Cantonese roast meats are my guilty pleasure and will travel significant distances to satisfy my guilt. When I first discovered Fat Boy I was ecstatic and would drive from downtown boston to get my duck and a variety of pork. Sadly, the food quality has been in a progressive decline, especially the duck. There is hardly any meat on the duck, it is often not freshly prepared and the prices have gone up significantly. I understand the need to adjust prices, but there is little excuse to allow quality to slip…

Incredible food! We got the roasted duck and crispy pork and they are both absolutely delicious! I have been looking for a place like this in Boston and have finally found it and am thrilled! Sauces are excellent. We got food to go and it seems like most people were buying food to go, but there are a few tables to sit at. Very kind restaurant team! Very authentic!!

For a quick and delicious Cantonese-style meal, I highly recommend the roasted meats at Fat Boy in Quincy, MA, located on Hancock Street. Their roasted pork, duck, and soy sauce chicken are especially flavorful—definitely worth a try!

Omg, the pork intestines is super stink. I trashed the whole box when i got home. Like really do you guy ever try before selling. I hope you guys can improve or else the business going down hill. I stop coming to you guys cause i felt throw up looking at it and the smell is unbelievable. Seems like you guys dont even clean it well before marinate.

Friendly stuff, food is delicious. Some stuff like stewed tofu is of limited quantity so joining their WeChat group is recommended for latest updates.

The quality of this place has been steadily declining since their grand opening. I recently went and everything I ordered they gave me 1.5x extra. When I asked about the cash discount they gave me a discount of 60 cents on $70 and they selectively only give this discount to Chinese people. It was a bit disappointing to see after being upsold by a factor of 1.5x. It’s stingy and sneaky, but they still smile about it.

Best food ever! Best service ever! Very traditional and yummy! Kids and parents all love the food and service. Definitely recommend to everyone!

The noodle was an extra charge without notice, even more extra charge without the already increased priced notice menu with stickers attached on the glass in the store. The portion is very small, half a duck looks very empty in the takeout box. The duck is at least a pound less compared to the roast duck in the KMAN supermarket.
