of the carpentry in the place and then finds time to make homemade pasta. I just hope to make it back to Chula Vista to have dinner there. I highly recommend this restaurant.
