The food was good! The restaurant is clean and cold, a nice change of atmosphere compared to the rest of the area, which is kind of shady. The chili was flavorful, and the cheese was good, though the fries could use a little seasoning. I would definitely order the fat fries, the skinny fries are a little crunchy. The burgers are a bit mustard-heavy, so keep that in mind if you’re not a fan. The cashier ladies were quite nice and knew the menu well. Overall good experience. I want to come back to try the XXL fatburger challenge to get my name on the wall of fame 😼

The checkout lady didn't seem to understand what we were ordering as she did give us the wrong burgers, but they were yum anyway and the oreo milkshake was very good.

I love this place! It has american diner vibe and their homemade burger is so delicious as we're the sweet potato fries we ordered with it. Paid $20 for small burger with fries and refilable drink.

This place has hit the Bricks fried Hamburger crispy no juice strange beef had to clean my chair and counter where we sat onion rings just plain sorry my burger had no ketchup and no tomatoes and I asked for the works and the place was bad as it looks needs cleaning. There used to be a line that should have told me to run, Might as well turn it into a taco stand perhaps there will be a line and it gave us both the runs! Suspect! The last great American burger stand ran by Mexicans who couldn't cook American Burgers and no English!

This place is not new but kept clean, there was no booth, only counter top with stools along the wall, service was fast, friendly and professional. I ordered the original Fatburger (with Fat Fries) meal, it was tasty, the fat fries was crispy and delish.

This place has gone downhill, along with the neighborhood that surrounds it. The food was bland, not sure what has changed, but this is not the fat burger of my youth. The fat fries weren't as fat, and no more Mr. Pibb. The burger seriously lacked seasoning. This location in particular, was pretty gross. The stainless counters had a layer of grease on them and the beatup stools were showing a ton of wear. No access to soda fountain. No restroom (wouldn't go here anyway). C'est la vie ... Place was great once. For 20 bucks, I feel they can deliver a much better product.

A very cool place! Actually so nice and the employees are so nice. The music is really good, the only bad thing is that I don't have one of their burgers in my hands now :( Actually a cool place to eat a good meal if you don't know where to go or what to eat. And maybe do the challenge, seems really interesting lol

Team is always friendly and they always go above and beyond and the food is always great made to order and fresh

I haven't been to Fatburger for a very long time. I swung by and got some food and was shocked any the price. I got the Original and added cheese. Two orders of Fat Fries (my favorite) and a large lemonade. It was $30. I was shocked. That's a sit down meal. They asked me to pull forward. Then a woman came out with my food. She handed me my drink so I turns to put it in the cup holder. She was so impatient that she left my bag of food on my car window and it almost fell over. On top of that, the burger was disgusting. They put way too much relish and it was greasy and soggy. The fried weee cold and undercooked. Well with those prices, poor service, and bad food. I most likely won't be returning.

The little ladies back there on the grill are bomb ! Best burger I had in a while and cooked perfectly ! , inside was nice and clean and quiet before the after work rush and I'm glad for it :) The team was super nice I'll def be back again for a great burger!

Love their chili cheese fries and their onion rings....no matter how greasy they are lol. I always order that with maui banana shake. I try not to eat too much greasy food but when i do it's definitely fatburger.

GO TO THE DRIVE THRU. INDOOR ORDERS TAKE FOREVER! My group of four are the only customers inside the building, and we wait 12 minutes for them to even take our order. We wait another 26 minutes for the food to come out (and they forgot parts of our order). There were people waiting longer than us, and several people came inside to complain that their order was messed up. Besides the wait... here's the food ratings: Crispy chicken sandwich: Great! Filling and tasty--- no complaints here. Fries: I tried both the fat fries & skinny fries. Go for the fat fries if you like soft fries, less flavor, and more of that soft potato middle. Go for the skinny fries if you like more crunch and more seasoning. (Cookie) milkshake: Also great! The cookie definitely tastes store bought but mixed with ice cream you won't mind. I liked the food, but is it really worth the wait?

What put Fatburger above all other burger joints was their char burger. It used to be my favorite, but without the char it's just another burger. Bad decision omitting the flame broil char. Bring back the flame broil char, please.

I don't care how good this thing tastes. It's obnoxious to order here. Had to pull forward to the window because nobody responded to the intercom after me waiting there, then I waited until somebody finally acknowledged that I exist. Finally, they took my order and I paid. And I waited and when the woman came back for the window, she was handing me the wrong food then she said she didn't have my order so I insisted that I had already paid and magically she found it, but said that it wasn't finished yet. When I finally got my order, the fries were cold . Skip this place.

Came here again to eat after visiting my daughter at CHLA. And once again it didn't disappoint. I swear I would just come for the grease off the burgers if I could. The BOMB Got fries and the Maui-Banana milkshake both delicious as usual. Also want to thank the young lady who brought the food to the car because she had to come out twice as I forgot stuff and she was not even upset. I will be back

First of all the hours are amazing, staying open late is a huge plus for me. When I came to this establishment I knew nothing about it, I just knew I came in with an appetite! The menu was incredible as well as the pricing, when my food arrived I was shocked at how huge the portions were. It was definitely a fulfilling meal, a huge juicy burger with melty cheese mmm....I came with my family so it was definitely a family friendly atmosphere. I favor FATBURGER over In & Out burger so that should make a statement. The customer service was great, the staff was friendly and helpful given I'm not from the city. Very helpful with recommendations, I sat and ate outside to enjoy the weather with my meal. I would recommend anyone who's looking for a quick bite to eat without breaking the bank.

Absolutely a rip off without a smile. I got a single burger combo with fountain drink for wife and a double combo w cheese for myself. Since I don't drink soda one was a fountain water. The fries weren't enough to feed a 5 year old. The burgers were so greasy and disgusting. The only thing more disgusting was the price. 50 bucks for this Absolutely terrible food. California is loaded with burger places that for half that price blow these idiots out of the water. I would not recommend trying to feed a family on a night out as it will cost several hundred dollars for garbage. A rarely complain and I'm far from cheap. But when you get gouged this badly people got to know. Steer clear of Fatburger in Studio City California.

Best burgers! And the sweet potato fries? I don't know how they get them so crispy. Amazing. Plus, the staff is always really nice and courteous. Can be a little sketch at times because of the homeless population but that hasn't happened in a while. It wasn't too scary but you just never know these days. My experience is just people ask you to buy them food but that only happened once. The employee that helped us was very professional and had a good sense of humor about it. So recently I've been missing things in my drive through order and I'd get mad but too busy to bother. This time, I did call and the general manager picked up. Eric don't play y'all. He apologized and said it should never happen. He took responsibility for it and will talk to his staff.

Cesar and Lily were amazing last night! Their professionalism was outstanding. They were so helpful with my order and helped me pick my order based on the food I would love. The burger and fat fries was so good! I ordered the BBQ BURGER with onion rings! Sooooo yummy and fresh! I would recommend this burger spot to anyone in Hollywood! The costumer service makes the food even better! Keep hiring people like these two amazing individuals

$20 for the smallest burger, fries and a shake. What's worse than fries with no salt and no flavor? The burger had a ton of mustard, which is a huge red flag for me. The shakes are the best by far anywhere. It took me 20 years to come here and I will only come back for the shakes.

Strange drive-thru set-up. Waited at intercom&menu for about 5 minutes, no one acknowledged me. I decided to drive up to the window to get their attention. Semi-friendly service, got my food quick. It was very hot and fresh! The inside of the establishment is casual and small with slow service I've heard, which is why I chose the drive-thru. This location takes EBT for those who are wondering.

Stopped this location last night in the drive through. The last time I'd been here was nearly a decade ago, on a night when Kaiser was trying to pressure me to pull the plug and end my Mothers' existence. We escaped the hospital and came here to breathe. To think. To just "be". Over the years, whenever I'd come back up from San Diego and my brother would drive by Kaiser, those memories of those decisions flooded my mind. Late last night, as we pulled into the drive thru, bits and pieces of that long ago night in Fatburger began to flood my mind. But, the most CHEERFUL voice greeted us, was patient with us as we placed our confusing order and repeated and confirmed the order. I was so impressed before even got to the window that someone, late on a Sunday night could be so inspiring and cheerful. Once we got to the window, we spent a few minutes talking about that night, who was with us, how things went, etc. Them that cheerful voice was at the window, taking our payment, interacting with us in such an amazing fashion that I told my brother as we pulled away I with I'd gotten a name. But I can only say that $62.35 was not only the best meal, but the best service I've had since my very first trip to the Original Fatburger on Western Avenue in summer of 1970. Though I live in San Diego, I look forward to returning here on my next trip up, whenever that may be.

I got a 3xl meal....shit came out to almost 40 bucks...... ....the menu will tell u like 20 something ....don't go if ur trynna get robbed for ur money.. they charge all the meals normal and they do it as add one for the 3xl...even if u as for the meal.....you'll get taxed more ...like crazy...

The Service at Fatburger in 4945 Eagle Rock Blvd unit B! Is amazing, JOSE is the Man! He always gets my order perfect, even when I ask for my fries well done... extra crispy for ya'll that dont know what that means. lol, this ambiance is the best. Super clean, quick, ready to eat burgers! Jose makes the best recommendations, the customer service is exceptional, Maria is also friendly, and food tastes great! 10 out of 10!

This location is perfect, food is always good and seasoned , they always get my order correct and fast, the double turkey burger with bacon, lettuce, tomato, mustard, mayo and cheese on both patties is my goto !

DO NOT GO TO THIS FATBURGER! Waited 1 hour for 1 burger, and witnessed staff be rude to several customers. These people did not give AF about customer service. Another customer told me she ordered online ahead of time and she had still been waiting 45 minutes. Fatburger is usually a great place, but this one is the worst. Countertops were sticky and garbage cans were full. Avoid the headache and avoid this Fatburger.

The service is amazing and the employees are cool and chill. The food is really good the chicken sandwich is absolutely amazing I love the sandwich.

Out of all the Fatburger, this is the best location. Why? Ok so this is a drive through location. No issue with parking unlike the other Los Angeles locations. Also, I don't know why this location make their food fresher and better. I don't know how but I feel like they are a step up. The other thing about this location is the add one! They have more add on to your burger then the other locations! Like guacamole! Don't know why the other locations won't give that option...weird. All in all, all Fatburger has the same menu and burger. But my lazy ass want to get a bit more fresher burger from this location while I stay in my AC car. Thank you lol.

I wrote one but after calling and leaving two messages for owner to contact me about receiving the wrong $35 order, and he never did he has lost a customer and maybe he won't care but please take know when going that I gave him a second chance (which he blew) but he won't get a third!!!

Love their burgers! I hadn't been to this location in over 20 years and I was very pleasantly surprised! Definitely a top-tier fast food burger, right alongside In-n-Out!

They don't accept cards or they weren't accepting cards at the time so we had to order over the phone and it ended up taking hella long to get our food. Not the most flavorful burger I've had nor is it the cheapest. Personally there's a couple places I would choose over this but it's not bad.

TLDR: Come on down to Fat City, baby! I'm a fan of Fatburger, and particularly like the explanation of the name: it's a reference to a 50's expression - when you're doing well, you're in Fat City. And it's a reasonable expression of how good the food is too. Portions are healthy to say the least, and be sure to ask for steak fries as well as the burger done 'on the char' = grilled versus fried. I find it extra-flavorful that way. The thicker fries are also more satisfying. I only give this place four stars because the service is a little hit-n-miss, and this location is a little more divey than other locations. Still, absolutely worth a visit if you want a great American hamburger. This place scores a 4 out of 5 on the 'CTJ Scale', as noted below. 5 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Jesus good. Would be OK passing away after finishing a plate here. 4 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Mary good. Would be OK being seen eating here by Mother Mary. 3 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Joseph good. Would be OK having a beer here with Jesus' Dad. 2 out of 5 stars: Come-to-the-Apostles good. Meh. Wouldn't have my last supper here. 1 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Nobody good. I wouldn't have my penultimate supper here, either.

TERRIBLE customer service. I placed an Ubereats order but I had to call in to the restaurant because they didn't have an option to add cheese on UberEats. It was a $1 charge I said I'd pay for but the shift lead refused to charge me, and argued with me, even though they have their menu formatted wrong on the app. If it were me, I would've just done it as a customer courtesy. Super petty / weird interaction.

I eat here often on my lunch break, and the service is great. Also, the ladies working here really seem to take their job serious.

How far they have fallen. Last few times my burger was so overcooked that I might as well have been eating a tire. The website allows you to order grilled onions but they don't add them, so who knows. It's obvious that they do not care about their burger anymore. Bring back vintage Fatburger.

This location does not do char burgers, best part about Fatburger is their char burgers. Very very sad ...

This got delivered to us because my friends in the hospital. I was really bummed when I found out they were at Fatburger's cause I wasn't gonna be able to eat anything. Was excited when they came back with the wheat beyond burger. I haven't had a burger in so long super excited thank you fat burger for thinking of me having a wheat bun and beyond meat you're the best. Came in so clutch.

I've been to this location a few times, and always have the same issue at the drive-thru, it will take you at least 7 - 10 minutes to get your food, even with no line. Last night was no exception, I waited about 10 minutes to get my skinnyburger, a lettuce wrapped burger served with 2 patties. The burgers always get a consistent 4 stars from me, and always taste really fresh. The impossible burger here is also quite good, a solid 4 1/2 stars. Overall I do love me a good Fatburger, but the service at this drive-thru location always leaves me thinking "can I go through that again?!"

I'd never been to a Fatburger before, but they added the Impossible burger, so I decided to give it a shot. Note: Fatburger also has a vegan Boca chicken burger, in case you get tired of the Impossible burger. I thought that's pretty cool, because vegan burgers that don't have the word "impossible" or "beyond" in front of them are nearly extinct in LA. The Impossible burger ($9) only comes in one size, so it doesn't follow the menu convention of Original, King, Double King, etc. The burger is fine considering it's fast food. I don't know why I had higher expectations. The bun is dry and fake and the Impossible patty also dry. I did like the skinny fries ($3), which were perfectly crisp little marvels. If you want a better Impossible burger, go to Birds in Franklin Village, Monty's Good Burger in Koreatown or Golden State in Little Tokyo. Mendocino Farms also does a pretty good job with it.

I haven't been here for a while whent back last week ordered king burger 1lb burger cooked perfect everything else fresh on the burger and it was piping hot and full off flavor it think its because the grill they make it on is old and full off flavor its char on the burger was the real taste

This is a great little location with plenty of parking. There is inside seating and two outside tables with umbrellas to protect you from the sun. It gets hot here in summer so you might wanna eat inside. The food is great. The staff is awesome!!! It's clean. There's no bathrooms available.

Just stopped by to get a chicken sandwich for my mom. Took 40 minutes to make it with not that many people in line. Not sure why this spot is so slow. Defeats the purpose of fast food

I had to remain calm because like many many many places that make hamburgers they still screw up myborder and this Fatburger location was no different. They put tomatoes on my burger just like I asked not to have. Fatburger has delicious burgers. What makes it different than many other places is they put a huge clump of ground beef on the grill and form it into a great piece of deliciousness. Then there are the fries, fat fries specifically. They will be in my top 3 best fries out there always. With all that being said, if they can't get my order right it ruins the whole enjoyment. I fought my first thoughts and remained calm when I went back into the store to tell them about it but the im sorry won't make me feel any better after biting into the tomatoes I didnt want. I gotta start checking my orders more before I begin eating because it's obviously noone will care enough to do their job right.

1 star isn't for the food. Worst customer service ever. All the employees are rude, lazy and hate working or servicing a customer and have no problem showing it.

I recently went to this restaurant to get a burger and i was accidentally eavesdropping when a lady named delmi was talking shit to the other employee. I don't think this kind of behavior is suitable nor should be tolerated. It doesn't make the restaurant look good neither does it make the company look good. To think that restaurants are hiring this kind of people and not putting a stop to it is embarrassing and disgusting. I felt very uncomfortable when I was inside waiting for my meal.

Don't do it or if you do just go pick it up. Lack of quality control via post mates order. Basically I got a bunch of old brown fries cooked in old oil. I suspect they did it on purpose because they gave me a lot of fries. Might as well fished them out of the garbage (maybe they did?) they're 100% inedible. I attached a photo for your amusement

I am a first timer trying out this place. I don't think this place is worth it. The burger was very bland. Tasted flat despite all those toppings. I tried it and now this place stands out for me but not in a good way. I suggest you go somewhere else if you want a good burger because this place is surely not. Sorry.

This old store location is dirty and unprofessional staff other than you have to wait even tho u ordered online ..The server told me i have to wait and i asked him how long he said you have to wait . Im like i know i have to wait but you didnt tell me how long ? Geez This nasty location needs to be check by the Dep of Health .
