Bourdain had: Gnocchi with beetroot fondue, ravioli in tomato sauce, braised beef and polenta.
Lunch dates: Chef Eric Ripert, Jean-Marie Christille, longtime resident of the region.
A charming agriturismo in Vallee D‘Aosta where the passion for "farm to table" was clear in the quality of the food. It’s one of the few accommodations in the area that offers on-site dining, spacious comfortable rooms as well as wellness facilities. The staff were friendly and kind, and even organised a private visit to their family farm. Highly recommend Maison Rosset and we would love to return for another visit!

Amazing place on the mountain.
The weather is so perfect, even in the middle of the summer.
Three is only one fix menu, and it is 40 euros for each person, which is so reasonable. Everything on the table which you serve is the product of their own farm even wein!!!!
The owner of the place is very nice and he brings some of the food on the table. Actually, it's a family restaurant and so cozy place.
They bring you all the dishes in the very European way.

Lovely farm-to-table restaurant with fixed menu. More than dinner, it was an experience, one that I would recommend. We enjoyed the food and the wine, and especially the atmosphere. Parking can be difficult, so get there early.

We booked a vegetarian menu and basically just got less for the same price. Examples: a plain poor-in-flavour tomato vs. tomato stuffed with ham (despite it’s being so easy to replace ham by cheese :-( )
dry ravioli vs. ravioli with tomato sauce (here I wonder if it wasn’t just a mistake by the cuisine and we just got very unlucky??)
When I asked for a reduction because of the „vegetarian“ version the responsible person said that there were vegetarian substitutes. Probably she was referring to the cold pickled vegetables alongside the polenta, of which I had better tasting versions from the supermarket.
What was tasty though: Cheese + Capsicum jam, the wine, antipasti onions.
For meat-eaters maybe a tasty and good deal. For non-meat-eaters it‘s definitely not recommended (and overpriced).

We had 5 separate and differently laid out rooms. All very nice, well equipped & comfortable . Some of the rooms had a balcony. We had an excellent lunch in the restaurant instead of dinner as it was unfortunately closed in the evening. Breakfast was served in the communal area where the rooms are located and again was excellent. Our hostess could have not been more pleasant.||||One of our party left his international charger & cable behind. It was forwarded to our next location without us making contact or requesting. We would certainly recommend Maison Rosset to anybody wishing to stay in the Nus area.

If I could choose one place for my last meal, it would be here.

The rooms here are splendid; situated round an old courtyard, inside they are modern and spacious and very well appointed. The only shame was that their restaurant - which has a very good reputation - was closed the night we were there. Still they pointed us to a good place close by. Excellent breakfast
